Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Danny Phantom. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Danny Phantom is created by Butch Hartman and aired as an American animated action adventure television series by Nickelodeon in 2004.
It was a week and two days, and it was another day of school. The reincarnates, as they now privately called themselves, walked into school. Danny was holding onto Serena's hand for comfort. He just had a gut feeling that something BAD would happen today. Oh, he knew that they planned for Jed Stone to release a Youma in disguise so they could grab Sam, otherwise known as Ashara, but he just couldn't shake the feeling that something would be going wrong. Serena looked just as worried because she too felt the same way as Danny. She could tell that something that wasn't going to be planned out would happen. It was just a matter of time once it happens. Dash, however, was the only one relaxed as he separated from his little sister, Hotaru, and, what he fondly calls Tucker and Danny, losers. Kwan followed as well, but he turned back to see that he wasn't the only one being worried. "Dude, are you alright," asked Tucker.
"Y-Yeah," said Danny, "Just a gut feeling."
"That something is going to happen," piped up Hotaru, "Something bad?"
"Mhm," hummed Danny, "How did you know what I was feeling?"
"Because I feel the same way," said Hotaru.
"Same here," said Serena worriedly.
"Dudes," said Tucker, "Quit worrying. I'm sure that Jed has it handled?"
"Yeah," said Danny, "But, what about handling my so-called father?"
"Okay," said Tucker, "For the record, I don't consider this ghost dude or whoever this evil person is your father. Your dad, for my concern, will always be Jack Fenton."
"Yeah," said Danny, "But…"
"No buts," said Tucker seriously, "What we are learning is just that… the past. So, for now, we're going to defeat this evil with the help of your girlfriend points to Serena Hotaru points to Hotaru Sam, and the other two, and we will be victorious and have an awesome meat party."
"Meat-Vegan party," pointed out Serena, "I remember how you and Sam did that protest against one another due to different food choices."
"Same here," said Hotaru, "We are going to have a variety of foods, Foley, or so help me, I'll…"
Tucker raised his hands in his hand in a surrender-like pose while Danny started to chuckle. Of course, Hotaru and Serena would know all about his first time being Danny Phantom and defeating the ghost called the Lunch Lady. He also couldn't believe that THAT was his first ever ghost fight while his two best friends were fighting against each other. At least, they kind of sort of made up, though Danny could deal without having to stop them fighting about meat versus vegetables once in a while. All four heard the bell ring and looked at each other before separating to their own classes, Danny and Serena sharing a kiss beforehand. "So," said Tucker, "How are we going to get Sam to be even NEAR us once this hits?"
"I have no clue," said Danny.
"You think Kwan and Dash have a plan," asked Tucker.
"If they do," said Danny, "I'm sure we're going to hear Sam's screaming voice once that plan is set in motion."
It was true with what Danny said because right as the lunch bell rang, Dash and Kwan grabbed Sam as she met up with Danny's sister, Jazz, picked her up, and walked away with her. They, however, made Jazz look offended and started to follow them. Sam, on her part, was screaming at Dash and Kwan to let her go before she beat them up. Dash and Kwan winced at the loud volume while also trying to tune out Jazz's questions. They rather have Danny and Tucker deal with the two girls than them. All four of them then met up with Serena, Hotaru, Danny, Tucker, and Jed. Jed, on his part, looked at Sam like she was higher status than him. "Put me down," growled Sam.
"I told you," said Danny.
"Big brother," questioned Hotaru, "THIS was your plan?"
"Well, it saved time," shrugged Kwan.
"I just know that it was MY big brother," groaned Serena.
"Danny," exclaimed Jazz, "Why did Dash and Kwan literally kidnap Sam?"
"You call it kidnapping," said Dash, "I call it intercepting a loser to get THIS loser points at Danny away from my baby sister."
Serena, Danny, Hotaru, and Tucker groaned when they heard Dash's statement. Jed, on the other hand, looked at Sam in awestruck. He remembered how Sam looked like as Ashara and was kind of surprised that she would be wearing the same black clothing, only in modern times. Jazz, however, was not going to be deterred as she asked once more on WHY Dash and Kwan dragged Sam all the way here. "It's none of your business, Jazz," sighed Danny.
"W-What," stuttered Jazz before narrowing her eyes, "Of course, it is my business! You are my little brother AND Sam is my friend."
"Loosely," said Sam, "I am loosely your friend."
"Yeah, that," said Jazz, "So, I demand to know what is going on!"
"Well," started Tucker as he looked at Jed.
"Oh no," said Jed as he stepped away from them, "This decision is ALL on you guys. I'm just the… help."
"Help," chorused the girls.
"Help with what," asked a suspicious Sam.
