Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Danny Phantom. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Danny Phantom is created by Butch Hartman and aired as an American animated action adventure television series by Nickelodeon in 2004.
"Mars," called out Hotaru, "Daijōbu?"
"Hai," called back Rei in a different corner.
Rei and Hotaru have been dodging Mamoru's sword thrusts while also dodging his black roses. They didn't know what those black roses did, but they weren't willing to find out. It took a while, but Hotaru reminded Rei about her Akuryo Taisan attack in mid-dodging. Rei, on her part, mentally smacked her forehead for forgetting one of her earlier attacks. Nodding to Hotaru about the acknowledgement about her attack, the duo finally had a plan. Mamoru, however, had other ideas about their plan. He wouldn't let up his own attacks, making sure Hotaru and Rei couldn't attack him back. "くそ (curse word)," muttered Rei under her breath before speaking, "Saturn, if we can't find a way to slow him down, I can't perform the attack!"
"畜生 (curse word)," said Hotaru under her breath before squaring her shoulders, "I'm going to try to use my glaive to pin him down, Mars. So, get that attack ready!"
"Ryōkai," said Rei who took out an ofuda.
As Rei started to chant her attack, Hotaru was left to deal with Mamoru. Mamoru, on his part, was about to lunge at Rei. Hotaru, however, intercepted Mamoru's sword with her glaive. Both started to duel each other, not letting up their powers as Rei continued to chant under her breath to power up the ofuda. With a lot of clang sounds when the two weapons clashed, the trio didn't know that another attack against Mamoru was coming his way. It wasn't until Mamoru got a lucky hit on Hotaru's shoulder that another attack came. "Venus Love Me Chain," called out Venus.
"Venus," said Hotaru in relief, "Sun-ōji."
"You alright, Saturn," questioned a worried Dash.
"Hai," said Hotaru before turning to Minako, "Venus! Don't let Mamoru-san free! Mars is almost done with her attack."
"Her attack," questioned the newest duo before…
"Akuryo Taisan," called out Rei.
Hotaru, Dash, and a struggling Minako looked at Rei as Rei threw a powered up ofuda in the air. The ofuda flew straight towards Mamoru before attaching itself to Mamoru's forehead. The ofuda glowed a bright light before sticking onto Mamoru's forehead, making Mamoru stop struggling against Minako's Love Me Chain attack. Hotaru, Dash, Minako, and Rei cautiously walked towards Mamoru before they looked in shock that he fainted on the cold floor. The four looked at each other before Rei and Minako went to see if there were other injuries on Mamoru. "Is he alright," asked Minako.
"Just a bump on the head from fainting," said Rei, "Demo, I do not want to remove the ofuda until we know for sure Mamoru is back with us."
"Uh duh," said Minako with a roll of her eyes, "I'm not a baka (idiot), Mars."
"Can Saturn do something about it," questioned Dash.
"What do you mean," asked Rei.
"Well, Kasai said that Hotaru has the power to see spiritual bonds," said Dash with a shrug, "I thought that with that power, she could sever whatever brainwashing this dude was in to make him good again."
"She can do that," asked Rei and Minako in surprise.
"I've done it with Aeolian-ōji and Moon-hime, but I never severed a bond," said Hotaru.
"Let's try it though," said Dash, "I do NOT want to do sword fighting with this dude anytime soon."
"Not like what you did with Prince Demande," said a teasing Minako.
"Prince Demande," exclaimed Rei in worry.
"Don't worry, Mars," said Minako, "Sun-ōji took care of him."
"I swear I'm going to hide my sister so NO ONE can find her," muttered Dash under his breath.
- Jazz & Michiru –
"Do you know how to get out of these," questioned Michiru.
"Earth Knight said something about him freezing the plants," said Jazz, "That one time he had to fight Sam and that plant ghost."
Michiru cursed inwardly at what Jazz revealed. If only her powers were towards ice instead of water. Water would help the plants grow, but ice could be so cold that it would make the plants die. Jazz, who was also trapped in the plants, didn't know what to do. She wanted to save Sam, but with the way things are going right now, Sam was leading Jazz and Michiru to somewhere that will most definitely kill them off. What the two Senshi didn't know was that, hidden from view, Tucker and Ami stumbled upon them. Tucker too knew the weakness of the plants and started to quickly tell Ami about the time Danny fought against Sam and the plant ghost. Ami, who quickly saw the same answer to defeat Sam, got ready to send something that would freeze but also get Michiru and Jazz to safety. "If only you followed me, Jazz," said Sam with a tsk sound in her voice, "Then, you would have been on the winning side."
"I AM on the winning side, Sam," said Jazz, "But, with your jealousy, you can't see the bigger picture."
"Bigger picture," scoffed Sam, "Of what?"
"Of Danny NOT even giving you the time of day," said Jazz with a smile, "Of Danny NOT even giving you a chance for being with him as a couple."
"He WILL see that I'm better than that blonde chick," growled Sam before…
"Shabon Spray Freezing," called out Ami.
