We are back with a reaction I've been putting off for a while lol. Here it is. Most of the script was done by My bud the golden boy. I wrote the rest and the reacts which is why they ain't as good lol. With that I hope you enjoy.
Yang looked at Ruby confused. "You heard dad? That just sounds like a wild animal to me."
"I'm sure it was him. The next world is gonna focus on dad for sure!" Ruby replied with an excited look. "Maybe it'll show how mom looks with Faunus Zwei?"
Weiss perked up at that. "More cute baby Zwei?"
Mercury snorted. "You mean the brat?"
"SHUT UP BLACK! HE'S PRECIOUS!" Weiss got up to hit Mercury but was blocked by the barrier.
"We can't hurt each other in here stupid." He reminded her with a smirk. Smiling wider when he saw her pout and sit back down closing her arms"
"Considering the scream we heard, I doubt that it will focus on Zwei this time. Just a feeling." Ren said calmly.
"Well. It's starting so let's see." Ruby sat at full attention as the screen lit up once again. Text appears on the screen.
The foul, impure beasts that roam the land - The Grimm.
Ozpin sighs a bit. Even in other worlds the Grimm cause chaos. But… he had an odd feeling Salem didn't have a hand in this world Grimms.
In order to save civilization from their neverending threat, the demigods who governed the world created an ultimate weapon that would wipe the Grimm off the face of the planet once and for all.
Ozpin and Salem raised an eyebrow at that.
"Demigods? How powerful were the Grimm where demigods were needed. Also demigods existed!"
Their legions were led by eight elite demigods - the Eight Guardian Generals. One of them, General Xiao-Long, was in the thick of battle.
Ruby and Yang perk up at this while Qrow snickered a bit. General Xiao long sounds weird. But he had no doubts it would be Taiyang. Despite his long time friend dorkniess he could be a good leader if he tried. But his daughters however…..
"No way it's dad." Yang stated, Ruby nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, dad as a general? Nah. No way. Maybe It's you Yang. We haven't seen you yet other then with FZ."
However both were proven wrong.
The planet, Remnant shown from space. Zooming out were gold ships above the planet and Taiyang Xiao-Long standing on the tip of the ship not affected by the vacuum of space. He was wearing no shirt, just some pants and a cloak with steel boots that revealed his toes, his skin seemed to be made out of clay with marking across his back and chest, and his arms were made out of metal.
"Whoaaaa. Yang, Ruby. You dad is…. He's… ummmm. Wow." Velvet faces went a bit red.
"Your dad is RIPPED." Nora pointed.
"He looks very fit." Winter said softly. Qrow feels a pang of jealousy. Once again, Taiyang got the attention of the woman he was into.
"Guys, gross! That's our dad!" Ruby cried out, disgusted.
"Stop getting horny for our dad you pervs!" Yang yelled.
"Will you two sit down so we can watch your hot dad?!" Cinder called out enjoying Ruby and Yang cringing at her comments.
"How is he breathing in space" Whitely asked, a question that went unnoticed. As the sisters yelled at everyone a bit more before sitting down.
A red aura surrounded him; he jumped from the ship: diving down into the fray of Grimm. He fired multiple blasts at the tower-like Grimm, soon other types showed: ones with tentacles or lionfish. From the Tower came small pterodactyl-like Grimm attacking Taiyang and the ships.
He grabbed a Grimm Lasher, Grimm with an Impurity Level of 13,000 and threw it at another, the two exploded on impact.
"Whoa! This guy is strong!" Jaune exclaimed.
"Yeah but. What does that Impurity level mean?" Oscar asked.
"Maybe how powerful they are? If it's that high, then wow." Blake replied.
On Remnant, thousands of Grimm Carriers; Grimm with an Impurity Level of 240,000 flew out of the oceans and into space. A Grimm Lasher attacked Taiyang with its tentacles. Taiyang pushed it into a Carrier, destroying both of them.
"Fear not, brave warriors of Shinkoku." Ruby's voice echoed.
"Wait, me? It's me!" Ruby cheered. "Wonder how strong i am?"
"Wonder if I'll show up?" Yang mused.
The screen showed a structure shaped like a man but with only a head, chest, and shoulders. It also had a ring-like structure behind it attached. It was the Karma Fortress.
"Damn that thing is huge. And it just nerves me," Mercury admitted.
