I wrote this story back on in 2015, I came back in 2016 and rewrote it and watched it do amazing than ever. Now here I am again, grown as a writer and ready to do it again.
What I love is rereading my work, and as much as I LOVE this story, I couldn't ignore the mistakes, plot holes, missing information, and chances where I could have made it better than I did.
So I am taking another shot and rewriting it again! On and Off screen drama, wrestling, and all the things we love. Covid kind of bummed me out about wrestling but seeing CM PUNK back in AEW and wrestling period, it brought back that spark I needed, especially considering I based my fanfiction around him having another sister, and her story in the wrestling world.
People loved Pharya/Ellie, so I hope you all still will as jump back into all of it again. Not everything will be the same, but majority of it yes. Most of the relationships of course are staying the same and I'm giving more history into Pharya's relationships with Candice and Rebecca ( Becky Lynch ), not to mention her relationship with Colby!
We are in for a good one and I feel that this fresh start is what I NEED! I have my motivation back again and it's because I get to start over and fix what I need to.

Name - Pharya Acker Brooks
Small Backstory- The youngest sister of Phil Brooks ( CM Punk ).
Pharya and Phil are the closest out of the siblings. He helped raise Pharya when their father walked out on them and was there to help her cope through it. The two of them don't talk to their family after a fall out from years ago, but they continued to be there for one another.
Wrestling Life:
Wrestled for, NJPW, TNA, CZW PWG, ROH, DragonGate USA, NWA, and many more Independent circuits from 2004 to 2015. Pharya signed a three year deal in TNA and joined the faction Fortune with AJ Styles from 2010-2012 as a TNA Knockout. Pharya left and later joined the Bullet Club with Finn Balor in 2013-2015
Often taken to shows in Chicago when her brothers had to babysit and still work. Pharya took a interest in wrestling at the age of ten years old.
It was back in one show where she was thirteen, and met Allen Jones ( AJ Styles ), he agreed to do a match with her one day if she agreed to keep pursuing her dreams in wrestling.
Finally joining the wrestling world at 18, Pharya met up with faces like Finn Balor and Rebecca Knox and spent most of 2006 traveling and doing shows with them overseas.
Later down the line, she met The Young Bucks, Karl and Luke, and Candice LeRae. Pharya ran into AJ Styles again as the two grew close over the years . Making friendships very quick and some that would stick with her forever.
It was in 2005 when she met Colby Lopez in IWA, who back then went by Tyler Black.
Later in 2007, Colby would see her again but he was only able to have a brief conversation with her. Pharya had a on and off again relationship wrestler, Ross Damiro back then. He didn't care for Colby to much, so he didn't let conversations linger between them. It had been the last time Colby had seen her in person.
Pharya earned her name international and in the states. Her match with Auska in New Japan had been one for the books and the most talked about as her best performance ever.
Late 2011 and early 2012, Pharya struggled with drinking, dealing with her abusive relationship with Ross that went from mentally to physically. Family and friends noticed the distance she had began to create, and none liked it. It wasn't until 2013 when she got the courage to leave, thanks to Candice, Finn, Allen, Luke and Karl. Recovering from it all took time but she eventually came clean to her brother Phil about what happened and why she had became distant over the years towards him. Eventually the two got their normal brother and sister relationship back and Pharya took a Straight Edge approach when it came to drinking after that.
Pharya would dive more back into wrestling and spend her time traveling with Allen who was now a free agent. The two of them, The Young Bucks, Karl, and Luke spent good times together, with being apart of The Bullet Club, since Finn had got the call in 2014 to go to WWE NXT.
Pharya started dating again in 2014 and even met Drew Galloway, who she grew close with over time but the two dated him for a while in 2014 but due to their schedules, it didn't last. Though the two ended on a good note and it is because of him she felt more comfortable with dating again in the future.
It was early 2015, when Phil Levesque sought out Pharya Brooks personally to get her into WWE. After a few meetings and agreements, he had finally got her to sign a deal to bring her in.
