Chapter 1: Green Troubles of Tokiwa! Kotomi's Thieving Winds!

Team Natsu made it to the town of Tokiwa, all of the mages getting off of the train and on to some grass to now see that the town really lived up to its description by how there were many flowerbeds and plants behind the houses, and they got to see the tall trees with green leaves standing firmly on the light green grass that was close to the tiled streets. Lucy and Gray mostly found the square tiles that were in a normal shade of green to be interesting while they walked on to one of the streets, and Erza smiled a bit from noticing how some parts of the street featured dark green tiles forming large squares with four pale green tiles in the centers forming smaller squares. They all turned their attention to Natsu, but he was feeling too ill and dizzy from motion sickness to be impressed by the town right now.

Since the group of wizards came to this town with the intent of taking down a thief, Gray calmly looked at his friends while his lips started to form a small smile. They could all probably come up with a good plan for apprehending the thief, and the mage who wielded ice decided that he could probably freeze one of the streets to make the criminal slide towards Erza and Lucy. Gray thought that would be a very good idea, as Natsu could not use his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic when he was suffering from motion sickness, and he saw Natsu slowly go towards a tree to just rest at the base of it.

Lucy had a concerned look on her face while also sharing Gray's thoughts on how their confident friend needed time to recover from being ill, but she also realized that the four mages could not just stay together in one spot. Lucy walked on to one of the town's streets, and she believed that the lone thief would get scared enough to run away if they saw four wizards who were going to fight them in Tokiwa Town. As Lucy watched Gray walk towards her and still smile with some optimism about the team's situation, she felt that the strategy of splitting up could be a good idea.

Gray thought of the fact that his strategy would require the team to split off into two smaller groups, and one group could try leading the thief to an icy street where the other group would be waiting for their chance to strike that criminal. He looked at Lucy, before turning around to see that going up this street would make the group be near a dark green building with a pitched roof that was in the normal shade of green, and Gray smiled with more confidence from feeling like they could lead the thief to that particular spot. Even though they would have to find the enemy first, Gray smiled back at Lucy and lightly held her hand.

Gray explained to his friends with a smile of optimism on his face, thinking that they could make this plan work, "Okay, here's what we'll do. Lucy and I will go find the thief, and we'll lead them over to one of the shops before I freeze this street with my ice. After they get caught off-guard, Erza, you and flame-brain can hit the thief with a surprise attack."

Erza asked Gray with a serious facial expression, seeing a possible flaw in his scheme, "Gray, what if Natsu and I end up running into the thief first?"

Lucy spoke for her friend while giving Erza a kind smile, as she noticed a simple solution, "If that happens, then you and Natsu can start attacking the thief while also distracting them long enough for Gray and I to ambush them when they won't see it coming."

That explanation seemed good to Erza, who merely smiled back at Lucy for trying to eliminate a blind spot in Team Natsu's plan, and she watched Lucy start to walk away with Gray. Lucy calmly smiled at Gray while she felt happy about keeping him from overlooking any obvious things that could go wrong, and she got to see him smile back at her with a relaxed look in his eyes. Since Lucy got Erza and also technically Natsu to go along with his idea, Gray was glad that he chose to partner up with her. Lucy was always a good friend, and she was also rational at times to where the best decisions could be made.

Lucy and Gray walked towards the building while seeing that the street turned a right corner, but going around the corner to see that the shops and houses were all experiencing silence seemed a bit strange. Lucy ran down the street, which featured a large light green building at its fork in the road, and she noticed how the sign above that place's doorway labeled that building as the Tokiwa Museum. Even though the museum seemed to carry on with its daily business by remaining open to the public after an artifact was stolen, Lucy still thought about how this town appeared to be very quiet with hardly anyone being outside.

