Atem and his father are walking on the garden. He's telling Atem that he should be a great pharaoh someday. They are still walking together when someone came to them. She bowed.
"My pharaoh, please let me and my child stay. I'm begging you." she pleaded to Atem's father.
Atem looked closely to her. Her face isn't familiar but he is sure that she isn't a slave. The jewels that she wears are the proof that she is not a slave. Atem looked back to his father to see his father's expression. His father's face hardened.
"What are you doing here?" his father angrily asked.
Seeing his father's reaction, the guards quickly held her arms to take her away. She resisted leaving the guard no choice but to drag her. Tears fell from her eyes as she continued begging to Atem's father. His father gripped his hands.
"Let her go!" his father finally ordered. The guards let her go. She ran back to them and bowed again. She cried as she pleaded to them to let her stay.
"After you ran away… now tell me why should I accept you again?" Atem's father asked.
"My pharaoh, I'm ready to pay the consequences of my actions… but please accept my child. Please I'll do anything…" she pleaded to him.
"Child?" he asked.
She looked at among the pillars. In one of them a pair of emerald green eyes peeked. Those eyes gleamed with fear. She quickly hid herself again. Pharaoh akunumkanon looked down. He pities the child and… the mother too. He took a deep breath and finally decided.
"Go now! Take your child to sleep, she seems to be exhausted… you too…" he said before he turned away.
She bowed down and repeatedly said, "Thank you, my pharaoh.. thank you"
Before Atem did walk away, he saw the child run to her mother. Their eyes met and the child smiled at him. He smiled back to the child before he walked beside his father.
