The Lion King – Be Prepared Song
"That doesn't answer my question." Salem said.
"And what do we gotta prepared for?" Tyrian asked.
"For a great song!" Cosmo exclaimed.
"Another song?" Ren asked.
"It won't be something like the creep right?" Sun asked in fear.
"I can't go through that again man!" Neptune exclaimed as he thought back to what he'd seen at that time.
"No this song is really good and has a clear meaning from the singer." Cosmo said.
"Alright let's hear it." Yang said.
Neo clapped her hands excitedly, she loved the songs she heard. Even The Creep was a good son that she enjoyed immensely.
Cosmo poofed to his seat and started the dimension, grinning excitement.
The dimension began by showing Raven with lion ears and a scar above her eye as she wore a black and red fur skin shirt and skirt with bones decorating the outfit, sitting on a cliff as she dangled a piece of zebra meat over the ledge.
"So it's my turn eh?" Raven asked with a smirk.
"Nice outfit Raves." Summer said with a smile.
"But I wonder where that scar came from." Vernal said as she noticed t and hummed in thought.
"What is she a caveman?" Qrow asked.
Taiyang smiled as he enjoyed the nice view of Raven's exposed legs.
"This Raven seems to have a more menacing aura around her." Ozpin said.
"Yeah I noticed that too." Ironwood said.
"And she's a lion faunus as well." Sienna noticed.
"And you couldn't even dispose of them." Raven said as she threw the meat to the ground and Cinder, Emerald and Mercury surrounded it and started eating. They had hyena ears and long wagging tongues with spots covering their bodies and all of them wore grey fur coats.
"Wow you guys must be hungry." Nora said when she noticed the way they were eating the meat.
"I'm a goddamn hyena?" Cinder asked with a growl "With you two as well!?"
"Hey Hyenas can be cool." Mercury defended.
"Yeah, laughter is the best medicine you know." Emerald said and Cinder face palmed.
"Are they supposed to be your lackeys or something?" Qrow asked.
"I have lackeys? I always wanted one of those." Raven said with a grin.
"Well you know, it wasn't exactly like they were alone Raven." Cinder said as she looked up at her.
"Yeah, what were we supposed to do?" Mercury said as he looked up too and swallowed his food "Kill Summer?"
"What?" Ruby asked in shock.
"They were gonna do what?" Taiyang asked in anger.
"Raven?" Summer asked and Raven shrugged as most were confused by this revelation.
Raven smirked "Precisely."
Everyone gasped at the statement and Salem rose an eyebrow at the cold words as she felt as if she might enjoy this.
The three looked confused as Raven jumped from ledge to ledge until she reached the ground which caused the hyenas to scatter and red steam erupted from the ground as she walked.
"Well she's got the ambiance down." Mercury said.
"And the dramatic flair." Roman said as he smirked in enjoyment.
"I know that your powers of retention, are as wet as warthog's backside." Raven sang as she approached Emerald who was chewing on a bone.
"Emerald…you look like a motherfucking dumbass!" Roman exclaimed.
"Screw you!" Emerald shouted with an angry glare.
"You've got a really good singing voice." Sienna commented.
Raven smiled "Thank you."
"But thick as you are, pay attention!" Raven sang as she smacked the bone out of Emerald's hands as she saluted dumbly "My words are a matter of pride."
"That's true." Raven said with a proud smirk.
"Too much pride can lead to your downfall, do keep that in mind Ms. Branwen." Ozpin advised and Raven narrowed her eyes at him.
"Such a loyal soldier." Cinder drawled out as she rolled her eyes at what Emerald was doing.
Emerald pouted "She scares me."
"It's clear from your vacant expressions, the lights are not all on upstairs." Raven sang as she waved her hand in front of Emerald who stuck out her tongue as her eyes remained still while Cinder and Mercury watched from behind Raven who jumped at the giggle duo that fell back into two geysers that launched them to the sky "But we're talking Queens and succession, even you can't be caught unawares!"
"At least I'm not the only dumbass in the group." Emerald said as Cinder and Mercury glared at her.
"What did you say to me?" Cinder asked.
Emerald nervously smiled "Nothing ma'am."
"Raven your lackeys are…lacking." Qrow said.
"In every sense of the word." Winter said.
"I don't wanna hear it from and illiterate titan hunter that couldn't even finish the job and a drunk professor that lives in his own daughter's garage!" Raven shouted which shut the two up.
"So prepare for the chance of a lifetime, be prepared for sensational news!" Raven sang as she flipped her hair and posed while Cinder and Mercury screamed and fell in the background. She kept walking on her terrain and even tiptoeing "A shining new era, is tiptoeing nearer."
"And where do we feature?" Cinder asked.
Raven grabbed her face and pinched her cheeks "Just listen to teacher."
'From one bad boss to another, will I ever get a break!?' Cinder exclaimed as she glared at the screen.
"Damn it guys! I won't lie to you," Yang said as she clutched her heart "The song is starting to get catchy!"
"I know! I feel it too!" Ruby exclaimed.
"The flair and the sass are full frontal in this and I love it!" Roman exclaimed while Neo danced in her seat with a nod.
"I know it sounds sorted but you'll be rewarded, when at last I am given my dues!" Raven sang as Cinder rubbed her cheek while Raven jumped to another ledge then kicked Emerald who had found another bone off the ledge into a pile of bones "And injustice deliciously squared, Be Prepared!"
"Argh! Why is this so catchy!?" Yang exclaimed.
"Be prepared for what?" Weiss asked.
"Her evil plans obviously." Blake said.
"What makes you think they're evil?" Raven asked in offence.
