Percy's POV

Dream World

I opened my eyes and found myself in what looked like a twisted and demonic cathedral. The walls were painted black, with various paintings of torturous scenes hanged upon them. Then, in the middle of the room, on the top stood a large dome. It had intricate carvings and seemed to direct your attention to the Icy-blue gem that was jammed into the hole at the top. A voice interrupted my thoughts as I turned to face it. "Oh how you have grown Percy, you truly make me proud". I looked at where the voice came from and where I expected to see a devil or a demon to go with this grotesque scene, I found a man. Don't get me wrong, the man wasn't anything to be ashamed of, he was tall, at 6ft 6, with long blond hair that seemed to lose its colour as you got closer to the tips which were ice white. He had a muscular build with muscles that were bulging and a large chest. He had eyes as blue as the oceans with white irides. He had a sharp nose and a thin mouth. And all of this was accompanied by a tan. I looked at him quizzically, before he answered me a few moments later. "I see you are confused", and I immediately nodded. He continued with "I am your father, Lucifer, and I'm going to train you in your demonic powers from here on. Every night, I will visit you in your dreams and I will train you beyond what your parents could have trained you to be". I stood there, shocked at the fact that he was talking to me. But then, a question entered my mind, "Aren't you, like the Devil, shouldn't you hate me for being a human?".

He looked at me for a second before replying, "I am in a sense yes, but not exactly. See, when father, my siblings and I defeated his sister, his sister was able to essentially pass part of her essence into me as I was the one to make the final blow, which gave me a power increase, but over time, the essence started to grow and eventually, when it got to a level, it managed to take control of my physical body and that's how I fell from Heaven. Fortunately, the essence died eventually and I regained control over my body, but when I tried to explain what happened to my father, he wouldn't have it and he banished me to hell in anger. To get revenge on my father for that, I created Hell and from there the first demons, which includes your brother, Azazel, who you've met. However, when I was killed by my brother Michael, Lilith took over, but after a while, your brother couldn't handle it and overthrew her and she has been hiding ever since, and from there, Hell came to be what it's now believed to be. It would've remained like that forever had it not been for father who took mercy on me and resurrected me as the son of your grandfather, Death. From there, I came to accept humans and I have come to enjoy some of their creations, especially their cuisine, which I must say is quite exemplary. As the son of a human, my body developed at the rate of a mortal child, and I came to have a mortal job later on. It was when I moved to a more industrial part of Quebec that I met your mother. At first, I had been confused as to why she had been so cold towards me, but as we developed a friendship of sorts, I came to terms with it, and from there, well, you can see where it is going can't you?".

At that, I nodded but after a question came into my head, I asked, "I get that, but shouldn't you be dead? mom said that you were killed in an accident involving a drunk driver". He almost immediately replied, "Ah, I was wondering when you were going to ask that. See, on the day you were born, father released all of the limiters he had placed on me, and when I was hit by that drunkard, I lost my physical form, and in fear of your mother not recognising me, I ran away and retired to Hell, where I have been slowly regaining my power for the past 14 years".

I said, "Couldn't you have done something to tell mum you were at least alive. Ever since your death, dad says that she hasn't been the same and that every night she yearns for the chance to see you again".

He looked at me for a second and replied, "Percy, while you may think that I am nigh-omnipotent, I have restrictions placed on me. I cannot freely interact with the world above, especially not as I am now. And even though I have been able to arrange a ceasefire with Michael, it's unlikely that any angels will stop themselves from attacking me to 'have the honour of defeating the fallen one'. And there's the fact that I'm delaying my return to full power by contacting you through your dreams. If I tried to contact your mother, it'd be even harder as she is a goddess. But, I shall try tomorrow if it makes you happier". I nodded and asked him about the training he said we were going to do

My father immediately replied, your first task is to get the blue gem you've on the dome". I almost laughed as soon as he said that. I'd finish that in a second or two. I bent my knees, slightly readying myself before jumping up. With my enhanced strength and speed, I could easily jump higher than that, so reaching the base of the dome was easy, and soon enough, I could see the gem, and I stretched my arm trying to grab it, but as soon as my hand was within an inch of the gem, I suddenly felt something hard surrounding the gem. As my feet touched the floor, I cursed under my breath. He set up a forcefield around the gem. Damn it, how did I not realise that. I immediately heard my father reply, "Tut Tut Tut, it appears that you're further behind than I thought, now try again, we have a lot of work to do".

