I'm back once again and here is another chapter that I hope it came out well. Enjoy.

"After talking with my father since he told me that I'm in a coma right now, but we finished our conversation since I'm now waking up from my coma. Talking with him even if he's not alive, I felt at peace with him. I'll never forget him no matter what, he knows the choices that I've made and the mistakes that I've made, but he still loves me even he's told me of the mistakes that he's in his time even before I was born. He already told me that he's proud of me and that I've grown into a fine warrior, but I've grown much more then he's seen so far. I don't know how long I've been in a coma, but it's felt like I've been out only for a short while, but when I wake up, the doctors will tell me how long I've been out."

April 5, 08:00 hrs

Field Hospital Venus, Kew

Fox opened his eyes and looked towards his left and he sees one person that he thought wouldn't see, Kursed. Just then the doctor comes in and sees that Fox is awake and calls in the CO. Fox sees his commanding officer and the doctor checks on him and sees that his vitals are normal and his heart rate is normal. "Everything is normal sir. You're right about him. He's tough and got through the coma." The doctor said to Roach.

He hasn't asked yet how long he's been out, but he will. Kursed woke up and sees that Fox is awake and is very happy to see that he woke up from his coma. She immediately hugged him and he was shocked at this but his arms wrapped around her as he can tell that she was crying right now. "Sir, it's good to see you again. How long have I been out?" Fox asked Roach and he responds. "It's good to see you awake my friend. You been out for nearly a month. Doctor already told me that you lost most of your strength since you were out and recovery. They already removed your staples and they wrapped up your wound and it's starting to form into a scar."

Fox breathed out in relief and can tell that he has work to do to get back on duty. First is to let his wound heal completely and try to do some therapy to regain his strength that he's lost through out his surgery and from him being out from the coma. He's able to sit up now and get try to see if he can some food to eat. They already are bringing breakfast to him which it should arrive to him in about an hour.

Not long afterwards his CO left his tent to check up on the reports that he's received. Doctor said that they'll continue to run some tests on Fox for the next 72 hours to check to make sure nothing else goes wrong or if he has anymore problems. After that the doctor left his tent. Fox looks at his bandage wrappings that around his abdomen which is where he took piece of sheet metal from a landmaster tank shot.

Soon he begins to look at the bounty hunter and wonders why she hasn't left to return to her job yet. Unless it's something else that she has to say to him. Soon she begins to talk to him.

It took some time for Fox to take in what she told him as she still hasn't told him her true name yet, but she will when they are back in Corneria since he will be on therapy to try and get back on his feet as soon as possible. He's got a lot of work that needs to be done in order to return back to duty.

Fox now just needs to wait another three days since they want to make sure that they didn't miss anything when they operated on him. He wants to get up but found it hard since he has no strength in his legs right now. He knows that he'll be in a wheelchair for awhile until he's able to get his strength back. Not a lot for him to right now not until he gets out of the hospital.

He then sees his friend Falco come into his tent and he sits down next to Fox on the chair and the two begin to talk. Fox explained to Falco that he'll be out of the hospital in 72 hours, the doctors still want to observe his progress right now.

Both begin to have a conversation after Fox told him his progress. Fox has a lot of catching up to do since he doesn't know what happen since he was in a coma. Advancements towards the capitol have been put on halt with supplies running behind with delays since most ships and transports needed maintenance. So supply lines are low but they aren't in fear of needing to pull out of the planet entirely.

Afterwards Falco left since he was called in to patrol the perimeter with a squad since their been reports of a potential attack. The question is where and who is going to attack?

April 8, 09:30 hrs

Field Hospital Venus, Kew

"It's been three days and I can say that it was a bit stressful since I couldn't move around at all. I have no strength in my legs right now, but I can move them around and sit up properly. The doctors have said that I've recovered very well and nothing happen. I finally managed to change from the hospital gown to my uniform with the help of one of the nurses and then got a chance now to sit down in a wheel chair. Now comes the next step is to begin my therapy so I can get back on my feet so I can return to duty. I'm not the only one returning to Corneria, their are others as well who been wounded and are recovery from wounds that they've received from their battles and they'll be heading back as well, but they'll return to fight when they are fully healed and cleared for duty.

