Today, Jack O'Neill and Richard Woolsey are having a bad day. After the Daedalus, finds an Ancient Warship on its way to Atlantis. They find out that the Ancients want everyone from Weir's team to leave Atlantis. They allow O'Neill and Woolsey to stay as liaisons. Later, they find out that the Ancients from the Warship they found are actually Asurans, an alien race that Dr. Weir and Colonel Sheppard's team met several months ago on Asuras (a city that looks very similar to Atlantis). After they find this out the Asurans hold O'Neill and Woolsey captive in the brig, since they "know too much."
