The heroes then moved to battle the enemy. Outside…
"Damn that Kyoshiro!" Sasaki called out as the blast from Big Mom's attack took out the chains holding him.
"Master Sasaki! We're sorry. We didn't realize you were captured." some of the pirates said.
"Apparently Kyoshiro was part of the enemy forces. I don't know about Wano's history but there's a steep price in betraying me." Sasaki said as he heard noise from the roof. "What's that up there?"
"That's…Master Kaido." a pirate said.
On the roof, fighting continued on as the Minks and Soldiers of Fortune continued to fight against the gifters, Jack and Nangi.
The hidden archer readied an arrow as she took aim, waiting to fire.
"Arrrgh!" Hop exclaimed as she flew back from an attack by Jack, as Rinkah was currently holding back Jack with her strength, before she too was sent back.
"Ghk!" Rinkah exclaimed as she skid to a halt.
"Dammit… he's too strong!" Hop exclaimed. "We're gonna die at this point!"
"Not if we do what we came here to do…" Rinkah pointed out.
"Eh?" Hop asked.
"Think, Hop! We didn't come here to beat this guy here and now, remember!?" Rinkah asked as Hop raised her eyebrow, as Rinkah gave a wide grin and looked her way. "We just came here to soften him up a bit."
Hop suddenly grew a wide smirk. "Then we don't need to worry about going easy, do we?" she chuckled.
"Nope. Let's win this how Siege wanted us to!" Rinkah smirked, turning her attention back to Jack. "Alright prick! Buckle your seat belts, because play time's over!"
"Mind if we join in?" Inuarashi asked as he and Nekomamushi looked into the moon.
"We also have a little payback we wish to give him for how he treated Zou." Nekomamushi said.
"Sure… just let us do a bit of softening for ya then we'll get out of your way." Hop smirked as she began sparking in power. "RESTRAINTS… RELEASE! HRAAAAAH!" Hop exclaimed as she powered up in a vibrant purple aura.
"Feel the might… OF THE FLAME TRIBE!" Rinkah yelled as she exploded in massive flames, transforming as she now looked like a proper Oni Warlord, complete with a longer red hair head piece.

"C'MERE!" Rinkah yelled as she launched into Jack at incredible speeds in a massive inferno!
"Rar!" Jack trumpered as he charged at her before Hop grabbed onto his trunk.
"Gotcha! Right here!" Hop yelled, lifting up Jack for Rinkah to slam him right in the abdomen, as she did so with a hefty flaming elbow!

"RRRRRAAAAAAH!" Rinkah yelled as she followed it with a massive flame uppercut to lift Jack into the air!

"It's time to finish you!" Rinkah yelled as Hop made sure Jack stayed airborne with a hefty kick. "SEARING METEOR SMASH!" Rinkah yelled as she rolled midair, club lit in flames, before smashing into Jack and sending him scorching to the ground!

"Heh… that oughta sting!" Rinkah chuckled as she landed, Lucia having noticed the explosion of power as she had Nangi on the ropes, smirking.
"Hm. Peculiar." Lucia smiled, having not felt Rinkah's power like this before. "Seems there's more to many of Siege's allies than meets the eye."
"Nagigigi!" Nangi laughed before an arrow went flying and hit his back. "Nagigigi!"
"!? Huh…!?" Lucia exclaimed, seeing the arrow connect.
"Damn…blocked the shot. Stupid giant." The female archer said.

"...Are you friend or foe." Lucia would ask the archer, having noticed her presence and slashed at Nangi with slash waves to keep him busy while she spoke with the archer.
The archer merely stared down at her with a glare before vanishing.
"Tch… she's gone." Lucia growled before she looked at Nangi. "I'm tired of playing with you, this has bored me long enough." Lucia said, before walking past Nangi with her sword sheathed, while in all actuality she was slashing him a large amount of times to the unseen eye.
"Na…" he groaned before collapsing face first.
"Now. To help my allies." Lucia said, turning her attention to Rinkah and Hop's direction, and dashing off quickly towards them.
Speaking of them…
"Rrrrrgh!" Rinkah yelled as she was once again in a strength bout with Jack. Even with the assault she gave, it didn't slow Jack down much, if at all, as Rinkah glared eye to eye with him as she finally brought him to a halt. "Damn… just… how strong are you…!?"
