NOTES
Ok, so we are about to find out our main character's Quirk, and I know it isn't going to be the easiest to understand. So I'm going to try my best and explain it.
I've come to call her Quirk "Sound Wave", I got the idea from a MARVEL show that I have forgotten the name of... Heh...
The way it works is that, well, look at it this way: If she so much as sighs, she can send a car flying. So just imagine what could happen if she yelled, or even talked. Although this is a very devastating Quirk, I do not like characters with too much power, so of course, there are a few drawbacks. If she uses her Quirk for too long her vocal cords can start to hurt, the best way to describe the pain is a migraine, but worse, and in her throat, and if she uses it too much her vocal cords can sustain permanent damage. Another drawback is that she can get a large headache, because of the, very, loud noises, or she can get both at the same time.
Anyways, that's all, about her Quirk anway. Let us start this chapter.
As she took a breath she silently apologized to Midoriya to what she was about to do.
"Let him, go..." She said, in the softest voice she could muster.
At that moment a shock/sound wave came crashing out of her lips and towards the sludge villain. It's eyes widened as the shock/sound wave came crashing down upon it.
When it reached the villain its sludge-like mass exploded around the inside of the arch. Midoriya fell to the ground, coughing.
She ran over to Midoriya and patted his back as he tried to catch his breath. As she knelt down she noticed something on the ground.
It was a notebook, she recognized Midoriya's handwriting and picked it up. As Midoriya looked up at her with awe in his eyes.
"At-Atakiri-san... Thank you..." He said, she blinked a few times at his words. She was suprised that he knew her name, anyone who wanted to get her attention just walked up to her or said "Hey." while staring at her.
She nodded at him and smiled. She handed him his notebook and helped him stand up.
At that moment she heard something coming from the sewer drain behind her, she turned around just in time to see the one and only All Might come flying out of the drain.
As the manhole cover hit the ground Midoriya's jaw dropped and Atakiri's eyes widened.
"Fear not citizens! For I am Here!" He said, his booming voice echoing in the inside of the arch. He looked around and noticed the two middle-schoolers standing in the mess of the exploded villain. "Um, it appears that the situation has been handled."
"Oh, my, goodness! It's All Might!" Atakiri turned and looked at Midoriya as his face lit up like he was a child on Christmas Day. She smiled slightly at the sight.
"Now, may I ask which one of you was able to defeat this villain?" All Might asked, Atakiri looked at him and raised her hand. "It was you?"
She nodded her head in response. "Ah, I see. You do know that it is illeagal to use your Quirk without a proper license, right?" All Might said, Atakiri slightly bowed her head and nodded in response. Midoriya looked at her to All Might, then at her again.
"W-wait, Mr. All Might, sir!" Midoriya said, Atakiri gave him a questioning look as All Might turned his gaze towards him. "It's m-my fault that Atakiri-san had to use her Quirk! She was saving me from the villain!"
All Might gave the green-haired boy a confused look and looked back at the silver-haired girl. "Is this true?" She looked up and nodded slightly. "I see. Well, if that's the case I suppose it's ok."
Atakiri and Midoriya looked at All Might with confused looks on their faces. "What do you mean?" Midoriya asked.
"I mean, I will not take you to the Police Station, but I will let you off with a warning, Ms. Atakiri." All Might said, she nodded at him and he pulled out two plastic two-liter bottles from his pockets.
Midoriya and Atakiri gave him a questioning look as he started to scoop up the sludge villain's exploded mass into the bottles.
Midoriya then looked at Atakiri and smiled at her. "Thank you again for saving me, Atakiri-san."
She nodded and then remembered something, she ran to the other side of the archway and she snatched her backpack up. Then she ran back to Midoriya. She opened up her backpack and pulled out a notebook and pen.
Midoriya just stood there, confused as she scribbled in the notebook. She then turned the paper towards Midoriya and he squinted as he read it.
"Please, call me Chizomi." It said, she smiled at him and he gave her a confused look.
"Your first name? You want me to call you by your first name?" Midoriya asked and she nodded, giving him a slight smile.
"We are friends, aren't we?" She wrote, he looked at the paper and smiled.
"Y-yeah, I suppose we are. Ok then Chizomi-san, you can call me Izuku." He said, he held out his hand and she smiled at him before gently shaking it.
