Title: 逃げる手 - The Hand That Bleeds
Rating: T
Summary: "I don't want to be a Hero. I want to be a Healer. My Quirk is made for healing, like my mom's, not fighting so I train to fight like a Hero to be a Healer. I want to help others to the best of my abilities." Hisoka Matsushita, raised by her mother and who never knew her father, never could quite understand where the path she would eventually take would lead her to.

Now To Answer Some Reviews:

Aekiv- CH1: I'm glad you really liked the beginning. It was really fun to begin it that way. It took a few months, actually, to figure out how I wanted to start off the story. CH2: You'll find out as time goes on with how her Quirk works and how she's able to get around it/use it. There are a few things I want/have planned for the future with her Quirk though so keep an eye out for that but I am always open to suggestions and requests. ^^ CH7: Yup. She's been training she was young, mostly by her mother, and you'll learn as to why as the story goes on as well. Thank you for the review. I hope you like the chapter.

xXSelenaXx- Look, my reader, I really don't care about the date. It's fanfic and you actually gave me a really good laugh with the comment. Who cares if date is in now time or 200 years in the future (unless that specific story is in a specific time period) and specific year/era it's made in has never really been said. I'm just happy to be writing and that BNHA is around. Thank you for the review. I hope you like the chapter.

Vedahzii- Yeah, lol. I ask to see what people think and reflect off of it to be used here. I seriously do take what you all have to say about this story (and any other ones I do). I am very happy that you were creeped out by Himiko. She much more fun to write then I originally thought she'd be. Hehehe. Don't worry. Don't worry. Everything will be okay. Hisoka will be fine by the story's end... Aizawa has a lot coming for him. I hope he's prepared. Hisoka new hair cut art will be up sometime in January. Or February. Somewhere around that time span. (And you already have lol.) Thank you for the review. I hope you like the chapter.

Apex- Yeah, it's good to be back. ^^ Tsuyu and Hisoka are my OTP. Nothing can change my mind lol. Thank you for the review. I hope you like the chapter.

Chapter 65

To Festivities

Location: Common Room, First Floor of Heights Alliance, South Side of U.A. High School Campus, Northern Musutafu, South of Tokyo, Honshu, Japan

Date: November 18, 20XX

Hisoka was unsure how this had happened. She was able to nap (because that's what they were nowadays) for a bit, rather excited for the festival that day and she knew she was not the only one up. While it wasn't loud, she could hear the creaks and footsteps of a few people already walking and shuffling about. She herself had been up and rather restless and decided to make breakfast. It was going to be a big breakfast, making food full of energy (and maybe a super-secret blend of spices and such that would jumpstart the system and make people have lots of energy... and no, it was not drugs). She was cooking up a storm.

Her spread would make any five star class chef cry with envy and pride.

But there were a bunch of teenagers in this dorm - some of them with big ass appetites that put even Cthulhu's appetite to shame. Not that she hated it. She loved cooking, just not the mess afterwards. It was a good thing she made a deal with her class. She cooked. They cleaned.

But now, while she had been cooking, she had somehow roped a growling Bakugo-san into cooking with her. She had been a little focused on flipping the pancakes, and she hadn't gotten to the scrambled eggs in time to make sure they weren't going to burn. She already had some omelets and a few different varieties of cooked eggs for those who wanted something different. All she needed to do was finish the pancakes and bacon and sausages. That's where Bakugo-san came in.

"Fuck! Why the hell are you making so much, One Eye?!"

"Got two," she absentmindedly retorted back before continuing as she flipped the finished pancakes onto the already high stack and poured more batter to make more, "And it's a big day so a hearty breakfast for a big day. Gotta keep up those energy levels."

He finished with the scrambled eggs, taking the pan off the burner, and placing it on a cozy on the table. "People can make their own god damn food!"

"And yet you're helping, Bakugo-san."

He moved onto the bacon as she continued the pancakes, griping at her for one reason or another. She snorted and retorted whatever he said– that was basically their thing now. It was plain old Bakugo-san.

People were slowly trickling in, sleepy yawns and tired excitement and well rested busybodies (those who went to sleep early anyway). It was close to the time they would need to begin gathering everything they had here and change into their costumes before they had to get to the stage. It was a good thing they didn't need to bring heavy equipment such as the surround sound system. That was already stationed, hooked up and everything, over there along with the band's instruments. Now there was only a third of the class that had yet to make an appearance.

"Get your asses moving if you want fucking breakfast," Bakugo-san shouted, threatening them as he went off to do whatever, finished with the cooking. She noted that there was already a plate of food in his hands as he left.

After bellies were filled and energy levels skyrocketed, they began to gather the remaining supplies they needed to bring and got dressed. There were a few minor changes they needed to do. A few of her classmates also began to clean things up, mainly the band and backstage groups as they had simpler costumes consisting of a burnt orange t-shirt with a large white bold letter A taking over most of the shirt with the band in the same font under it and their uniform pants/skirt. Hisoka decided to wear shorts since she was going to be up in the rafters taking care of lights and other technical things as planned.

Hisoka was helping with gathering up the supplies as Aizawa-sensei debriefed them like other teachers were doing with the other classes. He had just come back with Mirio-senpai and Eri-chan, who were waiting somewhere else while he talked to them.

"If the alarm rings, even a false alarm, the festival is done. So, call one of us if a Villain appears and we'll help clear it up before it triggers the alarms," he explained, hands stuffed in his pockets as he was in his slouched position. "If we can't and the alarm goes off, it's your job to help evacuate the rest of the civilians and students. However, if a Villain appears out of nowhere, you are to immediately contact the teachers and if a situation like this happens, you are allowed to use your Quirks to take the Villain down while evacuating the students and civilians." His face became stern, eyes narrowed as her class froze from his stare. "Do not kid about this. There are going to be a lot of people here in a few short hours. Understood?"

Each class was told this, a requirement if they wanted the festival to go off without a hitch. Aizawa-sensei held a pleased expression at their quick response. "Yes, Aizawa-sensei!" was the class's ingrained response.

"Good. Now off with you."

Hisoka watched as her class scattered to finish up. They only had so much time.

"I'm leaving!"