"He isn't one of Kaido's three All-Stars for nothing." Inuaraishi was heard. "Even the cat and I fighting him in shifts didn't do much."
"Of course not. Drought, Plague, Conflagration…we are the three calamities that protect Master Kaido. That is why we're called All Stars." Jack said.
"Inuarashi… Nekomamushi… if Hop and I can stun him… how much damage do you think you two could do?" Rinkah would ask, looking back while still holding Jack.
"We've entered Sulong so…." Nekomamushi said.
"We'll make sure he goes down for awhile!" they said.
"Rinkah! Hop!" Lucia exclaimed as she came into view. "We must retreat, Siege won't like it if we suffer heavy injury!"
"We're aware… just give us one more attack…" Rinkah smirked, looking to Hop. "Hop… you know what to do."
"You're serious…" Hop asked.
"Yeah… how does Siege say it? 'If you can't win, retreat while leaving a reminder?'" Rinkah asked.
"...Right." Hop smirked as she powered up to full power. "IT'S GO TIME!"
"RRRRAAAAAH!" Rinkah said, using all her power to shove Jack forcefully back.
"What!?" Jack exclaimed as he was caught disadvantageously.
"ALL OUT ATTACK GO!" Rinkah and Hop yelled as they pelted Jack with fists and kicks, pushing him back with every blow, before he sent them both flying into nearby structures, as Rinkah and Hop slammed into them, before getting out and running down the structure.
"Launch me!" Hop exclaimed.
"Got it!" Rinkah yelled as she pulled off a move similar to what Goku did with Frieza in the Tournament of Power, as Hop shot at Jack like a bullet, crashing in to him before she was quickly lifted up and slammed down, Hop yelling in pain, before Rinkah, like a speeding fireball, crashed into Jack, as Hop helped the push, the two pushing Jack back.
"FINISH! GALAXIAN FLAMING BURST!" Hop and Rinkah yelled, unleashing a purple ki enhanced giant flame ball, that sent Jack back even more, before exploding in massive power.

"There… at the very least… it stunned him…!" Rinkah panted.
"Quick, let's move!" Hop exclaimed, using her claws to grab Rinkah. "Good luck, we leave it to you!"
With that, Lucia grabbed them and warped them away.
As the two retreated, the Mink Kings stepped forward, Sulong Forms shadowed as Jack tried to recover.
"Those two did good…" Inuaraishi said.
"Yeah, they sure did… but now it's our turn!" Nekomamushi said.
"Let's make sure their hard work wasn't wasted!" the two of them said as Jack charged at the minks.
Back at the performance floor, Queen oversaw the battle as King returned to his side.
"Those are definitely all the prisoners from Udon. Even Hyogoro's down there. I thought they were imprisoned." Queen said.
"Don't worry about it. You were useless from the very start." King said.
"Y'know you could've done without that last part!" Queen protested as King pulled out a Mini Transponder Snail and dialed up.
"Come in, Tobi Roppo." King said.
In another room, X Drake was with Hawkins as the former's own snail rang while Hawkins was divining.
"Onigashima is in total chaos. You didn't join this group by choice. If you're going to betray them, now's the time." X Drake said.
"I do not plan to turn tail." Hawkins said as he drew a card. "One percent."
"What does that represent?" X Drake asked.
"The chances of a certain man surviving this raid." Hawkins said.
"That low? Sounds pretty unfortunate for whoever it is." X Drake replied as he answered his snail. "What is it, King?"
"As you're no doubt aware, the situation has changed. There are intruders with the addition of their own allies upon our feast. This is the biggest disaster in the history of Onigashima." King explained as all the Tobi Roppo were listening. "Our internal power struggle will now be put on hold. Capturing Yamato will no longer earn you the right to challenge us All-Stars."
"What?! Are you serious?!" Ulti snapped.
"Of course, Sis. just look around you." Page One said, coming into her view.
"Oh, Pay-Pay! Just who I was looking for!" Ulti cheered. "I was chasing down Yamato, but he climbed up the wall to get away. So I was hoping you could carry me piggy back…" Ulti said, jumping towards her brother before he moved out of the way, making her fall flat on her stomach.
