Taylor, Tess, and Jack soon were in a cave overflowing with lava, Jack soon asked, "What is this place?"

Taylor replied, "I don't know, but we might be in some sort of volcano, or something," she soon fanned herself, and said, "Whew, it is really hot."

Seeing the place, and seeing no way back, Tess soon said, "Seems there's nowhere to go but straight ahead..."

The group looked around and saw things like giant king playing cards with blades that pop out and twirl, and spinning blade pendulums, Jack then said, "This place is filled with Oogie's booby traps."

Taylor looked below, and said, "I don't think we should care to fall into that lava!"

Taylor and Jack soon begin to move forward, but there were two hooks, but one is a fire hook from the Doctor's Lab, then Tess said, "I suggest Taylor you use your Burn of Halloween form, so the Soul Robber won't melt." Taylor nodded, tapped the left side the diamond of her staff, and she turned into her Burn of Halloween form.

"Funny, I feel like I'm at home in this form," Taylor joked, thinking that she might be in heck in her Burn of Halloween form, this caused Tess and Jack to chuckle a little at Taylor's joke.

After Jack and Taylor Soul Jumped, then they three heard a cat screech siren, interference, and they heard a cackle, and Oogie said, "You're both going to be torn pieces, Taylor and Jack!" Along with Taylor's little rat! Do you really think you three will make it out of here alive!? It's so entertaining watching you all run from my little traps down there. Oh, and I've got even scarier traps in store for all of you later!" Oogie chuckles a bit, and interference happened again.

"Not going to sit and find out, let's keep moving," Taylor said. Taylor and Jack soon used the Soul Jump, but then went on a moving platform, but Jack jumped off, and swinged to a ledge, and got another Crystal Skull. He soon met up with Taylor and Tess, they swing around, then went into a mouth a skeleton, they soon encountered some orc skeletons, and some golden spiders. Jack and Taylor defeated them, and possessed pumpkins and, and some guillotine turrets, but spared one spider, and said, "We got another one, which I will call Bandit, since it was trying steal the Soul Tokens." Jack soon nodded, grabbed the reward, which was a Golden Pumpkin, and left the area. After avoiding some traps, and soon went into a dark cavern. Taylor, soon sees some cages, and see bags in them, Taylor soon said, "I think we found the Holiday Leaders." She soon went to a cell with a heart symbol, trying to open it, but it was locked, but then she noticed a lace in the bag, and said, "Jack, I need you to open the bag, maybe we can let us see the Leaders, and your arms can slip through the bars."

Jack nodded, went through the bars, and untied the bag, and out came a small human child with wings wearing a toga, and he said, "Oh, so lovely to be out of that bag, despite still in a cell."

Taylor soon said, "It's Cupid, the Roman God of Love and the Holiday Leader of Valentine's Day."

Jack soon said, "Don't worry, we'll get you back soon."

Taylor soon said, "Let's quickly get the others out from the bags."

Jack nodded and opened the bag in the cell with a clover on top, and out came a small, bearded man with orange hair wearing a small cap and suit that is green, and have in his mouth a pipe, and said in an Irish accent, "Oh, tanks a lot, lads, I tought me luck ran out."

Taylor soon said, "It's the Leprechaun, the Holiday Leader of St. Patrick's Day."

Jack soon opened the bag in the cell next to the Leprechaun's, which was shaped like an egg, and out came a familiar pink rabbit with a sash that said, 'Happy Easter'

Taylor soon said, "It's the Easter Bunny, the Holiday Leader of Easter."

Jack soon said, "I am so sorry for the inconvenience again sir."

Jack soon went to the next cell, that was next to Cupid's cell, which looked like a hat with white stars that had the colors of red, white, and blue. Jack opened the bag, and out came a tall white bearded man with a suit and hat with the same color as the hat the cell is shaped like. He soon said, "Thank you, my friends, despite I don't have it, the ways of liberty will come to us, and justice will come to those who did this to us."

Taylor soon said, "That's Uncle Sam, the Holiday Leader of Independence Day."

"Wait, you have an uncle who's a Holiday leader?" Jack asked.

Taylor replied, "No, he's not my uncle, it's just what he's called."

The looked at the cell next to Uncle Sam's, and Jack said, "This cell is empty, I'm guessing Oogie was planning to throw me in this cell."

The group went to the semi-last cell, which was next to the Easter Bunny, and it was shaped like a turkey. Jack opened the bag, and out came a turkey wearing a pilgrim's suit and hat, he soon said, "Oh, thank you, I am Plymouth."

Taylor said, "So, Plymouth, judging by your appearance, you're the Holiday Leader of Thanksgiving." Plymouth nodded, then Taylor said, "One more leader to go." The went to the last cell, which looked like a Christmas Tree, and said, "What!? Santa Clause, the Holiday Leader of Christmas is not inside."

Jack soon asked, "Why didn't Oogie throw Sandy in here?"

Suddenly they see an Aura Barrier, then Tess looked, and said, "Taylor, Jack, look out!"

Taylor and Jack looked, and see a giant spider, this time it was blue. After a tussle, they defeated it, but Taylor once again spared the spider, and said, "Okay, Spooky, looks like you and Bandit are going to have some new brothers and master, who will treat you with a bit more respect than Oogie."

Soon a cage was lowered, and out of it came Octavio. He looked around, and said, "I a see you survived another a spider fight, well, I a will be see you a two later, I a need to see a someone." Octavio went to the tree cell and disappeared.

The group soon see the Three Mr. Hydes, went to him, and said, "That corridor looks rather nasty. It would make a lovely park for the children."

"I doubt that idea is good," Taylor said then looked at Tess, and said, "Tess, I want you to take Bandit and Spooky up on that cage, it might lead to Town Square, and meet with Sally, wherever she is." Tess nodded, and she, with the spiders, went into the cage and it rose up.

Jack soon went to the cell Octavio went through, and asked, "What's this? It looks like we can enter the cell." Jack and Taylor entered the cell, and saw more traps and lava, but see Octavio at the end entering an entrance. Jack sees what looks like a bridge, and said, "We can't go any further. We need a bright idea. There must be something we're not seeing." Taylor and Jack rode some moving platforms trough some, while Jack used Pumpkin Fire to light a candle to let them through, and Soul Swinged to a stone skull, they soon saw some platforms rising up, they went to the one on their right, and saw a Soul Jump opportunity, and made into the stone skull's eye socket.

They soon see a hidden passage, which Jack took out a spider and as skeletons, and found five Soul Barrels. Taylor soon said, "It seems we hit the jackpot for Soul Tokens, Jack." Jack nodded, and both whacked all the barrels until they broke, and left the eye. Back in the other area, they wait until the platforms rose up, went to the other one, which lowered, wait for another platform, going through other traps until they reach the entrance Octavio entered.

Well, it seems Jack, Taylor, and Tess, for the first half, made it through the gauntlet, now what will Taylor and Jack be facing soon?
