Feldt

After the speeches finished and people ate, the dance floor opened up, Feldt and Setsuna leading off with the first dance. Feldt had felt safe in his arms, his warm smile that reached his eyes causing her to blush happily. And despite his earlier claim, he danced quite well, even dipping her, which caused Feldt to blush in embarrassment as well as get her a bit excited, her heart racing. He gave her a roguish smile when he pulled her back up, causing her blush to increase, but she responded with a coy smile, her anticipation for after the wedding increasing.

They danced for a little while longer, the rest of the guests joining off and on, but the two retired from dancing, going to the outdoor balcony of the club that overlooked a small lake. The balcony matched the décor of the interior, with a few small tables, but was mostly empty, with only her mother and what looked like Setsuna's uncle that she met earlier. What seemed odd to her was how happy Sumeragi looked. She normally was reasonably happy, but she could see her blushing and grinning brightly.

She poked Setsuna's shoulder, drawing his attention to the scene, "Is that your uncle talking to my mom?"

Setsuna twisted his neck for a second, before he turned back to look at her, "I think so. I wonder if she is the person he talked about?"

Feldt looked at him curiously, "What do you mean?"

Setsuna responded evenly, "My uncle has held a flame for a girl he met at school. Dad said he would still sometimes ramble about her. So maybe your mom was that girl?"

Feldt just shrugged her shoulders, "Maybe. But I'm just happy that she looks happy. And who knows? It made lead somewhere."

Feldt saw Setsuna was about to respond when the two of them heard Allelujah's voice come from behind them, "Look at this. The bride and groom trying to escape the crowd. Can't say I blame you." The couple turned around to see Allelujah with a champagne glass in his hand and a white-haired woman wearing a red dress at his side, who was smiling warmly.

Setsuna gave him a friendly smile, "Well it seems you are avoiding the crowd too, so that makes four of us."

Allelujah just chuckled, "Can't argue there." He looked at Feldt, "Sorry we never really had time to talk earlier at the photos. You two couldn't seem to escape them."

Feldt just shook her head, "Don't worry about it. We are the stars of the show, so we didn't get to talk with much of anyone. You are one of Setsuna's gaming friends, right?"

The hetero-chromatic man nodded, "Yes. The calm one, at least compared to the two twins." He then brought an arm around the white-haired woman's waist, "I should have introduced my date earlier to you guys. This is Marie Smirnov, my girlfriend."

Marie spoke up in a soft tone, "It's wonderful to be here. Thank you guys for the invite. It's such a beautiful location." She looked at Feldt, "You looked radiant during the ceremony."

Feldt blushed, "Thank you. My best friend had to make sure I looked like the most beautiful woman in the world. She wouldn't accept anything less."

Setsuna kissed her on the cheek, "And you absolutely are." Feldt just blushed even more, trying to hide her face.

As she did that, the white hair of the woman in front of her reminded her of someone she saw earlier that day. Looking back up, she asked curiously, "Marie, were you the one that caught the bouquet? I swear I saw it was a white-haired woman."

Marie just blushed, "Ah…yes that was me. I can't say I expected it."

Setsuna spoke teasingly, "So, is that a sign for you two?" He gave Allelujah a smirk.

Allelujah stuttered slightly, blushing himself as Marie hid her face in Allelujah's shoulder, "Well…we are thinking about it. Nothing solid yet, but I certainly wouldn't mind it." He brought up Marie's face, giving her a quick kiss, which she happily responded to.

Feldt smiled happily, cuddling into Setsuna's side, holding onto his arm. She saw Setsuna smirking at his friend, curious at what he knew. 'I'll ask him later.' It was nice to see Setsuna in his comfort zone and interacting with one of his friends, who she assumed he had never met in person before.

Allelujah then laughed, "Wow, who knew the anti-social kid we knew before would become so open and friendly. I couldn't imagine you saying that when you were in college." He smiled at Feldt, "Thanks for bringing out the best in him. I had figured he had a crush on you the few times you came up in vague terms when we talked privately but didn't know she would be such a lovely woman."

Feldt looked at Allelujah curiously, "He talked about me to you?"