"Be back quickly! We don't have much time before our performance!"

"I will!" Midoriya-san was out the door after that, heading out to get the rope they needed.

Off to her left, Hisoka could feel the worry radiating off of Kyoka. She was pacing a bit, twirling one of her headphone jacks while she tried to keep herself busy. Momo was fixing the hem on Ochaco's skirt, a pin in her mouth as her hands moved a sewing needle to fix whatever needed to be. Ochaco though was trying to calm Kyoka down, offering some encouraging words and such. Others were finishing up as well. Hisoka suddenly remembered something as Aizawa-sensei was leaving.

"Aizawa-sensei, wait a moment," she called out, setting down the final box of supplies on top of another one and ran up to him after she swiped a small colorful and cutely decorative bag of sweets and cookies. He stopped short of opening the door, turning to give her a semi-grumpy look over his shoulder.

"What, problem child?" he grunted at her questioningly.

"Could you give this to Eri-chan? It's the latest batch. There's more apple flavored cookies in there too," she explained holding up the bag of sweets. Fumi, off to her left, perked up at that. "There's some for you too, Fumi," she added before looking back at her homeroom teacher.

Turning fully around, his gaze searched for something but what she didn't know. Hisoka tilted her head with a curious look, grip tightening on the bag ever so slightly, hearing the soft crinkles from the plastic. She had been making a variety of sweets for the young girl to try out at least once to help her explore what she liked and didn't like. Hisoka had been told a few things about what happened to Eri-chan but nothing in detail due to confidentiality issues and such but that was okay.

Hisoka didn't mind. She just wanted Eri-chan to experience new things and if she could do that by cooking/baking things for the little one then she'd do it.

"I'd love to know what she thought of the previous batch too."

Aizawa-sensei raised an eyebrow at her before turning around. "Why not ask her that yourself?" Opening the door, he made a movement to follow him and walked out without waiting for her.

Glancing over at her class with a slight frown, Iida-san raised his glasses as they glinted in the light and told her to "Hurry back quickly!" as he did his chopping hands motion thing. That was all she needed to know; they'd be fine without her for a few.

"I will," she said, closing the door behind her to catch up with Aizawa-sensei.

It wasn't far from where Aizawa-sensei led her; one of the many park-style wood and metal benches littered throughout the campus. And on one of those, stationed between a few trees providing some shade for the duo she saw, was Mirio-senpai and an adorably dressed Eri-chan who stood in front of him, arms bouncing slightly. They were talking about something. Mirio-senpai noticed them first and grinned as he waved at them as he stood. The gesture caught Eri-chan's attention and upon seeing Hisoka, shied away and hid herself behind the tall blond man's leg. Tiny hands gripped onto his pants, wonder shining in Eri-chan's bright ruby eyes as she glanced around his leg.

Not like his. HIS. WroseWrongBlood. dON'TNOOO.

Dear child...

Hers. Shining. ChildCryingRubies. Beautiful.

"Hisoka-chan! What a wonderous surprise to see you," he greeted when they got close enough, giving her a bright smile. His smiles were always blinding, full of sunshine and the blond hair didn't help to dim the illumination that smile brought. Hisoka should've brought sunglasses with her.

"Hello, Mirio-senpai."

"I can't wait to see the performance!"

"Everyone's working hard. I hope you and Eri-chan will be able to enjoy it," she said, glancing down at the young girl. Her hair was long and white, brushed and trimmed slightly shorter than the last time she saw Eri-chan. "It's nice to see you again, Eri-chan."

She stayed quiet, eyes staring at her. It was kind of valid. Eri-chan hadn't seen her in a long time.

"Eri-chan," Mirio-senpai began, putting a hand on her head and petting her, causing red eyes to look up at him. "She's the one who's been making all the cookies and sweets." He pointed out the bag in Hisoka's hands, earning a nod as she perked up.

"Cookie-nee-chan..." Eri-chan muttered.

Giving a glance at Mirio-senpai, he gave Hisoka a fond look to just go with it. Looking back down, Hisoka nodded and offered a slight smile. "Yeah. That's me. I wanted to know how you've been enjoying them. I've heard you really like the apple-flavored ones."

She nodded, peeking more around Mirio-senpai's leg. "They're my favorite... I like the white ones too... The ones with the... su-sug..."

"Sugar?" Hisoka guessed.

Nodding, Eri-chan continued, "That one... It's sweet!"

Hisoka nodded with her. "It is. It's one of my favorites too. Midoriya-san likes that one a lot too."

"Deku does?"

"He does. He likes a lot of my cooking."

Eri-chan tilted her head, curiosity alight in her eyes. "Cooking?"

"Yup. It's like baking, which is what you call when you make things like those cookies you like, but for more dishes that are made for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe we can do it together if you come to visit some time?" Those ruby red eyes stared at her for what seemed like hours, shining in the sunlight, before she nodded. Hisoka gave her another smile before holding out the bag she was holding to the child. "I also have a bag of cookies I'd like to give to you. There's some new flavors for you to try and more of your favorites."

Hisoka saw the questionable look Eri-chan gave her before she glanced up at Mirio-senpai who nodded, pushing her slightly to go grab it. She knew Eri-chan also looked at Aizawa-sensei who stood behind her. Eri-chan gathered up some courage and walked to Hisoka, garbing the plastic bag with a light grip. "Lemillion says to say thanks when given a present... Thank you, Cookie-nee-chan."

Hisoka's smile softened. "Anytime." She watched as Eri-chan turned back to Mirio-senpai, holding up the bag for him to see. He looked amazed at all the sweets that could be seen through the plastic and talked excitedly with the young girl. Then she looked at the time on her phone, pulling it out to see if she needed to go back. "I need to head back now. Everyone's about to head to the stage."

Eri-chan snapped her head at Hisoka. "Are you dancing with Deku?" Shaking her head, Eri-chan frowned cutely. "Why?"

"Well, I'm going to be helping behind the scenes. I help make the magic that's going to make Midoriya-san shine with the rest of my classmates."

Sparkles shone in Eri-chan's eyes. "Magic?!"

"Un."