As Gray followed Lucy to the point where the street split into two paths, he saw her stop to look around. Lucy turned her head to the right, and her eyes widened with shock as she heard voices not belonging to her teammates. Some of the townspeople and wizards who attempted to go out today were badly bruised, some of the townspeople were bleeding from dealing with certain attacks, and there were even craters in this street that was now damaged while people groaned in extreme pain. A girl who had long brown hair and wore a pale green midriff with a long brown skirt was badly bruised while she did her best to not lose consciousness, since the sight of Lucy being just as stunned as Gray like they were tourists visiting Tokiwa for the first time to see people on both paths suffering from destruction made this girl feel the need to at least warn them.

"Leave now... I highly... suggest that you get out of Tokiwa while you still have the chance. That lady's wind... destroyed our plants and killed many of us. Don't die.. like my friends did." The girl with a serious face and pleading dark green eyes weakly told Lucy and Gray as she crawled towards them, before coughing up blood.

Gray asked the woman with a concerned facial expression while running to her aid, "Do you think that you can fight through the pain to tell us where that thief may be?"

A female voice asked loudly and sternly from inside a shop that was next to the building for Gray's plan, as a gust of wind blew the store's door open, "You really think it's that easy to where I'll let you flee for attacking me, you little bitch?!"

Gray and Lucy both turned around in a surprised manner from hearing that, and their mouths opened in shock from immediately witnessing a mint green vortex of wind destroy what appeared to be a flower shop. The blast was in a mint green color while the young female owner who wore a white sweater with a light green skirt was sent flying to where she landed against the front of a brick house, and she fell to the ground before Lucy and Gray saw her get up to look absolutely horrified at most of her plants being harmed. Lucy took some cautious steps towards the scene while the thief walked through the clouds of smoke with an average-sized brown bag of jewels in her hand, but Gray ran towards the situation with no desire to slow down.

He and Lucy got to see that the female criminal was a woman with light green hair reaching down to her waist, and she wore an orange shirt with white stripes on its shoulders. This thief also wore some pale green shorts with dark green heeled boots that went well with her orange eyes, but seeing the white price tags still be on each fashionable piece of clothing made both Lucy and Gray narrow their eyes in a serious manner from how this girl was enjoying her thieving acts of petty shoplifting and using vicious winds to hurt innocent people. As the thief shoved the bag of money down into one pocket of her shorts, Gray believed that they had to protect the shopkeeper.

The thief quickly saw Gray use the spell called Ice-Make: Shield, which created a large shield of white ice with many pointed pieces connecting to form the shield, and Gray glared at this woman as Lucy ran past him to get to the first store that they had seen on this street. Gray kept his shield up while moving to the side of the thief, hoping to confound her, but he didn't anticipate the green-haired shop owner firing several green sharp-edged leaves in an attempt to help him out. The thief used her hands to make the motions of repelling the attacks, which made Gray and the shopkeeper's leaves get pushed back by small tornadoes of mint green wind, and the villain's hands became fists mere seconds before the tornadoes detonated to create powerful blasts. Gray and the shopkeeper both let out painful screams from being hurt while Lucy could hear Gray's shield crack into pieces, and Lucy looked worried from how Gray rolled several feet towards her as he groaned in pain. He landed in front of the building's window, and Lucy helped him stand up again.

As Gray got back on his feet, his face showed a look of frustration at how Team Natsu seemed to lose control of this battle. Gray couldn't afford to not let the team use every possible advantage that they currently had, so the fact that he was now near Lucy made Gray's frown of frustration start to become a soft smile. He turned around to slowly walk past his friend, and Gray got Lucy to smile at him by using a spell called Ice-Make: Floor. Gray built up some magical power before he slammed his left hand down on the ground, creating a slippery layer of ice that wasn't too thin or too thick, and he made the ice reach the other side of the street.

The small amount of time that Gray spent with making his ice was a sufficient amount of time for the criminal to run towards him at high speeds, but Lucy continued to smile about this situation as she hoped that the enemy would take the bait. Lucy dealt a powerful kick to one of the thief's legs, sending her flying towards Gray, and the confident male stepped out of the way for the thieving mage to harshly land on the white ice. As Gray watched her slowly stand up and try to maintain her balance on the ice, he caught a glimpse of Erza requipping into her Clear Heart Clothing. That prompted Gray to aggressively push the thief all the way towards Erza, who chose to wait at the other end of the street.