Before Jed could say anything, a loud scream of terror was heard. Everyone blinked as they looked around their area to find Paulina screaming. Those in the plan turned to Jed, but Jed was the one who was looking up in the sky. Seeing this, they gaped in surprise as they looked at Jed once more before looking up again. Sam and Jazz were doing the same thing because there, in the sky, was an EXACT copy of Jed, and he was FLOATING in the air. Underneath the Jed copy was a Youma that looked humanoid in nature. This Youma had red skin, dark spiky hair, a light purple mark on her forehead, and spikes that stretched from her shoulders and back. They could also hear a conversation between the two. "Isn't it glorious to be back, Garoben," questioned the Jed-look-alike.
"Yes," said Garoben, "So many intellectual individuals filled with energy that it is making me… thirsty… for more."
"Then, go, my Youma," said the Jed-look-alike, "And make sure to find that PARTICULAR energy for our master."
"Of course, Ja-," started Garoben before both were interrupted.
"Hold it right there," shouted a female voice.
The students, along with Danny's group, looked up towards the voice to see seven silhouettes on top of the school building. Sam and Jazz looked a bit offensive at the extremely short skirt that the seven revealed once they stepped into the sunlight. Danny, Serena, Dash, Hotaru, Kwan, Tucker, and Jed weren't affected because for one, the six aforementioned people saw Tucker's video. For another, Jed was actually the so-called evil who now has a copy up in the air. He already heard and saw the Sailor Senshi in action in BOTH of his life times. They all watched, student body and teachers alike, as the seven jumped from the rooftops to confront the monster. Danny, on his part, was just glad to see that the monster wasn't GLOWING green like the other monster from before. "Everyone, get to safety," shouted the one in orange, Venus.
"Sailor Brats," growled the Jed-look-alike as he saw the population fleeing.
"We know who you are," shouted the one in navy blue, Uranus.
"Are you here to find our hime once more," questioned the one in sea-green, Neptune.
"Wouldn't you like to know," said the Jed-look-alike, "Garoben!"
"Hai," said Garoben as she transformed an arm into an ax.
"I'll leave you to deal with the Sailor Brats," said the Jed-look-alike as he started to disappear.
"Chotto matte (Wait a minute)," shouted the one in green, Jupiter.
"JADEITE, COME BACK HERE AND FACE US," shouted the really furious one in red, Mars.
Since the Sailor Senshi were dealing with the Jed-look-alike, Jadeite, and Garoben, they didn't notice that their found Princess tripped over on her own two feet from a tree root. They also didn't know that once she did that, Danny was there to help her up while the rest flee to safety, their plan working as Sam and, to their irritation, Jazz were with them. However, once Danny helped Serena up to run to safety with her together, Mars' shout of the disappearing Jed-look-alike's name made Serena halt in response. The name resonated within Serena's body as something snapped within her mind. Because she wasn't responsive, Danny looked at Serena worriedly before scooping her up bridal style and running away from the battle. 'Good thing I told Jadeite that the Youma SHOULDN'T have any ghost abilities, even though a very tiny ectoplasm revived said Youma,' thought Danny before looking at his girlfriend in worry, 'I wonder what happened to Serena though. She was just fine, if a bit clumsy while fleeing though…'
- An Hour Later –
"So, school is canceled," said Jazz as she got off of the phone.
As everyone regrouped, they found themselves alone in Danny and Jazz's house. Their parents got word of a monster, and well, they rushed to see if it was a ghost. Danny, however, knew that by the time his parents got there, the Sailor Senshi would already dusted the monster once more. He, though, was more worried about how unresponsive his girlfriend was being as he held Serena close to him. He didn't know what had happened to her, but hopefully, SOMEONE would shed some light on what happened. "Fentina," said Dash, "What is wrong with my sister?"
"I don't know," said Danny, "That Mars girl cried out a name… uh… Jadeite looks at Serena worriedly and she became like this."
"It's obviously something traumatic," pointed out Jazz.
"We know," chorused those that KNEW they were reincarnates.
"What," questioned Sam with suspicious eyes, "How do YOU know?"
"Well, we WANTED to tell you," said Tucker, "But, because you were angry at us…"
"…And you weren't hanging out with us," said Danny.
"We couldn't tell you what we know," said Tucker.
Sam glared at her two best friends. Of COURSE, she wouldn't hang out with them. They were hanging out with Serena and Hotaru. They would also sometimes hang out with Dash and Kwan. Jazz, however, looked pointedly at Sam to let the two boys explain. She, however, didn't know that they weren't talking because SHE was there. Tucker and Danny looked at each other before they looked at Jazz pointedly. They couldn't really EXPLAIN anything to Sam while she was in the room. It was top secret for a reason. Hotaru, on the other hand, was gently looking over Serena as, what they believed was his real name, Jadeite was looking at Serena searchingly. Before Tucker or Danny could tell Jazz to let them converse alone, Jadeite looked to everyone in the room. "I believe I know what is happening to her," said Jadeite.
"What," questioned Kwan.
"I believe that certain words, like my name, was a trigger for SOME of her lost memories," explained Jadeite.
"Wait a minute," said Sam, "What do you mean your name? They have been saying your name the entire time you were with them."
"To be honest," said Jadeite, "My real name is Jadeite. looks at Danny To be honest, I am not certain WHY my name did this to her. She was mostly close to the Inners."