I have this feeling that something terrible is going to happen, but I don't know when and where it will happen. All I can do is wait and see if I can get any leads after I finish my therapy. I know for a fact that the local Cornerian police will ask for my help in the patrol routes after I've fully finished my therapy. If so then they are likely try to convince the high command their that they're not at war with Kew or Venom, this lie is likely going to convince the Cornerians that they are safe with their security. I will track this cell and it will lead us to our target. This will take some time, but I'll be ready for it."

Fox now sitting in a wheel chair dressed in multicam uniform and tan combat boots in his tent ready to be discharged from the hospital. He placed on a tan tactical glove with hard knuckles on his left hand. He still had bandages wrapped around his abdomen still since they already removed the staples. Now he had to let the scars heal up and his internal scars as well.

After that a nurse enters his tent and strolls Fox out of his tent to the awaiting transport that's take Fox and others back to Corneria. The doctor confirmed his discharge of the hospital so that he can return home to finish his recovery. It's been quite some time now since Fox has seen civilization since being on deployment. It'll be good to return home to see what's changed and what hasn't.

Fox along with Kursed who happens to still be around is pushing Fox's wheelchair towards the transport. He thanks her for helping him out by boarding the transport ship that is taking them to Corneria. She takes him to his assigned roomed that is given to them for their travel to Corneria.

Less then 20 minutes later the transport ship took off and is now on it's way to Corneria.

"It's been two months since I've left Kew to do my therapy and my internal wounds have just about fully healed and I'm no longer in a wheelchair now, but I still have trouble walking. I did receive a gift from my friend Slippy from Aquas who happen to send me a walking stick which is 72 inches in length to help me out while I walk. I did send him a thanks to him for sending his gift over to me and glad that he's still my friend even after what has happen so far. I won't stop, Corneria is in danger and I can feel something bad is going to happen soon. I'll do whatever it takes to save as many lives as possible, even in death."

June 16, 09:00 hrs

Corneria

Fox has made a lot of progress on his therapy, thanks to that walking stick that Slippy has sent him has helped him out a lot which has kept him on his feet and walking some distance. He still has work to get done so that he can return to duty. Still, it's been tough that he's been tracking that enemy. After his rehabilitation, he returns to his home and begins to go through intel of the enemy cell and somehow they are in Corneria, which means that they could be anywhere in the city. Terror threat level is now high and he has alerted the local police on it and their security has been tightened, but it's still not enough since they are sending out half patrols not full patrols.

Kursed has been watching Fox and he's allowed her to stay at his place since she has nowhere else to go. She was amazed at the place he's staying at. Nothing she's ever see that is this amazing and filled with comfort plus well taken care of and clean.

It's been pretty busy for him since he has a lot on his hands and also getting intel of the enemy. Still he's focused and doing everything he can as he's still doing his therapy.

Meanwhile enemy attackers are looking at the location that they'll attack soon. They are observing for possible locations to hit the most and to cause catastrophic damage to the city. Pictures are being taken at specific sections and where to strike hard at. The target, Lylat Fountain Square, which is popular for the Cornerians and other planets to tour and enjoy time to relax, eat, and shop. (My idea and don't ask me about it.)

The square came to choice by Kew corrupt leaders and by Oikonny. They want to spill as much blood as they can on Corneria and make sure that they show Corneria that they are not to be messed with, they'll kill anyone who stands in their way.

Afterwards the enemy left the area and began to send the recording of videos and pictures to the place that they're staying so they can go over what needs to be done. They have all the supplies that they need for this attack and are now prepping everything for it.

As the day is coming to an end, Fox was looking at the new intel that he's received and it's about what areas of Corneria can be hit by an enemy attack. Still he doesn't have enough intel yet and needed more information on a specific location plus on where they're hiding at here in the city. He continues to look through before getting ready head to bed. It's been very tough but he knows that he'll get the intel for this very quickly and try to do everything he can to get his alert in to the high command.

