So, it's finally here. I've been sitting on this idea for almost 5 years and it's finally complete. Well, at least the Episode I arc of this story. I have no idea if Episodes II or III or the Clone Wars will be worked on at this specific moment in time. This is mainly because I have no idea if this will be one of those "one off" ideas that I only do once and others take over the idea with their own variations as people tend to do. I know of at least one idea that I worked on that people took inspiration from and ran with it, and I'm cool with that. But let's discuss the idea I had spent so much time on.
This idea will concentrate around a Mandalorian raised Harry adventuring through the galaxy and gets himself involved in the events of Episode I as a teen around the same age as Padme. I only intend to really get into the Potter side of things once Episode I has completed mainly due to no real need for the party to go to Earth. While this story idea is complete, I only intend to go to Earth during the events of Episode II as an alternative to Naboo and during the Clone Wars series should I explore that far. The only other time will be in the 10 year time gap between Episodes I and II where Harry will compete in the Triwizard Tournament and have to confront his absentee family and deal with that baggage. But that's in the future and I have no idea if I will cover it. But let's see what tropes I intend to use.
WBWL!Force-sensitive!Mando!Bounty Hunter/Merc!Harry - So let's just go down the line here. WBWL, or wrong boy who lived; Harry was the one who inadvertently killed Voldemort and fulfilled the prophecy, but for whatever reason that I'm going to write in his younger brother was heralded as the Boy-Who-Lived. Going off my previous theory that magic is a local application of the Force, Harry will be Force-sensitive. Mandalorian? Well if you know EU history there's a phrase which when said to a child adopts them into your family, that's how Harry became a Mando; therefore he's going to have training that most others wouldn't have outside of a Mandalorian upbringing. Finally, bounty hunter/mercenary. Harry does what he wants for some credits, however, he does have a moral compass.
Alive!Potters - This will be an off-screen/flashback scene to which I still need to make the call whether Voldemort kept them alive to torture/goad over them over their son's death or if I'll have the Potter grandfather and grandmother the ones who die in the place of the canon Potters.
(N)BWL!Brother - Now you'll immediately notice that the "n" is in parentheses instead of it would be normally. This is because the Potters, Dumbledore, and the wizarding world-herald Harry's brother as the BWL when he in reality isn't. Now as he primary won't appear in the story and I won't reveal his personality now as I still have to construct it.
Meddling!Greater Good!Dumbles - Now this is one of my more favorite tropes in HP fanfiction. Why? Because it's fun to see and explore how much Dumbles can screw things up when he had the "best of intentions" while having moral and ethical contradictions that end up hurting more people than saving them, something that Harry will have an issue with on an ethical level as you don't stun enemies that try to kill you and imprison them only to escape later and kill more people because of a corrupt system. I mean let's just think about the ethics of the Obliviate charm for one second, that can unsettle many when you know what it can do. When Harry eventually does come back expect Dumbles to be "disappointed" in Harry's choice of profession and his "disappointment" in Harry not wanting to return to his biological family or have anything to do with them or his "disappointment" in Harry not wanting anything to do with magic or learning anything about it. Also, expect Dumbles' speeches on his specific morality and the whole Light and Dark debates and arguments to be ignored or shattered philosophically by Harry.
Wild Space/Unknown Regions!Earth - This is a trope that I've been using in all of my HP/SW fics where Earth is in the same galaxy as the Star Wars galaxy after all the Unknown Regions are a large and mostly unexplored place. Plus, if you use the ET argument where we see ET on Earth and there are more of his species in the Galactic Senate one could assume that this is plausible.
Padme/Harry final pairing - This will be mostly hinted at in this story but will be expanded on in the second story as it will begin shortly after Episode I. How will this pairing affect the rest of the galaxy and the rest of the SW universe post-Clone Wars? I don't know, why don't you stay tuned to find out?
Rating: K+ to T - Now this is the rating that I'll set at least for the first "book" as I'll be dividing this into a series of 3 or 4 stories that will go all the way through the prequel trilogy and possibly the Clone Wars CG animated series. I still have to decide what the ratings will be in future releases as I still have to decide the plot points that will be written.

I would have had this out a month or two ago, but if you follow my story repository for one-shots and pilots ("Fables and Future Fantasy") a family emergency came up where a family member passed away and all the "fun" things that involved came up (wake, funeral, internment, grieving family members, etc.) and then the holiday season hit so I got real busy with that, but I'm finally going through with it now.