Thalia's POV

I'm not gonna lie, but the morale of the quest had fallen greatly ever since the kidnapping of Annabeth and the revelations of some boy with the potential power to destroy Olympus with the snap of his finger unnerved everyone even more. Then add the fact that he was the son of some primordial and had demon blood on him made things worse. Like seriously, who the hell knew that the figures in Christianity were real and in this world. Ok, maybe Christians, but seriously, they wouldn't believe it if someone went up to them and said, "Oh my god, did u know that Lucifer is right and he had a son". If someone said that, you'd immediately suggest that they go to a psychologist clinic to get tested for mental problems. But I'm not gonna lie, Greek mythology exists, so you could sorta see it coming. Ugh, why did things have to get more complicated? We already have to deal with Kronos, we don't need some over-powerful demons to make things harder. I was snapped out of my thoughts as Bianca shook my shoulder. I looked at her questioningly and she mouthed, We're here. I looked around and she was right, we were at the base of Mount Tamalpais. As we got closer, a tree with golden apples came into focus, with a large hundred-headed dragon surrounded it. It was by the looks of it sleeping, but as we were about to proceed, 4 girls appeared in front of us.

Zoe immediately took the lead and said, "Sisters, we seek passage through thou garden to rescue milady Artemis". Sisters? What was Zoe talking about? Why would she call these girls her sisters, this didn't make sense. Unless...

"We do not see a sister, only two demigods and two hunters, all of whom shall bleed at fathers feet." replied the girl at the lead. Bianca and I just stood there awkwardly as Zoe and Atlanta argued with the girls who were guarding the entrance to the mountain, but after a few minutes, I couldn't be asked to wait anymore, so I called some lightning and zapped them out of our way. Zoe and Atlanta looked at me strangely but nodded gratefully. And with that over, we began our ascension to the top of the mountain where Artemis supposedly was. Just as I reached the top, I saw the hunters rush forward towards where I assumed they saw Artemis was. As Artemis came into my vision, I saw Zoe and Atlanta talking to Artemis who seemed to be struggling with the weight of the sky. I couldn't hear what they were talking about, but they were interrupted from continuing by a bellowing voice. "Demigods and Hunters, this shall be an easy victory. I wall make sure to tear you to pieces in front of your goddess hunters". I looked at where the voice came from and couldn't help but stare at the behemoth figure that stood before us. He stood at an incredibly dominating 6ft 8 with bulging muscles that bodybuilders could only dream of achieving. He had short dark hair, with black volcanic eyes that looked exactly like Zoe's? I looked back at Zoe and then at the man, their eyes were the same.

Third Person POV

All of the quest members stood shocked as they bared their sights upon the beast that was Atlas, Titan of Strength and Endurance. However, within a few seconds, more figures came into view to focus their sights on, but at the head stood a blond boy with a scar who had a girl with curly blond hair gagged over his shoulder. Said girl was struggling and attempting to get away from the blonde and the relatively small monster army that stood behind them. The blonde whispered, "Thalia please, come with me, we can be a family like we always said we'd be. Just join me and Kronos and help us tear Olympus apart". Thalia looked at the boy with a look of longing on her face, but she replied, "I'm sorry Luke, but I can't, and seeing Annabeth bound and gagged isn't helping. Please Luke, just stop this. How many more innocents are you going to kill trying to take over Olympus." Luke was about to reply, but the Titan replied, "Enough with the talking, let's fight. I have a traitorous daughter to kill and Olympian hopes to crush". And then, the Titan along with the monsters rushed forward. Zoe and Atlanta immediately readied their bows and began shooting the horde of monsters. Thalia, furious at seeing Annabeth hurt rushed towards Luke, and Bianca charged at Atlas, although it was hesitant. The battle between the quest members and the forces Kronos was as short and the members of the quest and had been cornered, but the only positive outcome was that Luke had been falling down the hill and was likely dead. Zoe and Biana were struggling to hold of Atlas, while Thalia was growing light-headed from the amount of power she had been using to make sure that no monster got too close and the hunter Atlanta was using her enchanted bow to shoot as many monsters as she could, but she was struggling with the immense number of monsters.