She jumped in excitement, blabbing to Mirio-senpai. "Lemillion! Cookie-nee-chan makes magic! Magic!"

"I'll see you after the performance. I hope you enjoy the festival!" Hisoka said her good-byes, waving to them as she left.

As she did, Mirio swept up Eri-chan into his arms, holding her easily as she raffled through the now open bag of sweets. Aizawa walked up to them, ruffling his charge's hair before looking at the third year with a raised eyebrow. "What?"

"She looks... better but tired. How is she doing?" Mirio said in a softer voice, knowing Eri-chan would be too distracted by the sweets to pay much attention.

Aizawa side glanced at Eri before giving a much tired sigh, shoulders slumping as if a heavy weight was upon them. "She has her ups and downs. Can only do as much as she's willing to accept."

"Ah."

"Hn."

"So, what's with the hair?"

"Well..." Aizawa began as they started to walk, heading to where they were meeting up with Hizashi.

The stage had gone through final preparations and the curtains were closed (except when she saw Ochaco peek out through the opening with Toru and Mina) as civilians and students piled inside the large open space. There were so many people there. The amiable chatter blended together, some cheering, some chanting, some talking.

"There it is!"

"I can't wait to see it!"

"First years, you gotta do your best!"

"C'mon! On with the show!"

"Show us what you've got, first years!"

Brown eyes gazed down over the more or less blend of colors from all kinds of people, momentarily picking out Mirio-senpai standing with Eri-chan on his shoulders before her eyes moved on. In the back, Aizawa-sensei stood with Present Mic. Hisoka sat up in the upper rafters, away from prying eyes and out of the way, with the computer that controlled all the lights and effects needed. It was amazing how high-tech this school was. Principal Nezu didn't joke around when it came to U.A.

Everything was ready.

However...

"Is Midoriya-san not back yet? It's close to opening," she called over the headpiece she was given. Each of the backstage members had one along with Momo for the band group and Iida-san for the dance group.

"I don't see him yet," Iida-san's voice came through. "I sent Aoyama to the front gate to get him."

Hisoka sighed to herself. Hopefully they'd both be- "Wait!" Momo's voice came before she could finish the thought. "I see him! They're back."

Checking the time, she muttered to herself. "Midoriya just loves to arrive fashionably late, doesn't he..." Shaking her head, she typed a few things before checking the time again. They had two minutes left. "Is everyone in position?"

"Ready on my end."

"Same here."

Pressing a button, Hisoka made the lights dim down and a hush washed over the crowd.

"Blow them away," she told them right as the clock struck ten and the curtains slid open just as the lights turned on. Bakugo-san released an explosion just as he slammed down on the drums, voice ringing loudly throughout the gym, "LET'S DO THIS SHIT! WE'RE GONNA MURDER U.A.!"

Another few clicks as the screen behind the band and dance group began to circulate different colors as lights shined down on the stage and the music immediately began. 1-A began their musical performance, blowing everyone away with the suddenness of everything. Mina and Ojiro-san jumped into the air, as Kyoka exclaimed into her mic, "Thanks for coming out today!"

As the two landed, the dancers began to move, pointing out to the crowd. The band was playing as Kyoka began to sing, "What am I to be? What is my calling? I gave up giving up, I'm ready to go."

The dancers, grinning, lifted their left arm in the air, the other on their hip before pointing out into the crowd again. "The future's left unseen, it all depends on me. Put it on the line to follow my dream, yeah!" Kyoka pointed out to the audience before returning to her guitar, strumming a few notes.

"Tried all my life, I've tried to find, something that makes me hold on and never let go, ohhhh!" Her classmates moved around, legs moving one in front of the other as their hands moved behind their backs, swaying from side to side. Then they jumped, floating a bit thanks to Ochaco's Quirk, right as Jiro's voice raised in energy and with a few clicks became slightly echo-y. "Hero too!"

They all landed on the stage at the same time, making a Hero Landing Pose. One foot flat on the ground, making a kneeling position with the other leg bent behind them. There was one fist on the ground, the other outstretched away from their body, pointed diagonally upwards. " I am a hero too." The dancers rose slowly.

"My heart is set (My heart is set) and I won't back down." Her voice echoed for real this time, the effect happening a few times throughout the song. Some of the boys were doing a step-step, angling their arms upward, diagonally pointing inward. Iida-san was sort of off to the side, moving robotically but having fun nonetheless. Hisoka clicked a few other keys and the lights were moving, a few cycling through different colors, adding a pop to the stage and its occupants. "Hero too, strength doesn't make a hero! True heroes (True heroes), stand up for what they believe! So wait and see!"

Ojiro-san, Ochaco, Tsuyu, and Mina on one side of the stage jumped up at the same time as Toru, Mineta-san, Shoji-san, and Sato-san landed in the same pose as before, raising their arm high in the air. Then Midoriya-san and Aoyama-san jumped at the same time, meeting in the middle as they linked arms and threw the knightly-dressed blonde teen. Aoyama spun around firing off his lasers in quick succession, eliciting more cheers from the crowd as the blue light danced over everyone.

"What do they think of me? Who do they think I'll be? I could not care less, I don't wanna know." As he fell, Ojiro-san quickly caught him, righting him before both bowed while Midoriya-san rushed backstage, sticking a thumbs up to the crowd, to quickly get ready for his next moment. Ojiro-san and Aoyama-san quickly followed him. The other dancers were moving their feet as they placed their cupped hands over their hearts. "Am I doing right? Am I satisfied? I wanna live my life like it's meant to be Yeah!"

The girls began moving to the center of the stage, standing ahead of one another as they did a little cute move as they got into a single file. Standing in a straight line from tallest to shortest, Tsuyu in front of them, their arms raised together one after another in sequence. "Tried all my life. I've tried to find." The four crouched down with two on either side, when the lights darkened for a moment. With the press of a button, a spotlight shined down on Mineta-san, his back to the audience before he smugly smirked over his shoulder, hands in pockets, as the girls raised their arms to him, bringing attention to the smallest 1-A student.

"Something that makes me hold on and never let go!" Kyoka's voice rang out, strumming a big moment on her guitar as the music beat increased. The other prepared for the moment and as the music hit an all-time high, Bakugo-san hit the drums quickly and everyone waited for that one note. "Ooohhh!"

