I can't believe I forgot! It just occurred to me today that I never told you guys about the song. I wrote this story listening to the song "Over My Head" by The Fray and it totally put the story in the right context because that's where the emotion came from. I'm not sure how many of you guys actually care about this but for me as a writer it says a lot so I wanted to put it out there for anyone else who might be interested in this sort of thing.