July 25, 11:35 hrs

Corneria

Another month has passed and so far all is quiet in the city. Still, Fox has been on high alert and got plenty more intel knocking out potential attack locations which left three that were still available, one stands out the most the Lylat Fountain Square. Fox has his eyes on that location the most and he knows how many people go to that area and that it's well known by tourist.

If that's the target then Fox has to make sure that he has all the intel about it. No other location stands out then the square the most. Which means then that they are already planning the attack, but now it's a matter of time of when it'll happen.

Fox has only 2 months left of his therapy as he's made impressive progress and is close to returning to duty so that he can get back in the fight and return to Kew soon. The advancement hasn't progressed much, but still a lot of ground has been taken and they are getting closer to the capital. Now intel says that a new group of fighters have emerged in Kew and they are resistance fighters and have been trying to get in contact with Black Serpent about needing help.

In order to reach them they'll have to make a big advancement which will take some planning to make. A lot of work has to be done and Fox has gotten tons on his hands as he prepares everything that he's gotten to give to his CO when he can.

He set begins to download the intel into his laptop and into a hard drive. Then afterwards he heads out so he can do his therapy for today and then afterwards assist with the local police on the patrol since his wound has healed up almost completely, still his strength is not up to where he wants it yet, but he's getting closer each day.

Venom

13:00 hrs

Dash and Oikonny were talking to each other about their plans and what needs to be done as they know what's going to happen soon in Corneria as they now that their men are getting set up and going to attack the city by surprise they been getting feed back from their followers and what specific locations of the square that they're going to hit where civilian presence is the most at and take out as many local police as well.

They wanted as many dead out in Corneria before they can focus on their next plans in Kew since they wanted to let Corneria know that they are still out their and ready to cause as much damage as possible so that they can get the attention also from Fox. They want him to hunt them both down. Until that time comes they have to do all the plans and make sure that they all go well.

Dash immediately leaves and begins to head off to Kew so that he can organize his men and the current plans that are to go into place as now the people of Kew are starting to turn against them in this war. Now both he and Oikonny are now telling their men to start to take out any fighters that are against even those that are innocent.

Oikonny just heads to one of his rooms and begins to look over the images of what's he's received. Many were military targets that are impossible to hit since the defense and security are to high for them to hit and it could spell disaster for them. Other targets are to hit some areas that are not even targets yet, but one is an embassy and it's compound. The embassy belongs to Corneria and it's Ambassador along with it's staff are their, which is a prefect target to hit.

Soon after he begins to see the maps of where his prison camps are and the housing of the prisoners. Since a new threat has emerged, the resistance has now become an issue for his plans to try to take over the entire system. If Kew falls, he'll lose a lot of supplies and men to it which cannot happen.

He then begins to make a call to some of his men and begins to organize the next plan of attack since he has a lot of planning that needs to be done for it and to see how long will the preparations be finished. He also tells his men to make preparations for an attack on the embassy in Kew that belongs to Corneria.

Corneria

17:40 hrs

Fox returning home after finishing his therapy and he feels tired. He enters his home and begins to create himself a meal to eat at the kitchen. Sitting down at the table eating, Fox looks through the paper that the therapist has given him and it's shown that he can do some more heaver work, still he can't do that much or it could cause issues on his recovery or reopen his wound if he pushes too hard.

After eating he cleans up the kitchen and then heads outside to back of the house and sits down on a chair that looks towards the city. He sees to his right which is just pure field and green grass for long distances. Looking towards the city, he's worried for the city and the people that are in danger. Still the local police aren't budging at all, they even won't listen or hear his warnings that he's been giving them for some time.

Their wasn't much that he can do at all since his warnings are being ignored and all he can do right now is just be ready for anything. Kursed who was in her room sensed Fox outside and she can sense that he's got a lot on his mind and has been very busy all this time since he's recovering still. She now felt ready for what she must do, it's now time to tell him who she is. It's been so long and she hopes that it'll go well. She begins to walk down stairs and heads out the back door and sees Fox to her left out sitting on a chair in the grass looking towards the city.

Fox just continues to look towards the city and he doesn't know that Kursed it right behind him right now. She places her hand on his shoulder which gets his attention. He looks to his right and see Kursed and wonders what is up and asks her. "You okay?" She nods and then surprised him by sitting down on his lap and she begins to explain everything to him about who she is and so forth. She even told him his real name.