"Our long struggle against the Grimm shall come to an end tonight."
The screen zoomed out showing more of the Shinkoku Army Orbital Force Fleet.
"Oh, powerful Demigods! Purge our world of the impure Grimm, the life-giving Mantra is one with you."
"Mantra? Is that supposed to be dust?" Weiss asked, sitting up.
"Dust can't give life," Fiona pointed out.
"True. But what is the purpose of it?"
The battlefield was full of explosions as the Grimm and Shinkoku warriors fought.
"Faithful people of Shinkoku! Offer your prayers!"
The screen showed people praying to a machine as a priestess danced.
"They will become Mantra to aid us in battle."
Another voice interjected, "Tonight, the Impure have defiled and scorched our land, but it is we who shall live to see tomorrow's light."
An old man draped in gold gowns stood at the crown of a ship. He was the 128th Emperor, Strada.
"Look at wrinkley fuck!" Mercury exclaimed.
"Even his wrinkles have wrinkles," Emerald laughs.
"Legion of Demigods! Heed your Priestess' words, and purify our land once and for all!"
Ruby spoke after Strada.
"Let us offer Gaea the greatest blessing in the name of Emperor Strada. May the Mantra guide you to victory."
"The Eight Guardian Generals that command you are the veteran elite. Purify any who threaten to desecrate our land, divine warriors of Shinkoku!"
From a ship, three lights flew into space, blue, yellow, and orange. The lights destroyed a Grimm carrier.
The yellow light was revealed to be Port. He was very potbellied and had a giant golden arm on his right and a gold beard.
"For the cause!"
Ozpin stiffed a laugh as he watched this version of his colleague. He had no doubts he was powerful but the golden beard was tacky looking on him.
He pulled back his right arm as he neared a Grimm carrier before punching it, shattering it.
"I will root out all evil with these great fists!"
Port one of the Eight Guardian Generals flamboyantly turned around, posing while the Grimm behind him exploded.
The orange light landed on a Grimm Lasher, it was Ozma.
A wild grin grew on his face, "Time to have some fun!"
Ozpin and Salem's eyes widened as they watched the first version of Oz start to fight. Ozpin took notice of his pure white eyes.
"Uh. Is he blind?" Coco pointed out what went through both immortals heads.
His hand clutched the katana on his back, he spun smashing the sheathed blade on his back into a Grimm.
Behind him, a Grimm approached, its mouth wide open to swallow him whole.
"Looks like you wanna die first!"
He turned around using his body like a sledgehammer. Like a bullet, Ozma's blade hit the Grimm, still in its sheath.
Ozma's hand clenched the handle of his blade as he smacked the Grimm with its hilt.
"Lucky for you, I can make that happen!"
He spun the katana above himself before smashing it down on the Grimm Lasher he was riding. Causing it to erupt and break apart.
Ozma, one of the Eight Guardian Generals, laughed, filled with adrenaline.
"I doubt he is Coco. Unless he got a semblance like Fox," Yatsuhashi said after watching the destruction Ozma caused.
"Fox this guy is also ripped," Velvet said, her face still red.
"... I didn't ask Velvet," Fox deadpanned.
"I'm… just saying!"
"Sure Vel."
The blue light was Qrow who zoomed through space.
"Follow me!" he yelled.
Qrow blink a bit before grinning, "And so I make my debut!"
"Oh right! This is the first time you've shown up in a viewing, Uncle Qrow!" Ruby pointed out
"Let's see me kick some ass!"
"Language!"
Qrow paid his niece no mind as he continued to watch.
He faced a Grimm Lasher evading its tentacles with ease.
"Drive a wedge between the enemy's forces!" he ordered cutting off one of his opponent's appendages.
His hands glowed with blue energy as a slash of blue light ripped through the Grimm.
"And what a way for my debut! Asskicking for everyone!" Qrow grins. Quite satisfied by his performance.
"Hm. I don't see what you're so happy about. Everyone so far has shown they are able to defeat these grimms. Winter said, giving Qrow an aside glance.
Qrow snorts. "You're just mad I showed up before you.
Winter simply grunted. She was but wasn't gonna tell him that.
More Grimm Lashers charged at him, he moved into a flying kick his barefoot glowing with blue energy and with a yell, pierced through the body of a Grimm and another and another.
