Hey guys, Flipkicks here, and today I bring to you is a new chapter for "The Vigilante", thank you guys for checking out the story and what you all thought of the previous chapter.

It's been a while since I previously wrote a chapter for the story so sorry if I'm not as up to date with MHA since I was letting the story progress further. Since the story is at the final arc, I figure I try to get back into writing this story.

I'm also interested in giving Ichigo a rouge's gallery of villains.

I forgot to mention that instead of the story taking place several years before MHA starts, it's going to be two years before MHA starts.

New Encounters

Streets of Tokyo

"So you're the new Vigilante?" Kururu crosses her arms underneath her breast, "Things seem to be on edge with you making your 'debut' against another one."

Ichigo would scratch the back of his head, something he wasn't planning on doing but he didn't just want the innocent people just to die like that. It felt normal for him to do something that then just wait for help to arrive.

"It was either they die in that fire or I get them out and I chose the latter." Ichigo stated to the tuner, "I may not know the rules of being a hero but if there are people that need help, it's something that needs to be taken care of." He looks at Kururu, who disapproves of his actions.

"If they did capture you, they'll prosecute you since you aren't a registered Hero. There are rules that all Heroes and upcoming Heroes look at."

"Guess the more reason why I'm going rogue. I follow my instincts."

"Even if those instincts were to land you in jail?" She countered, "Vigilantism is looked down upon."

"Like any of these Heroes or villains would stand a chance against me." He walks up to her and places his left hand on her shoulder and she could feel his intimidating pressure, "There's a reason why I was holding back." He also brings out his Zanpakuto, materializing it on his back, "If I were to be in my Soul Form, the whole city would have been put underneath a lot of pressure so I learn to at least control it some of it in my regular body." He puts Zangetsu on the ground, stabbing it, "No one would be able to lift my sword."

"Soul Form?"

"Normally, I would have my badge that would take my soul out of my body and into my Soul Reaper attire. For a while, I learn to materialize my Zanpakuto whenever I'm facing a small Hollow, a beast of sorts."

"Does your Soul Reaper attire have benefits compared to your human body?" Kururu asks him.

"A much thicker skin called a 'Hierro', which helps my skin's defense but since I've been in my human body since I got here, is the reason why I can't function my arm for the time being." He stated as he puts his Zanpakuto back on his back, "There are some limitations for now since I was still in the middle of training."

"So is that why you took that guy's nose off?" Marie asks him this time since there are things that she doesn't know.

"Was trying to incapacitate him but things got out of control." His right eye turns golden and this stuns both girls, "Sometimes my 'other side' has this hunger for battle."

"A split personality?" Kururu asks him but Ichigo would shake his head.

"Not quite but it's more of my swords 'personality' so to speak," Both girls raise an eyebrow as Ichigo would further elaborate, "In my world, there are Soul Reapers, guardians of the departed and those who have high enough Reiatsu, or Spiritual energy, can we learn of their Zanpakuto, like mine. Each Zanpakuto has its personality, such as the wielder being a hot head and his Zanpakuto will be more mature or vise versa. It all depends on the wielder and they could have different abilities such as the elements fire, water, and so on to hypnosis and such."

"And what's your ability?" Kururu asks.

"I don't have a said element or other ability but my only attacks are energy-based. I would put my Reiatsu into my blade to unleash a moon-shaped attack." He summarized to the girls as Kururu puts on the arm for him.

"It'll be synced with the nerves so you have a functioning right arm again along with some new features." a grey gauntlet with red and gold highlights, with the small triangular fins on the forearm the only clue as to its function. The hand is black with red fingertips, while the forearm has a three-tone grey pattern that resembles military aircraft camouflage. "The arm has different functions from being able to use it as a projectile." Ichigo looks at Kururu and is confused by that statement, "Say 'Skateboard' in your head." Ichigo would go on to say that in his head as the arm extends by a couple of feet and thrusters appear on the sides of the cybernetic arm, "Don't worry, it won't hurt your arm since I put it under safe mode."

"So I can ride this arm?"