"No way!" Page One declined.
"You must!" Ulti snapped.
"Shut up, you damn kids!" King called out.
"Don't tell us to shut up!" Ulti snapped.
"Kaido is on the roof. The enemy is ascending the castle. You must use whatever you can to stop them." King said. "Don't underestimate them. Best of Luck."
"Hey Drake!" Who's Who called out to X Drake. "With everything going on, now's the perfect chance. It's time to kill the man I want to kill. We're going to see Queen.'
"Don't get me involved with your squabble. That would lower our strength." X Drake said.
"He's just going to drag us down." Who's Who said.
"I don't like the sound of this." X Drake said.
On the ground floor of the Performance Stage, the battle between the allied forces and the Beast Pirates was going into full swing. Even though Siege had disabled one Number, two still remained to have the odds tipped in the favor of the enemy. But Siege re-tipped the scales using his Spell Card, giving them all a nice boost which was still active.
"Those big oafs are gonna make things way hard on us." Makû advised as he was with his fellow Uruk captains. "We ought to do what we can to get at least one of 'em outta the way."
"Gokikiki!" Goki laughed as he raised his club. As he swung however, the club was cut apart by Zoro and Theo.
"That thing is like Oars. We once teamed up and barely beat him. But things are different now." Zoro said.
"No kidding…" Hakure said.
As Gus continued to fight against the samurai loyal to Kaido, he noticed that there was fighting on one of the upper floors, as it created a large commotion, as it caught his eye.
"...Someone else is fighting up there…" Gus remarked, before turning to the other leaders. "...Is there anyone who managed to make it that far?"
"No, I don't think so…" Hope said.
"Gokiiiiii!" Goki cried in anger.
"I think we pissed him off." DS Hitomi said.
"Good. Better to finish him off that way." Jin added.
"Leave that to me." Baril said. "You are in for a shock." she said, raising her arms as dark clouds formed before firing a concentrated bolt of lightning.
"Gokikiki!"
"Jukikiki!"
Both giants dodged as they went at her.
As for Gus, he noticed that the fighting on the floor he was looking at was intensifying, as his concern rose.
"...If what they said is true… then it must be a fight between two opposing sides… Ally or third-party… it's no excuse to sit by and watch." Gus remarked, before turning towards Ieyasu. "Ieyasu!"
"Gus. What is it that you need?" Ieyasu asked, as he knocked several Gifters out with a single thrusting strike.
"Give me a boost, I need to reach that floor." Gus stated, gesturing up to the floor where the fighting is.
Ieyasu merely nodded, before Gus rushed towards him, before Ieyasu caught Gus jumping with his hands, as it boosted him into the air thanks to how strong Ieyasu was. At the same time, Taiga noticed what was going in, after head-butting a large Gifter into the ground.
"Hmph." Taiga remarked, before he then bounded right into the air, following after Gus.
On the upper floors, X Drake was on the floor as he was beaten down by Queen, Hawkins and Who's Who.
"What is the meaning of this?" X Drake asked.
"That's what I'd like to know, Drake." Queen said.
"Back in the Flower Capital, it was you who released Trafalgar Law." Hawkins said. "I thought something seemed off."
"I see…now I know who Queen wanted to kill." X Drake said.
"It was you, trash!" Queen said.
"It's an embarrassment that you were in our ranks." Who's Who said.
"Who are you working with? A group?" Queen asked.
"You'll have to kill me before I ever speak to you." X Drake said.
"You sure that's how you wanna answer? My torture breaks spirits." Queen said as he laughed.
'This is the end… Surrounded by all sides… And I don't have any words to get me out..' X Drake thought to himself, as he struggled to stand back up.
At that same time, a burst of fire destroyed the wall on the opposing side, as it caught the attention of everyone in the room, before a large burst of fire hit Basil Hawkins, knocking him back.
"You..!?" Queen exclaimed, as Gus revealed himself, before growling. "So you came right to us yourself?"
"Wait…I know you…the boy from Hisui." X Drake said.
"That's right. It's been a while, but I know that what happened in the past matters little." Gus stated. "I can infer enough from what I can see."
"(That's right… I still have one option they left for me…)" X Drake thought, remembering what Jexi said in HIsui.