The moments after Gray gave a very harsh push to her back with his hands were also the moments when the vicious woman surprisingly rolled her eyes in arrogance, and Erza noticed how this woman began to smirk in a rude manner. Erza watched this woman keep her balance on the ice with good posture, but she started to inhale a high amount of air. She quickly exhaled it all in the form of a mint green twister that started to slowly circle around her, which was a spell called Zephyros Twister, and this woman made her left hand go around in a circle at rapid speeds. She made her hand move in the clockwise direction, making the tornado spin in that same direction while it also started to circle around her at much faster speeds. The fact that the tornado gained more wind and revolution speed with each time it went around its creator was starting to look like a fearsome sight, especially because of how the thief jumped upward while the winds propelled her quite high, and this woman made the motion of pushing something forward with her hand to launch the tornado towards Erza.

The scarlet-haired woman was quickly hit by the attack that created a mint green blast in a larger size than before, completely shattering Gray's ice, and Erza screamed in pain from the damage that was dealt to her by the dense winds. Gray and Lucy looked concerned about Erza, as they even heard a house near her start to break apart, and Lucy fiercely glared up at the thief while pulling out her golden keys that were on the grey ring. Lucy removed one of the keys to summon a Celestial Spirit, and she felt like the criminal in the sky needed to be brought back down to the ground.

"Gate of the Maiden, I open thee! Virgo!" Lucy shouted with a fierce look on her face, sending some magical power into the key.

Virgo told Lucy with a calm facial expression, before bowing politely, "Hello, princess."

Lucy explained to Virgo in a confident manner, thinking this was a good idea, "Virgo, use your chains to grab that girl who's up in the sky and we'll break her wrists!"

The enemy responded with a frown of offense taken on her face as she started to descend, her eyes filled with malice, "You really think it's that easy to beat me, you moron? If that's the case, why don't I give you a gust of surprises?"

Gray widened his eyes while starting to get a bad feeling about what would happen, but he was too late to stop Lucy. Virgo shot out black chains from her hands, and they were long enough to where the pink-haired spirit could make them wrap around the enemy's wrists. Virgo stepped back as she pulled the thief downward, only to see a mint green aura start to engulf the female's body as she inhaled more air, and Virgo looked just as stunned as Lucy to see their foe unleash a drill of mint green wind from her mouth. As the woman kept being pulled to the ground and was near her own attack, she exhaled four smaller drills of wind that would give her opponents a deadly surprise.

The main drill of wind went down to the ground at a very fast pace to strike Virgo directly, creating a mint green explosion of Wind Magic, and Virgo let out a painful scream as the explosion made her feel like she was just hit everywhere by a heavy amount of dense winds. Virgo felt her chains start to shatter, freeing the thief, but that wasn't the worst of this attack. Lucy and Gray were not only bruised up and bleeding lightly from that blast, but Gray gasped in shock as he was now laying on the ground. He got to see Lucy being on the ground while four drills of mint green wind were connected together, and they appeared to be growing larger. They also started to spin much faster after that explosion occurred, drastically increasing their vicious power, and Lucy slowly stood up to see the drills hit her right in the abdomen like a sharp knife that spun rapidly as it made contact with her skin.

The four drills created four powerful blasts that were all in a mint shade of green, each one being just as deadly as the others, and the members of Team Natsu all got to hear Lucy scream in agony from that attack! Some of the outer winds from the blasts viciously made cuts on the bodies of Virgo and Gray to the point where Virgo was forcibly sent back to the Celestial Spirit World, and Gray got bruised even more from those winds. Several cuts appeared on his skin, the winds even ripping through his shirt, but he got to see that the worst winds were targeting Lucy. The stellar mage coughed up blood and started to get bruises and cuts all over her body from her enemy's deadly Wind Magic, but she winced in pain before gasping at how the winds also came from different directions to tear through her bruises like drills. As Lucy screamed again from this attack's aftereffect and fell to the ground while being very wounded, the enemy landed on the street with both of her feet gently touching the tiled surface. She slowly stood up to assess all the damage, and the woman turned to face Gray from seeing him try to get back on his feet as he looked incredibly frustrated.

