So the beginning of this chapter will be a small continuation of the last chapter because when I wrote this first it just happened like that and it made more sense so yeah I apologise if it has changed from the last chapter but then again I have edited some of these chapters and I forgot about the continuation in this chapter but oh well. This chapter has a big trigger warning and you have been warned. Any medical stuff mentioned in this chapter might not be true because I know nothing except what is shown on tv about medical practise so I apologise if I messed up anything but then again I know nothing about it.

"Rossa?" Everyone around us were frozen in place until Alec ripped Clary from my arms and took her into what I think was his bedroom. I saw one look on their faces and it was pity. After my parents died the only person who was able to get me up and out of my room was Clary. She never told me the problems with her family or anything and yet she acted so strong. Clary was the girl who I have been in love with since I was 3, but then life made our lives more difficult.

Jace's Pov

Clary was the girl who I have been in love with since I was 3, but then mother fucking nature made our lives more difficult. When Alec came back he pulled Magnus away from the group. They spoke quiet but loud enough for Izzy Simon and I to hear.

"Magnus we can't leave her in that house anymore did you see how bad she looked?" Alec ran his hand through his black hair. Magnus sighed before hugging Alec, when Magnus opened his mouth I cut him off.

"Will someone tell me what the hell is going on, because you told me that she was fucking safe Alec!" I yelled at him, pissed because he had lied to me. Magnus, Alec and Simon looked at me as if I had kicked their puppy. Izzy looked at them just as confused as I was, there was some silent communication between Alec, Simon and Magnus

"Jace when your parent had died everyone was there for you but what we didn't know." He gestured to all of us, "Was that Clary, Sebastian, Jocelyn and Jonathan were all getting abused by Valentine. A couple of months after Stephen and Celine's funeral Valentine got into an accident remember." I nodded before he continued.

"He became much worse to the point where he was only hitting Clary, Jon and Jocelyn. Now we never realised that all their bruises were from him, but we also dont know if Valentine ever raped Jocelyn or Clary when most of us were 3. Jocelyn left after a few months with Jon promising Clary, that she would come back but that was 13 years ago. Valentine and Sebastian were like brothers even though he is his son but we didn't know until Clary told us was that they ran a drug ring and forced Clary to let men touch, rape and inject drugs into her and we couldn't do anything to help her. Anyway continuing on."

"After Jocelyn left Valentine got addicted to alcohol and started to beat Sebastian again but still making the punishments worse for Clary. Then when they stopped coming over and you left Sebastian turned into this person who is a monster. When you left it was the first time he ever." His voice broke when he said that I didn't know why but he was close to tears. Magnus gave him a comforting squeeze on his shoulder, and Alec continued,

"The first time Sebastian r… raped her." When he said that Izzy gasped whereas I was in shock. Her own brother who stuck up for her when bullies made fun of her. Sebastian raped his own fucking sister. Alec looked at me before continuing,

"There's more Jace, you need to hear the rest. Valentine also raped her because he blamed her for Jocelyn taking Jonathan and disappearing. She's anorexic as well as bulimic, Sebastian and Valentine say so much shit to her force her not to eat and if she does she's been taught to throw it back up thats why she was so thin. She doesn't know that we know. That year the year you left she. She tried to commit suicide." Sniffle,

"We didn't think that she remembered you because that year was a hard one and we thought she blocked out that year because the day she tried to commit suicide was the day we lost Clary our Clary, now she's still Clary but with less light in her. I'm so sorry I didn't tell you about it but If it wasn't for Magnus and I going to that park she would have died. We talked her out of it but she wasn't the same."

When he finished speaking, Izzy had tears streaming down her face and I was close to tears. My best friend who is the love of my life had been abused and raped whilst I just carried on living life as if she wasn't hurt. Something crashed which caused pretty much all of us to jump. Alec and I both looked at each other before saying. "Clary." Before I knew it we were both running to Alec and Magnus' room. Magnus, Izzy, and Simon stayed in the living room whilst we checked on her.