Krystal was now sitting on the chair looking at Fox with worry after that long talk, it's not getting dark and Fox just couldn't believe it at all. His former partner and ex-girlfriend is standing with him this whole time since the incident in being behind enemy lines. To him, it feels like a dream that he believes that he'll wake up from, but he knows that this is all real. He soon took a deep breath and called Krystal over which she did and he turned around and spoke to her. "It's been so long and I feel like this is a dream that I'll wake up from, but I know that this is real. I never suspected to see you once again even when I took the wound that nearly cost me my life for you. It's a huge roller coaster with no end."

Krystal keeps her head down and has her hands interlocked together, she then feels both of hands on each should and she looks at the one that is covered with the glove and then looks at him and he continues on. "I know the mistakes that I made and if I could go back in time to fix that, then none of this would have happen. I did move on from that and somehow this new job that I have has given me a new life that I never had before. A new reputation that I feel that I don't need at all. I don't want to make the same mistake since I know that you can watch over yourself without me being over protective. I will take you back, if only you accept who I am now."

She looks hard at him with tears coming out of her eyes and then immediately presses her lips on his and stuffs her tongue into his mouth. Fox was surprised for this action and doesn't waste time and respond to the kiss that he's receiving right now. Both wrapped their hand around one another enjoying the moment. Krystal immediately wrapped her arms around his neck and Fox has his arms wrapped around her waist as the two were still kissing.

19:10 hrs

It's now night and Fox began to get ready for a shower since it's been a long day for him. He enters the bathroom and turns on the shower and sets the water temperature. He now undresses and gets in the shower and closes the shower curtain. Letting his fur get wet to wash away the sweat and smell since finishing another day of therapy. He doesn't even know that Krystal is in the bathroom and is going to surprise him for this. She has this tingling feeling in between her legs and she's already wet.

Krystal already naked enters the shower and this shocks Fox seeing her entering the same shower he's in. He was going ask what she's doing, but she quiets him by pressing her lips on to his and using her telepathic and talks to him. 'Fox, I can't hold out for much longer. I know that this is going too fast, but I can't wait any more. I need you now more then ever. I want to enjoy the time that we have before you return to duty soon. I can sense that you're into it as well. Please Fox, take me now, I can't wait anymore.'

Fox responds by kissing back and gently pushing Krystal to a corner of the shower wall and both of their hands back to explore each others body. Then Fox picks her up and Krsytal gently wraps her legs around his waist as she grabs his erection and aligns to her wet folds and Fox slowly pushes into the vixen.

A couple of hours later, the fox pair where now in Fox's room panting after making love. Fox was lying on his back while Krystal straddled him and she has a hand going over the wound scar on his lower left stomach. She can feel the scar that's their and can see that their is no fur growing over it. It pains her to see what Fox had to go through and it almost cost him his life. "That wound that I took for you is a sacrifice that I made, and I don't regret my choices that I made for it. I know that your sad for what I went through, but I'm here and I won't be going any time soon." Fox said to her.

Krystal looks at him and she can sense that he's telling her the truth she takes his left hand into hers and sees the scars on both sides and gently kisses the scars on both sides. She can see his memory of that mission of how it occurred. It's been a long time for the both of them and now they're one once again. Both of them are now very tired and it's been a day that they'll remember.

The two just chatted for awhile more since they are catching up on what's been going on so far and the journeys that they've done. Afterwards Krystal inserts Fox's erection back inside of her and adjusting her position and lays on Fox's chest and begins to fall asleep hearing Fox's heartbeat. Fox's eyes are starting to grow heavy on him but he still has his focus on the intel and to finishing his therapy.

He's life is changing again and he has Krystal back. He knows now that he can't make that same error again now. Still, he has his a lot on his mind and wonders now what will happen since now he has the vixen back with him and what his future is now. Only time will tell.

His eyes close and he falls into a deep sleep.

It's been awhile since I've uploaded and at last I finished this chapter. Unknown when I will upload the next one but I'm not backing down. Until then stay safe during this pandemic and I'll try my best to post the next chapter soon.