Shoto activated his Quirk, ice shooting out of his hand, creating ice platforms that quickly crossed the room and instantly froze while Sero-san let out string after string of his tape. "Hero too! I am a hero too." With a button, the lights began to swing around switching between colors in rapid succession and another had released some type of glittering material that caught in the lights and created a shimmering effect. Momo lifted an arm high up, the other still playing the keyboard as she created some party poppers on her arm, releasing streamers throughout the gymnasium. "My heart is set (My heart is set) and I won't back down."

The dancers split off into groups and moved onto the ice platforms, the audience dancing along with them excitedly. They jumped and landed in the Hero Landing Pose. "Hero too, strength doesn't make a hero! True heroes (True heroes), stand up for what they believe! So wait and see!"

Shoto had created another ice platform across the room for a shirtless Kirishima-san to run across. There was a block of ice on his shoulder; he used his Quirk on his other hand to shave away ice creating a light mist-type effect that floated down to the audience in a dazzling twist. On another one, Midoriya-san ran across it, pulling a now air-suspended and spinning Aoyama around the gymnasium. "People will judge for no reason at all. Yeah, they might try to say your dream's dumb, doooonnnn't liiiissstennnn!" He fired off his lasers, the light reflecting off the glitter and being refracted by all the ice, creating a disco ball type effect. "They may look down on me and count me out. I'm going my own waaay! They may look down on me and count me out. I'm a hero, I've got music!"

"Hero too, I am a hero too!." Hisoka flicked a switch and the changing color background began to showcase different students in different moments doing all different kinds of things. This was something she did herself and had roped her group into. A little something to show that that they could all be Heroes too no matter what they did, no matter what they were doing, no matter who they were. "My heart is set (My heart is set), and I won't back down! Hero too, strength doesn't make a hero! True heroes, stand up for what they believe!"

"Here we go!" Kyoka exclaimed, a mile wide smile on her face as she seemed to overcome something inside her and really went into the music gung-ho. "Yeah I'll be! Hero too, I am a hero too! My heart is set (My heart is set), and I won't back down!" She grabbed onto her mic, pumping her other hand into the air. "Hero too, strength doesn't make a hero! True heroes (True heroes), stand up for what they believe! So wait and see!"

Tsuyu wrapped her tongue around Ochaco's waist and lifted her just above the crowd. Activating her Quirk, she lowered her arms and high-fived some of the raised hands of the audience members, causing them to float up into the air. "I have met so many heroes in my life, gave me the strength and courage to survive, gave me the power to smile every day!"

Everyone landed back on the ice platforms, moving into formation, and continued to dance. They raised their arms, Toru using her Quirk to make herself sparkle, moving their feet, as Kyoka finished off the last verse. "Now it's my turn, to be the one to make you smile!"

With the final notes the bands played, the dance team stood tall as they raised both arms while shaking their hands. Hisoka leaned back against the wall behind her, grinning to herself as she felt the energy from their performance course through even her.

Her loud cheer mixed with the audience's thunderous ovation.

Now that the show was over, they had to clean up. Hisoka didn't want to or really come down from her place (was she becoming a bird with how often she found herself in high places? Or was that a monkey?) but everyone had to do things they didn't like. She'd do it though, for her class.

Has she said she doesn't like cleaning before?

The others were already outside with boxes refilled with supplies and trash, cups with large blocks of ice that Shoto and Bakugo-san were going to melt, and some had dollies to help carry the heavier supplies such as the stereos and instruments. She was one such of those people. A few of her classmates had brooms and mops and had already changed out of their dancing outfits, not wanting to ruin them. Tsuyu was currently struggling to untie the rope from Aoyama-san's waist.

To their right, civilians were talking about Class 1-B's performance. They were unable to see it due to having to clean up, though perhaps there was a recording of it somewhere. She'd love to see it. To their left, Midoriya-san was getting scolded by All Might and then Ectoplasm and then the very fluffy but growling Hound Dog. He was scolding and praising the green-haired youth at the same time with a mixture of growls in between.

"..." Hisoka had stopped to watch the scene, staring at the likely soft hair the lifestyle guidance counselor had. She kinda wanted to pet it.

"Don't even think about it," a voice said beside her.

Snapping her head to her right, Fumi had stopped beside her. He had been pushing a cart stacked with the drum kit Bakugo-san had used.

"What do you mean?" All she was given was a blank look and a raised eyebrow that said it all. Brown eyes looked away as she began moving again, scowling lightly. "Shut it..."

Fumi snorted.

Fine.

No apple-flavored cookies for him. She'd give them all to Eri-chan! At least she'd enjoy them immensely.

Suddenly, Hisoka snapped her gaze upward when she saw Midoriya-san go flying from a hit from Hound God's paw-hand. "The festival's still on going, so go and have fun!" He spun in a swirl-like motion landing with a groan not far away, face first.

"Whoa!"

"It's a flying Midoriya!"

As Midoriya-san groaned again, he lifted himself up slowly and shook the dust off of his outfit. Hisoka called out to him, "Do you need any healing?"

The teen let out a shaky laugh after a moment of wiggling his limbs about. "N-No..." She answered him with a thumbs up. As her other classmates called to him to hurry and help, he was stopped by a grinning Mirio-senpai waving at them and a smiling Eri-chan pumping his hands childishly.

"Yoo! Nice job back there!" Mirio-senpai complimented as Sero-san walked past him. Sero-san beamed back at the older teen, a bucket filled with a big piece of ice in his hands.

Eri-chan ran up to the cleaning students, a bunch of them stopping as she began to regale them with her tale. "At first, I was scared because there was a loud noise! But then! But then everyone started dancing and hopping around! And then the light went like 'flash' and 'foosh' and then Deku disappeared. But! But!" She raised her arms high, Mirio-senpai copying the move with his own arms. "Everything got cold suddenly! Like 'fwoosshhh'! And then the spinning light came back all over." Then her arms lowered into a wide open position. "And that girl's voice said 'WAAAHHH!' and I said 'WAAAHHHH!' too!"