Sam growled as the temperature dropped and where Sam, Michiru, and Jazz were was being filled up with mist. The mist, however, was also freezing the plants that surrounded Michiru and Jazz. Sam was trying hard to make sure her plants survived that she didn't see that Michiru and Jazz used their strength to break the plants. A shatter of ice was heard when Sam turned to see that her plants that were trapping Michiru and Jazz were on the floor in shattered ice. Michiru and Jazz, however, quickly escaped to where they heard Tucker and Ami. "Good work, Mercury," said Michiru.
"So, how are we going to save Sam," questioned Tucker.
"The only way is to knock her out or to encase her in ice, freezing her in her place until everything is over," said Michiru.
"I don't like freezing Sam," said Jazz in worry.
"Same here," said Tucker.
"So, we'll try to knock her out," said Ami.
"Yes," said Jazz, "That way, the knock out will probably snap her back on our side!"
"Then, let's go," said Tucker.
With a plan in motion, the mist faded to see Sam alone in the hallway. Sam can't use her plants in the hallway though because of the freezing temperature that was still in the hallway. It, however, gave an opportunity for Michiru to send a lower powered Deep Submerge towards Sam that had to slammed into a wall. The plants surrounding Sam, though, cushioned her hit before Sam charged at the Senshi. Jazz got close enough to send out her Solar Flare attack that burned a bit of Sam's plants and blinded her. Ami then sent out her Shine Aqua Illusion attack that sent a stream of water towards Sam, making her slam back into the wall once more. That attack after Jazz's got Sam to hit her head hard on the wall and fall to the ground unconscious. "Sam," said Tucker.
"She alright," questioned Jazz.
"Yeah," sighed Tucker in relief, "She's knocked out like we planned."
"Let's try to find something to tie her up with before finding the others," said Michiru.
"I'll see what we can find," said Ami as she pulled Tucker to a room next to them.
- Jadeite & Setsuna –
"Dead Scream," called out Setsuna.
Jadeite and Setsuna were fighting against the bane of the Silver Millennium's existence… Queen Beryl. Queen Beryl, on her part, smirked as she dodged and sent a blast of black energy at the two Senshi. Jadeite dodged while also manipulating his element, fire. He managed to send a flaming dragon towards Queen Beryl that burned a bit of her side when she couldn't dodge. Setsuna called out her attack as well that slammed into Queen Beryl, sending the so-called Queen to another wall. Both were feeling the exhaustion as Queen Beryl was gathering more black energy. When they thought Queen Beryl had them, making the duo in a defensive dodging pose, another attack slammed into Queen Beryl from a different corner. "Yo," said Makoto.
"Man," said Kwan, "You guys sure found one bad baddie."
"And you," questioned Jadeite.
"Lower Heart Snatchers and two Witches 5," said Kwan, "But, don't worry. We defeated them."
"Watch out," called out Makoto.
Both Jadeite and Kwan flew into the wall due to their carelessness. Queen Beryl sent out another black energy attack that the two didn't see coming. Setsuna and Makoto ran to the boys to check over the injuries before standing in front of them. It seemed as though Jadeite and Kwan were dazed when their heads hit the wall. Queen Beryl laughed as she commented on how the returned Makoto is back to try to defeat her without her hime doing all the leg work. Makoto growled as she ran forward while ignoring Setsuna's warning to wait. She knew that she was one of the Inners that didn't survive before her spirit lent Usagi power to defeat this Queen. She also knew that she still felt guilty for leaving Usagi alone to deal with the Queen that was now before her. So, to her, she could avenge her fallen comrade by punching the Queen. Jadeite and Kwan got slowly up from the attack to see Makoto engaging Queen Beryl on a one-on-one combat. "What's got her in a frenzy," questioned Jadeite.
"It was when the Inners and Serenity-hime first confronted Queen Beryl," said Setsuna.
"Serena went up against her in her second life," questioned Kwan in awe.
"It led to the Inners demise before they could fight in the final battle," said Setsuna, "I believe that Jupiter still feels guilty for leaving the hime defenseless until her spirit was called to give power to the Ginzuishō."
Jadeite and Kwan looked at Makoto in awe as lightning was encasing her fists before she punched Queen Beryl. However, Queen Beryl wasn't one to dilly-dally as she sent an underhanded trick towards Makoto's back. It was the same trick that Zoisite used against Tuxedo Kamen before Endymion and Serenity were revealed to the Inners. Jadeite, Setsuna, and Kwan were ready to run to intercept the attack, but it was for naught because another attack from a different hallway came. "Fire Soul Bird," called out Rei which was followed by another attack in another hallway.
"Submarine Violin Tide," called out Michiru.
A bird made of flames flew in rapid speed before engulfing Queen Beryl's attack from behind Makoto. A tide sped fast towards Queen Beryl that had her slamming into the wall. Yet, the attack wasn't done. Combined with the electricity Queen Beryl took from Makoto's punches, Queen Beryl was electrocuted. Jadeite, Kwan, Setsuna, and Makoto looked at the two hallways to see their fellow Senshi, along with an unconscious Mamoru and an unconscious but tied-up Sam. "Mina (Everyone)," said Setsuna.
"So, Queen Beryl," questioned Dash.
"Un," said Jadeite, "Though, we may have a problem."