Ruby's voice rang clear again "Even if you fall in battle, your soul is eternal."
Qrow, one of the Eight Guardian Generals surveyed the carnage he had wrought in the enemy's forces.
The screen changed to Ruby floating in the air with three giant, golden rings attached to her back.
"I can fly!" That's so cool!" Ruby gasped.
"So…. Ruby a demigod too right?" Blake asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Urgh. The horror of a demigod Ruby," Weiss mutters. Ruby frowns.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Oh nothing," Weiss said innocently, ignoring any further questioning from Ruby.
"With his Majesty's power, you shall be reincarnated in a golden paradise and rejoice in prosperity for all eternity."
A grimm blows up, Taiyang punching through it with a roar.
"Worthless scum!" Taiyang growled. "I'll kill you all!" Taiyang rushes forward firing more beams of blast that cause each Grimm they hit to explode. He roars again and begins rapidly punching a Lancer until it explodes as well and flies away.
"WHO'S NEXT?!" Taiyang yells as he looks for his next opponent joining the other generals as explosions fill space, The lights of the 8 destroying the grimm in their path.
"Whoa, This seems like a totally different guy from before." Blake said, remembering a much calmer person from the Faunus Zwei universe.
"Was he like before Uncle Qrow?" Yang asked
Qrow simply shook his head as a response. He never even heard Taiyang yell this loud before. Didn't his throat hurt yelling that loud?
From afar Tyrian watched, smiling in bliss as destruction weed across the battlefield.
"How beautiful life is at its end," he sighed contentedly. "True beauty only manifests itself in death."
"Oh no. Not this dick," Qrow groaned facepalming.
Salem raised an eyebrow. Tyrian seemed to be on the other side against the Grimm. Was it possible she had nothing to do with the Grimm? Or perhaps this tyrian would prefer to watch the Grimm die off?
"It would be nice if one could rest for a bit…" Watts mused as he floated upside down. "I do believe that I'm getting too old for all of this."
Cinder grimace at the sight of Watts.
"Floating upside down seems fun to do!" Ruby exclaimed
Cinder appeared and stood up irritated. "You two should be considered with the task at hand!" She barked out.
"Oh great. It's Cindy," Jaune snarked.
"Do not call me that!" Cinder hissed.
"Or what? You can't do jack with the barrier here. Remember?" Jaune smirked a bit as Cinder growled and stewed in her anger a bit.
Tyrian looked at the video screen and gave Cinder a disappointed look as he shook his head. "Cinder, sometimes I wonder if you know me at all. Have you forgotten that I am most concerned when the beauty of destruction is before me?"
"Sounds like he's the same in this universe," Ruby stated
"My strategies are flawless." Watts added, a bit offended. There is no need for us to be out on the front. You need but sit back and await our victory.
"And this fool is just as arrogant," Cinder muttered.
"How you two became generals is beyond me," Cinder replied with a bit of disgust. Before barking out more orders. "Commander Ironwood! Sending reinforcements directly to front lines!
Winter eyes widen upon hearing her general's name being mentioned. "Commander?" Winter said to herself.
Ironwood as a commander was odd to her but she couldn't say why.
Ironwood gives a nod but frowns. "Battles such as this that bring temporary peace are meaningless and a waste of my time," He growled. Cinder gave him a confused look, "Prepare to fire the Brahmastra."
"The what?" Nora looked confused
"That doesn't sound good," Ren said.
Cinder's eyes widen.
"The Brahmastra?!" She gasped. "But Commander, it is not yet fully charged."
"In its current state it wouldn't be able to demonstrate its true capability." Watts added.
"At times one must throw a stone into stagnant water to set things in motion," Ironwood mused. "Not just for this battle, but for the future of the world itself.
"I can understand that viewpoint," Ozpin started. "But… I'm getting a bad feeling that something else will result with this action."
"The Brahmastra…" Tyrian looked positively giddy just saying the name. That is an instrument of destruction. I would love to hear it played.
"As you wish, commander," Cinder said in a hesitant tone.
"Hear me now!" Ironwood bellowed. "Let this blast herald the coming of a new world order!"
The cannon began to build up power ships moving out of the way to avoid the canonfire. Taiyang stops mid-flight to see the beam getting ready to fire. As it fired Tai covered his eyes from the brightness of the light, the beam hit the planets vaporizing a mountain, the dark cloud that covered the planet disappearing and leaving only a stain of scorched earth on where the mountain was.
