Season 1 Episode 4:

(People start hallucinating and their deepest darkest desires are revealed in these hallucinations. It is up to two people to stop this. Henry and Fargo.)

The day started as any ordinary day. The three members of Law enforcement behind their desks minding their own business. Kids at school, Vincent running Café Diems, Henry in his garage. Fargo messing around in GD. Allison Blake, AKA Jack Carter's wife was running GD.

No calls were in meaning nothing excitement. Conrad sat and stared at his phone. "Man, it's… … 12h00 and no calls? Did I mention I hate sitting at a desk all day?" he asked. Jack held two fingers up. "Twice.". Conrad sighs. "Sorry.". Jo also looked at the phone. "He's right, no calls? This is Eureka after all." She said. Jack kept reading his magazine. "I like the silence, gives me time to read." He said.

The phone rang and Jack groaned. "Sherriff Carter, Fargo did what? On our way." He hung up the phone. "GD, now.". The three of them grabbed their things and got to GD.

In one of the laboratories, Fargo accidentally knocked over a green serum and it was giving off steam. Allison said it was harmless so no need to panic. The reason they were called was because Fargo claims to have blacked out when he knocked over the serum. Jo and Jack didn't believe it. But Conrad knelt next to it and looked at the green goo on the floor. The fumes were making him dizzy, so he got up and lend against the table.

"You good?" asked Jack. Conrad nods lightly. "Yeah, just a little lightheaded.". When he got his head in order he sat down in a chair. "Those fumes are strong, knocked my senses out." He said. Maintenance arrived and cleaned the mess. Fargo was told to go home for the rest of the day.

Jack and Jo went to the office while Conrad was on patrol. As he was sitting in his jeep, he looked in the rear-view mirror and saw someone in his back seat. He shot a look backwards to find the seat empty. "Weird." Was all he said.

He continued driving until he saw a dog race into an alley. "What was that?" he asked. Parking he got out and walked down the alley. He kept walking until he heard a low childish voice yelling: "Help me!". Conrad kept running, the alley felt endless. He finally reached the end. He stopped. He heard it again. But this time, it was a baby cry. He found a stroller, but the sunshield was closed.

"What are you doing out here?" he asked. He opened the shield and saw only blackness with two red eyes staring into his soul. He jumped. Falling backwards he found himself in the alley. He heard footsteps. It was Jo. "Conrad? Are you alright?" she asked. Conrad only nods. "Yeah. Thought I saw something." He left with Jo to go back to the station.

In the office, Jo was sitting and timing herself taking her pistol apart and reconstructing it. Conrad was reading a comic. He then swore he saw the comic strips moving, the actions forming a movement, like watching a movie.

Conrad chuckled and kept reading, or watching. But those same red eyes shown in the comic. Conrad shuts the book and shoves it into the bottom drawer. Jo saw him. "You okay?" she asked. Conrad nods. But those same red eyes were behind Jo, forming a black shadow like figure, it moved. Conrad froze, he couldn't think. The figure took Conrad's form, stood beside Jo and flirted with her. It then kissed her.

Conrad snapped out of his trance when Jo stood next to him. "You should go see a doctor." She said. "No problem." Was all he said. Getting up, Jo supported his weight. Helping him slowly to the jeep. She drove him to the infirmary. The doctor was doing some tests.

"Having any other symptoms sense you inhaled the serum?" asked the doctor. Conrad nods. "Hallucinations. Mostly that.". The doc told him then to stay in the infirmary for the night. Jo said she would grab him a few things.

As she left she went to his house at the outskirts of town, it was a lovely house. Open field in the back with the treeline, stone path from the shack like garage to his front door, a wooden fencing stretched around his front porch. She unlocked his door and walked to grab him some things.

As she was grabbing his razor blade, she felt a shiver down her neck. She turned around to see she was in a tent. With the unit she served with playing cards. With Conrad sitting on the one bunk sharpening his knife. He smirked at her. Placing the knife down, he walked over to her.

"Did I ever mention how sexy you looked in your gear?" he asked flirtatiously, kissing her. She kissed him back. But the hallucination ended and she was back in his house. She shook her head lightly and left. She was driving when she had another hallucination. A body was in the road, she spun out of the way and crashed into a lamp pole. The airbags deployed knocking her out cold.

When she regained consciousness, she was in the infirmary and she saw more people being brought in. Conrad was sitting upwards. His head was clear but he was still foggy. Jo looks at him with concern. "Are you okay?" she asked. Conrad points to his head. "Still get hallucinations but I have it under control." he said. Jo nods at his comment. "Okay, but why are these hallucinations so intense?" she asked.

Conrad shrugged. "Don't know, I think these hallucinations are aimed on our deepest desires, some how making it seem like it's real. Crazy right?". Jack was now brought in too. Allison barely left his side. "We got to figure this out, more and more people are suffering from hallucinations.".

The only ones not to be infected are Fargo and Henry, leaving them to figure this out. Fargo was retracing his steps, he tried to figure out when he accidentally knocked the green serum over. Henry was looking into the research of the green serum. Until it hit him.

"Fargo! I got it. The green serum. It's the Hallucination therapist. Hallucinations were meant to show what you feel and how to handle it. But the experiment backfired. Doing the opposite.". Fargo scratched his neck. "Why would anyone do that?" he asked. Henry shrugged. "I don't know. Even I thought it was a horrible idea."

Fargo then asked the important question. "Can we reverse it?". Henry nods. "Yes, we, can.". Within a few hours, Henry managed to use the research to create a reversal drug. He only needed to make enough for everyone, unless… … he used gas.

Creating a gas, he called everyone to the infirmary. Where he released the gas. The gas was inhaled by everyone in the room. By the end of the day, the gas did it's thing.

Jo was in Café Diems and was trying to get over the fact of her crazy hallucination. But at that moment, Conrad walked in and sat next to her. "Hey Jo." He said kindly. Jo didn't answer. Conrad knew not to push it. "Crazy day huh?" he asked.

Jo only chuckled. "Yeah, very.".
