Paige sat alone on the gymnasium bleachers waiting for the other spirit squad members to arrive. Even with the sand which Ashley had brought her she still wasn't feeling great, she had a slight light headed feeling, she shook it off though. She knew even without the dizziness she wasn't going to be rehearsing with them today. Manny was the first to arrive.

"Hey where were you during lunch? We were going over some ideas"

"I just had other things going on, so I'm not feeling well I'm just going to have the rest of you run over the routines we been working on."

"Actually we were talking, we thought about running some of these ideas."

"Okay they'll be time for that later we need to master this routine first."

"But Paige-"

"Look Manny I-" she cut Manny off but as she stood up she felt the dizziness return and everything started spinning as she tried to steady herself. She could see Manny rushing to her but she wouldn't make it in time. The last thing she remembered before losing consciousness was her foot catching on the bleachers.

Earlier during lunch

Emma and Sean were standing in line in the cafeteria trying to decide what to get.

"Anything look good to you?"

"Actually...I kinda want to try the chicken wings."

"You know those contain meat right?" He said surprised.

"I know but it's what they want." She said again using her pouting voice that Sean couldn't resist.

"As long as it's safe for you to have." He said paying for their food. They found an empty table to sit at, it was further away from the occupied tables so gave them some privacy.

"So we're almost half way there right?"

"Yeah will be soon."

"What are we thinking for names?"

"I know I want the names to have a special meaning, but also make it easier to decide once we know the genders."

"Have you thought about what I said? About moving into my place?"

"It wouldn't be for awhile, it's just easier to be living with mom while they're that young."

"You'd still bring them when you come over though?

"Most of the time. Sometimes I could have mom watch them so it'd just be you and me." She smirked.

"Ya know maybe you not moving it for awhile would be a pretty good idea."

After lunch Sean walked Emma to her next class, the two stood outside the door. As they arrived he kissed her quick on the lips before kneeling down wrapping his arms around her midsection kissing her stomach twice.

"Watch after mommy while I'm gone okay." He said before heading in his way.

She couldn't even pay attention to the class, she was so thankful how much Sean seemed to care about not just her but the babies...especially after everything that transpired between him and the father. He didn't hold it against them instead stepping in fully willing to toughen it out with her. The fact that he said "we're halfway there" showed how committed to this he was. It relieved any fears she has that Sean would get start to see her and the babies as baggage. She was snapped out of it by the teacher answering a call of the classroom phone. She was told she was to go see Principal Hatzilakos. When she got there she saw her step father waiting with the principal, she could sense something was wrong.

"What's going on?"

"I'm going to let your father handle this one." She said as she left the office.

"Emma, Paige was rushed to the hospital, she fell and hit her head pretty hard."

"Is she going to be okay?" She asked panicked.

"They think so but they think she might be concussed from hitting her head. They might be admitting her. If you want I can have your mom come pick you up and you can go see her."

Almost an hour later Emma was walking through the halls of the hospital. She eventually came to one room, she could see Paige through the rooms window. She was lying on the bed, her make up looked smudged like she had been crying and she could see a bandage around her head. She walked in the room knocking in the already open door.

"Emma!" She cried her face was no longer sad but she didn't look happy either.

"Hey I heard about the fall, what happened?"

"They think I was dizzy from not eating right lately and dehydrated. I fell and hit my head but they stitched me back up. You were right pregnancy does screw you over."

"What about-"

"I really rather not talk about that right now." She cut her off, the tone in her voice almost begging for her to not ask.

"Okay as long as you're okay."

"How the three of you been?"

"We're doing great!" She went on telling Paige all about the conversation she had with Sean.

"See I told you he wasn't going to stay mad at you."

"Yeah and we owe so much of our relationship to you." Emma said her face beaming. Paige faked a smile while trying to hide how much that hurt her.

"Emma...I really need to tell you something."

Before she could continue someone else rushed in the room, it was Spinner and he was out of breath, he was followed shortly by Ashley.

"Paige...Ashley told me what happened. Not just about the fall but about the test. Are you...are you pregnant? He asked his voice trembling.

She didn't answer at first, she looked on the verge of crying again.

"I don't know anymore..." Everyone else turned to look at her concerned. "While I was still out from the fall they said there were some problems. They think I may have lost the baby."

Spinner fell to his knees next to Paige's bed he held her hand and tears ran down their faces. Emma held her other hand. She didn't know what to say but knew she was going to need all there support.

Author note: so if anyone has any suggestions for baby names, regardless of gender I'm interested, also as usual comments are appreciated
