Daine collapsed half way to her friend Alanna's rooms. Meanwhile all the animals felt Daine's pain. The cats attacked passers by, dogs turned on their masters, horses threw their riders and birds attacked innocent people. Alanna had just finished her morning ride on Darkmoon when he started to act up, alanna turned around and saw every animal had turned on the humans
"Daine!" she cried and ran for the palace. At the same moment Thayet and Onua said the same thing as ran towards Daine and Numair's rooms. When Alanna reached Daine she knew something was terribly wrong
Daine what is it, what's wrong she asked as Thayet and Onua came running.
"Numair he, he Bedded another woman" she stuttered "why Alanna, why would he do such a thing?"

All of a sudden Daine leapt up and kept running.
"Daine" Thayet, Onua and Alanna cried in unison as they rushed after her.

Daine ran and ran quickly she turned her head to make sure wasn't being followed. As her head was turned she ran straight into Numair.

"Daine let me explain" said Numair
"You have nothing to explain Numair" Daine cried angrily "Varice explained it perfectly, the reason you came back this morning was because you slept with her last night!"
"She would say that wouldn't she Magelet" said Numair "she's jealous because I choose you not her, I was held up at the swoop that's why I wasn't here last night, even ask Spot if you have to!"
"Fine I will" Daine replied

"When did you get back" she asked
"We got back this morning and stork man ran off to see you" the paint horse replied
