Three months later...

"Do you have everything?" I ask for the fortieth time since I woke up.

"Yes, Edward. I have everything" Bella giggles. "Anyway, even if I don't, we have to go otherwise we'll miss our flight," She says.

"Okay," I nod, checking the room once more before picking up our suitcases and heading out of her dorm room.

Today, we're flying back to Seattle to spend Spring Break in Forks. I'm really looking forward to going home for the week. Even though I saw everyone at Christmas and my parents when we flew back for Charlie's surgery, it still feels like a lifetime since I saw the gang.

"Are you excited?" Bella asks as we wait outside the building for the shuttle bus into town.

"Yeah, I am" I chuckle. "I'm looking forward to seeing the gang again," I tell her.

"Me too" She nods. "Rose is already suggesting we have another slumber party in her cabin" She grins.

"That sounds good" I chuckle, just as the bus pulls up.

We climb on, squeezing into two seats with our suitcases in front of our knees before we rumble off towards the city. Thankfully, the bus isn't that crowded and the journey isn't too long.

Within thirty minutes we're pulling up outside of the station and climbing back out, Bella taking one of the suitcases from me so that I can use the ticket machine. We both purchase our tickets before finding our platform.

I place our suitcases down on the concrete and stand up straight, groaning a little as I stretch my back. Bella grins at me before wrapping her arms around my waist, holding me close.

"What's that smile for?" I chuckle, looking down at her and wrapping my arms around her.

"I just love you" She grins.

"I love you too" I chuckle, kissing her softly.

We don't have to wait long for the train before we're climbing into the carriage and finding two seats together. We hurtle through the city before eventually arriving at the airport. We spend the next forty minutes or so checking in for our flights before heading to our gate to wait.

"God, I hate travelling" I moan, sitting down on a hard seat next to Bella.

"Don't be such a grinch, baby" She laughs.

"I'm not a grinch but urgh...it just takes so long!" I moan.

She rolls her eyes at me, suddenly producing two candy bars from her purse.

"I'm guessing you won't want one of these then as you're so busy lamenting your travel situation" She teases.

I glance at the candy bar before grabbing one, hearing Bella laugh at my reaction. I chuckle with her, tearing the wrapper open and taking a bite.

"So, anything you want to do while we're home," She asks, slumping down in her chair and leaning her head against my shoulder.

"I want to go to the diner and have a milkshake," I tell her.

"Seriously?" She laughs.

"Yeah, I've really missed those" I admit with a laugh, "Maybe even more than my family".

Bella smacks me on the arm, giggling.

"Okay." She shrugs.

"How about you?" I ask.

"I'd like to go to the meadow," She says.

"Same" I grin. "Maybe it would be a good opportunity to sneak away and...you know," I say, wiggling my eyebrows at her like a fucking dork.

She snorts at me, rolling her eyes.

"Is that all you think about?" She teases.

"Not all, just the majority of the time" I admit as she laughs at me. "Don't you think about it?" I ask.

"Yeah. Most of the time" She admits, giggling and making me laugh at her.

We wait around for a couple of hours before our flight is finally called and we queue up to show our tickets. We make our way onto the plane, finding our seats before I stow our bags above our heads and squeeze in next to Bella.

"Who are you texting?" I ask seeing Bella tapping away on her phone.

"Just telling my dad that we're on the plane" She replies, turning her phone off.

I nod a little, looking out the window at sunny Rhode Island.

"Think it's raining in Seattle?" I ask.

"When is it not raining in Seattle?" Bella chuckles.

"True" I nod.

"I've kind of missed the rain though" She admits.

"It rains in Rhode Island" I point out.

"It's not the same. It smells different" She says and I can't help but chuckle at her.

Suddenly, we're pulled out of our conversation by the pilot's voice and the safety instructions before the plane starts meandering its way to the runway. Bella grabs my hand as the plane begins to take off, giving me an excited smile as the wheels leave the tarmac.

My ears pop as we level off before Bella leans over and gives me a kiss on the cheek.

"What was that for?" I ask. "Not that I mind".

"I just love you." She shrugs.

"I love you too" I chuckle.

When the plane eventually lands on the wet tarmac in rainy Seattle, Bella and I head through security before scanning the arrivals area for our parents. I see a waving hand in the distance before my dad's smiling face comes into view.

I grin as we walk towards him, seeing my mom standing next to him and Bella's dad by their side.

"Hey!" I say when we reach them.

