After eating breakfast, they went out and started exploring. Lena was still very surprised by the variety of people that are in the city. Shin first took her to a clothing store since he thought that she'd want some new clothes, especially since her old wardrobe was practically destroyed. They went together and the cashier instantly knew that they were a couple. Lena browsed through the multiple racks of clothing thinking what would fit what occasion since she might have to attend even more public meetings now that she was the colonel of the Strike Package.
For formal wear she chose a white slim fit shirt alongside some slim silk pants. This accentuated her bust and hips, which made Shin kinda ticked off since other people would be seeing her like this. He thought everything over and decided that he'd look over it this time. For her second outfit she chose a navy blue long dress. This was for any occasion that wasn't business related. Shin was pretty wowed by how many outfits fitted her. After that she chose some casual stay at home wear, which was just hoodies and sweatpants. They ended up spending quite a lot.
Shin figured that after all that decision making, she must be pretty hungry. So they went to a nearby bakery. This bakery had all kinds of sweets. Lena was super excited to see all of it, her stomach also agreed. Going over her options, she decided to take the cream puffs, she wanted to try it especially after dropping the one Anette made for her before. Seeing her bright smile while eating it made Shin feel like he was in heaven. Breaking out of his trance, Shin asked her if there is anywhere she'd like to visit.
Lena didn't know that many spots in Sankt Jeder due to her being too busy with paperwork to ever read anything on it, she asked Shin where his favorite spot was once, but all she got was that he spent all his time in the library. Instead she just told him that they could end the day here and head back home to think of places to visit.
Back at home Shin went to ask Teresa for some places to visit in Sank Jeder, she gave him some good spots. LIke the riverside where they could see the waters and the sunset peacefully, or the local park where the grass is as green as they were back in the 86th sector.
Shin thought those were some pretty good suggestions and planned to ask Lena if she wanted to go there, but when he got to the living room where she apparently was, he decided not to.
In the living room there was Frederica and Lena, who were talking about Shin, Shin himself of course did not know this since he was too far away to hear anything and just thought they were having some bonding time,
"Say, Vladilena, have you heard of the one time Shinei scored a zero back in his cadet school?"
Lena was very surprised to hear this, since she thought that Shin was practically a combat genius and couldn't ever score anything lower than 95. Curious, she decided to ask.
"Really? I can't imagine that. What did he do exactly?"
Frederica, with her smug face told her the tale of how he flipped his Feldreß, and flabbergasted Lena entirely. Lena knew Shin's capabilities far surpasses others, and this feat is no different. But why did he score a zero. From what she heard he scored a zero because the maneuver was too dangerous, which made her laugh really hard, so hard that her stomach hurt a bit after.
She'd wondered where Shin had gone, but decíded to just meet him again at dinner and discuss their plans for tomorrow when they get to bed.