"It's amazing how your expression is saying so much, weakling. You wimps tried to have a little plan for defeating me, but it's not working. As for the blonde over there, I sure showed that overconfident girl how the Windy Sky Sanctuary spell doesn't come with any mercy." The dark mage told Gray with a rude smile on her face, before she sadistically laughed at how she made Lucy suffer for underestimating her.

Lucy calmly asked in place of Gray with the feeling of pain being being present throughout her body while raising her head and looking curious, attempting to stand up as she coughed a bit of blood, "Were those... attacks supposed to hurt.. so much? We know... your strength, but who are you?"

The powerful woman asked nicely, before boasting about herself, "You want to know my name? I'm Kotomi Takeuchi, an S-Class wizard from a dark guild called Moon Rainbow. In fact, I recently completed my job of stealing the Emerald Star for a client who loves artifacts. Anyway, feel honored that you'll all die at the hands of the fourth-best mage from Moon Rainbow."

"You're not number one, so there's gonna be no chance of that happening while I'm here to fight you!" Natsu fiercely shouted to Kotomi with a serious facial expression, as he made flames surround his hands.

Natsu recovered from his motion sickness, and he ran towards Kotomi while his enhanced hearing allowed him to be glad that Erza would be providing some assistance. The fire dragon slayer wasted no time with hitting Kotomi in the face with seven fire punches, as he heard Erza finally get herself free from the rubble of the house that had broken apart, and he made fire surround one of his feet before kicking Kotomi in her chest. As she was sent sliding back towards a tree, Kotomi turned her attention to Erza requipping into her Flame Empress Armor. Erza also equipped herself with the Flame Sword, and she unleashed a spiraling stream of red fire from that sword to burn Kotomi.

Erza and the other members of Team Natsu watched Kotomi quietly cast a strange spell that made Wind Magic in the shape of large mint green bird wings lightly fall from in front of her waist to lightly land on her feet, but she only did that mere seconds before Erza's flames created a fiery explosion. Her flames set the tree ablaze while there was some fire for Natsu to eat, but the sight of tree falling apart and flames burning the grass wasn't part of Erza's expectations right now. The dark clouds of smoke started to fade away, which let Erza and the members of Team Natsu see a black scorch mark with grey smoke lightly coming out of it be in the exact spot where Kotomi stood. However, she seemed to have vanished.

Natsu saw this as a chance to turn around and help Lucy stand up, but he stepped back and looked quite startled to see Kotomi standing about three feet behind Lucy without even having any bruises from the explosion. Natsu turned around to tap Erza on the shoulder, only to weirdly feel someone tap his shoulder, and both of the mages turned around to see Kotomi rudely smiling at them. Natsu and Erza both decided to turn back around and run away in an attempt to lure Kotomi to the other side of town, but Kotomi appeared in front of them again. She opened her mouth to breathe in air, before quickly hitting her opponents at point-blank range with a spiraling vortex of wind that was in a mint green color, and the beam created an explosion as Kotomi conjured up some more winds into her hands. She slammed them together to merge those winds, before molding that magical power and Wind Magic to create three large bird wings that were made from the green wind, and Kotomi threw the wings in a manner similar to throwing knives that would all be spinning as they went towards an opponent.