A teary-eyed, smiling Midoriya-san wiped his eyes before he smiled back at her. "I'm glad you enjoyed yourself!"

"And! And! The moving colors turned into people too! There were so many and even you showed up! Cookie-nee-chan and Lemillion and everyone showed up!" She was pumping her hands again, rattling off what she had seen. "Cookie-nee-chan made the magic happen just like she said! Magic!"

"Magic? Cookie-nee-chan?" Midoriya-san mumbled in amusement.

"Yup," Hisoka said behind him, startling Midoriya-san. One of her classmates had taken over her cart, having requested her to help out with the ice. And then she had heard Eri-chan's nickname for her. "Magic."

"Cookie-nee-chan!" Eri-chan exclaimed in excitement. "You did magic! It was so cool! How'd you do it?!"

Hisoka let out an amused huff. "Sorry, Eri-chan, but a magician can't reveal the secret of their powers. That'd give away the magic. I hope you can understand."

"Really?" The white-haired child looked a bit down before jumping right back up to talk about something else that popped up in her mind to Mirio-senpai. Midoriya-san and Hisoka were called over to help with bringing the ice over to the basins. Bakugo-san was blasting them to bits that could easily be melted which Shoto was doing. That made the process of disposing of the ice/water down the drain so much easier. And it looked like Tsuyu was able to get the rope off Aoyama-san since he was helping with the ice situation as well.

"Class 1-A!"

"Nice work! We had a lot of fun!"

"That was so cool! Great job!"

"Really?! Thanks, dudes!" Kirishima-san smiled at the passing audience members that left the gymnasium. The ones who had even come to ridicule them had apologized, yelling it at them before running away into the crowd.

Kaminari-san sweat dropped, watching the two leave. "There wasn't any need for them to apologize..."

Hisoka rolled her eyes as Bakugo-san grinned arrogantly and victoriously before catching his attention to get him to blast more ice.

"I wonder if those were the stressed out people Aizawa-sensei was talking about.." Kirishima-san muttered before grinning, looking over his shoulder at Iida-san, who stood slightly behind him. "I guess this means we got through to them, huh, Iida?"

"Indeed!" Iida-san nodded. "However! Regardless of their reasons, the fact that there were people watching also means that there were people who were not! And they may still be bottling those feelings inside of them even after today...

"Don't worry about it!" Iida-san was cut off by the other student, a buff green-haired man. "We heard all about the thoughts and feelings you all had planned with this show!"

"We got it! Now, it's our turn to convey that to everyone else!"

"I mean, it was really fun! Like really fun! I was even in that video that showed up!"

"That was really rad!"

"Just you watch, your feelings will spread around the school from all the people who watched your show!"

Mina grinned at Kyoka. She had a mop leaning on one shoulder and the other was a carryon case for her guitar, her hand gripping the strap. "I bet you're happy!"

The musical girl blushed at that, smiling shyly as she scratched her cheek. "Yeah..."

Iida-san bowed ninety degrees, arms stiff at his sides. "My humblest thanks for your kindness!"

"I don't like it..." Bakugo-san scowled, letting out a soft growl with his gravelly voice. "Drag out the assholes who didn't come watch and bring 'em here! I'll show them how we murdered ya'll with music!"

"Stop it already, explodey," Hisoka said to him. "You need to murder this ice instead of the civilians."

He turned and growled at her. "Why don't I shove this ice down your throat then, One Eye?!"

"I mean... If you did that then you'll never get that recipe for that spicy ramen you keep hounding me about. And I think you'll be jumped by the rest of the class if you did that." She gave him an overly bright smile, making a vague gesture to the rest of the class.

Red eyes glanced around at the narrowed looks he was getting, Fumi and Tsuyu were looking rather.. murder-y though (why were they so angry?) before he clicked his tongue. "Whatever..."

Hisoka asked, to keep the peace, "Do you want that spicy ramen tonight for dinner?"

"Do whatever you want." He huffed angrily as he grabbed a large chuck of ice and with an explosion, broke it into slivers that fell into another bucket.

"Hurry up and finish cleaning up all the ice!" Mineta-san yelled, eyes wide and intense. "We need to get this over with!"

Bakugo-san glared at the grape boy as Kirishima-san stated, "Oh, sorry! But man, you've been on edge for a while now, huh?"

And why was he like this?

"We need to hurry or all the good seats at the beauty contest will be taken!"

Hisoka rolled her eyes, grabbing a chunk of ice to give to Shoto to melt. Like there was any other answer he of all people would say.

Hisoka enjoyed the beauty pageant with her class. They had gotten some pretty good seats with a nice view. Kendo-san of 1-B was there - her martial arts skills were strong - as well as the third years Bibimi Kenranzaki-senpai, who rode a tank with her distinctive face of all things, and Nejire-senpai used her Quirk to out stage the rest of them in rather a natural way. She had moved, danced, and twirled above them all and her dress made her look like an innocent fairy. It was almost like she did have wings and her appearance did have that flair to them. With that, she had been declared the winner.

Afterwards, her class had split off into different directions to do whatever. Besides food and activity stalls, there was a singing competition, short films made by the students, a maid café, a cosplay area, and many more. The Development Course was having an exhibition too - Hatsume-san was a big hit there. There was even an obstacle course that some of the boys were wanting to do. Bakugo-san said something about beating a record or something.

Hisoka had wandered off from the groups and had seen Midoriya-san just enter a quiz show. Ochaco had been there with Mirio-senpai and Aizawa-sensei who was holding Eri-chan's hand.

"He's going to win," Hisoka commented as he got the tenth question in a row right. A few of the other contestants were beginning to sweat.

Ochaco tilted her head. "Really?"

"Watch and see the devastating power of a fanboy," was all she said.

Hisoka had walked off when her prediction ended up being true as Midoriya-san answered the final question without even hearing the question itself. Not all that surprising since it had been about All Might. He won overwhelmingly against the others; one of the contestants even cried. Hisoka decided to join Mina, Toru, Kaminari-san, and Mineta-san to Class 1-C's Haunted House as Kyoka and Momo decided to sit it out, wanting to check out the food stalls instead. They had all just gone in and yet shortly from the decrepit look, the moody narration, and a few jump scares, she had found herself being gripped to on all sides - the girls on her arms, Kaminari-san clutching the back of her shirt, and Mineta-san was holding onto Kaminari-san's pant leg. The four were already quaking in their shoes.

