Season: Hi guys! So this is just ANOTHER filler-ish chapter that I wrote up to celebrate Mother's Day. Enjoy! And happy day to every mom in the world.
Narrator: Don't forget to review. The stupid author has finally started to answer your reviews via a PM so if you have any questions, ideas and thoughts do so! She will reply to you.
Season: I can't reply to one-worded stuff or things like "update soon." So if you would like me to send you a PM reply to your review, send in something interesting or a question you want to be answered.
PS: Next chapter will be the chapter that was previously chapter 8. The one where Ash and Dawn went on a date to the restaurant and then to the beach. If you have followed this story since the beginning it will be that but a little bit different. I'm currently working on editing it enough that I'm satisfied.
So please hang on! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE SINCE THE START, THE MIDDLE OR IF YOU JUST JOINED NOW! You guys are the best!

"Happy Mother's Day!" Brianna yelled rather loudly, as she woke up Dawn by jumping up and down in the bed.
"Hnng. Five more minutes..." Dawn rolled over.
"It's six thirty! May is going to be here soon mom."
Dawn sighed and rolled over again. "Fine..." She glanced to her daughter. "You're way too excited today."
"Because it's your day mommy." Brianna stated happily. "I even made you a sandwich and put coffee in the coffeemaker, you just have to turn it all on."
Dawn nodded and stood up from bed. "Let me go brush my teeth and freshen up."
Brianna nodded and stood up as well, then hugged Dawn. "Happy Mother's Day!" She said again then left the room to get ready herself.
Fifteen minutes later they were both in the kitchen. Dawn plugged in the toaster and the coffeemaker, wondering to herself how she could have possible been blessed with such a wonderful daughter. She then got milk from the fridge and warmed it up on a pot, adding cocoa mix and a bit of sugar.
The front door opened up at that moment, Brianna rushed to it knowing it was May.
"Good morning!" Brianna said as she waited for May to come into the house.
"Morning Bri." May said. "You're chipper today."
"Of course I am," she replied. "Why wouldn't I?"
"Is it because it's Mother's Day?" A voice asked behind May. Ash had followed May when she arrived, and accompanied her from his house over to Dawn's. He had been awake for a while.
"Yes, Ash." Brianna said happily.
Dawn plugged off the coffeemaker and toaster then went to see what all the ruckus was about.
"Guys it's only seven," She said, "you'll wake up the neighbors hurry up and close the door."
"Do I smell food?" Ash asked as he excused himself and entered first than May.
"Yes, I made everyone a sandwich." Brianna said.
"Is this bliss?" Ash asked out loud. "Bri cooked for me."
Brianna blushed.
Dawn and May laughed.
"I made coffee too." Brianna said happily.
After eating a bite of his sandwich, Ash sunk into the chair he was sitting on. "I went to heaven."
Dawn and May mimicked his reaction. "We did too." Dawn said. "This sandwich is soooo good."
"You three are over reacting." Brianna wanted to roll her eyes. "Anyways, Ash, did you get my mom a present?"
Ash finished eating his sandwich to give out his reply. "I did, actually."
Brianna clapped her hands. "What is it? What is it? What is it?"
"It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you now, would it?" He said shaking his head.
Brianna pouted. "I want to know what it is!"
"I'll let you know tonight." He promised, ruffling her hair. "Now get to school kiddo."
Brianna sighed. "I hope you realize I hate waiting."
Ash laughed and checked his Poketch, looking up the weather forecast. "Anyways it's going to rain today so get your poncho."
"Ponchos are yellow and ugly so I don't have any." She said sticking out her tongue.
Ash shook his head. "You really are the daughter of a coordinator."
Dawn walked out the kitchen. "I'll go get your Pikachu umbrella."
"So, yellow and ugly, huh?" Ash teased.
"Things with Pikachu designs on them are totally cute."

After an entire morning of seeing people for work, Dawn was exhausted. She leaned back on her chair and took a sip of her vanilla chai. Feeling a little energized she sighed and glanced around her office.
Earlier in the morning what had awaited her was not her pots of not-yet-sprouted seedlings. Instead, they had all been replaced and various different flowers were all over her office in vases full of water.
She had been surprised, that's for sure.
At the present moment she was currently staring at a vase full of red roses that had been placed at her desk. She smiled brightly but couldn't help but wonder exactly how Ash had gotten all of this done.
At that time, it's as if her question was meant to be answered because in walked Ash, carrying with him a tray of sweets, couple of donuts and two coffees.
"Lunch, m'lady?" He said placing the tray down. Dawn glanced between him and the tray then grabbed a donut.
"Definitely! I'm starving thank you."
Ash bowed and sat down, taking a donut for himself. "You are very welcome."
"So," Dawn said as she motioned around the office. "What's all this?"
"Do you like it?"
"I do but I counted and it has the same amount of vases as the seedlings that were here." Dawn said. "I just don't get it."
"Oh don't worry about them, the seedlings are fine they're just in my office for the moment."
"Will they be okay?"
"Of course they will! I take good care of them anyways."
Dawn raised an eyebrow. "They have been in my office, so I have been the one to take care of them."
"Tsk, tsk." Ash wiggled a finger. "Do I have to remind you that I spend more time here than back at my office?"
"That's why I'm worried for the seedlings."
"No need to worry!" Ash said. "It's all taken care of."
"Okay."Dawn shrugged and kept eating.
"Anyways all of this wasn't my Mother's Day present for you." Ash said.
"What is it then?" Dawn asked curiously.
"I double checked with May if she could babysit Brianna this weekend and she said sure. Now all you have to do isaccept my invitation to take you out."
"Take me out?"
Ash nodded. "I want to take you on a date, Dawn."