Gray watched Natsu and Erza run out of the smoke that came from the explosion, seeing them to only have minor injuries, but Gray widened his eyes in a shocked manner from how they were hit by two of Kotomi's wings. The projectiles didn't waste any time with detonating, creating blasts in a mint green color, and Gray heard his friends scream in immense pain. Erza and Natsu even felt their bodies were getting brutally slashed, almost like the blasts made the winds be like sharp scythes deeply cutting into their bodies. The third wing struck Lucy, who screamed louder from how she felt the winds slice into her body as she was caught in the explosive attack. The blasts made immense gusts of wind go through the area, which started to get inhaled by Kotomi, and the fact that Gray tried to stand up made Kotomi smirk at the creator of ice like she was ready to give him more injuries.

Since the tide of this battle had to turn towards favoring Team Natsu, Gray winced in pain with one eye closed as he unleashed five large shards of ice from his hand. He watched Kotomi jump over them, jumping high like she was as light as a feather, and Kotomi quickly came back down to be near the burning tree. She surprised Gray by instantly disappearing, before swiftly reappearing in front of him for a few seconds to strike his body with powerful punches that had wind surrounding her fists, and Kotomi stepped back as Gray coughed up some blood. He glanced down at the blood, before his attention turned to the fact that Kotomi giggled evilly as she was now standing next to him, and Gray's face only showed pure confusion. He wondered if she was using teleportation to frighten him, but the sound of something sizzling reached his ears.

The sound came from black skid marks that were near Kotomi's feet, the marks sizzling with smoke lightly rising upward as if she just made a fast-moving vehicle immediately slam on the brakes, and Gray realized that Kotomi didn't teleport. She was using ultra high-speed movement to confound the group. As Gray took a step back, he remembered that spell Kotomi used to evade Erza's flames. That was a spell called Kaze's Feather Dance, which drastically increased a person's speed while making their body be as light as a small pigeon, and it could make Kotomi stronger after taking in wind.

Gray also took note of the first spell that came after that one, which was Whirlwind Cannon, and getting hit by that vortex at close-range would make people feel tons of pain while the attack left large craters in the ground. The most recent spell was called Winged Winds of The Sky Goddess, and Gray fell to his knees as he couldn't stand for long. Blood dripped from his wounds as every part of him was in excruciating pain, and Gray wasn't strong enough to stop Kotomi from aggressively punching him in the stomach to make him land on his back. The wind was knocked out of Gray, but that was nothing compared to how Kotomi slammed her foot on his stomach while a small tornado of green wind surrounded it. Gray's screams of agony were frustrating for his injured teammates to hear, especially from how the difference in strength was unfair, but Lucy slowly got up while using her willpower to fight through all the pain and run towards Gray's situation as she looked fierce.

Kotomi told Gray with a sadistic grin of overconfidence on her face while starting to recognizing him, hearing her foot break one of his ribs, "Wow, look at this sight to see. You're Gray Fullbuster from Fairy Tail, and you all must be so shocked to see someone who's not like your lame opponents from the Grand Magic Games. I'll consider it my duty to remind you cocky weaklings of how superior wizards need to put garbage like you in your proper place."

"You're not going to hurt him anymore, and I could care less if you're an S-Class mage! If you and that evil Wind Magic are looking for a fight, them my spirits and I will be happy to be the ones who take you out!" Lucy shouted to Kotomi with determination in her voice, before reaching into her pocket and taking another gold key off of the grey ring.

Kotomi replied with a displeased frown on her face while quickly shifting her focus to Lucy, "You weak little bitch. Don't make brash statements like that, especially when I can shut that mouth of yours with a barrage of painful spells and take those keys as a little victory prize as you die."

Lucy yelled confidently while putting the last of her magical energy into the key, not intending to lose, "Gate of The Ram, I open thee! Aries! I need your help right now!"

Gray weakly told Lucy with a pained facial expression, as he began to pass out from exhaustion while the final image he saw was how she looked determined, "Lucy... Be careful.."