However, just as Atlas managed to get through the defence of Zoe, the sky darkened and almost immediately, a large bolt of black lightning hit the monsters, wiping out almost a quarter of the forces. Within a few seconds, another bolt followed which room out another large chunk of the monsters. The fighting everywhere stopped as soon as this happened and everyone tried to look around for the source of this. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on which way you look at it, the ground began to shake and it grew in intensity as each second went by until eventually, even the earthborn monsters were struggling to keep their feet. Powerful gusts of wind soon followed this everyone struggled to deal with the combined force of an earthquake, large bolts of lightning and powerful gusts of wind that would blow any normal being off their feet. Suddenly, an immensely large black bolt hit the centre of the mountain, but instead of simply striking like the other bolts, this one remained there, growing in size every second, before it suddenly expanded outwards until it eventually covered the whole mountain. But as soon as this happened, the bolt suddenly disappeared, and where the bolt had initially struck kneeled a large figure. The figure looked absolutely terrifying with armour that seemed to scream pain, and a katana that seemed to radiate darkness and destruction to anyone who dared come close. Even Atlas couldn't help but fear this figure, after that massive display of power, he didn't fancy his chances.

He managed to calm himself enough to ready himself. He grabbed his spear and aimed it at the figure who hadn't moved and inch since his arrival. Just as Atlas was about to throw his spear, the figure tilted his head upwards, just enough for his eyes to be seen through his balaclava and as soon as he stared upon those eyes, he gasped. Atlas began to spoke, but by the middle of his sentence, he was stuttering. "Impossible, your kind have withdrawn from the mortal world, grandmother herself informed us. Remove yourself beast, and I will not harm you". Everyone present couldn't help but look at the figure who had made Atlas scared. It was a task nigh-impossible, not even Hades himself could scare Atlas. Of all the people present, Bianca was the only one who could see the figures face and as soon as she saw his eyes, she too gasped. They were white. Pure white with no iris, nor pupil, not nothing, simply white. The figure smirked at this before he suddenly rushed forward and in the blink of an eye, managed to land a powerful punch on the stomach of Atlas who groaned at this, before swiftly receiving another punch to the face, causing Atlas to become dazed. Suddenly, a small black portal appeared beneath Atlas feet as he was sucked through it, but he soon reappeared, hanging on the air, where he received 4 calculated punches to the face. As soon as this was over, the figure retreated a few feet, and Atlas was dropped, but as he was about to reach the floor, what appeared to be a shadow version of the man, grabbed Atlas and held him upright midair, and from there, the figure ran forward and drop-kicked Atlas in the face who swiftly fell on the floor. After a few second, he recovered himself anough to stand up, but it was short lived, as the figure held his hand out and a deadly looking sickle appeared in his hand, which he used quickly and slashed at the stomach of Atlas, from where blood spurted out. The male figure then rushed forward and pushed his hand into the stomach of the now bleeding stomach of Atlas. Instead of pulling his hand out, shadows wrapped themselves around it, before they started entering Atlas who was groaning and screaming loudly in pain. He then pulled his hand out and made a pulling gesture towards Artemis and Atlas flew towards there, pushing Artemis off the sky and he landed her Artemis was mere mili-seconds was ago.
