2. Repli Daniel and the Launch

Meanwhile, on a rebuilt version of Asuras, Niam, an Asuran who was betrayed by Weir and Sheppard's team, orders an Asuran to put their secret plan in to action. Niam and Yorgan go to the Stasis unit room, the Asuran pushes a few buttons, and they put their plan into action.

When we look at who's in the Stasis unit, we are shocked that it is none other than Daniel Jackson, a human-form Replicator to be exact.

Apparently, before the Replicators were wiped out (from the Milky Way galaxy) by the super-weapon on Dakara, the human-form replicator version of Sam Carter created a replicator-form of Daniel, who was kidnapped and held captive by Repli-Carter. The intension of the "Repli-Daniel" was to go to the Pegasus Galaxy, and take over that galaxy, like it recently did with the Milky Way galaxy. Carter did have a ZPM, which she got from the remains of Abydos, where Ra actually took the ZPM after he left Earth in 3,000 BC. After Repli-Daniel was created, went into part of the Replicator Crusier (which had the ZPM), which was in orbit of a planet at the time. Part of the Cruiser split, and Daniel went to the Pegasus Galaxy, with coordinates, which Repli-Carter obtained from the kidnapped Daniel while she was probing his mind.

"It's time," says Niam

Repli-Daniel nods his head in response.

Repli-Daniel steps out of the stasis unit, and walks over to Niam. Daniel puts his hand on Niam shoulder, and suddenly they are transported to a replicator cruiser, which was recently completed by the Asurans, using schematics they got from Daniel before he went into stasis.