Phil wanted the best for her and told her to go for it as he believed if anybody deserved a big opportunity, it was his little sister. Despite how he felt about WWE, he always cares about his little sister more.
Personal Life:
Pharya's best friend is Devitt as the two of them have a had close relationship since meeting overseas. Her other two best friends are Candice and Rebecca.
Allen became more of a father figure to Pharya more so then another brother or friend, especially after he had kids. He always calls Pharya his adoptive daughter as she is close with his own kids and family.
Not close with too many in her family, Pharya only talks to her mother as she and Phil both choose not to be close with their father. Pharya and Chaleen are the only two who talk to their old brother Mike as Phil still hasn't said a word to him.
Pharya has been in one abusive relationship and now helps out in charities and groups that focus on mental health and domestic abuse. No more does she drink and never will.

"Did you get your card?" Allen asks on the FaceTime call.
Pharya nods. "Yeah. Who the hell's idea was it to give me a fake twenty?" Matt Jackson peeks in with a snicker. "I'm going to kick your ass the next time I see you. I want you to know that."
Allen laughs.
"Oh comes on!" Matt jaw drops. "Nick put in on that. It wasn't all my creative genius."
"Lies, all lies." He appears. "Pharya you know I would never." A blank stare made Nick give in. "Okay I would, but this time I swear it wasn't me."
"Annoying."
"You know your going to miss us." Matt smiles.
"Of course I am." Pharya tells them. "It's going to be weird not walking down to your hotel room and getting on your nerves. Jumping on Matt when he's asleep."
"Yeah," Nick sighs. "Drawing on his face too."
"Yeah."
"What?" Matt double takes.
"Road trips won't be the same." Nick says.
"Yeah, because who is supposed to save us from Allen's stories?" Matt asks.
"Whoa, whoa, hey." Allen looks at them. "My stories has gotten all of you though your twenties and new adult life."
"Speak for Nick and Matt." Pharya scoffs.
"You hush." Allen points.
Pharya chuckles. "I am going to miss you guys though."
"Hey, your getting a big opportunity." Allen reminds her. "More money, new experiences, its what you worked for."
"That's right, our Bullet sister has grown on up." Matt nods. "Hey, did you talk to Devitt yet?"
"You mean Finn Balor?" Pharya smirks. "Yeah, I spoke to the Prince. He will be at my next show. I'm excited to see him and a lot of other faces. Rebecca,"
"Good lord, I feel sorry for everyone." Nick shakes his head. "You and Rebecca back together to cause hell, all your missing is Candice."
Pharya laughs. "She'll be here one day. However I get to see some of the guys, Kevin, Sami, Kofi, Randy, and God I could be on this phone forever."
"Got a good roster, there and NXT." Allen agrees. "You going to be working with both?"
"Yeah." Pharya nods. "Paul wanted me to start on the main roster instead of NXT, says they got a role for me to play right now that will help bring me in right. I guess the good thing is I got him over seeing my career personally. Even meeting him back when Phil was working here, he was pretty cool to me."
"The time your brother and him went at it on the mic was hilarious." Matt laughs.
"That was the first joke I made, actually."
Allen eyes widened. "P-Please don't get fired."
Pharya laughs. "Relax, we actually laughed about it. I personally trust him so far but only time will tell how far that goes. However, I think he understands what I'm really trying to do you know? I want to help be that final change and really show it. I'm not afraid to say that."
"Oh we know." Matt nods. "Now remember, be nice to all the kids and don't get into any fights."
"Shut up, Matt."
"That attitude, that's the one you should avoid." Matt points.
Allen chuckles. "Listen, your going to do good. I can't wait to see you get in that ring and show them what have I always been telling you from day one."
"Learn to take a punch just in case someone really knocks your jaw loose?"
"N-Well yes, but no the other thing." Allen says. "About your wrestling."
"Oh!" Pharya points. "I got a good gift."
"That's it." Allen points. "You got the Phenomenal One telling you that now," He smiles. "I don't say that to everybody."
"I'm honored." Pharya grins. "I'll make you guys proud."
"You already have, trust us." Nick smiles. "You got this."
"No doubt, but your still going to be our girl." Matt says.
