The group left the Vampire's Castle, but not before Taylor said, "We're first to see if The Mayor is okay, his place might be where the next Holiday Door is," the Vampire Brothers' nodded, and the group left the castle.

Jack soon said, "I know this town like the back of my bony hand, I know where The Mayor's house is located, follow me." The others nodded and followed Jack. During their trek, some trash cans popped up. Knowing they were possessed, Jack changed to his Santa form, and used the present and scared them out of the trash cans and they defeated the group. After the fight, the group soon went to a gate, where The Mayor's House was into view.

Inside the yard of The Mayor's abode, and two King Skeletons rose up, but were easily defeated by the group. Bentley soon said, "I think by putting the objects we got from the Vampire Brothers on the floor of the face of The Mayor, we can unlock to door of the house."

"That might be the plan," Tess said.

"Let's do it," Vin said, coming out of Bentley's wheelchair.

Jack looks at the floor, and said, "It looks like some tiles are missing," he soon looks puts the piece the Youngest Vampire Brother gave them.

Taylor soon said, "Oh, it's some teeth, thought it was a tie." Jack put the pieces that make up the nose and eyes. With that, Taylor said, "That should open up The Mayor's house, let's go."

The group nodded and went to the door. As they were about to enter the house, when they suddenly heard, "Jack! Up here! Please heeelp!" Everyone was surprised, went out into the courtyard to look around, when the same voice said, "Heeelp!"

Taylor looked around, looked up, and yelled while pointing, "Guys, look up there!"

The group look, and Jack soon asked, "What!?"

The see a man in a cage who Taylor told from her vision, but she knows is The Mayor hanging in a cage saying, "Heeelp..."

"Hang on, Mr. Mayor, we're coming!" Taylor yelled, as the group soon went into the house, went through some Soul Jumps, while Bentley used the Hover Pack, and fought some monsters like Oogie Possessed Tricks, Treats and Heat Skeletons, and possessed boxes that Jack turned to his Santa form, used presents to cause the Oogie Possessed Heat Skeletons to be back to normal, and they group defeated them, while getting another Golden Pumpkin that Tess soon got them. Taylor soon said, "We're here to save you Mr. Mayor."

Mayor looked, and remembered someone calling him that, and said, "Taylor, I can't believe I see you grown up, I am so happy to see again."

Jack soon looked, and asked, "Sorry to cut the reunion short, but Mayor! Are you OK?"

Mayor soon looked at Jack, and said, "Jack! Oh, you don't know how happy I am to see your skull! I thought I'd be stuck here forever!"

Soon the group lowered the cage, and opened it, and Taylor said, "There, you are finally free, Mr. Mayor, but we still need your help."

"Anything, Taylor," Mayor said.

Jack soon asked, "Do you know where the Holiday Door is hidden in this Residential Area?"

Mayor replied, "I saw some of Oogie's goons up on my roof. I wouldn't be surprised if they had it with them."

Taylor soon asked, "Did you by any chance see a lion wearing a mask pass by here?"

"Not really," The Mayor replied.

Jack soon said that caused Mayor to switch to his sad face then back to his happy face, "You'd better climb down from here and evacuate to someplace safe."

Mayor soon said, "Thank you, Jack and Taylor. Good luck!" He soon began to descend down.

Taylor soon said, "Bentley, I suggest you and Vin go with Mr. Mayor to protect him."

"Roger," Bentley said, and followed The Mayor.

Taylor and Jack soon went up the house until they reached the door that would lead to the roof. However, the door was blocked by another barrier, and Taylor asked, "What's with the barrier?"

"It can only be broken from a song," replied a voice. Taylor, Tess and Jack soon looked, and see Octavio behind them, and said, "But the ones who will sing will be Jack, the residents, and others."

"Taylor, you and the others might want to come to The Mayor's yard," Vin said.

The trio soon went down to the yard, and were surprised to see Bentley, Sally, who had on her Pumpkin and Toxic, The Mayor, the Vampire Brothers, Corpse Kid, the Witches, Clown, and the Hanging Tree, and with them one of every monster they faced. Octavio soon said, "Not to a worry, these a monsters don't want to a fight, they a wish to sing."

Jack said, "Okay, let's do this song then."

King Skeleton and King Ghost were playing some instruments while Bentley helped a bit while the Citizens and the Monsters began to sing:

"Magnifico!" Octavio said, clapping along with Taylor and Tess, then said, "Now with that a song, the roof is a now open, and you two will a fight another a battle," he pointed to Jack and Taylor, while he then entered The Mayor's house with Taylor, Tess and Jack following him.

Bentley soon said, "Don't worry Taylor, Vin and I will be with you in a second."

Taylor nodded, then she, Tess and Jack went to follow Octavio to the door that leads to the roof.

Another completed chapter, just hope I am not overstepping boundaries with the songs, for I said I don't own them, but what will Taylor and Jack be facing on top of the roof?