"Things go bad, don't be afraid to join up with us." Jexi said in the flashback.
"I still…have hope!" X Drake said as he entered his hybrid form.
"No! After them!" Who's Who stated, before he was hit by a powerful blow amidst the smoke, as Taiga's hand clawed right into him, knocking him back as well.
"It seems that I was right to expect trouble." Taiga growled, before looking towards Who's Who. "...You're not getting your way that easily. I can sense something in you… You're a sabertooth, are you not?"
"So you can guess that much from me?" Who's Who said as he changed into his sabretooth tiger form. "And you…you're a tiger. Which do you think is better? The present day tiger…or the past sabretooth? You and those fool heroes wanna find out…I'll be waiting in the cat cafe." he said as he rushed off.
"Heh." Taiga smirked. "Then expect me. I've slain the king of the jungles in My world… and I intend to claim more victories against the strong."
"Time to go." X. Drake said to Gus and Taiga, before looking to Queen. "Give Kaido my resignation." he said as he jumped off as he lunged at the giants going for Baril. "X…Calibur!" he said cutting down Juki as Baril struck Goki with another bolt of lightning.
Gus and Taiga did the same, as Taiga let out a wave of fire that made Queen back away, before they both followed after X Drake.
"Hey, look who's with Gus and Taiga!" Scorpia said.
"It's Drake! And he took out one of the Numbers!" Peruma said before she gasped with a wide smile. "Does this mean what I think it means?!"
"Listen! For reasons you don't need to know! I am currently an army of one! Please, let me join your side!" X Drake said.
"Offer approved." David said.
"Alright! We managed to get him to our side!" Sanae exclaimed, before laying down a barrier to protect some of the allied samurai who were in a pinch.
"Hooray!" Perfuma cheered.
X Drake landed on Juki, returning to his human state as the two giants fell.
"Glad you decided to place your bet with us and not Kaido." Hope said.
"Wait, so he wants to take down Kaido too?" Luffy asked.
"I can't explain my reasoning for why, but know our goals are aligned." X Drake assured.
"Don't pull that crap with us!" Zoro said, clashing with him.
"It's just a trick. Don't buy into it." Jimbei said.
"Oh. It's alright. He can join us." Luffy said.
"Thank you, Luffy." Glacius said.
"Are you guys sick in the head?! You heard Impostor at the meeting. He sank to being under Kaido's wing like Hawkins!" Zoro said.
"But he was at Hisui. We know his circumstances." Glacius said.
"It's true." Mari added.
"He was chosen by Arceus to be a Master, just like us." Perfuma noted.
"That doesn't mean anything." Zoro said.
"The hell it doesn't." A familiar voice spoke up as Siege could be seen with folded arms as he glared at Zoro… quite menacingly. "Tell me something, Zoro. Do you believe every person deserves a second chance?"
"I honestly don't blame him for not trusting me." X Drake said. "I am a pirate. But I have my own goals and they require me joining forces with all of you."
"We won't bother pressing for the details right now." Sectonia said.
"I'm certain you've all met two figures who have helped you throughout your fight. Jetstream Sam and Lucia. Let me tell you… oooh those two." Siege said, shaking his head. "Sam's his own unique bag of stuff… literally a hired mercenary who wouldn't bat an eye if you told him to kill any target. He'd do it, as long as he got paid. Lucia… Lucia was a good heart… she still is… but the Virus corrupting her very body draws her to violent acts in of their own… bloody… bloody acts… acts that would put some of the worst bloodbaths in all history to shame." Siege added, turning his attention back to Zoro. "So tell me, Zoro. Your call if you had met these two. Would you kill them or give them a second chance?"
"I'll let him stay, but he hasn't escaped my watch." Zoro said.
"Understandable, I suppose." Esmeralda said.
"Then my point has been made clear." Siege said.
"Good…cause we got company." Dan said as Page One and Ulti were attacking the samurai.
"It's the dino from Flower Capital and…who's the cutie?" Sanji said.
"It's those two… I thought Sam downed the headbutt happy one for a long while at least." Hope said.
"Guess they've had a medical team on standby." Ace said.
"We'll make sure you all never reach Master Kaido!" Page One said as a seed was fired at him before exploding.
