Summary: Bryant takes on his nemesis, and it goes a nit different than with Izuku's match.
Note: Almost 30 chapters, wow. I hope all of you are liking it, those who are still interested at least. Let me know what you guys or girls think so far as always.
Eventually it comes down to a grudge match as almost everyone is out of the game except namely for Bryant, Katsuki and Shoto. Todoroki faces another person who made it, while Allen's opponent will be none other than his enemy. Heading down to the stadium, him and Bakugo lock eyes and exchange a few words before beginning, "No way in hell I'm going easy on you Allen. You're dead after all the crap you've put me through during this Festival". Bryant glares, "Ignoring all the bullshit you've put me, Izuku and everyone else through, this is for what you did to Ochaco".
Katsuki wastes no time flinging himself over with his explosions, only giving Omni seconds to look through his forms. He lands on the ghost Reiko gave him, "Hm, okay. Hope this guy's as cool as he looks". He does try to take a look at the others, but the watch, to his confusion refuses to select any of the other silhouettes, instead staying on the ghost. Hitting the watches' faceplate in, it begins to spark a little bit of electricity before turning him. His body shifts into a gaseous yet solidified form, as his legs are both twisted and combined into a single 'tail'. His fingers elongate into sharp Krueger type claws but seemingly without the actual claws. Underneath his skin he feels his chest 'wriggle' around inside. On the outside, his body forms into a gray 'sheet' that becomes his skin. The skin itself gains black lines all over, covering over his arms, back, face and especially chest, all minus his tail.
The watch symbol itself is inside the chest, peeking out of a hole. His eyes becoming a singular one, with a pink iris and sclera, plus a pupil, which opens up out of the face line as the pupil shrinks due to light. Lastly and almost enough to make him feel more than an ache this time, he feels his skull not only shape into a different sharpened form. But above all, he hears his spine practically crack as it twists upside down 180 degrees around. Upon transforming, unseen by him and most, a black mist flies out of the watch symbol and travels away from everyone. His voice is now eerie being faint and whispery, "Now, I'm going to show you what happens when you screw with me and my friends". As Katsuki lobs an explosive at him he concentrates and turns both invisible and intangible. He thinks to himself on the downside, 'So, unlike Ice Queen it's a conscious decision. Guess that could be a perk or a weakness'.
Looking at his hands, he sees an opportunity. He slices Bakugo in the back, leaving four scratch marks which bleed, "Gah". Still invisible, he tuants him, "Seeing my friend bullied and beaten. Seeing their aggressor always getting away with it due to having an extremely powerful attack. You even make my skin crawl". He continues, even whispering right in his ear, "Or in other words, I'm going to make your skin crawl...and bleed". He starts exploding all around himself, but Bryant at this point retreats from it. Omni thinks over his options, 'I'm a ghost, so besides intangibility, what else can I do? Claws, check. Invisibility, check. I wonder about...possession'.
Once Bakugo's calmed down, Allen flies right into him, and with his own mind mentally prepared he 'enters' Katsuki's body. He holds his head in pain, "Argh. What the Hell"?! He hears Bryant inside his head and in his creepy voice, "Time for me to take the wheel". Once in control, Bakugo can hear every word but he's powerless to do anything else, "So, these fists are what have caused so many injuries. I wonder how they feel against their owner". With a hard slug to the face, Allen doesn't feel it, but Katsuki definitely does, 'I'll kill you for this', he threatens as he feels the pain. Bryant could care less, "I don't feel it, but you certainly do. That said, I'm not afraid of you".
He starts punching Bakugo with his own body, speaking after every punch. "I've been nearly assassinated by the Yakuza", Punch. "Had my insides rearranged on a regular basis", Punch. "I've stopped a dozen or more robots nearly the size of skyscrapers", Punch. "I've even taken out MULTIPLE villains, some without even assistance, and even fought one who was practically indestructible". PUNCH. "So the LAST thing I'll EVER fear except for the safety of my friends and that little girl Eri, is some loudmouth, punch, arrogant, punch, WANNABE Hero"! He nearly breaks his jaw, then releases him before going unseen again. Bakugo has nothing to counter with, and that makes his blood boil, "Come out and fight me fair". He appears right in front of him, "Alright. Hit me right here".
