Chapter 42 Grim News For Grimoire Heart
Well looks like instead of Caprico or Rustyrose it will be Azuma this round. At least one fight with him.
"Natsu!" Carla screamed as she saw him and carried Wendy down toward him. She was bleeding badly.
Carla set her partner down on the ground at Natsu's feet.
"Wendy! No!" Natsu screamed as tears leaked out of his eyes at the sight of his wounded sister. He immediately took off the belt around his trousers and wrapped it around Wendy's stomach where the wound was. He had to stop the bleeding or things could get really bad for her. The tourniquet tightened around his sister's petite waist. But he wasn't sure it would be enough.
"Wendy! Wendy! Come on sis! Please wake up!" Natsu pleaded with his sister. "You have to heal yourself Wendy come on!"
She didn't respond. Natsu breathed heavily, then pressed his lips to hers. Blowing air into her mouth. He shook her, then she took a breath and looked at him.
"Natsu?" she asked.
"Yeah, sis its me! Quick, you got to heal your wound!" Natsu told her.
"I can't see!" Wendy said.
Her vision was blurry from blood loss. But she felt Natsu take her hand and put it on top of the wound. She focused, bringing her magic power up to heal the wound. It stopped the bleeding but it would still take a while to heal fully.
"She lost a lot of blood, she won't be able to move for a while," Carla said.
"We should have some blood replenishing potions in the first aid kid at the base camp!" Natsu said as he scooped Wendy up like he had after their match. "Think you can fly us both there?"
"I'll try!" Carla said.
She'd used up a lot of her magic power already, her tiger form had worn off after she'd flown to get Wendy to safety. If she'd been in that form she probably would have easily been able to carry the two of them. But as it was she struggled a bit to do it.
Still, she managed to get to the camp. Only to find Lisanna, Freed, and Bickslow all tied up in tree roots!

Lisanna and the two males of the Thunder Legion struggled against the trees holding them in place. The muscular man they'd been facing, Azuma, was formidable. Freed and Bickslow had tried to join up with her in order to overwhelm him, but he'd instantly wrapped them in these plants. Then Mira had finally unleashed a lot of magic power, which intrigued their opponent as he recognized them her as the She-Devil of Fairy Tail and asked her to fight him one on one with the power of a demon. She'd refused, and Azuma had wrapped Lisanna in a tree as well before adding a timer for 3 minutes on it. There was no only thirty seconds left as Azuma and Mirajane thought in hand to hand combat. The others were safe as their trees didn't have bombs on them but they couldn't get out.
"Let my sister and friends
"Lisanna!" a voice called.
Natsu was dropped off by Carla, Wendy still in his arms.
"Natsu!" Lisanna said.
"Carla take Wendy and get a potion to replenish her blood!" Natsu said.
The white cat took the younger dragon slayer and flew over to the tent with the first aid which would have the potions. Natsu then lit a bit of fire to burn the tree and free Lisanna
"No don't burn it Natsu!" Mira shouted. "That tree is rigged to explode!"
Natsu gasped and immediately put out his fire. Ten seconds left.
"Lisanna!" Mira screamed.
Only for Azuma to attack her again, which she barely blocked.
"Keep your mind in the fight! Show me your strength demon!"
Nine. Eight.
"No!" Mira yelled.
"Mira just focus on him! I'll save Lisanna!" Natsu said as he got up close to the tree, mouth open
Three. Two. One. Lisanna smiled at her crush, knowing what he was going to do.
Boom! Lisanna felt only the smallest amount of pain as the majority of the blast was sucked into Natsu's stomach as he devoured the explosion.
Lisanna closed her eyes, still smiling.
"Eh! Never had a barky fire before!" Natsu said. "You okay Lisanna?"
"Yes, thanks to you!" she said before looking down. "I'm sorry I'm so weak. All I feel like I'm doing here is getting in the way."
"It's okay Lisanna, these guys are just really strong," Natsu assured her. "I'm just glad you're okay."
"Yes, you did well against him," Freed praised her.
Natsu burned the him and Bickslow free. Happy (who had been hiding from the battle) and Carla sat pouring a potion down Wendy's throat. She should be alright now. Natsu looked over to where Mira was fighting the huge man. He was about to charge in and join her but the man suddenly stopped, putting a finger to his ear.
"What? Are you serious Stinger?"
There was silence. At least to the members of Fairy Tail.
"I'll be right there!" Azuma said to whoever he was communicating with then turned to Mira. "It seems I will have to cut this fight short. Pity… I was starting to enjoy myself."
"As though I'll let you escape after what you did to my sister and friends!" Mira roared as she swiped at him.
"Yah!" Natsu yelled as he prepared a Fire Dragon Iron Fist.
Only for Azuma to vanish at lightning-fast speed into a nearby tree.

Azuma couldn't believe what he'd heard on the emergency message from Grimoire Hearts Airship! Master Hades had been taken down by one of their allies from Tartarus! That made the other leader of the Baram Alliance their enemy now, and Ultear as well as Zancrow had been taken down as well! Grimoire Heart needed to regroup and come up with a new strategy!
Other members of Grimoire had heard Bluenote's message from the Airship as well which had a communication lacrima inside that spoke directly into the heads of the Seven Kin that were still standing.
"Tartarus betrays us!" Rustyrose exclaimed.
"Ultear injured?" Meldy began to tear up. "No!"
"Oh what am I too do without Master Hades!" Kain exclaimed.
"How unfortunate, but we must adapt to things go awry!" Caprico said.
"Everyone defeat or get away from the opponents you are currently battling!" Bluenote ordered.
Azuma grunted as he moved through the forest, passing from tree to tree through his lost magic, Great Tree Arc. He lived for the thrill of battle but he still had a duty to his guild. Grimoire Heart would strike back once they were united!

Grimoire Hearts Airship had been left almost empty, with only a handful of soldiers to guard it. But Bluenote Stinger, its Ace and most powerful wizard after Master Hades. He'd initially been order to stay out of the fight, but upon hearing the master and two of the seven kin were already taken down he could not so any longer.
"Fairies and demons shall both fall!" he declared as he exited the airship.
Well here's the next chapter. Now Bluenote Stinger joins the fight. Mirajane didn't have to injure herself in order to save Lisanna this time since Natsu devoured the explosion to save her. Wendy's being treated so she should be okay now. Still have to find Makarov though and heal him. I'm not sure about what order this will go on in now. Lets see, Caprico will probably be next. Then Grimiore Heart will regroup and try to plan a new strategy, and Fairy Tail does the same. And I've decided to go ahead and let Kain Hikaru run into Cana as a little karma for her not helping her friends and caring more for becoming S-class.