Allelujah nodded, "This was before he met you in person, but he always seemed to be a warmer tone when mentioning you."

Feldt smirked at Setsuna, "Honey, you had a crush on me?"

Setsuna rolled his eyes at her, smiling, "Yes dear, of course I did."

Marie chuckled, "You know the way Allelujah described Setsuna, I wouldn't have expected Setsuna to be so…open about his affection."

Setsuna shook his head goodheartedly, "Today is an exception. Normally I am a heartless robot, at least if you go by Lyle's words."

Feldt swatted his shoulder, smiling, "You are a nice and very affectionate person. I won't let you slander yourself in front of me."

Setsuna pulled her close, "And that's why I have you around. To keep me from doing that. Why else do you think I married you?"

Feldt gave him a quick kiss and turned her attention to the other couple, "So how did you two meet? I knew Allelujah was a friend of Setsuna's, but I never heard about Marie." Setsuna nodded, silently asking the same question.

Marie spoke up, "Well, we knew each other as children but were separated…"

The conversation with Allelujah eventually died down, and the two couples separated, Allelujah remaining outside while Feldt and Setsuna headed back inside, Setsuna noticing the DJ was taking a break and only a few people were still dancing. He spotted Feldt looking intently at a conversation between Graham and Sumeragi a short distance away. Looking at Feldt, he asked, "I'm going to get a drink. Want one?"

Feldt rolled her eyes, "Setsuna, I can go with you. It's not like I'm busy."

Setsuna looked at her, embarrassed, "I thought you would want to talk to Sumeragi about Uncle Billy?"

Feldt laughed good naturedly, "I can ask her after our honeymoon. Today is our day."

Setsuna grinned at her, "Let's go then." The two made their way to a waiter, hoping they had refilled their trays with drinks. The two of them spotted one and grabbed a drink, and Setsuna saw Neil and Tieria sitting near the buffet table, Neil laughing at something and Tieria harumphing. Feldt had met Neil earlier at the picture taking, but Tieria had been distracted at the time. Tieria was taking a drink out of hand, clearly annoyed at Neil. He guided Feldt over to the two and Neil saw them, calling out, "There's the happy couple! I was wondering where you two disappeared to."

The purple-haired man responded evenly, "My husband here was making jokes about if your wedding night will be like ours."

Setsuna looked at him curiously, "What does that mean?"

Neil began to speak, "Well you see, after we made it to the-"

A hand shot in front of Neil's mouth and Tieria growled at Neil, "If you don't want to sleep on the couch tonight, I suggest you shut up."

Neil shrugged his shoulders and stopped talking, Tieria's hand coming off of his mouth. He then smirked, "Fine. If you are going to be that way, I'll keep quiet."

Feldt smiled at Tieria, "I feel the same. I wouldn't want my sex life known either."

Tieria smiled slightly at her, "At least you understand. And I'm Tieria Erde-Dylandy. I've heard a lot about you from Setsuna and you certainly match up with what he said."

Feldt blushed prettily, "I hope it was good things."

Setsuna chuckled, "They were, though Lyle and Neil were always the ones that bugged me about my sex life. Well at least until Lyle got a girlfriend, when he moved his attention to teasing Lyle about that."

"Who was teasing me about what?" An identical voice to Neil came from behind Setsuna, who turned around to see an identical copy of Neil approaching him with a lavender-haired woman in a blue dress. The only major difference between the twins was Lyle had a lavender tie while Neil had a red one.

Tieria glared slightly at Lyle, "We are talking about how Neil teases you about your sex life with Anew."

Lyle just grinned at that, "Hey, I'm getting laid, so he can tease me all he wants. It's not like I have to-" Setsuna saw Anew elbow Lyle's side, coughing intently. Lyle rolled his eyes and looked at Feldt and Setsuna, "Congrats to you two. Never thought I would see the day that the ice prince would actually marry someone, especially as…friendly and happy as Feldt."

Both Feldt and Setsuna smiled at him and Setsuna responded, "Thanks, Lyle. And here I'm surprised your girlfriend turned out to be real."

Neil laughed and Lyle pursed his lips, frustrated, "I try to be nice and all of you mess with me! How is this fair!"

