Friends For Life Coming Together
What is up my Fanfiction brothers and sisters?! How we feeling today? (Pause to year answer) okay so on to business! As you all know I'm planning out my final story for RDJ which will take place 10 years after the samba club series ended! And I am also finishing The Blue Thunder Team for LoganJindrak X. So how about I explain this story eh? So this idea came to me in a dream…not even joking! Eyes closed, dream world, woke up with an idea for a story! I would like to thank Lilamacaw and Jaqui The Spix who have allowed me to use their main OC's again as we embark on this new journey! I hope you guys enjoy this one! On a side note…(There Will Be NO Sexual Scenes) but there will be the odd dirty humour as you can imagine! So without further ado…let's get to it shall we?
Somewhere In Rio…
Oh what a beautiful and miraculous place Rio is indeed! One of the most cultural, liberating, and peaceful places to be in the entire world!
The glorious golden sunshine had risen on this miraculous morning and brightened up the sky with its powerful rays, waking up the life and beauty of the city as well as the jungle.
We will mainly focus our main attention on one particular tree hollow, in the most secluded and private part of the jungle. Where as far as we know, the last remaining blue and gold macaws resided.
The older male slowly but surely peaked one of his eyes open, and felt a little irritable when the blast of light pierced his eye. Making him groan in annoyance as he woke up ready to start the day.
"Ughhhhh…god! Why does my side have to be closer to the light?!" He grumbled in tiredness, and shook his head a couple of times to get the blood flowing to his brain to wake him up. "Honey? Honey? It's morning time!" He whispered softly to the older female sleeping next to him, which was believed to be his wife.
"Mmmmm…Huh? Did you say something?" The female yawned heavily as she wiggled her talons a little bit to get rid of her pins and needles. "Oh…hello handsome! Good morning Leandro!"
"Good morning to you too Amber! Come here and give us a kiss eh?" The bird who was revealed as Leandro mischievously grinned, and puckered up his beak to tease his wife.
"Hmmm…I like the sound of that!" Amber responded sensually and narrowed her eyes.
But before the two of them could lean in and kiss passionately in the morning, another voice in the hollow completely ruined their moment.
"Ughhh seriously?! Can't I just wake up one morning without you two eating each other's faces off?!" A third blue and gold macaw male, who was younger than them groaned, as he stretched his wings and yawned heavily, loosening up his joints. "It's already bad enough that I see my friends doing that in front of me, but you guys doing it just makes it gross!"
"Oh, you think two birds in love is gross? Come on son? Don't you think it's about time you find a little lady friend and settle down? You've been living here most of your life?" The older male smirked at his son, crossing his wings while staring at him. "It's not like you don't have enough spare time on your wings?"
"It's not that dad! I just haven't found the right one yet! You both know that my last girlfriend chose Fred over me!" Their son replied annoyed, as he just lowered his head. "I know that I wasn't in love with her because we were together for a couple of weeks? But I thought that it would lead somewhere eventually?"
"I always told you, that your older brother was an asshole! Well…I do say was, he still is! Ever since he met those group of troublemakers at the football match last year, he's turned into a complete tool! Shira clearly went for him because he was a bad boy! But you are nothing like him RDJ!" Amber whispered to her son lovingly, as she revealed his name to be RDJ. "You are sweet, caring, loyal, and very generous! What girl wouldn't want that?"
"I know mom I know! I just can't believe that after everything we went through, she decided to just take off and leave me? Not for anyone different though! Noooo, for my stupid older brother!" RDJ replied as he just sighed heavily in defeat. "Look, I'm gonna head out and find some breakfast for the morning, then I'm going to meet my friends!"
"Ohhh yes! So how are Blu, Jewel, Roberto, Zeek and Georgia nowadays? Did Zeek and Georgia finally confess their love for each other?" Leandro asked his son kindly, as RDJ just rolled his eyes.
"Dad, of course they did! I don't see the whole point anyway? It's not going to last!" He remarked with a really unconvincing smile. Which deep down he was quite jealous that his best friend has a girlfriend and he doesn't.
"Oh my god! Are you still jealous that you couldn't be with Jewel, because she had to save her species with Blu?" Leandro groaned at his son while rolling his eyes.
