"Clarke, Jaha needs you in his office.", Octavia said as she came running up to Clarke.
"Everything okay?", Clarke asked as her and Octavia started to walk to Jaha's office.
"I saw Diana following you. She left as soon as she saw me run up to you. We'll have to watch out for her. She's going to be a big problem.", Octavia said to Clarke.
"She was a big problem in the old timeline as well. Maybe we should just have Jaha put her in a cell.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"Doesn't she have followers? Maybe we should lock them up as well.", Octavia said to Clarke.
"Maybe we should.", Clarke said to Octavia as they entered Jaha's office. "I was hoping to avoid drama until we made it to the ground.", Clarke said with a chuckle.
"Don't you know by now drama follows us everywhere.", Octavia said as she laughed.
"True, good point.", Clarke said.
"Did Diana follow you again?", Jaha asked the girls.
"She did, O and I were thinking that maybe we should put her and her followers in cells.", Clarke said to Jaha.
"Something to think about.", Jaha said to the girls.
"Is this one of the things we can change?", Bellamy asked Clarke.
"I would think so, the explosion she created was what made us get the rest of the arch to the ground. You want to change that, I believe this is the way.", Jaha said to Clarke.
"I agree, I think this is something we can change.", Clarke said to them.
"Did the higher being tell you what would happen if we aren't allowed to change things. Like let's say we weren't supposed to change how everyone gets to Earth. If we change that, does that mean something bad is going to happen in place of that event?", Octavia asked Clarke.
"Not sure, nothing like that was said between us. I guess we'll just have to go with our guts and do what feels right. If something is supposed to happen, I feel like we'll know.", Clarke said to them.
"I guess we'll have to find out.", Bellamy said to the group.
"We'll get through whatever is thrown at us. We've done it in the past and this time isn't any different.", Clarke said to them with a smile on her face.
"Can we talk?", Bellamy asked Clarke.
"Sure.", Clarke said as they stepped outside of Jaha's office and started walking to Bellamy's apartment. "Is this about me shooting you?", Clarke asked Bellamy.
"In a way. I will never get in the middle of you and Maddie again. I'm sorry I put you in that position to begin with. I honestly thought Cadogan was doing something good. I thought maybe we would finally have peace after all the fighting we had done.", Bellamy said to Clarke.
"I know, Bell, for a minute I thought we were going to have peace too. But then I realized where he was going wrong. I will never forget what you did, but I understand why you did it. Just like I hope you understand why I did what I had to, in order to protect my daughter.", Clarke said with tears in her eyes.
"I do, maybe this time we won't have to go through that stuff again.", Bellamy said to Clarke.
"I'm sure we will, but maybe it'll be different this time around.", Clarke said as she hugged Bellamy. "You're a good man, Bell, don't be fooled by anyone.", Clarke said to Bellamy as they embraced each other.
"I'll try my hardest to learn from my mistakes, I promise.", Bellamy said to Clarke.
"That's all we can do. We all have stuff to own up to and not do again. I just hope we don't make the same mistakes as last time.", Clarke said to Bellamy as they broke their hug.
"I'm sure mistakes will be made. We're only human after all. But let's hope it's not the same mistakes as last time.", Bellamy said to Clarke with a smile on his face.
"We can only hope.", Clarke said before she walked away from Bellamy towards her own apartment. Once Clarke was in her family's apartment she closed the door. She leaned against it with her eyes closed trying to get her brain to relax. The next few months or even years were going to be hard to overcome.
"Clarke?", Octavia said as she knocked on the apartment door.
"Yeah, O?", Clarke asked as she opened the door to her friend.
"I've been thinking. Are you going to find Madi? Am I going to have the life I did with Diyoza and Hope?", Octavia asked Clarke.
"I wish I had the answers to that, but I don't. Though they were part of major events so I'm assuming we'll get them back. But only time will tell, I wish I had more answers. I need answers as well, trust me I do. I want Madi back so bad, but I found her after the world ended for the second time. I'm not sure if that'll happen this time, or at least in the same way. I have so many things running in my head but no answers to any of it. In time I suppose we'll know, but it's the waiting part that sucks.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"I just hope we get to see them again.", Octavia said to Clarke.
"I hope so too.", Clarke said as she hugged Octavia.
"Right now we have to focus on getting to the ground. After that we'll start putting things in motion. We're kind of stuck right now.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"I have a feeling we're going to be feeling like we're stuck with a lot of things. There's just so much we don't know and I don't think we'll know until the very last minute.", Octavia said to Clarke with a small smile on her face.
"I have that same feeling. But I'm trying to go with my gut, hopefully it won't stray us away from our main goal which is peace. It's what we've been trying to achieve since we've met Lexa.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"There's going to be a lot of people in our way.", Octavia said to Clarke knowing they were going to have obstacles along the way.
"Believe me I know. I can name them all, but we'll deal with them.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"The grounder way? Or a different way?", Octavia asked Clarke.
"We're trying to change right? So probably a different way. I guess it also depends on the person. Like Nia, I wouldn't let that woman roam around. Plus if we kill her Roan will be King. I think we can change Pike's perspective of the grounders just solely because he won't be crashing into Azgeda territory. Right now my main goal is getting us to the ground. After that we deal with everyone as one.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"Sounds like a plan, Wanheda.", Octavia said with a smirk on her face.
"I really hate that nickname.", Clarke said to Octavia with an eye roll as Octavia laughed at her.
"I guess in a way if we redo Mount Weather, you'll never get that nickname.", Octavia said to Clarke with a smirk on her face.
"I still will. Not everyone has to die in Mount Weather but some do. I'm sure I'll still somehow get the nickname.", Clarke said with an eye roll.
"Maybe you'll share that title with Lexa. Since you know she'll be like your wife and what not.", Octavia said with a chuckle.
"I don't think the Commander can have that title.", Clarke said with a smirk on her face.
"We shall see.", Octavia said. "So, what do we do until we can get to the ground?", Octavia asked Clarke.
"Stay out of trouble. I know that's hard for you, but at least try.", Clarke said to Octavia who looked offended at Clarke's statement.
"It's not hard for me. I can stay out of trouble, it's other people that have to do the same.", Octavia said to Clarke, which made Clarke laugh.
"Okay then no killing people. Remember Pike doesn't know what he did. Not that it makes it better. But for now he's innocent as much as that pains me to say it's true.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"Hmm, I'll be on my best behavior. I promise and if you don't trust me you can always have someone babysit me.", Octavia said to Clarke.
"I trust you to make the right decision.", Clarke said to Octavia with a knowing smile.
"One wrong move on the ground though, I'm killing his ass.", Octavia said to Clarke.
"You won't be the only one wanting to kill him.", Clarke said to Octavia. "It's going to be very hard for me to not kill Titus when I see him.", Clarke said to Octavia.
"I'm sure once Lexa gets her memories back she'll have him banished or something.", Octavia said to Clarke with a reassuring smile on her face.
"She'll probably kill him, not banish him.", Clarke said with a knowing smirk on her face.
"I think you'll kill him before that.", Octavia said with a smirk of her own.
"That is also a possibility.", Clarke said to Octavia with a knowing smile on her face.