Setsuna just smirked, "You always called me ice prince. I'm just showing you I've opened up a bit."

Lyle rolled his eyes but turned to face the pink-haired woman, "It's nice to meet you in person. Setsuna certainly got lucky with you." He winked, half smiling. Setsuna saw Anew glare at him, Lyle sighing in a seemingly resigned tone as well as seeing Neil roll his eyes at Lyle's tone. Setsuna knew from Neil that Lyle liked to flirt, but generally didn't mean it, so Setsuna just rolled his eyes.

Feldt blushed, not seeming to catch his tone, and responded happily, "I've wanted to meet Setsuna's friends, so it's nice to meet you too. He always said you liked to mess with everyone."

Lyle smiled, "He's exaggerating a bit, but they all need to get ribbed a bit. It's a bit too serious at times."

Neil joined in, grinning at his brother, "You say that, but you can't seem to take the heat. How many times has Amy gotten under your skin?"

Lyle bristled at that, "Hey, she's really good at-"

Anew stepped in, silencing Lyle, "Hey, you two can bicker later!" She turned her attention to the couple, "I'm Anew Returner, since my date has rudely not said it." Lyle awkwardly rubbed the back of his head, chastised. Anew smiled at Feldt and Setsuna, "It's been a wonderful time so far and the ceremony was beautiful. Also, the booze has been great."

Setsuna laughed, "You and Sumeragi seem to think the same thing. And it's nice to meet you. Lyle has talked about you but hasn't shown a picture of you. It seems he got lucky as well."

Anew just let out a breath, smirking, "I still have to domesticate him a bit, but it's been going well so far."

Feldt laughed behind her hand, causing Lyle to frown and Tieria to roll his eyes. She then nodded at Anew, "I'm so happy you are enjoying it. We were so nervous about how people would respond."

Setsuna chided her slightly, "I told you they would like it. You were the only one nervous. When Christina said it would be fine, you should have believed her."

Feldt pouted at him, "It's not like you weren't nervous. You can just hide it better."

Setsuna just smiled back at her, "I suppose you are right."

Neil smiled warmly at the display, taking a sip of his drink before speaking, "You two are too cute. And it's fun to see that Setsuna does have a soft side."

Setsuna blushed, Feldt kissing him on the cheek. The group then heard the DJ announcing he was back a slow song began to play over the speakers. Anew looked at Lyle expectantly, "You owe me a slow dance after weaseling out of the last one."

Lyle sighed, before offering his hand with a flourish, "Certainly, my lady." Anew grinned as she rolled her eyes and the two made their way to the dance floor.

Neil looked at Tieria expectantly, who scoffed and simply stated, "I'm getting more food." Tieria walked off, leaving just Feldt, Setsuna and Neil. Setsuna just quirked his head at Neil, silently asking what was up with him.

Neil smiled warmly, "He's just being uptight. He's embarrassed dancing in front of people. Don't you worry, I'll get him on the dance floor before you know it." He looked at Feldt, "It was great meeting you and I hope to see more of you in the future."

Feldt respond kindly, "I do to. Now go get your husband on the dance floor." Neil began to follow the purple-haired man, leaving the newly married couple alone. Feldt looked up at Setsuna, her eyes shining with happiness, "Well Mr. Aker, why don't we join the rest of our guests?"

Setsuna smiled back at her, his heart racing and cheeks red, "Certainly, Mrs. Aker." Feldt laughed as Setsuna began to guide her back to the dance floor. The bright smile on her face was something Setsuna hoped would stay in his memories. To see her pure happiness on her wedding day was something he wanted and any worries of his had been swept away. He hoped their kids would get that smile, along with Feldt's beautiful eyes. 'I bet she would say the opposite.'

He shook his head at the thought. That was for another day. Today was their day and night and he hoped for an amazing night. 'She did promise me she had something special planned for me.'

And here we are at the end! It was certainly a different experience to write pure fluff, but I needed this after my last story. This was a fun project and I do have more planned for other couples in the future, but here is where we leave Feldt and Setsuna as a couple and main characters. They may show up in others as side characters, but they had their limelight.