The bedding was creased from where she had been laying and we looked at the bathroom door to find her lying face down on the floor. Alec went to go get his phone and I stayed with her. I turned her over then placed her in my lap before I noticed her scars that were everywhere on her legs arms and stomach. Oh Clary I'm so sorry, my hand started to feel wet and when I looked at it, it was coated in blood. She must have hit her head on the floor or something so I yelled for Magnus to come here. Alec came back in saying that Magnus was on the phone I said,

"Alec her head its bleeding." I looked at him before he said,

"Shit." He grabbed a medical kit that was in the bathroom and started to look for anything that would help.

3rd person pov

The door to the room opened revealing Magnus who spoke. "The ambulance will be here is there anything I can do to help?" He was worried Alec shook his head and spoke,

"Magnus just please tell us if the ambulance is here I love you." Magnus looked at Alec and went back to the living room waiting for it to come. When it did arrive the paramedics immediately took Clary out of Jace's arms placing the pale girl on the stretcher. They placed her in the ambulance and took for the hospital. Jace couldn't just sit around and wait till they could go to the hospital. So he decided to go to where Clary was staying and grab her stuff. He was about to leave the apartment when Alec grabbed Jace's arm.

"Alec what the fuck do you think you're doing. Let me go Alec." Jace yelled trying to get his arm out of Alec's firm grip.

"Jace what are you doing you can't go to the hospital yet." Alec spoke his voice wavering. Jace turned to look at Alec his face softening.

"I'm not going to the hospital I'm going to go and get Clary's stuff and she can stay where I am staying Alec. She can't keep living there, now are you going to help me or what?" Jace spoke. Alec let go of Jace's arm and nodded his head. Jace started to walk to his car Alec following behind. Alec showed Jace her house and they went inside. Alec started to get Clary's art supplies and the box containing the razors that he didn't know about, but he never opened it thinking that it was art supplies. Jace went to Clary's room getting her clothes, he grabbed Clary's sketchbooks, some of her books, hair brush, shoes and makeup the last thing he placed into boxes were DVDs.

"Alec is there anything else now?" Jace questioned, Alec shook his head before remembering her neckless.

"Wait here I need to grab her neckless, then we can go." Alec spoke disappearing into Clary's room. He successfully grabbed the neckless and a few pieces of charcoal her school bag and the rest of her books that were left on the desk. He took one last look at the room before leaving to find Jace. Once Jace had loaded the stuff into the car, Jace and Alec got in the car and headed towards Jace's house. When they got there, the house was huge. Jace started to unload Clary's things and he went into the house Alec trailing behind with another box. They found a room that had a bathroom and an area where Clary could paint. They placed the boxes down and brought the rest in.

They quickly moved everything and put it away. Most of her art supplies went away with out a fuss but her sketch books are going to need a bookcase some shelfs and drawers. They left most of her stuff in boxes. Really the only things that they put away were her clothes. After they put her clothes away, they went back to where Alec and Magnus were staying. It took a few hours till a phone call came saying that they were ok to see her. When that call finally came relief washed over them. They all got dressed and went to their cars Izzy and Simon in one Alec and Magnus in another with Jace in the back. When they got to the hospital the nurse came over to say,

"She's out of surgery, she had 2 broken ribs but we had to rebuild one of them. (A/N don't know if this is a real thing I'm not a doctor.) Her wrist is sprained and she has a concussion but there was something else we noticed does she have any mental health problems?" She asked sounding sweet. Alec replied.

"No why?"

"Because we saw she was really thin and when we removed her bandage she had cuts all over her arm. So we were wondering if you knew anything about that?" She asked Alec shook his head at her "Ok well you may go see her now but she is a little bit out of it." She finished and left us. We went into Clary's room and she was asleep, a bunch of chairs were in the room and they stayed there till she woke up. Most fell asleep straight away but Alec Jace and Magnus took a little while longer.