"Sort of but not yet. Right now it's a prototype and I'm still working on the details but it should be able to hit someone in the face hard."

"I see..." Ichigo begins to move the fingertips one by one, moving the wrist around, clenching it into a fist. "And this thing on my bicep?"

"It's part of the arm where you can fire off a wire to a building on 'fly' so to speak." Kururu stated to Ichigo as he accidentally fires off the wire at them.

"Sorry." He quickly apologizes as he didn't expect to just shoot out a wire at them.

"The idea came from the American Superhero 'The Spider' with his ability to use a web fluid to swing around building to building in a fluid motion."

"So you guys can copy other superheroes?"

"It all depends on the patent."

"This will do. Thanks, Kururu." He thanks her, to which she smiles a bit.

"I only ask to remain anonymous and the data goes to me so I can make them better." He nods to her demands. "Alright, I better head back to the campus, see you guys later and if something happens to the arm, please let me know." She then says goodbye to her friend and new acquaintance.

"Come on, let's head back home." Marie didn't want to draw more attention to which Ichigo agreed since they have been standing there with Kururu for some time and it would be best for them to leave.

The two would leave the campus area without drawing much attention, Ichigo would roll the right forearm down of his jacket so that no one would see his new cybernetic arm. Ichigo and Marie would have small conversations about what it's like having superheroes and superpowers as the new normal and life with villains as well.

Marie would explain that life with Heroes and Villains around is something unusual at first but once you get used to it, its a bit of a rollercoaster as you don't know if the hero or villain will win in different situations but its also a bit fun as you get to meet new people with different abilities and different backgrounds. Ichigo would find it interesting as there aren't many people that are in his situation compared to his friends but here, it's a new norm for them. Marie says that having a Quirk is what most people want now these days as being Quirkless is something that will lead down a dark road for said person.

This gave him a small flashback to what life was without his Soul Reaper powers. It would seem to him that being Normal isn't a life for most people here.

As the two continued with their conversation, Ichigo would bump into someone accidentally. She is an attractive and tall woman with wavy shoulder-length blonde hair that has bangs swept to the right with neck-length hair strands hanging on either side, blue eyes that additionally has long, feminine eyelashes and she has a slender yet very curvaceous figure with large breasts. She is wearing a blue uniform, although hers is a more form-fitting variation of the outfit; a white long sleeve shirt tucked underneath a closed, blue overcoat with prominent black and gold-colored lining. a dark blue mini dress underneath that just barely covers her buttocks and a pair of knee-high, low-heeled black boots with metal plates attached to the nose end.

"Sorry!" He quickly apologizes and offers her his left hand to which she accepts.

"It's fine, I wasn't paying much attention." The woman started.

"Same here, was way into my conversation with my friend." Ichigo half lied about.

"Mind telling me where the police station is?" She asks both of them, "I'm new to town."

"Oh, it's a couple of blocks away from UA." Marie pointed at the school behind them, "You'll see the police station sign after passing UA."

The lady nods her head and bows her head in respect, "Thank you. Now if you excuse me." She leaves the duo and heads to the police station Marie told her.

"Seems things are going to be a bit lively." He mutters to himself as he felt something different from that lady they just met, "And I don't want to get into that mix." He quickly leaves with Marie following behind him as she got the idea that the police are going to find him.

"Seems she didn't notice your arm." She sighs in relief, "Hopefully things don't go sideways from this point onward."

"Yeah, hopefully, I don't run into her again if I were to go as the Vigilante." He could tell that something is going on if they were to bump into professionals like her. He also noticed that she was carrying a saber on her right hip as they bumped into each other. Only two things come into his head, one being a Pro Hero or the second a police officer. 'Guess there after me.'

And that ends the chapter guys! It's been a long while since I posted the previous chapter of this story.

Ichigo gets his new arm and meets one of his 'foes'. I figure that I also explain why Ichigo got hurt in the story. Also, what's the Soul Reaper equivalent to the Hierro? I was trying to find out in the Bleach Wiki but only came up with the Blut Vene (But Ichigo lost the Quincy ability when Yhwach took that side of his powers).