"NO! I just don't see the point of being in a relationship, of it always ends so quickly!" RDJ argues back as he clearly wasn't upset by that anymore.
During the time when RDJ was a young kid, he did have a little crush on Jewel back when they were young. But he couldn't do anything about it, because both of their parents have said that to save the species, they would have to be together! So of course it did leave the blue and gold male disappointed, but then eventually they became the best of friends.
"Oh? And how exactly do you know of this my son? Have you ever been in love?" Leandro asked his son very clearly, as he rose a curious eyebrow.
"Well…no?" He paused very briefly for his father to finish his sentence.
"Then you have no idea what they could be feeling! You know…when I was your age, I was exactly in the same situation as you!" Leandro explained as he stood next to his son and wrapped a wing around his shoulders.
"Really? So what did you do?" He rose his eyebrow this time in curiosity, listening to what his father had to say.
"I found your mother!" Leandro responded with a bright grin as his beloved wrapped a wing around her son on the other side. "And it was one of the best days of my life, don't you agree dear?"
"Yes, your father and I met in a park near the city! He found me one night crying alone by myself after I got bullied by a group of female green winged macaws, who thought they were sooo pretty and sooo perfect! But your father was so charming, understanding, and so…warm! He made me forget about everything that happened in one conversation! Then he invited me out with his friends and I went along with them! Three months later he asked me to be his girlfriend, then a year later he asked me to marry him! Then of course we had three beautiful children! My life was perfect from that moment on, and do you want to know where those bullies are now?" Amber asked her young son as he nodded his head as a yes. "They all got nowhere in life! They are living in the city with nothing but shame to their names!"
"That's right! You see RDJ…even like your sister Iris, who moved out of here a month ago to go travelling, you need to find something that you are passionate about! Once you find that special something, you must fight for it! Because who knows when you will ever get that opportunity again? Do you understand what I am saying?" Leandro asked RDJ as his parents hugged him closer.
"I think so dad! So…can I go meet my friends now? I think they will be annoyed that I made them wait this long?" RDJ was a little impatient to meet his friends, but his parents still had more to talk about.
"Alright, but just make sure you don't come home drunk again! We all remember the first time that I took you to have your first drink! You wouldn't leave the bar unless…" Leandro was about to retell the story. But clearly his son was embarrassed about him telling that and knew he had to stop him.
"Yes yes! I Know what happened! I got drunk and then I punched that pigeon in the face! But in my defence, he wrapped his wing around my six pack and I felt very uncomfortable!"
"You were drunk and you punched him because he was flirting with Jewel! She was the one who wrapped her wing around your abs to pull you away from the fight!" Amber corrected his son as she patted him on the back. "Don't try and act all innocent now!"
"Ohhhh yeah! Anyway, I'll see you guys later! Who knows? Maybe I'll find my passion tonight?!" RDJ beamed ecstatically, and leapt into the air. Flapping his wings like an eager plane ready to take off to its next destination.
As the blue and gold male left, his parents sighed sadly as they saw his body disappear from their sight. Knowing that their son was growing up very fast.
"Oh Leandro…why is it that he can't find someone to settle down with? He's such a handsome and charming guy! Do you think we raised him wrongly?" Amber fearfully asked her husband, who just chuckled and kissed her cheek to stop her worrying.
"You panic way too much my love! If there is a girl out there, waiting for him, it will be the finest girl we have ever seen! You mark my words Amber…RDJ will find the girl of his dreams…even if he has to fight for her affections…he will find her…"
Now Let's Head On Over To The Park…
The park that was just outside of the city, wasn't exactly the most busiest place in Rio. The main reason for this was the fact that the majority of humans are spending their day either at the beach, or preparing for one of the busiest and biggest parties in the entire world! Carnival!
It is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Brazil…well mainly for tourists who go there to party and get drunk and have a wild time!
But for birds it was mainly the music, the confetti, the beautiful costumes and the lights! It was a lot of fun for everybody! Especially for a certain yellow macaw male, who was so excited that he thought it would be hilarious to jump on top of a bench and scream at the other locals.
