A/N: Happy Birthday Naruto! ... Not a very good comment to start a story like this on, huh?

It was the day that the Kyuubi was sealed and that Naruto was born. Normally, Naruto only remembers the pain of the attackers against him but he wouldn't forget this birthday for a different reason.

Naruto ran down the street with an ANBU with the fox face hot on his tail. " I will slay you, Demon!" Turning into an alleyway, he was trapped. Apparently, The Kyuubi had killed this ANBU's entire family, and he finally snapped. Naruto backed up to the corner as the ANBU drew his katana. Naruto tried to scream but the ANBU stabbed the sword through his gut.
Naruto fell to the ground as a pool of blood began to gather around him. Before he fell into the darkness, he saw the ANBU with the fox face get knocked unconcious by a figure with pupiless white eyes.

Naruto woke up a day later in a hospital room. On his right was a 24 pack of instant ramen from Iruka and a birthday card with some ryou in it from the Sandaime. Looking to the left, all there was was one solitary rose. "I wonder who that was from?"

The one with the pupiless white eyes was watching this scene from the tree outside the window. All she would ever do was watch, and he would never realize that she gave him that one rose.

Well, How was it? This is my first attempt at this kind of fic so it probably isn't good... Anyway, the person was obviously Hinata so if you thought it was Hanabi or Neji, (no offense) you've got problems.
(EDIT) I forgot to edit it so the hyphens came out all screwed up so I redid them!