"Forever." Allen nods. "You take care of yourself and don't forget about us."
"Never going to happen." Pharya shakes her head. "I'll be calling you after tonight is over."
Allen chuckles. "I know."
"Love you guys,"
"We'll be watching you!" Matt tells her.
"Love you Phar," Allen winks. "Give him hell."
"Yes, sir."
Pharya hangs up the phone.
When the driver pulled into the arena for RAW, Pharya had got out her things and wheeled her suitcase through the halls. Catching a few stares from people, she just continued making her way to the room Paul told her to get to when she arrived.
Knocking on the door, Mark Carrano sat at the table talking with a backstage hand.
"Hello, hello." Pharya smiles, catching their attention. "Too early?"
"Right on time." Mark gets up. "Come in," he gives her a hug. "Good to see you made it safe. Find everything?"
"I almost took a few wrong turns, won't lie to you." Pharya admits.
"Don't tell me I got to get you a map." Mark jokes to her laughter.
Paul Levesque ( Hunter/Triple H ) walks in, wearing his normal suit for the night.
"There she is." He grins. "The one we have been waiting for."
"Hey!" Pharya stands up, a quick hug to him. "I was just telling Mark about me getting lost in the future. So if I'm late for potential meetings, just know I had the intentions of being on time."
"At least you told us in advance." Paul nods. "How you feeling, you ready for this?"
Pharya inhales. "Yes, and no," she lets out the deep breath. "Different when you coming into WWE. People do know who I am but they also know who my brother is. I always have that fear especially where he was known the most. I don't want him to follow me now that I'm here. If that makes sense."
"It makes sense." Paul nods. "Listen I got a feeling that will be the least thing to worry about. I think people are going to appreciate you for just yourself alone. Okay? We got a plan for you, might be slow for a while, but we want to plan it out right and not just spring you onto things. I need you to show me you can earn this and can do what we need so I can get you what you want." Pharya nods. "Remember what I asked you to do when you walked through those doors today?"
"Trust you,"
"That's right." Paul says. "All you got to do is hold up your end and hold on for me, and I got a good feeling you will be well on your way back here."
Pharya smiles. "Thank you."
"Thank you, for finally agreeing to come." Mark says. "You were a tough one to get in here."
Pharya chuckles. "Can't make everything easy."
"I think we got you coming in on a good day." Paul speaks back up. "Your going to be debut with some familiar faces, I know you remember the three of them. Especially the Lass Kicker."
"Since running around the indy scene." Pharya nods.
"Oh, no." Mark jokes.
Pharya giggles. "We got our trouble making out of our systems. I promise."
"It's going to be a good surprise and I think this is the best way to usher in everything we talked about." Paul says. "Then once it settles, you, are my final nail in the coffin. Just got to make sure your going to be ready when it's time."
"Without a doubt." Pharya promises.
Mark motions for the door. "Ready to walk in the lions den?"
Pharya laughs. "Please I had to fight my brothers every wrestling show for the remote, I can survive it. I started taking choke slams at ten."
Paul pats her back, laughing. "You got this, kid."
Taking the walk to the female talent Locker Room.
Pharya walks inside, knocking.
"Everyone decent?"
"Depends who's asking." Ashley ( Charlotte ) tilts her head from her space to see who was walking in.
Pharya walks in with a smile. "Hey,"
Rebecca ( Becky ) double takes. "Shut the hell-Phar?!"
"I told you that you'll see me later!"
Rebecca jaw drops with a laugh as she runs over hugging her. "Oh my God!" Pharya laughs. "My favorite ass kicker."
"My favorite, Lass Kicker." Pharya hugs her. "I missed you."
"I missed you to." Rebecca pulls back, excited. "I know you said you were thinking about this but that was months ago. Why didn't you tell me you said yes, you witch." She whacks her arm.
"Ouch!" Pharya hissed. "Geez, Rebecca. I wanted it to be a surprise."
"Surprise, freaking surprise." Rebecca hands go up. "Your the one debut with us tonight aren't you? They said it was an extra person but also said she isn't from NXT." Pharya smiles. "Oh hell, yeah." A five of their hands. "Yes! Okay, now I'm fired up."
