Taylor, Tess, and Jack soon look around the Hinterlands, Jack hummed in thought, which echoed everywhere, since it was like a monochromatic appearance, as Taylor said, which also echoed, "Seems Oogie must've caused the Hinterlands to go out of balance after he sent Lock, Shock, and Barrel to take the Holiday Doors so the Holiday leaders couldn't return to their worlds."

Tess soon said, "Well, standing and thinking won't get us anywhere, let's get to work to fix this place." Jack and Taylor nodded and begin to move.

They see nearby the Three Mr. Hydes, so the trio went to him. He sees them, and said to Jack, "We all heard your song with Sally. It warmed even the Vampire Brothers shriveled hearts."

"Yeah, it was a nice song Jack and Sally did," Taylor said, paused, then asked, "Do you have any advice of how to fix the Hinterlands?"

"You should put the two Holiday Doors you still have back to their trees," Mr. Hyde said.

"Then once the Doors are placed," the Small Mr. Hyde said, lifting the big one's hat.

"Some of the Hinterlands will be fixed," the Smaller Mr. Hyde said lifting the small one's hat.

"Thanks for the advice," Jack said, as the two other Mr. Hydes lowered the hats, so the Main Mr. Hyde was visible.

The trio soon went back to the entrance, and to the path left of the path to Spiral Hill. They soon see some spiders, which Jack and Taylor took out, and got some Soul Tokens. The soon see a clearing and see a tree with a blue wooden carving with Oogie's shadow on it, spewing out black smoke. Taylor soon said, "If we place the real Holiday Doors, it might break these Oogie Doors."

Jack nodded, looked at the door, and said, "All I have to do is put the Independence Day Door back up, and it'll be good as new." Jack soon places the Independence Day Door onto the tree, which breaks the Independence Day Oogie Door. Jack places his hand on the door, which soon disappears with the tree, and soon the Hinterlands was no longer monochromatic, and Jack said, "Oh well."

Tess soon said, "I suggest that once the door is in place, the tree goes back to the circle where it belongs."

Taylor nodded, places her hand on her ear, and said, "Bentley, the Independence Day Door is in place, when the time comes, Uncle Sam can return to his world."

"Thanks for the update, Taylor, even Uncle Sam said, 'Thank you,' as well," Bentley said.

The trio soon left the clearing and see that it was no longer monochromatic as well. The soon went down another path, which was monochromatic, but had some heat skeletons. They avoided the skeletons and found in a path another clearing, which had a St. Patrick's Day Oogie Door in a tree, spewing out black smoke. The group soon goes to the tree, and Jack said, "All I have to do is put the St. Patrick's Day Door back up, and it'll be good as new." Jack soon places the Real St. Patrick's Day Door, which breaks the Oogie Door. Jack places his hand on the door, which vanishes with the tree, and the area was no longer monochromatic, and Jack said, "Oh Well."

Taylor puts her hand on her ear, and said, "Bentley, the St. Patrick's Day Door is in place, when the time comes, the Leprechaun can return to his world."

"Okay, Taylor, and the Leprechaun said, 'T'ank you lad and lasses,' as well," Bentley said.

The trio soon begin to look around the Hinterlands more. They were in the same area the Three Mr. Hydes are and soon see some trees moving out of the way, they soon went to a different path, while passing the Three Mr. Hydes. They were in an area that was still monochromatic but see soon two more paths open up and they went into one of them. In a new clearing, they see an Easter Oogie Door. Taylor soon said, "We found the tree for the Easter Door, but we can't use it since it's back at Spiral Hill."

Jack soon places his hand on the Easter Oogie Door, which stops spewing out black smoke like the other two were doing, and glowed, causing Jack, Taylor and Tess to jump, and they see the trees blocking their path. Soon a king ghost appeared, waved its hand, showing Octavio's face, and he said, "You a must defeat a some enemies before the timer a runs out, fail, and the trees will a open up, and the door will a spew the smoke, succeed, and a you three will get a big surprise."

Jack and Taylor nodded, and begin fighting a King Skeleton, and two Troll Skeletons. The King Ghost that showed Octavio's face flew off. Taylor soon said, "Well, that was easy," she looked around, and asked, now what is our prize?"

Soon the Easter Oogie Door popped out the tree, and Jack said, "Hmm... I get it. If we replace these Oogie Doors with the real Holiday Doors at Spiral Hill, we should be able to put all the doors back in place."

"Sounds like a plan," Tess said.

Jack took the Oogie Door, while to trees soon give way, freeing the trio, and they left the clearing. As they did an Aura Barrier closes the area where the tree is. The soon went to another clearing, which had a tree with a Thanksgiving Oogie Door. Jack soon places his hand on the Oogie Door, which stopped spewing black smoke, and glowed, and the trees closed, trapping them. Taylor soon said, "Well, here we go again." This time they faced a Troll Skeleton and possessed Orc Skeletons normal and possessed Skeletons. After the fight, the Thanksgiving Oogie Door popped out, and Jack collects it, and the trees give way so they can leave the clearing.

As they left it, another Ghost Barrier blocked the entrance to the clearing, then Tess said, "Well that's two down, two to go, then we figure out where the Christmas Door is," Jack and Taylor nodded, and moved forward.

They went to another clearing, and took out the projectile gargoyles and guillotine skeletons, which rewarded them another Golden Pumpkin. Taylor soon said, "I sense you feel a bit stronger, Jack." Jack nodded, and the group left the clearing. They soon retraced their steps, and went to another area, which soon passing some Orc Skeletons, found another clearing.

This time, it was a Valentine's Day Oogie Door. Jack touched it, and Tess said, "Here we go," as the smoke stopped spewing, the door glowed, and the trees closed up, blocking the path. Taylor and Jack soon faced two normal and possessed King Skeleton and won. The Valentine's Day Oogie Door soon popped out, and Jack collected it, and the trees parted, freeing the trio, as they left the clearing.

Soon a Ghost Barrier covered the path to the clearing, then Taylor said, "Okay, one more Oogie Door, and we can get the real Holiday Doors back," Tess and Jack nodded in agreement, and begin to move forward. They went past the Orc Skeletons, and back to the area where the Three Mr. Hydes are and found a tree path that opened.

In a different clearing, the found on a tree a Halloween Oogie Door spewing black smoke, Jack soon said, "Here it is, the tree that is supposed to have the Halloween Door, which is the holiday of thrills and chills, and candy," he looks at Taylor and Tess, and said, "Let's do it, girls." Taylor and Tess nodded in agreement, and Jack places his hand on the Oogie Door, which stops spewing out smoke, and glowed, closing the trees, trapping the trio. The enemies this time were six possessed pumpkins, so Jack turned to his Santa form, used the Re-Possession present, and scared three King Ghosts and three skeletons, which changed back to normal, and they defeated them at the nick of time. This soon caused the Halloween Oogie Door to pop out, and Jack collects it. The trees soon part, and the group leave the clearing.

A Ghost Barrier soon closed off the path to the clearing, and the group soon left the Hinterlands, and back to Spiral Hill. They soon see Sally with Zero and her pet spiders, and she said to them, "You know that the Holiday Doors belong in the Hinterlands. If you the facing with real doors, the path should open for you."

"Thanks for the tip, Sally," Taylor said.

Jack and Taylor soon replaced the Oogie Doors with the real Holiday Doors on the tombstones.

Taylor, Tess, and Jack placed two Holiday Doors back, got some Oogie Doors to replace them with the real Holiday Doors, and now what will happen next?