"Wh-Wh-Whose bright idea was it to try out a place called Labyrinth of Dune?" Kaminari-san stuttered, glancing around.

"It was yours, Kaminari-san," Hisoka answered as they turned a corner into a very long, narrow hallway. There was for sure going to be a jump scare here.

"Get off my leg, Mineta!" They stopped for a moment as Kaminari-san tried to shake the small teen off to no avail.

"Can't! Too scared!" Mineta-san only gripped harder, shaking his head no. Hisoka rolled her eyes and began to move the group forward.

"We need to keep on moving, guys."

"F-fine!" Mina said, her arms wrapping in a vice-like grip around her own. Toru's wasn't as hard but Hisoka knew it'd take a bit before her blood could circulate after she got her limbs back. To be honest, for her, this was a pretty funny situation. She'd love to see a picture of this - people taller than her (other than Mineta-san) holding onto the shortest girl in their class.

They all had come with different intentions but her classmates underestimated how spooky a haunted house put together by amateurs could be. The backstory behind the haunted house was that the old house scene they were travelling though was home to a family that had been slaughtered in a grisly fashion fifty years ago. Hisoka was amazed at the level of detail Class 1-C had gone into. They had spared no attention to realistic details such as the creaking floorboard and the mountains of smoke and cobwebs that spoke to the house's decrepit, crumbling state. There were even crude crayon drawings on the walls which might have seemed adorable in any other setting, but they took on an ominous feeling.

"Yet even half a century later, the only dead body that remained missing was the eldest son's. Though the house stood vacant, neighbors claimed they could feel an unearthly presence emanating from its walls," a gravely, echoic voice whispered through the air, narrating the story as they moved along the hallway. It had earned an "Eep!" from the invisible girl while her blond haired classmate gave a high-pitched whine behind her.

There came a falling axe that had Mina sucking in her breath at one point. Hisoka even saw eyes peering out of a slightly ajar door. A grandfather clock stuck and went off, sounding like a wailing baby as they walked past it, making the group pull on Hisoka to move quicker. She let out a soft laugh as they moved on from the hallway and turned down another way that seemed to turn into a maze. Moving around, they came upon a corridor that was decorated with red infant-sized handprints that gradually traveled up the walls until they filled every surface. Everything was basically covered in realistic looking blood.

She wondered if they used the cornstarch, water, corn syrup, onion flakes, and red food coloring method. There were more complicated ways to make fake blood but that was by far the simplest way.

"Wh-Wh-What do you say w-we throw in the-the-the-the towel?!" suggested Mineta-san.

"H-How exactly?!" said Kaminari-san, his shivering hand going double time. "Walk back down the hall in reverse? That'd be just as scary!"

"If you guys are too scared to continue, we can probably have one of the scare actors point us to the way out. There might be something like a chicken road or short cut to get out," Hisoka commented easily.

"Chicken?! I-I'm no chicken!"

"Yeah!" Mineta-san agreed.

"No! I can continue!" Mina's grip on her arm said otherwise. Toru agreed with her.

If she could shrug she would. "Okay then. Let's continue."

They continued on to the oncoming corridor, the creaks from the floor as they walked becoming louder as time went on. Then a dripping noise behind them started. It was a good effect. She wanted to cackle as her frightened classmates looked wildly around until Mina pointed out red stains on the floor that hadn't been there previously.

"Huh?!"

"I-Is that blood?!"

Mineta-san stammered, "Why i-is the blood raining d-d-down on us?!"

The dripping continued, slowly coming to gush from the ceiling soaking the floor as it left the group frozen in place. A moment of silence and a beat of sweat traveled down Mina's cheek. Suddenly, a rather familiar boy dressed in Victorian-type clothing and covered in fake blood flopped from the now open ceiling panel to hang upside down right in their path. "Take me from this placeeee," he groaned, reaching an arm out to them as the other hung limply, dangling downward.

Hisoka had to cover her ears from the screams and screeches from her classmates and before she knew it, she was left behind. "Ah..." Opening her eyes, she saw she was the last one there as the rest had run, their screams echoing behind them the further away they got. Purple eyes with white pupils turned back to look into hers. Both blinked. "Oh.. Shinso-san, right?"

Said boy's eyes narrowed ever so slightly, still upside down as blood dripped down his cheek and into his messy, indigo-colored hair that flared out in large tufts. "Matsushita," he muttered.

"You look better in purple. And grey," she added as an afterthought before walking away. "Nice job, by the way. Keep it up."

Once she made it out, Kaminari-san and Mineta-san were sprawled down on the ground nearly passed out, chests beating quickly as they tried to gasp for air. Mina and Toru were talking about how great it was, wondering if they should go again, while Hisoka was rubbing her arms to get it to stop looking so pale. Well, paler than usual. Sure she was pale but not that stark-white pale her arms had become. Her skin was more of a light pale color. When they finally finished catching their breaths, the four noticed her.

Hisoka's face was blank as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Sorry, Hisoka-chan," Kaminari-san said sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head.

Toru waved her arms around. "We didn't mean to leave you!"

She raised a single eyebrow at them.

"Really! We didn't!" Mina bounced. "Is there anything we can make it up to you?"

"Buy me some food from the stalls and all's forgiven," she said, walking away. The others scrambled to catch up.

After the promised food was eaten, Hisoka wandered the stalls with Momo and Kyoka at a leisurely pace. They were enjoying the sites. There were so many different kinds of stalls with a variety of food and fun activities for all ages. Then, Hisoka came upon a shooting gallery run by a club that Snipe-sensei taught different kinds of shooting techniques at. There were fake wooden guns with a cup filled with small rubber bullets next to it. Little ways away were shelves upon shelves of prizes, the heavier and more valuable the higher you went. They were set further away with each row.

You had to use the rubber bullets to knock down the prizes.

It was rather simple in theory but could be tricky if one didn't know how and where to shoot if they wanted something from the top rows.

