Because we saw she was really thin and when we removed her bandage she had cuts all over her arm. So we were wondering if you knew anything about that?" She asked Alec shook his head at her "Ok well you may go see her now but she is a little bit out of it." She finished and left us. We went into Clary's room and she was asleep, a bunch of chairs were in the room and they stayed there till she woke up. Most fell asleep straight away but Alec Jace and Magnus took a little while longer.

Jace's pov

I woke up to a voice saying, "Giallo?" Clary was awake her voice was horse, I looked around too see if anyone was there they weren't it was only me and Clary. I immediately got to my feet saying,

"Rossa you're awake I'll be right back I need to get the nurse ok." I looked at her waiting for a response, when she did I left the room and found the nurse. She may or may not have flirted with me *Rolls eyes* I said.

"Look lady I don't know who the fuck you think you are but I'm not fucking interested so will you please check my friend to make sure she's ok. Like now maybe!" I yelled, She looked flustered but went to check on Clary. I waited outside, when she came out she told me to follow her so I could sign the discharge papers. Once I finished signing I went back to Clary's room where Izzy and Simon were.

"Where's Magnus and Alec, Iz?" I asked, She looked at me with her eyes glossy as if she was holding in tears. I saw that Simon was rubbing her arm gently when she spoke.

"They went home Jace to get the rest of Clary's clothes and go shopping for her since she doesn't have many clothes." I looked around to see if Clary was here she wasn't strange,

"Iz where's Clary?" I asked.

"Oh she went to the bathroom when the nurse left." As if on cue Clary walked in limping she had gotten dressed and when she saw me her eyes lit up making her dull green eyes become a little less dull and a little more emerald. She tried to run to me but she ended up wincing and clutching her bandages, I went to her and whispered,

"I'm so glad you're ok." I drew her into my arms and she wrapped her arms around my waist,

"I missed you Giallo, why did you leave me?" She asked, I pulled back before sighing,

"Rossa I was forced to I missed you everyday and you don't have to worry about living with Valentine and Sebastian anymore ok you're going to be living with me." I watched as her eyes lit up when I said she was going to be living with me from now on but then I noticed as fear set in, "Clare is everything ok?" She looked so scared,

"What if they hurt you? Sebastian goes to the same school as us what if-" I put my hand on her lips to stop her before drawing her in my arms again. We stayed like this till Izzy and Simon said that it's time to go home. I helped Clary into the car and she winced,

"I'm so sorry Clare." I looked at her and she was nodding I kissed her on the forehead before getting in myself. I drove to Alec's and Magnus' to get the rest of Clary's stuff and the new stuff they bought her, she stayed in the car when I went into the house.

"Hey Alec is this all the stuff?" I asked and he nodded before asking,

"Where's Clary?" I looked at him sympathetically before answering,

"She's outside Alec she didn't want to come in for some reason but you can come see her whilst I grab this stuff." I smiled at him before picking a box up. He also picked a box up and followed me outside, we got outside and he put the box in the back before going to talk to Clary. I continued to pick up and put boxes in the car till I was finished Magnus also helped. I finished and Alec was still talking to Clary, she was crying but when they finished she hugged him well tried her best without hurting herself.

"Clary we going to my house now ok?" I asked she looked at me before saying,

"There's something I need to get from my house first is that ok Giallo? Don't worry Valentine and Sebastian are on a business trip till the end of the week." I nodded. We said our goodbyes to Alec and Magnus and headed towards Clary's house. When we got there I helped Clary out of the car and into the house, when we got to Clary's room its empty but she made her way over to her wall and pulled a wooden plank away from it. There was hidden a box that had J.C. on it, she got up carefully and handed the box to me. I looked at her curiously before opening the box, there was a baby boot a lock of hair and a baby rattle.

"It's from when Jon and Sebastian was a baby. My mom gave it to me before she left." Her voice broke on left and when she talked about Jon, I shut the box and drew her into my arms. I pulled back eventually and took her hand giving it a little squeeze before going back to the car which I helped her in. She was silently crying I wiped her tears away and got back in the car. We got to my-our house and I pulled into the drive.

"Wow you live in a big house Giallo." I laughed before grabbing her hand and signalling that it's now our house

"Rossa no matter what house I live in it will always be your house now do you want me to carry you into the house or do you want to walk?" She lifted her arms out to signal that she wanted me to carry her I laughed at this action and got out of the car. I went to her side and opened the door, I pulled her into my arms putting one arm around her back and the other under her legs. I kicked the door shut before locking it, I got to the front door and reached down and opened it for me. She rested her head on my shoulder falling asleep, I went to her room gently placed her down and pulled the covers up. I left the room to go and cook some food for us, I was there for about and hour or so before I heard a scream coming from her room. I turned the stove off and ran to her room to find her thrashing about in her bed the covers creased and she had tears coming from her eyes. I gently shook her before she woke up, she screamed again before sobbing I drew her into my arms and let her sob into my shirt.

"Clare you need to rest ok so try and go back to sleep." I said, she whimpered in response before saying

"P..P..Please don't leave. please Jace." She drew her self back to look at me with tears in her eyes pleading that I stay. I nodded my head before getting under the covers and pulling her close to me where she and I both fell asleep.