"Maybe because her memories are triggered by a sequence of names," suggested Tucker, "I mean, you DID tell us that you were the first person that she had to… ah…"
"That she had to what," questioned Sam.
"That's the part where we have to explain to you," said Hotaru, "And ONLY you."
"What about Jazz/me," questioned Sam and Jazz together.
Because Danny turned mostly towards his girlfriend and trying to get her to respond, Tucker was the one to deal with the mess. Tucker sighed before motioning the others to him. If it was alright with the other incarnates, they will also be telling Jazz what is going on as well. Jazz and Sam both stood impatiently as Tucker talked with the others about bringing in an unknown, so to speak. Jadeite wasn't even going to participate, but a pull from Hotaru made him get into the circle with them. Sam and Jazz could hear fierce whisperings among the circle before a moment later, it was broken up. Tucker pulled on his collar of his shirt before motioning for the girls to sit down. "Since Serena is a bit catatonic and Danny is watching over her, it was a semi-unanimous vote to tell Jazz everything," said Tucker.
"Everything," questioned Jazz.
"Jazz," said Kwan, "Do you believe in reincarnation?"
"What," shouted Sam and Jazz together.
"Are you telling me that you all think that you are reincarnations of someone else," questioned Sam.
"We don't think," said Serena's voice, "We know."
"Serena," chorused everyone, besides Sam and Jazz.
"You alright, Beautiful," questioned Danny softly.
Serena nodded her head slightly before laying it on Danny's shoulder. Her head was swimming with whatever memories she had with Jadeite, especially the fake ones where it was ONLY one Earth Prince instead of two. Danny could feel Serena's discomfort and placed an arm around her shoulders, trying to ease whatever she was feeling. Sam looked away from the scene while Jadeite calmly walked towards Serena. He had to know just WHY his name triggered her memories so fiercely. Serena, upon seeing Jadeite, winced as she moved away from him. The worst memories of his cackling was still echoing in her ears. "Serena," questioned Hotaru.
"Sorry," said Serena, "J-Just the memories that I received."
"What did you see," asked Dash.
"It was during the Silver Millennium, but most of them are layered by fake memories of only one Earth prince," said Serena with a questioning tone at the end.
"I believe that Endymion-ōsama or your mother did something to protect you until you found your true Prince," said Jadeite.
"Prince," chorused Sam and Jazz.
"Any other ones," questioned Kwan gently while ignoring the confused girls.
"A bit of wearing something similar to the girls and fighting those monsters," said Serena.
"Maybe what Tucker said is true," said Hotaru.
"What did he say," questioned Danny and Serena.
"I suggested that maybe hearing a name triggered Serena's memories, but more violently, and since Jadeite is the first to, well, fight Serena, his memories are the first that she gathered," said Tucker.
"But, that still doesn't answer to WHY she wasn't receiving any memories of the Sailor Senshi when THEIR real identity's names were revealed," pointed out Jadeite.
"Uh, hello," said Sam, "Did you forget about us?"
"Yeah," said Jazz, "I know that you are all Serena's friend looks at Danny one maybe more looks at everyone else again but Sam and I don't know WHAT you are talking about."
"Okay, ladies," said Hotaru, "Jadeite will give you the run down."
"Me," questioned Jadeite, "Why me?"
"Because YOU are the only one who has ALL of their memories," said Tucker, "Since, you know… eternal sleep ebbs away evil magic and all."
With that, another bout of shouting came from Jazz and Sam who were totally confused. Jadeite sighed because Tucker WOULD make him do all of the work. He turned to Sam and Jazz and started talking about how all of the planets sustained life and not just Earth. He started to tell them about what he remembered during the Silver Millennium, along with his past bad deeds, and as Jadeite explained, Serena was pondering on WHY she would be getting memories on Jadeite's name alone and not the Sailor Senshi and the other reincarnated names. 'I think that there is a different force to all of this,' thought Serena as she snuggled up against Danny to hear her past life story once more with everyone else.
AN: Um, yeah. So this happened in the chapter. (ノдヽ) You all know what will happen to the monster, so I didn't type the battle up THIS time. (;´д｀) And, Jadeite's name is ONE trigger, but there's also a reason behind Serena NOT regaining memories from the Sailor Senshi. Of course, she SHOULD have regained memories of her past life with Aeolian, but for me, Serena doesn't really HAVE any memories with him and the others. The memories she DOES have are fake and from someone else, so those memories don't count. As for the Sailor Senshi's names… well… you have to just keep reading to find out. （´＿｀;） There is always a reason whenever I write a chapter. I just don't happen to tell you. (ーー;) Anyways~! Jazz is also going to be a part of this story now, along with Sam! ＾ω＾And, yes~! I DID do a time jump, but only slightly. If they DID do the plan the next day, then something is going to be up. Also, Jadeite will reveal HOW he regenerated his Youma with OUT the ghost powers. I guarantee on that in the next chapter.