"Well, if it isn't the little kohai that comes by on the weekend!" one of them said to her when they caught each other's attention.

"Misaki-senpai," Hisoka greeted the older girl as she wandered over to the empty stall. She was tall and curvy with long black hair done up in two braided buns, had pink and purple duotone eyes that held bullseye pupils, and was always seen wearing a bow and arrow charm necklace. She was also wearing the school uniform with a larger t-shirt that had the club's name and symbol over it. "How have you been?"

"Eh. Been so-so. Science is still a bummer and Snipe-sensei's been on me to get more practice in. You?"

She nodded. "Math still sucks. I've been working on my parkour though."

"Oh! You've mentioned something like that before! How's it coming?"

"Pretty good," she said. "Pretty good..." She glanced at the arguing people behind the girl. Takahashi-senpai, a tan bulky man with slicked back short white hair and golden eyes with white slit pupils that had red flakes sprinkled in them. He had sharp teeth and just as sharp nails that came from his Quirk. He also had white leopard-like ears upon his head as a long white tail swished angrily behind him. He was growling at a smaller but leaner built dark grey-haired man, Suzuki-senpai, with giant bat wings opened slightly to make himself appear bigger. It wasn't working much. Takahashi-senpai towered over the other second years easily. "Still arguing over something stupid?"

Misaki-senpai snorted, crossing her arms, and rolling her eyes. "When aren't they arguing over something stupid?"

"True." Hisoka agreed. The trio was often at the shooting range and they had kinda become good acquaintances of Hisoka's. They were friendly, for the most part. Takahashi-senpai was still standoffish to her and would argue with Suzuki-senpai who tried to get him to be friendlier to her. Misaki-senpai was always breaking up their arguments before they got physical. She didn't know how the three were friends with that situation but hey who was she to judge who were friends with who. That didn't mean he didn't teach her things. He always pointed out things in his own way. Suzuki-senpai had helped her with recoil and Misaki-senpai had taught her a few tactics to get a better shot at the target.

They were pretty cool people.

"Oh my! Is that Hisoka-chan over there?!" Suzuki-senpai finally noticed her, bat ears flickering around. While Suzuki-senpai had really pretty ocean blue eyes she could get lost in, they'd never beat Tsuyu's pretty eyes that reminded her of the night sky. "It's so good to see you again!"

"Hi Suzuki-senpai. It's nice to see you too." She offered him a slight smile as he walked up to them, the stand that held the wooden guns and rubber bullets separating them.

"Keh." The tallest of the trio stood behind the other two. "Brat."

Hisoka gave him a nod. "Takahashi-senpai."

"Be nice, you big lug!" Suzuki-senpai smacked Takahashi-senpai on the arm, glaring before smiling back at her again. "So, what brings you to our humble abode?"

"Just sightseeing with some friends." Hisoka turned to see Momo and Kyoka watching them with curiosity. With a wave of her hand, they walked up to her as she introduced the two. "This is Momo Yaoyorozu and Kyoka Jiro, two of my friends from my class."

Momo gave a polite smile, bowing slightly. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you."

"Hey, what's up?" Kyoka offered a wave, nodding to them.

"It's always nice to meet our little kohai's friends," Suzuki-senpai said, clapping his hands happily.

"Oh! You're the ones that did the concert right?" Misaki-senpai pointed out and then launched into how she enjoyed it so much. Suzuki-senpai went on to praise everyone, especially the band, and Kyoka blushed so hard after all the compliments, twirling one of her earphone jacks. Even Momo was blushing by the end of that. Hisoka smiled softly at the sight.

"So, what do ya want?"

"Takahashi! I said to be nice!"

"Whatever," he huffed before his eyes narrowed. "If you aren't going to shoot anything, get lost."

"Stop that!" Suzuki-senpai began and they started to argue again, making Misaki-senpai sigh.

She gave Hisoka and her classmates a tired smile. "Sorry about that. We haven't been getting many people come by." Then a spark lit in her eyes, hands thumping onto the stand as she leaned forward. "Hey! Why don't you three give it a try? It'd be fun! I swear it!"

"Oh no. I'd be terrible at it," Momo declined, shaking her head.

"Ehhh... I'm not really interested to be honest. Not my kind of thing," Kyoka said.

Suzuki-senpai's shoulders slumped before snapping her head at Hisoka. "You gotta try, Hisoka!"

"Keh! The shrimp wouldn't even be able to make one shot!" Takahashi-senpai taunted. Brown eyes narrowed at that, staring up at the teen who had a good two feet on her.

"You don't have to if you don't want to, Hisoka-chan," Suzuki-senpai said, ears flattening a bit.

Tilting her head, Hisoka stared at them silently for a moment with blank eyes before she gave them a bright smile that promised nothing nice. Momo and Kyoka weirdly took a step away for some reason. "I'd love to try!" Slapping down five bucks on the counter, she grabbed one of the smaller looking guns (there were two different kinds - a longer one and a shorter one) and was allowed ten rubber bullets.

Getting into her stance, she aligned her eyes with the target and took a deep breath. She went for the bottom row first. They were the easiest targets, just little cute figures and sweets or treats, mostly pocky. She knocked them all down with three bullets left. Then she paid ten dollars for twenty-five extra bullets and began to make her way upward. The more prizes that were knocked down the more Takahashi-senpai paled and Suzuki-senpai stared in awe along with Kyoka and Momo in the background that had soon been joined by others. Hisoka ignored the chatter and Misaki-senpai's laughter at Takahashi-senpai about reaping what he sowed or something.

She didn't knock down every prize on every shelf, wanting to leave some things for other people (though she was sure they had items to restock prizes) and some took more than one bullet. A few she actually did want, such as a pair of matching phone charms and a pair of thin adorable froggy-themed barrettes and a few other things she could give to her classmates. A cat figure that had Aizawa-sensei's name on it. The final target she aimed for was this large, fluffy, and very soft looking blanket on the very top shelf that had two other prizes. There were three rubber bullets left and Hisoka wanted it. She already wasted two on it. Taking a deep breath, she got into her stance again and aligned her sight. With all her teachings, she shot all three rubber bullets consecutively and with bated breath watched the rolled up blanket finally fall down. With that, Hisoka lowered the wooden gun with another smile.

