"What the heck!" Ling said, glancing around the hallway. "There's, like, a million bedrooms!"

The walls were lined with several doors that stretched down the hallway with no end in sight.

"We actually get our own rooms," Jun said, holding back the tears. "This really is much better than that dump we stayed at last year."

"Jun—not you, too!" Lee pouted.

"Choose," Lili said, standing in front of them with her arms spread wide. "Choose or perish."

"Whatever," Kazuya said, opening a door. "I'll take this one."

It was beautiful, like every room in the mansion they had seen so far. Everything was spotless and shimmering, untouched by filthy human hands. The bed was huge and inviting. On the other side of the room, there was a wide-open door that revealed a glistening bathroom.

"We get our own bathroom, too?" Ling said, unable to believe it.

"Of course!" Lili replied.

"This is way better than that dum—"

"Alright, I get it!" Lee interrupted Ling before she could finish insulting his dump.

"This is mine!" Ling declared, opening the one beside Kazuya's.

It was… exactly the same. Literally, the same. No difference whatsoever.

"Do they all look the sam—" Kazuya was cutoff when Jun answered his question by opening the door across from his.

Several more doors were opened confirming it.

"It's kind of creepy, actually," Jin said.

"You know what it reminds me of?" Kazuya said with a grin. "When a character in a show opens their closet—" he snorted before continuing. "And they have the same exact clothes hanging in a row!" He made a sound like a tea kettle as he collapsed to his knees with laughter. "Th-that joke k-kills me everytime!"

"Ugh," Kazumi said, making everyone jump, "he's always had a terrible sense of humour—just like his father."

Kazuya's laughter was drowned out by the sound of a roaring vehicle. Everyone dashed into Kazuya's bedroom and over to the window to see where it was coming from.

It was the limo. And it had left the road. It crushed a hedgerow that was in its path before speeding towards the swimming pool. It was confirmed Sebastian wasn't the one driving when he was spotted chasing the car. He was performing several acrobatic flips in its direction but was no closer to catching it.

"That's the most badass thing I've ever seen," Lars said.

The limo finally came to a crashing halt against a statue of Lili. The statue stayed standing but the driver wasn't so lucky. It was revealed to be Heihachi, his bald head shattering the windshield. His unconcious form skidded over the swimming pool like a pebble before finally dissapearing into a bush, scattering leaves into the air.

"Hey, this is my bush!" Said a creepy guy who proceeded to shove Heihachi into the bush beside his.

"Oh my God!" Ling yelled, hands cupping her cheeks. "You have a swimming pool!"

"We must take a dip tomorrow!" Lee said.

"Rrreeeargh (yes)!" Kuma said.

They started to spill out of the bedroom while Lili was left standing at the window with her mouth agape.

"I can't believe how insensitive they are!" She said, her bottom lip protruding. "My poor limo and statue are ruined!"

"Wait, why do you have a statue of yourself, anyway?" Asuka said, poking her head into the bedroom.

"Get out of my room!" Kazuya said, stomping back inside. "I forgot it was mine…"

With everyone asigned a bedroom, the shenanigans began.

Asuka had drawn two eyes, a mouth and an extremely large nose on her pillow. She grabbed it and mimicked Lili's voice. "My mansion is so amazing and I'm so rich and beautiful! Ohohohoho!" Asuka then began choking the pillow out before delivering several punches to its face. "IhateyouIhateyouIhateyou!"

The bedroom door opened and Lars appeared in the doorway. Asuka turned and the two looked at each other awkwardly.

He stared.

She stared.

He swallowed.

She swallowed.

He pespired.

She pespired.

He opened his mouth. "Can… I have that pillow?"

She blinked.

He blinked.

"Why?" She asked slowly.

"Because… it looks like her."

"Ew!" She said, tossing her alarm clock at him. "Get out, you freak!" Said the person who had drawn Lili's face on a pillow before beating it.

Lars quickly left.

There was also noise coming from Ling's room but it was her snoring. She was stuffed under the bed covers, eyes shut tight and her mouth hanging open with a drop of drool attempting to make an escape. But it wasn't long until her eyes were wide open and her body was shivering. There was a ghostly form in the corner of her dark room. Lili's mansion was haunted, it seemed. She knew this place was too good to be true. If only Panda was here…

Panda had her very own room and she was shredding a pillow with Kuma's face on it with her claws.

The door to her room opened and Kuma was standing in the frame.

He stared.

She stared.

Alisa was standing in the middle of her room, arms crossed neatly over her lap. She had a smile on her face and seemed content.

"I have no need for sleep," she said to no one.

Lili was sitting at her desk, scribbling down ways she could torment Asuka.

"Ohohohoho!" She laughed.

"Ohohohoho!" Lee laughed.

She turned to find Lee leaning over her shoulder.

"How dare you enter my room without permission!" She shouted. She went to backhand him but he ducked and backflipped towards the bedroom door.

"B-but I thought we were best friends, now!" He said on the verge of tears.

"I'd rather be best friends with those filthy bears!"

Lee ran from the room in tears, roses falling from his pockets as he dashed back to his room.

In Kazuya's room, he was awake in bed and still sniggering about animated characters having closets full of the same exact outfits. He only laughed harder when he heard Lee weeping in the room next to him.

Jin swiped sweat from his forehead. For a second, he thought those footsteps he heard were Ling's. He fully expected her to jump on him in his sleep and was well prepared, having pushed his desk up against the door.

Jun was sat by her open window, allowing the cold, night wind to sweep away her worries. She'd met an owl and was discussing her troubles with it.

"Oh, Mr Hoot," she said following a sigh. "I just don't know what to do with this family of mine. I don't know whether to help them or suffocate them in their sleep."

"Actually, my name is Jeffrey," the owl said. "I don't know why you keep calling me "Mr Hoot". It's actually quite offensive. Please, stop."

"Oh, that's just like you to say something like that, Mr Hoot."

"I will leave a dead mouse in your bed while you sleep."

Before Jun could pop Mr Hoot like a balloon with her psychic powers, a scream snatched her attention.

Everyone spilt out into the hallway to find Ling running in circles screaming.

"What's wrong, Ling?" Asuka asked, her fists smothered in feathers.

She didn't answer and continued to scream.

Asuka slapped her.

"S-sorry," she said, breathing heavily.

Asuka slapped her again.

"I-I'm okay now!"

And again.

"STOP IT!" She shouted, feathers flying from her mouth.

"What were you screaming about?" Jun asked.

"Th-the mansion is h-haunted!" She stammered, her cheek bright enough to light up the dark hallway.

"Don't be ridic—" Lili started and then finished with a scream.

Kazumi had fazed through the wall.

"Well, I didn't get my own room," she said.

There was a collective grumble as everyone made their way back to their rooms.

Back outside the mansion, Heihachi finally popped out of the bush, a wide grin on his wrinkled face. "I remember now! I'm a statue!"

"Whatever you say, man," said the creepy bush guy.