"Special Attack! Green Star: Skull Bombgrass!" Usopp called out.
"Pay-Pay! Who did that?!" Ulti asked as she looked at Nami.
"I'm Nami. And my favorite kind of pest control is…getting rid of lizards." Usopp said in a disguised voice behind Nami.
"Stop hiding behind me! You know what I'll do!" Nami said.
"Can you and Long Nose argue later, Tangerine?" Hapi asked.
"It's her! She did it!" Ulti said.
"It wasn't me, but the battles already started." Nami said as she and Usopp ran with the two dinos chasing after them.
"You won't get away!" Page One said.
"Vengeance for Pay-Pay!" Ulti said.
"Hmmm…." A familiar voice rang out as three familiar figures could be seen watching the chase from a nearby higher elevation point, as Siege glared.
"Sam! What the hell are you, Noah, and Mio doing here!?" Siege exclaimed. "Aren't you suppo-"
Sam then held up another golden fragment of the pendant. "Found it, boss. We're ready to engage in this fight when you are."
"...Call me impressed." Siege shook his head. "Fine. Go and help them. But you're not dealing the finishing blow!"
"No promises." Sam winked as he tossed the fragment down at Siege.
"We'll refrain him, trust us." Mio said, glaring at Sam as he chuckled.
"Listen, you may be my blade disciples but don't push your luck. Come on, we got a job to do." Sam said as the trio pursued Ulti, Page One, Usopp, and Nami.
"That girl Mio, she kinda looks like Nia." Shantae said.
"News flash. She's-" Siege was about to say before he stopped himself. "...Ah forget it."
"With them… they should be fine… but I can't take chances." Gus stated, before turning to Koyomi, who was in the midst of evading blows from the enemy Gifters. "Koyomi. Follow after them, you should be suited for taking care of the two."
"Is it because I'm a dinosaur too…" Koyomi remarked with a slightly gentle tone, before she then nodded. "Alright, I'll get to them."
Koyomi then immediately leapt over the Gifters she was fighting, kicking out one of the flying Gifters mid-jump, before she then landed and sprinted after the group exiting the Performance Hall.
"Hurry…we gotta catch up to…" Luffy said. "Cover your ears!"
"SLASH!" a voice called out as nothing happened. "Ah…figured out how to block my attacks huh?" Apoo said, looking very beat up. "That wolf is a monster. Miracle I managed to escape. And you three! Jaki! Goki! Juki! You and the other 7 numbers would ravage towns and cities. But no matter. Haccha!" he said as Haccha picked up the fallen numbers and tossed them.
"Hachachacha!" Haccha laughed.
"You… monster! Throwing away your allies like that!?" Siege exclaimed. "What good does that do for you!?"
"Hacha…" Haccha said before seeing Franky in the armor as it looked in awe before chasing it.
"Hey! What does he think I am? A toy?" Franky said.
"Those Numbers do not have good mental capacities, do they?" Rayleigh asked.
"Apparently not." Zamazenta said.
"Tch… I've got to get finished preparing to join the fight now that my task here is done. Meet up with you all soon…" Siege grumbled as he went to leave.
"Don't take too long…things are getting good. But first, Franky! Get that guy outta here! Him fighting is just gonna cause problems." Jexi said.
"Fine!" Franky said as he ran with Haccha chasing him.
"Apapapapa! I'm gonna! I'm gonna call the rest of the Numbers!" Apoo said, playing his body.
"Great, looks like he can order them around." Zephyr said.
"Hey! Don't go making things worse!" Zoro, Drake and Velouria said sending him flying.
"Ugh..honestly I hate that guy. I'll make sure he's destroyed." X Drake said.
"You and all us too!" Zoro said. "Wolf-girl, let's team up with this guy."
"By you wishes." Velouria remarked with a nod.
"Hold on." Ethox spoke up. "We'll go with you. Apoo is close to Queen, so he'll probably head to him."
"No need." Queen said from above. "I'm right here!" he said, getting out a gatling gun as he started firing multiple bullets down on the allies that hit some of the samurai and Beast Pirates. "Hey, Drake! Don't think you can just waltz outta here you traitor. Sorry. I mean spy."
