As Usagi watches the news alert, her eyes grow large. She cannot believe the news she just heard. She heads to her mother and she confirmed what was said on the TV. Usagi goes back to her room and calls Ami.

"Ami, get everyone gathered at Rei's in 30 minutes. I have some important news that affects the senshi."

Once off the phone, Usagi tells her mom in a rush, "I left something over at Rei's house. Um, I have to get it. Bye mom!"

Usagi rushes out of the house so that her mother could not stop her.

At the shrine, everyone gathered in their Sailor Scout forms, both the inners and the outer senshi. Setsuna sits in a corner sipping her tea.

"Do you know what this is about Setsuna?" asked Lita.

"I have not idea why we were called." Setsuna answered.

Oh, come on, she called the meeting and it's already been 45 minutes. I can't believe that she is late to her own meeting! Grumbled Rei. "I still have chores to do!" she continued on with her rant.

Out of breath, Usagi finally makes it to the shrine.

"Hey, meatball head! It's nice of you to finally make it to your own meeting!" Rei calls out

"Whaaa! Why do you have to be so mean Rei! Usagi cries. "I had to go all over to find this." As she pulls out a newspaper.

Usagi opens the paper and goes to the article that she had circled.

Ami reads the Headline 'Pluto Not a Planet, Astronomers Rule'.

"So?" Everyone asks at the same time as they look at Usagi.

Usagi states matter of fact "Since Pluto is no longer a planet, Setsuna cannot be a Sailor Scout! She has no planet to call her power from."

Setsuna just stares at Usagi. "You can not be serious! What about the Time Gates and my home?"

"I don't know, but as of right now you are no longer a senshi. Please give me your Star Crystal." Said Usagi.

"NO! Please don't do this! Usagi" pleaded Setsuna.

"I'm so sorry Setsuna. Until we can sort this out, you can't be a Sailor Scout. We will do all we can to promote Pluto back to Planet status so that you can rejoin us. Please change to your latest civilian disguise."

"No! Please let me pick my identity." pleaded Setsuna.

"Please just change to your latest identity" stated Usagi.

In defeat, Satsuna transforms back to her civilian identity. She takes on the appearance of a young girl of 18 with brown hair cut in a pageboy style. She wears a simple blouse and slacks. With a calculating smile, she hands over the crystal to Usagi.

"Now, remember to keep that safe, I intend to have that back soon." states the new girl that was once Sailor Pluto.

All the Sailors stare at what used to be Setsuna.

"Who are you now?" they all asked at the same time.

She holds out her hand and with a smile says "For that information it will cost you 2000 yen".