"YEAHHHHHH CARNIVAL! WHOOOOOOOO!" A young male yellow macaw bellowed in a blue throated macaw's face. But she was so insulted by this stupid act, that she slapped him across the face and knocked him off the bench head first. "HEY?! WHAT WAS THAT FOR YOU PSYCHO BITCH?!"
"You creep!" The female flew off irritated by this little moment, and kept looking over her shoulder to give him deathly glares.
"OWWW! YOU MADAM NEED TO LIGHTEN UP A LITTLE!" The make yellow macaw screamed as he rubbed his sore cheek.
"OH…GO SUCK ON A MARMOSET'S TURD!" The female screamed back irritably, and disappeared into the city. She was clearly very upset by what the male did…and so was another yellow macaw who revealed to be a female. Who of course just crossed her wings and narrowed her eyes at him.
"Zeek! I know you are excited for Carnival this year…but you can't go screaming at every bird you see! That's how you get a bad reputation for yourself!" The female yellow macaw smirked while giving him a soft yet slight serious look.
"Oh come on Georgia? I am so excited this year! This will be our first Carnival together since we became a couple!" The male that revealed to be Zeek piped up, as he spoke to his girlfriend who got revealed as Georgia.
"I know Zeek, I can't wait! Wasn't Blu and Jewel meant to meet us here? Or is Roberto meeting them and then meeting us here?" The yellow female asked with a questionable glance.
"I don't know? I'm more worried about my best friend showing up!" Zeek responded with a concerned look, as he of course was referring to RDJ.
"Poor thing…ever since his dipshit of a brother stole his girl he's been down in the dumps lately! We gotta show him a good time tonight so he can forget all about it!"
"All about what?"
Suddenly, RDJ arrived on the scene with Blu and Jewel by his sides, as the three of them all turned up together to meet their yellow macaw friends.
Blu and Jewel were both blue spix's macaws, and they have been a couple for almost a year and a half now. But they've known RDJ, Georgia and Zeek since they were kids. So they were indeed very close friends.
Blu was a slightly chubby blue macaw male, with chocolate brown eyes, a grey beak and talons. His feathers were a darker shade of blue compared to his girlfriend.
Jewel, who was of course Blu's girlfriend was a very slender female, she had turquoise eyes, white facial markings on her face, a grey beak and talons. She had light blue feathers and she wore a pink orchid in her head feathers.
"Oh, hey buddy! We were ughhh…we were…ummmm…ughhhh…the thing is…" Zeek kept stuttering his speech because he was trying to come up with a quick excuse, to disguise the fact that they were talking about his relationship with Shira. But unfortunately for them…RDJ immediately knew what they were talking about.
"Guys…it's okay! I'm already over what happened with my brother! I hope…she will be very happy with him…" Their friend spoke that last part with a slight smidge of anger, but instantly Jewel jumped in and stopped him from telling fibs.
"No you don't?" Jewel giggled softly with her beloved also snickering.
"Yep you're right, to hell with that bitch, she left me!" RDJ answered instantly and just grumbled very low in infuriation.
"Look on the bright side buddy? At least you realised that she wasn't the right girl for you? You just got to find the right girl who will love you for you!" Blu remarked softly to his friend as he patted him on the back.
"Easy for you to say Blu? Jewel had a little thing for me before you guys started dating! But the reason why I didn't make a move, was because there aren't many of your kind left?" RDJ remarked as he chuckled in amusement. Causing the blue spix's female to blush in embarrassment.
"Haha Yeah I know, but you gotta admit? She did go for the better guy?" Blu joked as he playfully punched his shoulder.
"Screw you buddy!" RDJ laughed in response and gave his friend a noogie as the two of them just burst into laughter together.
"Okay! Okay! Ahhh! Stop it now!" Blu kept calling for him to stop, but he carried on torturing his friend.
"Say uncle!"
"UNCLE!"
RDJ finally let go of the blue male and brought him in for a man hug, patting each other on the shoulder.
"I will admit, I'm surprised that you don't have a girlfriend yet RDJ? You and Roberto have had a lot of offers? And I mean…LOTS…of offers!" Georgia emphasised the word 'Lots' to show that she meant what she was saying.