"As usual." Pharya nods.
"I just know , my girl isn't debuting and didn't tell anybody." Paige comes over. "Pharya freaking Brooks."
"My favorite English baby."
"Give me some love." Paige makes grabby hands. Pharya laughs hugging her. "Oh-okay. Hold on here," She pulls back. "Where'd you get all of this body from? Not the same Ellie Brooks from when I met her."
"Got a little thicker here and there."
"A little?" Both of them say with a look up and down.
"Hush." Pharya eyes roll.
"Pharya." Ashley smiles.
"I was wondering when I was going to see you again." Pharya holds out her arm, giving her a hug. "It's so good to see you again, Flair."
"Me?" Ashley says. "Look at you, and did I just hear you are debuting tonight?"
"Yup." Pharya nods. "They thought it would be good to start this way. I won't be jumping into everything since there are some things I want to do on the side right now, but I will be here."
"I love it." Paige shakes her head. "This night is going to be epic. You guys, Mercedes, and now Pharya? Let the chaos begin."
"I'm ready for it." Pharya nods.
"So what will you be doing?" Ashley asks her.
"I have a story line with The Authority." Pharya says. "Then I'll also be paired with Seth Rollins. Only for story line reasons."
"Oooh, now I'm curious." Paige nudges her arm. "Romantic thing?"
"I don't think so, no." Pharya giggles. "Good thing is I know him so it won't be awkward."
"Yeah, but you haven't seen him in how long?" Rebecca asks. "I thought the last time is that show back at PWG? God, we were young. You, me and Candice."
Pharya thinks back. "Damn. That was really long ago, I just turned 21 back then."
"You still look eighteen." Ashley points.
"Still got that honesty huh?" Pharya head tilts, smiling.
"Never dies." Ashley smirks.
The two of them share a giggle.
"First off, you got to come with us to catering so you can meet everyone...well re-meet some of them." Paige adds on.
"Yeah," Pharya wheels her things in. "I already saw Kofi and Randy on my way here. Neither have aged, I swear."
"How's Phil?" Rebecca asks. "He happy about you finally coming over?"
Pharya sighs. "No, but yes." A shrug. "You know it's the protective side coming out. He doesn't like this place, but he wants me happy. So if this brings that happiness, then he will grin and bare it."
Rebecca folds her arms. "Best brother award."
"Not a chance." Pharya scoffs. "He called me a trader this morning and then told me he loves me."
Rebecca shrugs. "Sounds normal."
"That's the problem!"
Taking the walk around the arena and finding their way to catering with the girls, Pharya had gotten to meet the rest of the female talent in the locker room.
She had remembered The Bella Twins from the few times she visited years ago. They were still respectful girls and she liked their vibes so far.
Trinity ( Naomi ) and Tamina were two she hadn't officially gotten to meet but Trinity remembered the photos that April ( AJ Lee ) used to show her when she was there, and Pharya being in a couple.
Mercedes ( Sasha Banks ), had been another familiar face that was just as excited to have Pharya be there with them. Alicia Fox was another to hug her to death along with Nattie ( Natalya ), and Emma. Pharya had gotten the chance to meet a few faces she hadn't met, like Eva Marie, Renee Young, Lana, and Summer Rae.
The lions den wasn't so bad but she did know it was only the first day.
Pharya did notice some tension lingering between a few girls and the red head Eva Marie, but if she had learned anything, it was to keep your nose out of it. Even April warned her to just stay out of certain things and keep her head in the game.
Rebecca and Pharya stop their conversation when they were approached.
"Is that my little trainee?"
"Lita!" Pharya holds out her arm, she hugs the older woman tight.
"Look at you!" Lita giggles. "Oh, I'm so proud of you." Pulling back, she smiles. "You excited? You ready?" Pharya nods eager. "People have been waiting for this, for all of you girls." Lita gives a nod to Rebecca. "This is bringing in the new time. When they told me you were coming, I already knew how big this was about to be."