"Let's finish this first before you give us the bad news," said Tucker.
"Let's," said a fierce Ami before calling out, "Mercury Aqua Mirage!"
"Deep Submerge," called out Michiru.
"Dead Scream," called out Setsuna.
"Silence Glaive Surprise," called out Hotaru.
"Crescent Beam Shower," called out Minako.
"Mars Snake Fire," called out Rei.
"Supreme Thunder Dragon," called out Makoto.
"Golden Shatter," called out Tucker.
"Sun Flame Dart," called out Jazz.
"Solar Blaze," called out Dash.
"Silence Typhoon," called out Kwan.
Jadeite didn't yell out an attack. He, however, combined with all the other attacks by silently calling upon his fire and sent a blaze of flames towards Queen Beryl. All the attacks, though a bit overkilled, combined together and hit Queen Beryl. Queen Beryl could have dodged some of the attacks, but not all of them at once. With a cry of "Not again!", Queen Beryl disintegrated into a pile of dust. The Inners looked at the dust with a satisfactory smirk, which scared the others. Though, it wasn't until Jadeite called them back to attention. "Now the bad news," said Jadeite with a grave face.
"Okay," said Tucker, "Lay it on us."
"Queen Beryl said that she brainwashed Serenity-hime," said Setsuna, "And that she now works with King Endymion IV."
"Nani/What," yelled out the entire group before…
"Ugh," groaned a female voice, "Tucker? Jazz?"
"Rei," questioned a male with a groan, "Makoto? Ami? Minako?"
"Sam/Mamoru," called out everyone.
"Where are we," questioned a confused Mamoru.
- Danny & Haruka –
"World Shaking," called out Haruka.
Haruka was fighting against Mistress Nine while Danny tried to figure out how to get his Beautiful out from whatever was happening to her. Danny reached out to get her out of it, but the purple lights just zapped him. Danny shook his hand as he glared at the purple lights. It seemed like what he had to deal with Nocturn was the same in this scenario. He didn't know what he was going to find, but he really hoped that it wasn't something weird like what Nocturn gave him last time. Squaring his shoulders, Danny flew into the air and was about to go into Serena. About was the word for it because when he was about to go into Serena, he was knocked away from her by Haruka. "Sorry," said Haruka in a gruff tone.
"No worries," said Danny, "Need a leg up?"
"If you can freeze Mistress Nine," said Haruka, "I can hit her with my sword and end her."
"One frozen baddie coming right up," said Danny.
Danny briefly looked at Serena before flying towards Mistress Nine. Mistress Nine was not prepared for Danny and his ghost powers. Danny, on his part, zipped through and dodged Mistress Nine's attempts to blasting him down. He then used his intangibility powers and dived right into Mistress Nine. Danny shivered as he felt the evilness of Mistress Nine before he turned to his ice core. On the outside, Haruka saw Mistress Nine's eyes glow icy blue before ice formed around Mistress Nine's hands and feet, ultimately freezing her. Haruka looked in awe at what Danny could do before shaking her head mentally. She summoned her Space Sword from her subspace pocket and sent her attack just as Danny left Mistress Nine's body. "Space Sword Blaster," called out Haruka.
"Woah," said Danny in awe.
"No," yelled out Mistress Nine before turning to dust.
"Finally," sighed Haruka in relief.
"Yeah," said Danny, "The way you used that sword was awesome!"
"Thank you," said Haruka with a smirk, "Now, lover boy. Let's get koneko out before…"
Before Haruka could finish her sentence, a wave of dark energy pulsed out and hit the duo. Haruka and Danny flew into the wall, but they weren't knocked unconscious. Both looked around to find out where the dark energy came from before finding it to their horror. Where the dark energy came from showed the duo that came from where Serena was lying on. They could see the purple lights dissipate just as Serena sat up slowly. Dark energy surged around Serena before engulfing her and raising her out of the coffin-like bed. Haruka and Danny could only watch in horror as the dark energy left Serena to reveal her in a black Sailor Senshi outfit with a black crescent moon insignia on her forehead. A sword also appeared in her hand as she looked around before her stare landed on Haruka and Danny. "Senshi," growled Serena.
"しまった (curse word)," cursed out Haruka.
"Crud," groaned Danny who looked at Serena with a pained stare.
AN: Yes! ヾ(^ ^ゞ I am totally kicking the writer's block with this fanfic! (o^^)o I am actually going to concentrate on this fanfic before moving onto the others that are circulating within my account. (-"-;) Sorry if you are waiting on the other fanfic stories to continue. m(_)m So~! Anyways~! I did overkill with Queen Beryl because in my mind, if she came back, the Inners want to exact revenge on being killed TWICE by Queen Beryl. The others probably want to avenge their Silver Millennium self, so those attacks against Queen Beryl happened too. (^^;) As for the battle with Danny and Haruka against Mistress Nine, you KNOW that Danny has more powers that could probably bypass Mistress Nine. Haruka also would fight against Mistress Nine to avenge Usagi. ʅ(́◡◝)ʃ Though, I hope you like it. I'm pants at battle scenes. (-.-) Anyways! Happy reading and see ya next time! |ω･`)
