Heeeeeey! It's me! I'm not dead! If you're reading this, that is. Any who, yeah, sorry for the long wait :p. Hope that you'll enjoy this chapter though! So with that being said: let's get to it.

Chapter 2

Fields; age 761

Ramble charged at his enemy, his power flaring. His enemy quickly regained footing from his surprise attack, and zoomed quickly towards him. As soon as they got close enough, the female saiyan threw a punch at Ramble. In response, Ramble faded to his right, and went for a quick blow to the stomach. Ramble had put enough force into his punch that it had made his enemy stagger a bit. Ramble, taking advantage of her daze, landed an uppercut. Then, he followed up with a spin, and elbowed her midsection. Before she could recover, Ramble clenched his fist and proceeded to lift his arm with a lot of force. As a result, his knuckles slammed against her face, knocking her completely off-balance. Then, he spun back around and kicked her with his right leg, knocking her back a few yards.

The female saiyan skidded against the ground a few times before she regained her footing. Once she did, she glared at Ramble, the pink glow in her eyes beginning to shine brighter, and her already dark aura beginning to dim darker.

As both of those things happened to her, she suddenly let out a yell. She then raised her hands in the air, and two yellow accumulations of energy started to form in her hands, which appeared to be charging up. Then, she put her hands and the energy together. She then let out another yell, as numerous balls of ki started firing from the energy from her hands. The ki barrage was directed towards Ramble, who already was knocking away the spheres.

"You know, for ki spheres that are being sent rapid fire and should not be that strong, these things sting." Ramble thought to himself, knocking away a ki sphere that was about to hit him square in the face.

The onslaught of ki spheres continued for a little bit more, causing the dust to arouse all over the place. Soon enough, Ramble was relying purely on his ability to sense ki in order to knock away the attacking ki balls. But then, just as he knocked away another ki sphere, the female saiyan rushed in and connected a blow to Ramble's cheek, knocking him off balance.

"Crap," Ramble thought. "What's she gonna-huh?" he said in his mind, as she grabbed his left arm.

"Why did she-" Before he could finish his thought, the female saiyan proceeded to spin him around. At first she didn't spin him around that fast, but as she continued to spin him, she began to gather momentum. Soon enough, she was spinning him so fast, that Ramble was sure he was going to throw up his past 6 meals. Then, suddenly, the female saiyan threw him up into the air, and due to the fact he had gained a ton of momentum, he went up, slicing through the clouds he passed. Then just as he was slowing down, Ramble realized that the female saiyan was now above him, charging an attack.

"This is gonna hurt!" Ramble thought, as he crossed his arms in a x formation across his chest.

The female finished charging her attack, and put her arm that was charging energy forward. Then, with a yell, she fired off a fully-powered energy wave.

The yellow-orange attack raced towards Ramble, and as soon as it made contact with Ramble, he realized that he should've dodged instead. The pressure, heat, and power of the attack was a lot for Ramble to handle. Soon enough, he could feel himself pressed against the ground. He peered over the beam, and saw that the female saiyan had traveled with the beam and him, and was hovering around 30 feet over him.

"Dammit...at this rate I'm going to be toast!" Ramble thought, as the pressure and heat started to overpower him.

"I-I guess I need to use that move...I just hope it works how I intended…" Ramble said to himself, already moving his hands into position.

As Ramble had that thought, he proceeded to open his hands. Suddenly, a black sphere of energy started to form in each hand.

"Cha…" Ramble said under his breath.

He moved both of his arms, and moved his hands to hold the giant ball of ki that had been formed. It seemed to be taking in the energy of the fully-powered energy wave and was growing bigger from the energy it was taking in.

"Yo…" Ramble said, raising his voice a bit.

Ramble proceeded to pull his right arm back and took all of the charged up energy with him. At the same time, he made sure to hold back the beam with his left hand at the same time.

"Te…" Ramble said, at a volume loud enough for a normal conversation.

Finally, Ramble glared up at the attack, and thought to himself "I hope this works…", as he thrust his hand forward, yelling out "HA!". As he did, the charged up black sphere of ki shot forward, turning into a black beam of energy. The energy was strong enough to drive back the fully-powered energy wave 15 feet.

The two attacks stayed at the distance they were at, with neither side able to gain or lose ground. Due to the beams clashing with no clear winner, the surrounding area began to feel the effects of the battle, as the area around them shook with intensity and the small flashes of uncontrolled energy started to tear up the ground.

Ramble grit his teeth, the gears in his head starting to turn. "Dammit!" He thought. "Even though I've absorbed some energy, we're only at a stalemate!" Suddenly he felt a sharp feeling in his chest area, which caused him to wince. "And if I keep this up for any longer, I'll just be hurting myself!" he commented in his mind, looking around for an option.

Suddenly, Goku came out of no-where, hitting and bouncing off of the female saiyan. This caused the female saiyan to lose her focus, and as a result, her attack became less powerful and focused.

Rumble's eyes widened. "It's now or never!" he thought, as he charged an additional attack in his other hand. Once it had finished charging, he put his left arm forward and pulled his right arm back. Once he put the charged up energy to the attack, it doubled in size, and had been granted the power needed to overtake the female saiyan's attack. The female saiyan was unable to do anything except watch the beam grow bigger and bigger until it made contact with her and exploded, a big cloud of smoke forming due to the attack making a direct hit with its target.

Suddenly, the female saiyan's hand cut through the smoke, parting the cloud apart instantly. Her clothes were a bit tattered, and her skin was covered with scratches and bruises.

She looked down to the ground, and noticed that her opponent was missing. She looked around, trying to figure out where he had gone.

Suddenly, the female saiyan was sent flying by a kick to the side by Ramble. Ramble proceeded to follow up by flying towards her, moving behind her, and proceeded to kick her down into the ground. He then seemingly vanished, then reappeared onto the ground, his hands cupped to his side.

Suddenly, a blue orb started to form in his hands, and Ramble started to mutter something under his breath. Then, with a shout, he yelled out "HA!", as the charged up Kamehameha belined towards the falling saiyan. The female saiyan, having sustained too much damage and couldn't function, took on the full force of the Kamehameha.

Once the attack had let down, the female saiyan fell limply from the sky. She hit the ground with a loud thud. Her dark aura still blazing but she was clearly unconscious.

Ramble smirked at his handiwork, but just as he did that, a "BEGONE FROM THIS WORLD!" caught his ear. He turned to look where he heard it, and saw Raditz stepping on top of Goku. He had his hand raised above him, and in his hand a purple ball of energy with purple electricity emanating from it.

But before Raditz could throw it down, he was suddenly kicked in the face, knocking him off balance and causing him to throw it up into the sky. The attack lingered for a bit before a massive, purple explosion came out. Ramble, not wasting any time, roundhouse kicked him away. Then, Ramble looked towards the sky where Raditz's attack exploded.

"That attack looked a lot more powerful then it Raditz should have ever been capable of." he thought, as he helped Goku back up.

"T-thanks…" Goku responded, looking at the same place that Ramble was, as he sweated bullets.

"H-hey, could I get your help?" Goku said, already getting back into a position as he faced Raditz. "I could really use some right now…"

Ramble nodded, and got into a position of his own, both of them looking towards the very much angered and pissed off Raditz.

"This is gonna be tricky…" Ramble thought, as he and Goku charged at Raditz, both sides ready to end this.
