Kara and Barry were out for the night following Malcolm and finding out what they could about the Undertaking. They finally saw Malcolm go into a building that was probably the same one that the older Queens went to the night before. They also saw some more people entering the building as well.
"It looks like they are having a full meeting tonight. I even saw Robert and Moira going in as well." Barry said.
"Yeah, I saw them too. I will listen in and see what I can find out." Kara said as she tuned in with her super hearing.

Inside the building, everyone that was part of Tempest had finally arrived. It looks to be the Police Commissioner, the Mayor, two City Council members, along with Malcolm, Robert, Moira, and Frank Chen.
"I would like to thank you all for coming tonight. Everything is going according to plan with the Undertaking for now. Queen Consolidated is about to buy Unidac Industries so that we can get the EarthQuake machines that we need to destroy the Glades. Hopefully this will all be over by May and then we can start rebuilding then." Malcolm said.
"Is there anything else that we need to know?" Pollard, the City Council member asked.
"We have made sure that there are only criminals left in the Glades. I am going to need both you and Kullens to sign off on some more land that I am planning to buy. Robert is also helping me buy land so that when all is said and done, the Glades will belong to us." Malcolm said.
"Consider it done. Just send the paperwork and we will get everything done." Kullens said.
"Thank you. Now onto other important information. I have my enforcer looking for information about these new vigilantes that are in town. I would appreciate it if you would try to find out what you can as well. We need to stop them before they find out what we are up to." Malcolm said.
"I am willing to help. I will pay for some of my associates to look into them." Chen said.
"We will as well." Robert said and Moira nodded in agreement, even though they had no intention of following through on that.
"Ok. I think that is all that I have for now. Do any of you have anything to say before we end the meeting?" Malcolm asked and everyone shook their heads in the negative.
"Good. We will meet again next month and see how things are progressing." Malcolm said and everyone got up from the table and left the building.

"So, what did they say?" Barry asked Kara once he saw that the meeting was over.
"My parents are going to bid on a company called Unidac Industries and that company can make EarthQuake machines that Malcolm is planning on using to destroy the Glades. Some people are also going to put some money up so that they can find out what is up with us Vigilantes" Kara said.
"Well, at least we know what the plan is now. Do they have a timetable?" Barry asked.
"Yeah, I heard Malcolm say that he hoped this would all be over by May and then they could start to rebuild. He also said that he and dad are buying up land so that they can own everything in the Glades." Kara said.
"That is interesting and I guess it could work well for Malcolm's end goal. By owning all of the land, it will make it easier for them to rebuild." Barry said.
"That would make sense. So, let's follow Malcolm and see if he goes anywhere else before we go back and fill in the team." Kara said and Barry nodded in agreement as they followed the limo that had picked Malcolm up.

After following Malcolm for a little while longer they found out that he wasn't going anywhere else except for home for the night. This meant that Kara and Barry could go back to the bunker and fill the team in.
Kara told the team pretty much what she had already told Barry earlier. Now they had enough information to start putting a plan together. It would still be a while until they were able to do anything. They needed to find more evidence first that they could turn over to the police once they took Malcolm and the others down.
"Cisco, I need you to hack into all of the computers that Malcolm owns and see what kind of information you can find out about the Undertaking. We will need something to prove that all of these people were a part of the plan." Oliver said.
"I'm on it. It might take a while, but I will get you everything that you need." Cisco said.
"Good. Thea, Sara, and Shado, I want the three of you to follow Malcolm again tomorrow night. Be sure to take a camera with you. We might be able to get pictures of him meeting with people that will be good for evidence once we turn it all in." Oliver said and the three of them nodded in agreement.
"What else can we do?" Laurel asked.
"We need to keep taking people down that are dirty like we have been doing. Maybe we can draw Malcolm out that way as well." Oliver said.
"Sounds like a good plan. We still have to worry about my aunt though." Kara said.
"Yeah, you are right about that. We can use Kryptonite on them. That should stop them." Barry said.
"It will stop the Kryptonians. The bad thing is, there were more than just Kryptonians in that prison. There is a little bit of everyone in there." Kara said.
"Good to know. We will figure it out when that time comes. Right now, if your aunt decides to attack, we will take our Kryptonite weapons with us and we will adjust to the others as we see fit." Oliver said and Kara nodded, knowing that he was right.
"Ok. This was a good night. We have a lot more information than we had before. Let's head out and regroup back here tomorrow night." Oliver said and the rest of the team nodded as they all went to change and then headed back to their homes for the night.