Bakugo creates a massive explosion, but of course nothing happens as he turned intangible, seen as the smoke clears. Katsuki starts using his automatic version of an 'AP shot' but to no avail. He shouts, "Only a coward avoids confrontation". Bryant counters, "But only a smart man knows to evade attacks". He lurks over to his ear, "Tell you what. I'll let you get one shot off. Make it a good one". Turning tangible right in front of him, he takes the explosive punch and is sent into the dirt, and with a smirk he 'falls' into the dirt and out of sight. Katsuki knows better, "Come on out. I know you're still there". He bursts out in front of him and takes him by the hair, dragging him down.
Face first he smashes into the ground, with Bryant only making his arm come out of the intangible yet still solid, repeatedly bashing his skull and face into the dirt over and over again to his honestly slightly, sadistic pleasure. Once disoriented, he reappear tangible, "One more chance", he taunts Katsuki. Long fed up with Allen now, he flies all the way into the air and performs his 'Howitzer Impact', blasting a massive crater into the ground. When the dust clears, Bakugo sees him unscathed, "I didn't say I'd let you get a hit off, did I"? They both notice how close they are to the ring now, and so he tries one last trick up his skin sleeve, "You know, I've got a real itch to see what's under here", he point to where his symbol is, "So, you wanna see something, really fucked up"?
He exposes his chest for only a moment but what Katsuki sees under there sticks to him as he falls flat on his ass, "What the Hell are you"? He squints his eye in expression, "The victor". The crowd cheers, some reluctantly, and Bryant is the winner, as Bakugo looks down to see his is out of the ring. Allen gets in his face, "I'm your worst nightmare! So run, attack me, or even verbally abuse me. But you'd do damn well to stay away from bullying my friends from now on". His watch beeps and he turns back, saying nothing more to his adversary and heading back up to the stands while he waits for the final round. Kyoka comes over along with the others, "Jeez, you even scared me a little there. Didn't know you could get so violent". He admits, "I don't think it was all me exactly. I felt, different. Some of the forms do that to me. But otherwise that was mostly all me. I'm sick of people like him who think they can climb the ladder of success by stepping on everyone on the way to the top. Him hurting Ochaco was just the final straw. I have to be honest though, I'd been waiting for that".
"Think he got the message", he asks Jiro. She shakes her head, "Nah, he's shaken but it'll take a lot more to scare the daylights out of him for good. Though I'm curious as to what you did to him". Allen keeps the whole 'scaring' thing in mind. He looks to Izuku, "Well? What'd you think of my work"? Midoriya gives his two cents, "Well, to be honest I think you went a little overboard on Kacchan. I mean, he needed to be beat for you to win, and he did hurt Uraraka real badly. But, I don't know. Just seemed you went really in on him". Omni replies, "You'd be right. Not only is he Endeavor Jr, which makes me already hate him, but nobody hurts my friends like that. He's everything I hate in a person, entitled, self centered and completely arrogant to the point where he'll hurt even his so called friends. So I'm sorry, but that's the result".
Deku does understand, "I'm not judging you. Just saying, be a little more lenient in the future". Allen is reluctant, "Don't know about that. I mean you saw how I battled you too. It's just how I choose to battle, I just gave Bakugo a little extra. Sorry, but my only restraint is against killing...unless required I guess". Yaoyorozu meets his eyes, "Momo. What'd, what did you think of my fight"? She answers in her own usual way, "Like Midoriya said. A little on the vindictive side, but I can see your reasoning and his. Just keep in mind as much as he's a jerk, he's no villain. But as for the fight, you did exemplary. You beat the class bully with only a single one of your 'forms'. You still have Todoroki left however, so you'll need all of that resolve. Good luck".
Like everything she tells him, Bryant takes it to heart, "Don't worry. Unlike Katsuki, Shoto's a pretty cool guy. I won't go all out unless I have to. Like what you all saw with Izuku". In the dark part of the stadium out of the light unbeknownst to him however, a ghost identical to the one he just used, lurks, watching the whole fight as it unfolded. It speaks in it's whispery and unsettling voice, "Your arsenal and abilities are strong Allen. I look forward to seeing what is in store for the next round. Laughs".