"You know I'm coming to do above and beyond."
"I expect no less from you." Lita nods. "I got to go to a meeting but I can't wait to see it. You girls are going to kill it."
"Thank you,"
Lita hugs Pharya, rubbing her back. "You worked hard for this very moment. I know you got this. Shake away the nerves."
"I will." Pharya says low.
Lita pulls back and gives a wave to Rebecca as she takes her leave.
Rebecca scoffs. "To think your one of the few who can say, Lita, trained me."
Pharya giggles, shrugging. "She was one of my brother's girlfriends and ex girlfriends that I grew close to. Not many but she is one."
"I feel like Lita and April are the only ones you do actually love..." Rebecca nods.
"This is facts." Pharya points.
Paige bought over the girls from Tough Enough.
"I also wanted to make sure you guys got to meet another good friend of mine." Paige smiles. "You met Rebecca, but this is Ellie Brooks."
"I heard of you, I watched you back for ROH Aniversery. Then you had a match with Auska voted the most top in women's wrestling. It stays in my mind forever." Sarah Lee says. "I can't count how many times I re-watched it."
"Thank you," Pharya smiles. "It's nice to meet you guys. Getting the RAW experience huh?"
"Yeah," Amanda ( Mandy ), nods. "It's amazing back here. Are you debuting tonight?"
"Might be." Pharya smirks. "We'll have to see. I've' been watching Tough Enough to,"
"Who's your favorite?" Gabi asks, excited.
"ZZ." Pharya nods. The girls laugh. "What? That dude is fun, I like the hype."
"So your not apart of the Bullet Club anymore?" Sarah asks.
"Always," Pharya nods. "That doesn't die." She checks her phone when a text hit. "I do have a call to make in a few and I have to get to the chair soon. It was nice meeting you guys, and good luck on Tough Enough."
Sending their waves and goodbye's, Pharya and Rebecca make their exit from the girls.
"Aww, I remember when I wanted to try Tough Enough." Pharya says. Rebecca eyes roll to give her a look. "What? Don't give me the Candice stare, I just left that."
"Somebody has to in her absence." Rebecca says. "I really can't believe you are here."
"Me and you both." Pharya giggles. "Feels different then when we were all young."
"Talk about a glow up, eh?" Rebecca nods. "You talked to Devitt yet?"
"I did." Pharya smiles. "I'll see him for Smackdown since he has a meeting there. I think half of everyone from our early wrestling years are here. Kevin tried to put me in a headlock."
Rebecca snickers. "Called that. How's Allen taking you being gone?"
"Pretty well." Pharya nods. "It's Nick and Matt I'm worried about, but they are all happy for me. I am going to miss Allen though."
"I always called him your father away from home." Rebecca smiles. "I know he's proud though."
"He is and no doubt in mind if they got me here, they'll go for him next."
"Think so?"
"Anything is possible as we can see."
"This is facts." Rebecca says as the two of them stop. "I'm going to get dressed. You coming?"
"No you go ahead." Pharya waves it off. "I'm going to hop in the chair first and catch up with you."
"Got you," Rebecca nods.
Pharya heads the other direction, texting away on her phone.
Looking up, she spots a group talking. The familiar face of one man made her smile and walk over to them.
Stopping behind a tall figure, Pharya leans up to tap his shoulder.
A clear of her throat. "Excuse me," The men stop talking as the one she taps looks back. "I'm looking for Tyler Black. You seen him?"
Colby Lopez ( Seth Rollins ), grins from ear to ear.
"I don't know about any Tyler's," A hand goes over his chest. "But, Seth Rollins is here for you." Pharya giggles and lets him pull her in a big hug. "Ellie Brooks," Colby holds her. "How the hell have you been, huh?"
Pharya pulls back. "I have been alright."
"Yeah, I have been watching that for myself."
"You been stalking me Rollins?" Pharya side eyes him.
"Observing." Colby points.
"I'll take it." Pharya shrugs.
Colby chuckles taking a good glance. "Look at you,"
"What?" Pharya smiles. "Something wrong."