"Son!" Dad says, pulling me into a tight hug. "You look good" He nods, looking me up and down.

"I feel good" I grin. "Hey mom" I smile.

Mom wraps her arms around me tightly and I notice the slightly glassy look in her eyes as she pulls away smiling at me brightly.

"I can't believe you're here," She says.

"Edward," The Chief says, holding his hand out to me and giving me an uncharacteristically warm smile.

I notice he looks thinner than before, his skin a pale grey and his eyes a little dull. He looks sick and I know Bella notices too.

"Sir, nice to see you" I nod, shaking his hand firmly.

"How's college?" He asks.

"It's great. I'm really enjoying it. It's definitely a step up though" I admit.

"I'm sure you'll get there" He nods, smiling at me. I grin back.

"Shall we go to the car?" Dad asks. "I know your sister is excited to see you," He says.

I grin before we all nod and grab our various bags, heading out of the airport towards the parking lot. Our parents have all come in one car, so when we reach the vehicle and have loaded up the trunk, Bella and I slide into the backseat with my mother, while the Chief and my dad call shotgun up front.

The drive to Forks seems to pass in a blur of excited chatter and laughter and before I know it, I'm pulling up outside of the familiar white shiplap house with the creaky front porch. I grin as I climb out of the backseat before the front door suddenly flies open and Alice appears. She squeals excitedly before running towards me at full speed. Thankfully, I have a minute to brace myself before she launches herself into my arms, wrapping her arms around my neck and her legs around my hips.

"Hey, Allie!" I chuckle, hugging her close.

"Oh my god, I missed you so much," She says.

"You speak to me every week" I point out.

"It's not the same," She says before unwrapping her legs and letting me drop her to the floor.

I look at her for a long minute. Her hair is shorter and more sculpted, she looks more city and somehow a little older than she did at Christmas. She grins before running off to hug Bella. As she does, I see a flash of blonde hair from the corner of my eye. Jasper leans against the front porch steps with a small smile on his face, looking at me.

"Oh my god," I groan, a smile creeping up my face. "What are you doing here?!" I say before pulling him into a tight hug, feeling him chuckle.

"I may have got back a couple of days early," He says, pulling back and looking me in the eye.

"You look different" I comment, unable to put my finger on it.

"Do I?" He chuckles, looking down at himself.

"Yeah, you're more...tanned? I don't know" I laugh.

"Probably all that Tennessee sun" He winks. "You look different too" He nods.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Yeah, you look...I don't know, more...preppy" He laughs.

I shove his arm, rolling my eyes and flipping him off before I grab my bags from the trunk and follow everyone inside. The sound of excited chatter and laughter fills my ears and I can't help but smile at the sound.

"So I made your favourites for dinner" Mom grins as we walk into the kitchen.

"Mine?" I ask.

"All of yours," She says.

I chuckle before she shows me lasagna, roast chicken, chilli and macaroni.

"How are we going to eat all that?" I laugh.

"We won't but we can have it as leftovers" She smiles.

"She missed you" Dad winks.

"All of you" She grins at Bella and Jasper.

"Have you guys heard from Emmett and Rose?" I ask Jasper.

"Yeah, apparently they get back tomorrow" He nods.

"The gang together again" I reply, nudging his arm and making him laugh.

"Yeah. Rose said she's thinking of hosting another slumber party in her cabin" He says.

"Yeah, Bella said. Sounds good" I nod.

His eyes meet mine and we both smile a little.

"So weird seeing you," He says.

"I know right?" I chuckle. "So fucking weird".

"Edward, language" Dad murmurs in my ear as he walks past, offering drinks to everyone.

"You're not in Rhode Island anymore" Jasper teases.

The following day, Rose and Emmett get back and as soon as we hear they've arrived, we all pile over to Em's place to see them.

"Rose!" Alice squeals when she sees the platinum blonde standing on Em's porch.

"Allie!" Rose cries before they throw their arms around each other tightly.

As I get closer Emmett's face lights up and he throws his arms around me with a loud laugh, sucking all the air from my lungs.

"Em! Down!" I wheeze.

Emmett chuckles, placing me back on my feet before he looks me up and down.

"You look different," He says.

"Jasper said the same" I chuckle.

"Yeah, more preppy" He replies.

I punch his arm, hearing him laugh before I chuckle with him.

"You look different too" I admit.

He's more tanned, he's bulked up and his hair is a little shorter.

"Is it the tan? I bet it's the tan" He grins, winking at me.

"Fuck off, Em" I chuckle.