"From what we've seen of you other self is you abusing your lackeys, talking about killing Ruby's mom and singing a song about your plans in a dark volcano like environment." Blake listed.
"Can't get any more evil than that." Nora said.
Summer smiled in hope "Oh she was just joking around guys; I doubt she actually meant it."
"I hope so." Qrow said.
"Yeah be prepared! We'll be prepared…for what?" Mercury asked as he and Cinder and Emerald popped out of the bone pile with bone masks.
Almost everyone face palmed at that while Mercury rolled his eyes at his other self.
"For the death of the queen!" Raven announced.
Summer gulped "She could be talking about anyone."
"What is she sick?" Mercury asked as he climbed up to Raven's ledge.
Raven grabbed him by the neck and brought him close "No fool, we're gonna kill her. And Ruby too."
A lot gasped in shock at the revelation while some looked at Raven in betrayal.
"How could you!?" Summer asked at the brink of tears.
"Sum Sum, that's not me! I would never do such a thing." Raven said in a soothing voice.
Summer looked at her in hope "Really?"
"Of course not." Raven said.
"Yay!" Summer exclaimed as she hugged Raven who chuckled in amusement.
"Rubes…run." Yang said.
"Why?" Ruby asked.
"Because I know my mom and if she wants to kill you then you are in trouble." Yang said with wide eyes.
"Why would Raven want to kill Summer, assuming she's the queen, and Ruby?" Taiyang asked.
"Power, pride, the throne. Lots of reasons really." Cinder said.
Mercury was dropped to the ground and rejoined his fellow hyenas "Great idea! Who needs a queen?"
"A lot of people because they are necessary." Ozpin said.
"I mean, are they though?" Qrow asked.
"No queen! No queen! La, la, la, la, la, la!" The three chanted and danced.
"Idiots! There will be a queen!" Raven shouted.
"Hey but you said-"
"I will be queen!" Raven shouted as she cut Cinder off.
"Ah, so it is for power." Cinder said.
"And the throne." Weiss said.
"God I hate royal politics." Qrow said as he rolled his eyes.
"I can't believe other you is willing to kill me and Ruby just to be Queen." Summer said.
Raven shrugged "Maybe she has a valid reason to do so."
"It better be a darn good one." Summer said with a pout.
"Stick with me and you'll never go hungry again!" Raven shouted as the hyenas cheered and more hyenas were revealed.
"Well that's one way to win em over." Qrow said.
"Oh damn…" Roman said as he widened his eyes at the hyena army Raven had.
"Alright! Long live the queen!" Cinder shouted.
"LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!" The hyenas chanted "LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!"
"You two are in trouble~" Cinder taunted as she pointer at Summer and Ruby.
Raven smirked as she watched the hyenas march and sing "It's great that we'll soon be connected, with a queen who'll be all-time adored."
"This has to be inflating your gigantic ego." Qrow grumbled.
Raven smiled proudly "Yup!"
"Of course with quo-pro, you're expected, to take certain duties on board." Raven sang as she made a cutting motion along her neck then she jumped off her ledge and in front of her main hyena group as she stalked forward towards Cinder while the ground parted and red steam erupted "The future is littered with prizes and though I'm the main addressee, the point that I must emphasize is, you won't get a sniff without me!"
"Your mom is scary Yang." Sun said with a gulp.
"I know." Yang said with a sigh.
"Good, fear me." Raven said with a smirk.
"I-I wasn't scared! I-I was just t-taken aback, that's all!" Cinder exclaimed.
"Sure…" The villains said with unbelieving looks.
"She may rival me in the villainy department." Salem said with an amused smirk.
"Impossible mistress! You are the one true evil." Tyrian said with a bow.
"So prepare for the coup of the century! Be prepared for the murkiest scam!" Raven sang as the ground erupted in flames while the terrain began to change in a blaze of orange and red smoke and steam
"LA! LA! LA!" Cinder, Emerald and Mercury sang.
"Meticulous planning, tenacity spanning! The decades of denial, is simply why I'll!" Raven sang as the rock she stood on was lifting to the sky "Be queen undisputed, respected, saluted and seen for the wonder I am!"
"Sounds like a lot of personal problems." Hazel said.
"I think this may be the best way to solve those problems." Watts said as he was curious about this plan of hers.
"I hate it but I love it!" Yang exclaimed as several agreed.
"I love this song!" Roman shouted.
"Haah, Haah, Haah!" The hyenas sang as they played with skeletons of dead faunus.
"Well if I didn't notice that then I wouldn't have thought about it but this is extremely dark." Jinn said.
"Yeah, good song though." Elm said.
"Yes my teeth and ambitions are bared," Raven sang.
"BE PREPARED!!" Everyone sang.
"Be prepared!" Raven sang.
"Yes our teeth and ambitions are bared," The hyenas sang.
"Everybody!" Cosmo exclaimed.
"Be prepared! /Be prepared!" Raven and The cast finished as she cackled with the hyenas through the night.
Everyone laughed and cheered as some were even humming the song as Cosmo poofed to the front.
"You enjoyed that right?" Cosmo asked.
"Enjoyed it? It was amazing!" Raven exclaimed.
"I never evil songs could be so catchy!" Yang exclaimed.
"Welcome to the dark side goldilocks." Roman said with a smirk.
"This dimension has more amazing songs y'know." Cosmo said.
"Really!?" Ruby exclaimed.
Cosmo nodded.
"Show us!" Nora shouted.
Cosmo shook his head.
"Why not?" Harriet asked.
"Because now, it's time to lose yourself!" Cosmo exclaimed.