"Nope." Colby head shakes. "You just look more..." he throws up a hand. "I can't believe your the same girl I met in what, 2005 and 7?"
"Yeah, I was different and smaller back then." Pharya nods.
"Trust me, it all worked out for your better."
Pharya laughs. "Alright, alright, and you're talking about me. Look at you, since when could you fill out a shirt like that?"
"I look hot right?" Colby poses.
Pharya rolls her eyes. "This is why I can never give you a compliment, Lopez."
Colby chuckles. "It's hell of good to see you again, Pharya. I didn't believe Hunter when he told me, but this is going to be great."
"You finally get to work with me." Pharya smiles.
"Long overdue." Colby agrees. "Last time we were in a ring, you gave me a kick to the face." Pharya laughs. "You know I'm getting you back for that right?"
"That was so long ago!"
"I am still very wounded about it."
"Such a baby." Pharya shakes her head, she looks around Colby to see the men ZZ, Tanner, and Josh from Tough Enough. "Hi there! Sorry for interrupting you guys."
"Your all good." Joe Anoi ( Roman Reigns ), tells her.
"Wait a second, this the Shield brother." Pharya moves Colby out of the way, catching the playful eye roll from him. "No offense Lopez, but Roman was my favorite."
Colby double takes. "You knew me first."
"That no longer matters."
Joe laughs, a hand out to her. "I like her already." Pharya shakes his hand. "Nice to meet you, Pharya. I heard good things from people, mostly him."
A look over her shoulder to Colby, catching his slight glare to Joe.
"Good to know," Pharya smiles back to Joe. "The fans might hate you, but I live for you. Always know that."
Joe nods. "Yeah, she's going to be my favorite."
Pharya giggles. "In all seriousness, I love your ring work."
"Thank you very much." Joe nods back to Colby. "Heard you used to be trouble maker."
"Those were my wild days." Pharya admits. "I know Jon told you some of those stories. Though I still call him Mox."
"You guys go that far back?"
"Sure do." Pharya nods. "Speaking of that, where is that lunatic?"
"Meeting. He said he would be sure to jump on you later when you did show up." Colby says.
"Wouldn't be Mox if he didn't." Pharya sighs. "I met his girlfriend by the way. I always knew he would settle down with a blonde."
Joe chuckles. "Again I say. I'm going to like her."
"You would." Colby sighs.
Pharya waves him off. "He's still not over that kick to the face."
Joe amusement went back to Colby.
"What? It hurt." Colby defends.
"That must have been a hard kick." ZZ says, making them laugh.
"Oh my gosh, I didn't even see you with them. I love watching you, man." Pharya moves from Joe.
"Shut up, foreal?" ZZ asks her. "I watch you all the time, especially in the Bullet Club."
"You are in the Bullet Club?" Joe looks to her.
Pharya throws up the 'Too Sweet' hand.
"You would join the most trouble making faction." Colby nods. "It's like when you were in TNA with Ric Flair under that Fortune faction."
"Say what?" Joe double takes.
Colby smirks. "Told you," Pharya smiles over her shoulder at him. "she can't stay out of trouble."
"I have gotten better, thank you."
"We'll see." Colby says.
Pharya giggles. "Well I don't want to hold up you guys time. I got to get going to the chair."
"I'm heading that way, hold on." Colby nods to the men. "Nice seeing you guys. I'll catch you later Joe."
"Got it." Joe looks to Pharya. "Nice meeting you Pharya, can't work to work with you in the future. I heard those ideas and just know I'm ready for it."
Pharya fives him. "That's what I'm talking about." she nods to the others. "See you guys!"
Colby walks with her down the hall.
"So, Pharya Brooks has finally come to WWE." He looks over.
"I know, shocking."
"Please, as talented as you are. That's not shocking." Colby scoffs. "I amonly shocked you weren't here earlier. I guess timing has it's way of working out though."
"It does." Pharya stops. "So how have you been?"
Colby makes a face. "Eh, I've been alright. You know?" Pharya brows quirk with a slight smirk. "Alright. What do you know?"
