Ugh, it's too early to go play, why's the alarm goijg off, it never does that before… goijg back to sleep now…" Rocket said hitting the snooze button on his alarm which Herbert had set last night before living his lil prince's room as today was his first day of pre-school something he'd been dreading alomg with his brother or sister coming.

Rocket you up, it's tije to get up and get ready, you have a big day today so get ready while I get your breakfast, oh crud are you sure, Jupiter." Rocket heard his dad saying on the intercom speaker in his room makijg him sigh as he put on clean pull ups, putting on a red shirt which had a moon and shooting stars emblem alomg with shorts looking at himself in the mirror smirking at how cool he looked.

"I can do this but why was daddy scared on the intercom." he said grabbing his backpack which had stars all over it which had what he needed for class as his dad had helped him pack it last night going to join him seeing Jupiter and Herbert freaked seeing Jupiter looked like she'd had an accident.

"Her water broke, meaning your new sister's coming but I have to take her to the infirmary then take you to school, you think you can stay here like a big cub and can have pop tarts for breakfast until I come back." he told Rocket seeing them nodding in reply putting the pop tarts in the toaster as he was not allowed to use the oven feeling more anxious now his new sister was coming.

"I don't need an new sister, ooh chocolate-milk score and no Jupiter to tell me I can't." he said taking the carton from the fridge pouring himself a tall glass despite spilling a little giggling knowing his dad would get it, it was a mistake seeing the pop tarts were ready being careful getting them out of the toaster, without burning his paws grinning wishing his dad could see him eating up hearing the door open, seeing Herbert there grinning withpride at what Rocket had did knowing he hadn't needed to worry plus had made him lunch and snacks last night after Rocket had fallenasleep.

"Rocket everything okay, are you nervous about not just school but your new sister." he asked seeing the male-cub nodding explaining he didn't want kicked out of his family again or having other kids being weird to him, because he was his cub feeling Herbert hugging him tight.

Later that afternoon, Herbert picked Rocket up from his first day of school, seeing the teacher talking to him about Rocket being a genius telling him what had happened in Science class making Herbert grin, hearing they wanted to test Rocket to see if he had autistic traits

"That will never happen, as Jupe and I have a lot of love for both you and your sister so you don't have to worry about that or the other kids at school okay but let's get goijg." he told him as theywere leaving his apartment and heading to pre-school seeing a lot of kids in the playground making Rocket nervous, until he saw Evette which made him feel a little better about this hugging Herbert's leg before running over to join Evette relieving him, as he returned to the infirmary seeing Jupiter holding a pink-blanketed bundle in her furry arms making Herbert in awe, that she'd given him and Rocket a lil girl.

"Welcome to the workd, Casey and you'll get to meet your big brother, Rocket when he gets back from school." Jupiter told her seeing Herbert wondering why Casey hadn't opened her eyes yet.

"She will soon, then she'll becable to see you and me, Rockie too." she told him.

"That's very sweet of her but Rocket just went to school." Herbert replied to her.

"How did Rockie do, when you dropped him off, at pre-school Herbie." Jupiter said.

"He was a little anxious about it and Casey but once we talked, he was fine." he told her seeing the nurse taking Casey to get her checked out which made Jupiter nervous feeling Herbert squeeze her paw gently, reassuring her they were making sure that Casey was fit to leave with them seeing he was right about this, hoping Rocket was okay at school.

When he picked him up, the teacher wanted to speak to him about testing his lil prince as she sensed he might have autistictraits stunning Herbert because he was feeling overwhelmed with Jupiter giving birth to Casey and now this, making Rocket give him a confused look not understanding what was happening.

"Jupe and I have to talk about this, come on buddy let's go meet your sister." he told Rocket as they were returning to his apartment making tea and scones for them, listening to his lil prince telling him about his first day making him chuckle seeing him quiet as he toldheim how cute his sister was, stroking behind his lil furry ear which was calming his anxiety reassuring him he didn't have to worry about which made him feel better as he drank and ate thanking his dad making Herbert grin.

"You're welcome buddy, you ready." he said seeing Rocket nodding.

"Awww hey honey, did daddy tell you, about Casey." Jupiter asked, seeing him nodding feeling a little shy around her seeing Casey in her furry arms making Herbert whisper into Jupiter's furry ear seeing her nodding knowing his dad was right that he and Jupiter would have enough love for both him and Casey hearing Jupiter ask, if he wanted to hold Casey seeing him nod nervousky as Jupiter handed him his newborn sister in her pink-blanket worrying he'd drop her but she did look cute feeling his anxiety melting away.

"Yeah, she is cute, hi Casey, I'm Rocket your big brother." he said softly making Herbert and Jupiter exchange a smile, as Rocket handed Casey back to Jupiter smiling instead of being worried asking when Casey and Jupiter could come home.

"In a few days buddy, and we've some things to do before that." Herbert told him.

"Ohhhh okay, and I can help maybe." Rocket said seeing him grin.

That early evening after having pizza, Rocket was getting ready for bed as it had been a lomg day with starting pre-school and becoming a big brother so was exhausted putting on his pyjamas after brushing his fangs like normal while Herbert was making his bedtime snack to help him get sleepy recharging his batteries for the next day as it would be a school day knowing he'd want to tell the class about Casey hearing Herbert chuckling, as he was eating nicely like he taught him when they had tea and scones together asking if Casey would have scones too.

"Yes when she can eat food like us which might take a while, but Jupe and I might need your help sometimes with Casey like getting us a fresh diaperor picking up a toy Casey might drop because that will help us." he told him hearing Rocket yawning going to his apartment so he could tuck him in while telling him a story about a cub who loved exploring the galaxy seeing him cuddling his moon and star stuffies.

"Thanks for the story, daddy and can't wait to be a big brother." he told him as Herbert kissedhim goodnight turning on the nightlight before leaving his son to sleep and have sweet dreams.