The timid Celestial Spirit appeared in front of Lucy, and she stretched her arms forward to create a pink Wool Wall. The pink wall acted a shield for Lucy and the other members of Team Natsu, but Kotomi fired the Whirlwind Cannon spell from her mouth. She created a small mint green tornado in one of her hands, before throwing that at the wall, and both attacks grew more powerful from each other's wind. They ended up growing in size, before creating a destructive mint green blast that obliterated the wall of wool, and Kotomi's combination of attacks sent Lucy flying backwards.

Lucy rolled past Natsu and Erza, who had both taken far too much damage to even be conscious, and she lightly slid on the ground before coming to a halt. The blast was powerful enough to send Aries back to the Celestial Spirit World, leaving Lucy defenseless, and she got on her knees in a pained manner. Lucy looked straight ahead, only to see that Kotomi was gone, but the thief swiftly appeared behind Lucy to make a small tornado of Wind Magic be in her hand. She made the motion of repelling Lucy with that hand, before changing that hand into a fist while the tornado quickly touched Lucy, and Kotomi closed her fist to make her little attack detonate.

The explosion sent Lucy flying back towards the part of the street where Gray was unconscious, but she widened her eyes in horror from seeing Kotomi reappear in front of her. The antagonist made a small tornado of wind surround her left foot, harshly kicking Lucy several feet up into the sky, and Kotomi started to inhale a high amount of air again. She quickly exhaled it all in the form of a mint green twister that circled around her, its winds blowing brown clouds of dust past the other members of Team Natsu, and Kotomi made her right hand go around in a circle at very high speeds. She made her hand move in the counterclockwise direction, making the tornado once again spin in the same way while it revolution speed increased, and Kotomi chose to jump up quite high again as her feet felt the Kaze's Feather Dance spell slowly start to wear off.

"Say goodbye to your life, you mouthy piece of trash!" Kotomi exclaimed with a malicious facial expression, letting Lucy see her vicious smirk before delivering a slamming kick to her chest.

The wounded shopkeeper who had stayed around out of fear shouted to Lucy with a worried facial expression, seeing where she would fall, "Oh, no!"

That harsh kick made Lucy feel as if a few of her bones cracked, and she coughed up some blood. She couldn't even think about the shopkeeper's words because of all the pain, and Lucy landed in the center of Kotomi's tornado. She was spun around several times, the wind easily knocking her around like a helpless child that felt tons of pain from just touching the tornado's walls, and Lucy also started to feel major dizziness as her eyes only saw Kotomi put her hands together at the last second. The tornado imploded on itself, creating another powerful blast of windy energy in a mint green color, and Lucy was caught in the center of the blast where the most damage could be dealt.

The vicious implosion felt hot like fire for the first few seconds, Lucy's body getting more burns and bruises as more blood started to trickle down from her other injuries that she received in this fight, and Lucy couldn't suppress her scream of intense agony. Along with the tornado imploding on her, Lucy got knocked around so brutally by its high winds to where she was now laying down in a crater while barely able to move any part of her body without feeling excruciating pain. Lucy felt the act of breathing to be difficult, gasping for air as Kotomi's kick and the blast did a high amount of external and internal damage, so she wondered if she would be the first member of Team Natsu to die.

Lucy clutched her ribs with one hand while her other hand weakly went down to the ring of keys that now laid next to her on the ground, but Lucy accidentally dropped the two keys that had been protected in her hand. Before Lucy could get any of the keys, though, Kotomi descended down from the sky to assess all the damage while smiling with the feeling of sadism in her eyes. Not only did that final blast break the windows of some stores and equally damage those businesses as much as the houses that fell apart, but it left Lucy so injured and bleeding out to where she could barely move. Kotomi started to give Lucy a smug smile as she squatted down beside the Celestial Spirit Wizard to hear her gasping for air, and Lucy probably couldn't even speak without feeling pain from all her wounds. Still, Kotomi had to add some insults to those horrible injuries.

"My, my. You got hurt by several of my attacks, and you're still alive. It seems you're in too much pain to talk, so I wasn't just kidding around when I told you that I'd shut your mouth. Of course, I'll be staying true to what I said about claiming my prize. Since I won against you, weakling, gold is very appropriate." Kotomi said aloud in a rude and smug manner as she thought that Lucy would silently die, her hands moving towards the grey ring.