"Edward!" Rose grins when she sees me.

"Hey Rose" I smile, giving her a tight hug.

"Wow, you've bulked up," She says, squeezing my arm and giving Bella a wink.

"Basketball" I reply. "And the gym."

"More like, trying not to fall off a twin bed..." Rose teases.

I laugh loudly at her words before rolling my eyes.

"That too" I admit.

Bella smacks my arm but I just chuckle, kissing the side of her head.

"So you guys good?" I ask.

"Yeah, we're really good" Em smiles, looking down at Rose.

It's still weird to see them like this, so wrapped up in each other.

"So," Rose says excitedly, "Slumber party at mine on Friday night. I've already cleared it with the folks" She says.

"Cool!" Alice squeals.

"Yeah, cool" I grin.

The next two days pass in a blur of family and catching up. Mom and Dad take Alice, Jasper, Bella and me out for dinner and I also hang out at Bella's a couple of times, catching up with her dad. It sounds like his treatment is going well but my Dad has mentioned in private that we're not out of the woods yet.

On Thursday night I take Bella to the diner for our milkshake.

"I can't believe this is what you wanted to do" She giggles, sipping the strawberry liquid in front of her.

"Are you saying you don't want your milkshake?" I tease.

"No" She admits, sucking harder on the straw and making my dick harden a little.

I laugh at her before she takes my hand in hers.

"So, slumber party tomorrow night" She grins.

"Yeah, you excited?" I ask.

"Yeah, it will be good to hang out together before we have to go back" She smiles.

As we drink our milkshakes we talk about everything and nothing until I pay the bill and take her hand, dragging her out to the car.

"So what now maestro?" She teases, slipping into the passenger seat of the trusty Volvo.

"Um...we could go for a drive?" I suggest, my eyes meeting hers.

"A drive?" She teases.

"Well...we could drive somewhere quiet and then...you know" I grin.

"No, I don't know, Edward" She replies and I see the humour in her eyes. She wants me to say it.

"And I could fuck you in the backseat for old time's sake" I reply crassly.

"Edward!" She giggles.

"What?! You asked!" I laugh.

"Yeah, sounds good. Same place as usual?" She replies.

I laugh at her now, rolling my eyes at the girl in the seat next to me before I put the car in drive and head out of town. A few minutes later, I pull over to the secluded spot that has become our usual place.

Bella hops over the centre console into the backseat, while I grab a condom from the glove box, chuckling as I climb in the back with her. As Bella shimmies out of her jeans and panties I shove my pants down around my thighs, my boxers going with them before I fix the condom to myself.

"Ready baby?" I breathe, settling between her legs and giving her a soft kiss.

"Yeah" She giggles, pulling her legs back against her chest.

I slide into her, letting out a harsh pant as Bella moans quietly into the dark.

"Oh fuck" I grunt before I start a quick rhythm.

This isn't going to take long. Despite the fact that we had sex just a few days ago before we left Brown it already feels too long and the feel of her wrapped around me is enough to make the tingle of an orgasm start already.

"Urgh...yeah...fuck...baby" Bella moans beneath me.

Normally, we have to keep our noises in check, being in a dorm room and all, so it's so fucking hot to hear her moaning and panting and crying out in my ear.

"Yeah...let me fucking hear you" I groan before speeding up my thrusts even more.

Bella cries out, the sound of skin on skin filling the car.

I adjust the angle of my hips a little so that I'm grinding my pelvis against her clit and hear Bella let out a high-pitched breathy moan. I can see the telltale spots dancing in front of my eyes and bite my lip hard to stop from cumming.

"Fuck..I'm gonna cum" I grunt.

"Yes...fuck...me too" Bella whimpers.

I groan before thrusting harder, hitting her deeper. I slide one hand underneath her back, tilting her hips slightly, a technique we learnt from the tiny twin bed in my dorm room. I know I've found that magic spot when Bella starts to cry out loudly, her back arching.

"Oh shit...fuck...cum" I grunt, nipping her bottom lip and watching as her eyes slam closed and her mouth opens in a silent groan.

Her orgasm triggers my own and I groan loudly as I empty into the condom. My body shudders over Bella's and I collapse on top of her breathing heavily. When I finally manage to lift my head we both give each other a goofy grin, chuckling breathlessly.

"Fuck" She laughs.

"I know" I chuckle.

I look down and see her smiling softly.

"What?" I ask, feeling my own grin.

"Like old times" She giggles.