"D-do you want to go another round?" Takahashi-senpai asked faintly.

"Nope," she said, popping the 'p' and finally sat down the gun on the counter. "I'll take my winnings now."

"Good job, Hisoka-chan! Your form was perfect and your accuracy has gotten a lot better too." Suzuki-senpai chuckled, a bag already filled with the prizes ready to go. Handing it over (it was heavier than she thought, well... she had won like over half of the stock of prizes at that point), Hisoka nodded, blushing a bit before her eyes widened when he said, "I think your little audience would agree too."

"What?" Hisoka whipped around, eyes growing wider at the sight of a small audience gathered around to watch her and among them, other than Momo and Kyoka, was Ochaco, Tsuyu, Mirio-senpai, Eri-chan, and Aizawa-sensei. "I uh..."

Not wanting to say much, she quickly walked ("Bye, Hisoka-chan! Come visit the shooting range soon!" "Keh." "Be nice!") to the group of her homeroom teacher and friends, hearing the crowd's wonderment. It made her cheeks hot.

"That was so cool, Cookie-nee-chan! You went 'bam' and then the thing went 'fwump'." Eri-chan recounted the event in awe, eyes shining brightly.

Mirio-senpai chuckled, holding Eri-chan in his arms. "That really was some amazing shooting there, kid."

"I know you've been practicing but that was just... wow..." Kyoka stared at her with wide eyes, Momo agreeing.

"Yeah! I knew you had some pretty cool skills but I didn't realize you're that good!" Ochaco exclaimed, a big grin on her face.

Tsuyu nodded, eyes crinkling in happiness. "Yeah, you were really cool." Hisoka blushed at that.

"You've grown, problem child," Aizawa-sensei muttered, an unknown glint in his eyes.

Hisoka glanced down, her grip tightened on the straps of the bag held in both hands in front of her. Her body felt a bit stiff as she mumbled out a soft, "Thank you..." She felt warm all over. A moment later, wanting to forget how hot her cheeks felt, she rummaged through her winnings and gave them all something. She didn't need all of them after all. Momo received an elegant looking lily hair clip. Kyoka got a mini ukulele that had some funky looking floral print on it. Mirio-senpai excitedly got the All Might figure, eyes growing shiny as he stared at it.

Ochaco giggled as she got an adorable dog plushie she promptly named Mochi while Eri-chan got a black and white cat plushie she named Cookie. Hisoka beamed at that. Aizawa-sensei got two different cat figures. One was in a grocery bag upside down with a playful look and its paws up like it was playing with an invisible string. The other was a stack of four round chibi-like cats that looked like ice cream, the bottom one colored as a cone with three others colored as different flavors of ice cream with whipped cream and a shiny red cherry on top. Finally, Hisoka handed over one of the two matching phone charms and the froggy-themed barrettes to Tsuyu, receiving a kiss on the cheek.

That overly soft blanket though was all hers. And Tsuyu's when she came to her room to sleep and cuddle.

Tsuyu grabbed her hand and began to pull her along. Hisoka, giving her a confused look, was told, "Date."

"Ah... Okay..." Hisoka just followed after her, waving to the group.

Ochaco told them, hearing her voice over the crowd as they slowly walked away, "Have a good time!"

Righting herself, Hisoka changed her grip on Tsuyu's hand and began to walk beside her, both of them sharing a smile as they enjoyed the rest of the festival together.

The sun was setting, casting the sky from blue hues to red and orange hues to purple hues that slowly became the dark hues of the night sky. The air became fresh and restful to reflect the joyous day and for the achievements that occurred to warm the soul. The stars were barely visible, the welcome amber glow from the flames slowing time as a soothing November breeze washed over them all, reminding them that winter wasn't far. The large bonfire was centered within the plaza, lighting up the night as it warmed the air. It brought such a golden light, stray sparks drifting upward as a bonny echo to the stars.

The day done, the civilians had left and all students were gathered in the largest courtyard. Even with all of them there, there was still enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The bonfire was a tradition apparently, put on by the principal and the teachers every year. A gift or something to the students who had worked hard for the festival. Light, festive music played in the background, both blending in with the chatter and loud enough for others to dance to. Brown eyes roamed from their stop under a tree on the outer edge of the courtyard.

Hisoka spotted her classmates scattered about, either alone, with each other, and/or with other people from different years, departments, and classes. There were some of them even dancing around the bonfire, having the time of their lives. They all had changed into more comfortable casual clothing fitting for the event. She smiled to herself, happy that her class was having such fun.

Hisoka realized that this was a perfect time to reflect on things. She had been doing that a lot lately it seemed. Reflecting. Thinking. Looking back. Memories... The past...

And yet...

She honestly didn't want to do that right now. She wanted to just be with the ones she loved right now.

And right now...

A shadow fell over her, the light of the fire casting an outline of dusty red and orange on Tsuyu. She leaned forward, holding out a hand to her. "Dance with me?" she asked softly.

Hisoka blushed lightly and nodded. "Un." Reaching for the hand, she grasped it and was pulled up by the other. Letting it go for a moment, she dusted off her behind and brushed off whatever dirt there was. Hisoka offered a slight smile and was returned with one as they clasped hands once more and walked to an area where others were dancing. The song changed and they stood opposite of each other before turning in different directions one hand holding the other while they placed the other behind their back.

They began to spin and dance the night away.

If there was one thing she would reflect one, it was that she truly did love Tsuyu.

Author's Note: Well, there went the festival. God this chapter was fun to write and so long... So long I had to spilt it in two... The other is being finished up and will be posted later this month. After that, it's back to planning the next Arc which is the 1A vs 1B and a little mini Arc for Hisoka that ain't in the series! : D See, we don't follow the manga fully lol! Though I might add the next Arc since 1A vs 1B is kinda short... I'll think on it. Anyways, see you all later. I just wanted to get this posted before school started (which was supposed to be Sunday butttt forgot about it so Monday it is!)!

Tell me what you wanna see in the next Arc too! Make your predictions and see if you get them right! See you in a few weeks (unless I get impatient and post is earlier lol).

Read and review!