Lucy weakly replied in a soft whisper, still having determination in her voice as her hand gave a soft slap to one of Kotomi's wrists while she started to lose consciousness, "You can't... take.. my keys. I'm.. I'm Lucy Heartfilia, and... I'm going... to.. defeat... you.. and get... the... Emerald.. Star... back.. to.. the museum.."

Kotomi responded to her in a displeased manner, narrowing her orange eyes as Lucy was still talking, "You stubborn fool. You're still being mouthy and thinking that you can keep on being a happy mage with your arrogant head in the clouds. Well, I'll be glad to make you lose everything instead of just losing out on finishing your job. In fact, Lucy Heartfilia, let me help you see that you came to Tokiwa Town for a curse from an ancient spell instead of your newest reward."

Kotomi stood up while placing her hands together, before aiming her hands down at Lucy, and the woman with green hair closed her eyes. She built up the Wind Magic that was still remaining within her, and a mint green aura surrounded Kotomi's body. The part of the aura that surrounded her hands sent itself down into Lucy's mouth, reaching her heart while its windy properties pushed a golden aura upward for it to be out of Lucy's mouth, and the gold aura sprang up into the sky. The entire mint green aura surrounding Kotomi made a mint green twister engulf her, before a twister also engulfed Lucy, and the two twisters circled around each other for at least seven minutes.

Kotomi's mint green aura left her body, springing up towards the sky, and it soon came back down to fall in the twister while Lucy's body gently spun around. The aura lightly touched her body while thin beams of mint green light started to surround her, and that particular aura sent all of itself into her mouth. The gold aura came back down to land in the twister where Kotomi's body seemed lifeless with her eyes still open, and it lightly touched the thief's body. The golden aura of celestial power surrounded her, as thin gold beams of light shined from her body for a few moments, and the gold aura entered Kotomi's mouth as she became unconscious.

The twister that contained Kotomi's body went down the damaged street, before going to the path on the left, and the aftereffect of this spell was some distance. Kotomi's body was carried into the forest, before the winds dispelled for her to softly land on the dark grass. The body of Lucy Heartfilia roughly hit the tiled ground of the most damaged street in Tokiwa while the twister disappeared to leave behind an eerily mild breeze, prompting the flower shop owner with fear in her eyes to hastily run over to the Celestial Spirit Wizard. She aimed her hands at Lucy's body, before striking her with a dark green orb that made its aura of the same color engulf Lucy. The scared woman watched Lucy's wounds all start to heal from a spell appropriately called Botanic Revival, and this spell could also restore the energy of a person or a plant. She turned around to see the other mages who would need healing, and then this woman would try to heal people who were on the other streets. She looked at the end of the street to see the wounded lady from earlier, but this girl ignored the sight of an emerald green stone that was shaped like a star while it glittered in a normal shade of green. Even if the thief's whirlwind made her drop it, that wasn't the shop owner's problem.

The girl with shoulder-length dark green hair and eyes in the normal shade of green asked Lucy in a concerned tone, very worried as she knelt beside her, "Are you okay? Did that thief's spell steal your magical power?"

Lucy Heartfilia replied calmly to the young girl in her own voice while proceeding to stand up, giving her a very confident smile, "Don't worry. She doesn't have my magical power at all."

Lucy went on to nicely tell the shopkeeper, as she deviously smiled at her words and had an evil look in her eyes only at the very last second of speaking, "That's too bad for her, since I'm feeling just fine."

How was Chapter 1? Feel free to share your thoughts on it. Just to be clear, the real Lucy does not have Kotomi's magic or her spells. She'll just have to find a way to break the ancient curse. Also, I recently received a message asking about when Sting will show up in the story. He'll appear soon, but Sting's not the only character who will be surprised at what happened to Lucy. I'll update soon. :)