"Yeah? But was it because of my body? Or was it because of me? I can't just be with someone who only wants me for my muscles?" RDJ replied quite annoyed that he hasn't found his ideal girl yet.
"So, gain some weight?" Zeek suggested as he finally joined in on their conversation. Mainly because he was too busy rubbing his sore cheek after that little slap earlier.
"Oh haha very funny! I would like to meet someone soon? But…she has to be like…really…worth it you know? Like…someone who is even difficult for me to get!" RDJ remarked as he sat on the grass with his friends.
All of them blinked their eyes twice when he said that and they all looked at each other, and slowly turned back around to face him.
"Difficult…for you? You?" Blu emphasised as he pointed his wingtip at him. "You are like the fittest guy in Rio! There are so many birds that I know who wishes they had a body like yours! Me and Zeek are two of them!"
"Yeah bro! You got all the muscle, all the charm, there is no way that any girl would say no to you!" Zeek backed his friend up, while placing a wingtip on his chin to think. "Hey! I got an idea!"
"What's that honey?" Georgia rubbed his wing softly, and grinned at her boyfriend with so much love.
"We should take RDJ to the newest hot spot in the city tonight! It's the newest club that opened only two days ago! It's called…Blue Sea!"
"Blue Sea? That's a strange name for a club?"
Everyone quickly turned around to notice a new member joining their group. That of course had to be their friend Roberto. A tall muscular blue spix's macaw male with blue eyes, he had long wavy locks out of his head feathers. Had a grey beak and talons, plus he had large wings that looked very threatening as he landed.
"Well, here comes hot guy number two!" Georgia remarked with a giggle as Roberto sat on the ground next to RDJ.
"Number two? I thought I was hot guy number one?" He replied with an amused smile and playfully nudged the blue and gold male.
"Why not lose the shit hair style then we will talk!" RDJ joked as he ran his wingtips through Roberto's hair, making him playfully slap his wings away.
"Now now guys! We have a mission tonight! It is called, operation get RDJ and Roberto girlfriends!" Jewel remarked with emphasis, and clapped her wings together. Clearly showing a lot of excitement about the idea.
"Come on now Ju Ju? Is that really necessary?" Roberto asked with a cool pose, as he laid down on his back. "I really appreciate your concern, but I'm sure we will find ladies when the time is right? Right RDJ?!"
"Ummmm…" He paused slightly when Roberto made this statement for the both of them, as he was actually thinking about Georgia's proposal. "Actually…this might be a good idea?"
"Really?" Roberto responded a little taken a back by his comment, but clearly needed to hear a little more of what he was going to explain. "Care to be more elaborative?"
"I mean…what is the worst that could happen right? We could just go to the Blue Sea club tonight and give it a real try? Then maybe if it doesn't work out and we get nowhere, then we can just do it the old fashioned way and meet in the jungle?" RDJ explained as he gave his good friend some very good points.
The thing is with Roberto, he is known to be very proud of himself, and doesn't want to show boat himself like he's a show dog. He may come across like he's a player who flirts with loads of females? But actually he is very humble and has a big heart of gold.
"I don't know about this you guys?" Roberto anxiously responded, and twiddled his wingtips while feeling a sense of uncertain about this idea.
"Come on Beto? What is the worst thing that is going to happen, just like RDJ pointed out! Just give it a try? Pleaaaaase? I'll be your best friend?" Jewel begged with sad puppy dog eyes, and she batted her eyelashes in a flirtatious manner. Which of course did make Roberto give in straight away.
"I thought I was already your best friend?" He replied with a cocky grin, placing his wings on his hips.
"Well if you don't come to the club tonight, then RDJ will have to be my new best friend!" Jewel continued to taunt him and laughed like a crazy girl. But that just made Roberto's decision even easier for him.
"Fine! Fine I'll go along with you guys to the club tonight…"
"YAAAAAY!" Georgia and Jewel simultaneously shrieked as they both jumped up and down in perfect synchronisation.
"Oh look? It's a couple of kangaroos!" Zeek made a very sly joke while winking at his girlfriend. But all this did was earn him a slap across the face from both of them. "OWWWW!"