"Yeah" I laugh. "I kinda missed it."

After a moment I pull out of her, disposing of the condom in the footwell before we both readjust our clothing and climb back into the front seat.

"Home?" I ask.

"Yeah" She smiles. "Home".

The following evening I'm driving to Rose's place, Alice in the passenger seat like old times. It feels weird but familiar at the same time.

"You excited for the sleepover, Teddy?" She asks.

"Totally" I chuckle.

"I can't believe we're all together again" She murmurs.

"I know, it's weird but the same" I reply.

"Yeah" She giggles. "I'll be sad to go back after the weekend".

"Same" I sigh, "But it won't be long before we're back".

She gives me a small smile before looking out the window.

"So everything good with you and Jasper?" I ask.

We haven't really talked about their relationship...ever, but from what I've gathered from Jazz over the last few months, they've not found it easy doing long distance.

"Yeah, we're okay. It was hard at the beginning but we've kind of got into the swing of things now" She says.

"Good" I smile.

"Just wish we got a bit more twin bed action," She says as we pull up outside of Rose's house.

"Fuck Allie! Ew!" I cry, getting out of the car and trying to burn that image out of my brain.

She laughs loudly as I grab our stuff and head up the front porch steps, knocking on the front door. Alice is still laughing when Rose opens up.

"Hey" She smiles, "What's so funny?"

"Edward can't handle talking about Jasper and I having sex" Alice replies.

Kill me now.

Rose giggles before I roll my eyes at them both, striding into the house.

"We're in the cabin" Rose laughs.

I head through the house, briefly saying hi to her parents before stepping out of the back door and walking the short distance to the cabin. Inside, Emmett, Jasper and Bella are already there, drinking beer and chatting.

"Hey" She grins when she sees me, standing and giving me a kiss.

"Hey" I grin.

Alice and Rose walk in a few seconds later, giggling and I watch Jasper give her a quick kiss. His eyes meet mine before he quirks an eyebrow.

"What?" He asks.

"Nothing" I reply, trying to get the image of him thrusting on top of my sister out of my head.

"Edward's being weird because I said I wish we had sex more" Alice replies casually.

"Allie!" I cry.

Bella laughs loudly next to me as do Emmett and Rose. Jasper looks a little awkward but chuckles as well.

"Oh lighten up Edward, it's not like you and Bella don't have sex all the fucking time" Alice replies, rolling her eyes.

"I don't tell you about it though" I point out.

"Bella does" She giggles.

My head snaps to Bella and she looks a little bashful, a blush creeping up her cheeks.

"You do?" I ask, feeling slightly horrified about what she might have said.

"What?" She giggles, "Your twin bed technique is kind of impressive" She mumbles.

I stare at her, feeling a mixture of horror and pride.

"Seriously Ed, we've used a couple of your moves ourselves" Rose pipes up.

I stare at her. She must be joking.

"Yeah, the leg over the shoulder thing gives you way more purchase with your knees " Emmett nods.

Oh my god. I don't know whether to laugh or pray for the earth to swallow me.

"Seriously?" I hiss at Bella.

"What? You know, I love the leg over the shoulder thing" She giggles, looking completely unashamed.

I scrub a hand over my face and hear the others laugh before I grab Bella's beer from her hand and down the rest. She laughs harder before leaning over and kissing my burning cheek.

Thankfully, they all take pity on me and move the conversation away from my sexual exploits and onto more neutral territory.

We talk about school and activities, parties and friends, drinking beer and listening to music until we're all pretty mellow. It's like old times and I realise how much I've missed them over the past few months since seeing them at Christmas.

"I can't believe we all have to go back after the weekend" Rose sighs.

"I know" Jasper murmurs, looking kind of bummed.

I look over at Bella and she glances at me. I feel kind of bad for them all. Yes, we're all going back to college but at least Bella and I get to go together. I get to see her every day, the others have to settle for Facetime and the occasional weekend visit.

"I'm going to miss you all so much," Alice says, her eyes looking a little glassy.

"We should make a pact" Bella pipes up.

"Another one?" I tease before she shoves my arm, making me nearly choke on my beer.

"We should make a pact to do a weekly group video call." She suggests.

"Yeah, we could do that" Rose nods.

"Sounds good to me" Emmett smiles.

Jasper and Alice nod, grinning at us all.

"Deal?" Bella says, holding her bottle out for us to clink.

"Deal" I grin, clinking my bottle with hers.

"Deal" The others laugh before clinking their bottles too.