"I know everything but it's never my place to say it or bring it up." Pharya head tilts. "So I'll ask again. How have you been. This time be honest. It's me your talking to." She nudges him. "Come on, you know I'm the last person to judge."
"Still are the only one, but it's been hell." Colby nods. "I'm sure you know, just like the rest of the world, the scandal that broke the internet."
Pharya scratches the back of her head. "Guilty of staring at the pictures, won't lie to you."
"You, little pervert." Colby shakes his head, Pharya chuckles making him smile. "Wasn't my best moment. A lot of stuff happened after that. Kind of went downhill but I'm recovering from it, or still trying to."
"Did you learn your lesson?"
"Big time."
"That's what matters." Pharya nods. "Got to know when to hold yourself accountable. Did your fiancé stay?"
"No, she left." Colby sighs. "Not like I can blame her."
"Oh I defiantly don't blame her." Pharya folds her arms.
"Thanks." Colby nods.
"You know I never sugar coat a thing." Pharya brow raises. "You cheat, you pay the price my friend."
"I learned my lesson from that." Colby eyes dift down. "Just wish I would have just ended it before hurting her like that. I know she's better off."
"No ones perfect you know."
"Yeah, but I'm pretty sure you were able to keep that relationship you had going."
A certain look takes over her eyes, Pharya fingers dig into her arm slightly from the memories.
"Actually, I broke up with him two years ago." She admits, her lips pull into a brave smile. "I've dated but nothing serious. Now I'm just focused on my career."
"I'm sorry to hear about your relationship." Colby took a notice to the shift in her attitude with bringing up Ross. "I know he didn't like me all that much, but I noticed towards you, he was different." The look in her eyes made questions arise as Pharya didn't both to look at him. "You and Ross looked happy."
Pharya scoffs under her breath, that smile turning sad. "Looks can be deceiving down the line. You are right about him not liking you, though I never knew what for."
"Apparently, he thought I tried my hand back then." Colby explains. "On a mission to steal you from him."
"That's ridiculous." Pharya shakes her head.
Colby eyes narrow. "Mmm, not all the way." Pharya lifts her head but he just waves it off. "I get what you mean about how deceiving looks can be. Me and Zhara look like the happiest thing since the break off of my engagement. Back then we were but..."
"It's not the same?"
"Not really, no."
"The grass ain't always greener." Pharya mentions.
"Never been more a true statement." Colby had to admit. "I just think it's a rough patch. I do care about her,"
"Sometimes caring isn't all a person needs. It fills the void briefly but never fully," Pharya nods her chin up. "Are you both happy?" Colby found himself stuck on that answer. "When you can answer that without hesitation, you'll know what you really have."
Colby smiles through his own deep thoughts. "You know I forgot how much I could tell you everything within minutes. All these years later, never fails."
Pharya giggles. "It's always good to have that one friend."
Colby nods slow, eyes locking with hers. "It is. Going to be good having you here." A smile from her made his own return. "Welcome to WWE, Pharya..."
"Thanks for waiting for me,"
"Always." Colby winks.
Pharya hides her grin by clearing her throat. "Well I got to get ready and also see who I'm driving with tonight. I can't with Rebecca until tomorrow."
"Your more than welcome to tag along with me, Joe, and Jon." Colby offers. "Cessaro got a new rental. So we are down a seat. It's only few hour drive."
"Thanks." Pharya nods. "And yeah, gives us time to catch up. I also get to know more about my favorite Shield member."
"Give it a rest, Brooks."
"Don't be jealous Lopez." Pharya sings, backing up. "I got to get going but I shall see you out there."
"Sure will,"
"Bye, Colby." Pharya waves.
"Bye, Brooks."
Pharya smiles at him one last time before heading down the corridor.
WWE was going to be a heavy change, but worth the shot.
She didn't come here here to be another name, it was about becoming the best.
When she promised to take back everything in her career she meant just that, and it all started here...
Again! I am really excited to be back and to be starting over this story. I can't wait to show the changes and to also shock some new readers who may not have read the Fanfiction old version, but even new readers will be shocked for what I do and change.