"And don't you think you can get away with what you've done!" Viktoriya said.
"Uh, guys?" Kazuma asked, seeing something happen to the people Queen shot. "Something's happening to everybody Queen shot."
"Then…those bullets were…" X Drake realized as ice started to move across the people who were shot.
"A virus!" Ginseng said.
Meanwhile, with Siege's group…
"Alright… that should patch you two the rest of the way up." Pyra smiled, having applied the rest of their medical supplies to the wounds of Rinkah and Hop, getting them back to full fighting power.
"Ya think Sam delivered the fragment to Siege?" Mythra asked, looking towards Onigashima in worry.
"Sam's not the kind of guy who would downright disobey Siege… On purpose, anyways." Hop said.
"...! Commanda- argh… Siege has returned." Lucia said, as the group looked up to see Siege.
"Ready up. Sam gave me the last fragment in this world." Siege said with a stern tone.
"What's got your gut in a knot?" Rinkah asked.
"I know Sam… his thirst for battle can lead him to do things he doesn't mean. Like killing someone who can be saved." Siege said. "Regardless, all the Numbers are mobilizing… we're in the endgame, ladies."
"Should we call in more reinforcements?" Pyra innocently asked.
"No. All our other forces are too far out or searching for the other fragments… It's just us, and we're gonna need to be at our best for the fight to come." Siege said.
"Nothing more needs said." Mythra said, standing to attention. "I'm ready to kick some ass."
"Siege… will you truly be able to cure me of this? The Virus, I mean." Lucia asked.
"...I'm sure I can. I've been getting updates on Luna throughout this mission. And she's recovering well. Soon… you'll have your sister back again. Then you will be next and we can return you to your usual-" Siege was about to finish.
"...No…" Lucia said, looking up at Siege. "You told me if nothing else you can make the Virus dormant… where I retain the power but don't lose myself."
"...Lucia what are you-" Siege asked.
"I don't want her to be lost again. I will use the very thing I fought against to protect her… and serve you." Lucia said.
"...sigh As you wish. I won't force you otherwise." Siege said, before looking at the pendant, five eighths of the way whole. "...Why is this still bugging me so much… we're gathering this pendant fragment by fragment, and yet it seems like we're no closer to understanding how or why it functions… There's still so many unanswered questions nearing the end of this journey… No, this quest. The journey's far from done… argh I can't even think truly straight anymore…" Siege thought to himself, folding his arms. "And yet to think… some allies are so expendable in so many worlds…"
"What's that talk all about?" Hop asked, as Siege realized he said it out loud.
"Sigh… What good is it? Fighting for everything we fight for and yet still, for our enemies and even under ourselves, lives after lives after lives are just… thrown away… wasted… nothing more than toys in the hands of some enemies… Does no one value human life except the select few? Or do they just not care…."
"...Siege, I'd love to have an answer for you. I can't help but think this stems from what you saw Garon doing to us and to Mio and Noah's friends." Rinkah said as Siege winced, remembering the screams of both Mio and Noah at watching friend after friend die…
"...Don't remind me… the screams of agony and death still haunt me to hell…" Siege grit his teeth.
"What I'm trying to say is, to quote a certain line I heard 'You can't save 'em all.'" Rinkah stated, as Siege glanced at her.
"...You've been playing Gears of War 3 haven't you." Siege chuckled.
"Er, maybe!" Rinkah jumped and blushed a bit, not wanting to reveal her small hobby of gaming she picked up in free time.
Siege laughed. "Alright, focus." Siege said. "And thanks for picking up my spirits again, you guys." He added before turning to Onigashima. "The endgame is here. Time for us to join it. For real this time."
On the roof of the Skull dome, Jack had fallen as Kaido was the only fighter on the roof.
"Jack…you've done all you can. Go and tend to your wounds. For now…I will be handling these foolish samurai." Kaido said as Jack escaped. "The Sulongs and those three women have caused grievous losses. But Jack did well to keep the Sulongs in check."
"We are grateful to the Minks." Kin'emon said. "As well as those three who came to help."
"Wororororo! Now, run, tire and perish! Let's see how many of these you can avoid!" Kaido declared, breathing in. "Blast Breath!" he roared, blasting fire from his mouth.