"Wasn't that the second time you got slapped this morning?" RDJ asked his best friend, chuckling in amusement while pulling him back up onto his talons. "I saw from a mile away that a blue throated female macaw slapped you for screaming in her face?"
"Oh god you saw that?!"
"Yeah-Huh!" He continued laughing as he then pulled Roberto and Blu up onto their talons. "Okay, so how about we all head over to the river in the jungle to give ourselves a good bath? Then we all go to the club together?" RDJ suggested as the females finally stopped jumping up and down on the spot.
"Yeah that sounds great! But please Roberto…don't spy on me like last time!" Jewel giggled mischievously, as Blu and Roberto instantly widened their eyes in horror.
"WHAAAAT?!" Both of them screamed in nervous tones, causing both females to burst into laughter.
"Ahhhh…we were just messing with you! Go and get a bath you stinky boys!" Georgia giggled as the two of them leapt into the air, flapping their wings perfectly together, as they made their way into the horizon.
As Blu and RDJ were about to leave the park together, Roberto and Zeek instantly stopped them from leaving. As the two of them looked like they had something very important to say.
"Guys? There is just one more little thing that I forgot to mention about tonight?" Zeek whispered to the other three males, trying to keep his voice down in case his girlfriend decided to come back.
"Oh no…for the last time I'm not going to check your butt for ticks again! I told you to stop sleeping on the pine tree!" Blu instantly jumped to conclusions, which was very comment did him. And it always made his friends slap their foreheads in annoyance.
"No, you stupid moron! I'm actually glad that Georgia isn't here to hear this! But tonight…I am one hundred percent sure that it is the night me and Georgia are going to take our relationship to the next level!" Zeek remarked eagerly as he smiled at his friends.
"Are you serious?! You guys are gonna…you know? Get down to business? Poke the stick in the hollow? Put the bottle in the sand?" Blu kept naming loads of stupid metaphors, and this only made him look even weirder to his friends.
"The fuck are you talking about Blu? Would you just call it being intimate? Making love? Having sexual intercourse?" Roberto kept listing so many other ways he could have said it, but of course the blue spix's macaw male had an answer for everything.
"I was only trying to be respectful Roberto! But seriously though…you really think that tonight could be THE night?"
"Absolutely! But you guys can't tell her at all! Because I want this night to go really smoothly!" Zeek remarked as he seriously pointed his wingtip at the group of males. "Do you guys promise not to make me look stupid?"
"Don't worry buddy! We promise!" RDJ was the first to answer, and he grinned at him widely. "We promise not to make you look even more stupid than you usually are on a daily basis!"
"Fuck you Blu!" Zeek snapped at his blue male friend, who only patted him on the back in response.
"No thanks, but save that for Georgia!"
"Perfecto! Now let's get to the jungle, shall we?" Zeek asked rhetorically, as he was the first one to flap his wings and fly back to the jungle where he just came from.
But as the other three were about to leave, Roberto and RDJ turned around to look at each other and the two of them smiled mischievously.
"What are you planning guys?" Blu instantly caught on to what they looked like they were doing. But instead of trying to stop them and act like an innocent guy, he wanted a little piece of the action. "What are we gonna do?"
"I don't know Blu…have you still got that itching powder that we found in that abandoned human bag last week?" RDJ asked him with a wicked smile, as he clearly thought of a really horrible practical joke to play on their friend.
"Yeah? Why?"
"Well…I bet Zeek will be…Itching…to know how he can keep his feathers so smooth!" RDJ chuckled out loud in an evil manner.
The remaining three birds that were in the park all shared a quick laugh with each other, as the three of them all flapped their wings, and prepared themselves for a night of fun, passion…and possibly even love!
"I just hope that we can find some ladies tonight…" RDJ whispered to Roberto, as the two of them exchanged nods, and picked up the pace to join their friends.
And that is it for the first chapter of my brand new story, and brand new universe! How did you guys like that? We now know that RDJ's parents are alive in this story, with his brother and sister, who will unfortunately not be included in this story…well…the sister Iris won't be anyway! Zeek and Georgia are of course going to have a more vital role in this universe, as well as Roberto and two more characters who will be introduced in chapter 2!
