A new one, YES. I have been wanting to write this since like last month, but I never got around to sit down and actually do it.

This could be and hopefully, will be, pretty long, I guess. I have my ideas... Uhm, other things you might want to know;;

x ROSS&RACHEL fic. what else did you expect from me, eh?
x SEASON3. set in tow the morning after ---

Yeah.

After readin' this for like the zillionth time, I have to apologize for this being so sucky. This is veeery bad writing, and I know I can do so much better, but whatever. I wanted to post this. And it WILL get better.. and longer. :)

I'll be shutting up now...

Rachel looked at the man standing in front of her. She felt tears roll down her cheeks, leaving her eyes teary and, in a way, that was good. It made a whole lot harder for her to see him, just as teary and sad as she was. Though, according to herself, Rachel thought she had a better reason.

He, Ross Geller. The, what she had thought, man who would never do something to hurt her. Yet, again, here they were.

"Now we're in a tough spot again, Rach. What do you want to do? How do you want to handle it?"

He had cheated on her. On their anniversary too, like cheating on her wasn't enough to begin with...! Just the thought of them together made her physically sick. To know Ross had actually been with another woman… there were no words to describe what she felt.

Why did he have to sleep with her?

That was pretty much the question she had been asking herself the past six hours, now. There hadn't exactly been much talking between those two, though. Ross was still carefully trying to make her feel a little better, trying to make her forgive him. And Rachel, she was lost in her thoughts, trying to figure out… well… why he did it. And wondering if she would forgive him, he wouldn't do it again.

Right?

Ross was not that kind of guy who would usually do something like this. But that didn't make what he did any better, now did it?

"I just can't see us throwing away something we know is so damn good. I love you so much..."

She felt his soft lips against her skin, and she pressed her eyes together, knowing when he did this she would easily give in. At least, she used to.

He moved in to kiss her lips, but she backed away a few inches, though still letting his face be close to hers.

"No, Ross." She whispered quietly.

"I'm sorry." He whispered just as quiet.

He truly was sorry. She knew he was.

"Ross…" She began.

He had his eyes shut, still nodding slowly by the sound of his name.

"I know it'll take some time for me, for us, to get past this. I truly don't know if this will ever work out." She paused, letting out a sob. "But I'm willing to give this… us… another try."

He opened his eyes and looked into her big, blue, wet eyes.

"I will do anything it takes."