"Wow! That was! Wow!" Fiona gasped at the raw power that was shown.
"The Brahmatrasa?" Qrow question as he looked down to the planet. "But why?"
"Why not?!" Ozma said flying down to where Qrow and Taiyang were. "It shows how serious we are about winning!
"BEHOLD!" Port's voice managed to boom even in space. "It is Vitra!"
More flame seemed to go across the planet and a large planet sized grimm tore itself from the surface. It roared, shaking everything in its path.
"That's a grimm?!" Yang asked, a bit fearful.
"It's huge!" Nora exclaimed.
Salem got giddy at the sight of it. It was beautiful.
"What power!" Watts gasped clutching his staff tightly in fear.
"Stand aside weakling!" Ozma said with a manic grin. "This one mine!" And he rockets towards the grimm.
"Get back here!" Taiyang growled. "You had your share!" He flew after him, the two of them alongside the other demigods dodging every attack that came their way. Ozma got caught by other grimms which allowed Tai to pass him. The blonde gives the older man a little smirk as the Grimm pushes Ozma away. Taiyang begins his assault, pelting the beast with energy blasts when a Grimm begins to push Taiyang back into another. Qrow quickly came in a kick one of the beast's intolerant Oblivion.
"Watch yourself!" Qrow calls out.
Taiyang glares at him. "Qrow, mind your own business!"
"Wait why are they fighting? Aren't they friends?" Ruby asked, a bit confused.
Vlitra let out a hail of energy beams that destroyed the fleet of ships in its path, pummeling them both.
"Father?!" Ruby cried out as she saw their bodies lay out in space unconscious. She narrowed her eyes and she began glowing a shining light, green waves of energy going across space and covering Taiyang and Qrow.
"Priestess!" Qrow called out, seemingly reenergized.
Taiyang let out a snarl, his body glowing red and 4 extra arms growing from his bet, seemingly metal like his other arms. He roars again and a symbol appears behind him. He had become Six - armed Varja Taiyang. He focuses his gaze on the beast in the planet's core, Qrow at his side.
"Ruby. Did you just power them up?" Jaune asked.
"Looked like you used something similar to Jaune's semblance." Ren pointed out.
Ruby was getting excited. "I'm so cool!"
"This war! Ends now!" Taiyang bellows. Vlitra opens it's maw to let out a soul wrenching roar and fire more beams at The duo. Like before they dodge them, moving faster than before then last time.
With scroll, Taiyang rockets towards the grimm and with a roar slams his fists on what seems to be the head of the beast, a red aura booming across space. Viltra seems to catch fire as it spreads across its body, and it begins to break apart and explode. Tai quickly flys and with one last roar he flies into the creature's mouth, firing a beam to save itself. The screen goes white and Tai is seen smoking, clutching his arm in pain as he looks down in anger. Qrow flies down next to him, his arms crossed, and takes notes of Tai's anger.
"What troubles you?" He asks.
"I could not kill it," Tai replied with an expression close to a pout.
"What?! Who cares dad! You knocked a planet sized Grimm out!" Yang said, completely baffled.
"No one can kill Vlitra," Qrow turns back to look down at Remnant. "You should be grateful you were able to subdue it." Taiyang looks at Qrow and grunts before looking back at Viltra. Qrow continues. "We have suffered more casualties than ever but it will not be for a while. You should rest."
"See. Even more reason not to upset dad. Can't be killed." Yang said with a frown.
"Remind me of someone." Ozpin said, looking at Salem who simply smirked at him.
Taiyang simply growls in response.
A robot appears on screen and announces the news to everyone.
"Due to General Asura's efforts, Vlitra has been subsided!"
Ruby with a smile stops glowing and the emperor takes a stand and calls out to his forces, "Purify the surviving Grimm! The power of my Eight guardian generals are invincible! May Shinkoku prosper in everlasting glory!"
Ironwood eyes harden as he mutters to himself. "The time is near." He smiles a bit as the camera pans back out to space to show the Karma Fortress one last time, the screen goes to black.
Chill went up some viewers' spine as they saw Ironwood smile.
"I don't like the sound of that." Ruby said nervously.
"I'm excited but at the same time scared for when we come back."
