It was surreal really witnessing Pansy and Theodore been devoted parents; the pair reacting and acting the same way anyone of her friends would react if it was their child hurt and in the hospital. How had she ended up surrounded by Slytherins with a blonde tot bouncing on her hip. This was a room filled with her childhood bullies, but Hermione was a professional and everything that happened when they were teens was long in the past.
"Oh Posy, my darling baby," Pansy cried, as she pulled the girl away from Draco.
"Mummy, I don't want to see them ever again," the girl cried, her arms wrapping tightly around her neck.
"You won't poppet, never again," Theo promised sagely, his arms wrapping tightly around his pregnant wife and daughter. It felt wrong to be stood in this room that was so full of emotions.
"Who doesn't Posy want to see, Healer Mione," Scorpius questioned, his head tilted back so he could see her face.
"It doesn't matter sweetie," she told him quietly.
"Will Posy be Okay," he asked her.
"Yes, she will," she nodded.
"You make her better Healer Mione, like me," he questioned. Once more Hermione nodded. Scorpius seemed satisfied with her response for he put his thumb in his mouth and rested his head against her shoulder.
"Mr and Mrs Nott, I'm not sure how much my college told you when she contacted you. Spend some time with your daughter and then myself and Auror Longbottom will speak to you privately, I will speak to you about the medical issues and treatments Posy has had and will require while Auror Longbottom will talk to you about your legal rights and wishes regarding the perpetrators of the crimes committed," Hermione spoke, mindful of the impressionable children in the room.
"Thank you, Healer Granger," Theo nodded.
"Her name is Healer Mione, Uncle Theo," Scorpius scolded.
"Right, thank you Healer Mione," the dark-haired wizard corrected.
"I have rounds to do, Anabelle will be available if you need anything in the meantime and I will come back in about an hour or so," she told them, passing Scorpius to Draco.
"I don't want you to go Healer Mione," Scorpius cried, his hands reaching for her as she stepped away.
"I'll be back soon Scorp," she promised.
"Healer Mione has other children to make better, like how she made you feel better," Draco told his son as she exited Posy's room.
