when ichigo and rukia died via the forces of hell without ever admitting their love for each other. they both thought they would join the forces of hell. but instead a higher power gave them new lives in another world on opposite side of a so brought other powers along with them and left the newly reborn pair to turn the tides. bleach x dragon prince others revealed later

5. Chapter 5

Moon and sun return chapter 5 the mountain of hatching

This chapter will cover episodes 8-9 and close out the first book of the story

I will put this story on break until likely February at least

I have gudaguda 4, summer 4 , some scenes of gilfest , saber wars 2 , lb5.1 and Christmas 4 to use in the story before I get back to for book 2

This chapter will have the slightly healed Rayla, and the brothers try to find the healer and have them help the egg

Rayla pov

As we begin to climb the mountain until we were sure we weren't being chased. We found a spot to rest until a girl riding a wolf offered to help us help the egg. The boys then told me "She is a friend and can be trusted." I found out the young girl about Ezran's age was named Ellis and her wolf was named Eva. Then Callum introduced the two of use and told us where we could find the healer before it was too late for the egg. We made it up the mountain just in time for the sun to set and then Ellis to say to use, "as soon as the sun goes down the nightmares come out. All kinds of freaky monsters come out at night and the higher we go the worse it gets."

With that I begin to wonder what the nightmares could be and had the feeling these things may be a defense for what really lies on the top of the mountain. But before we went further up, Callum came up with a way to try and fight the monsters use what moves we could do fight the monsters use Ezran to make a flash of light with bait, then Ellis and Eva to bark and cause confusion, then Callum would use his wind spell while I would deal the final blow. But as I told him my hand was still recovering, I figured out the rest of the lightning spell and the word Callum had to use to fully do it. with that he came up with a better plan of attack.

Callum pov

We started with peace as the sun went down until we saw a giant dead monster and the voice in my head said "this place will be a test for you. You will need to use all your senses." Then when a new scarier monster arrived baited was away and messed up the plan and we had to scatter to get away from the monster that looked like a leech. I got with Eva and Ellis while Rayla got with my brother.

Rayla pov

While waiting the monster out, I talked with Ezran about my issues and how I fail at things. I told the boy how I caused the issues for the elves by not killing the boy. The voice in my head told me "You have been going down the right path. You just need to work on that confidence. You could've defeated your uncle and you managed to escape the hardened warrior that was the boys' aunt."

Callum pov

While on the rocks with the girl and her wolf, I talked about my magic as the voice inside me said "there is more magic than just that orb, you just need to find a way to reach it. but that will be its own test." The girl also reassured me as well. then we got down and teamed up to bring down the leech. But its babies tried to go for Rayla until I used the wind spell to get them off.

Rayla pov

but after we got rid of the monster, I had a bad feeling something happened to my uncle but then we kept on as the girl spotted the tree, she met the healer at. But as soon as the younger boy heard noises from the wolf he said, "there is no healer at the rim." The but the voice in my head said, "the way to save the egg will be the boy's test."

it was after that, Ezran explained how he could talk to animals, but the Callum didn't think he was telling the truth. But I said to the older brother, there could be something on top of the mountain that could help. So, let's try keep climbing and see we can't be sure if Ezran can understand animals as of now, but I have a feeling this healer could help. Then as we climbed Callum said, "as we get higher the moon rune on the cube gets brighter." That made me think this area could have a connection to the moon.

It was after that; we heard a strange noise and that lead to the younger brother pointing out it could be somebody needing help, so I went off to find it. but found a web with a person shaped cocoon. Then when I tried to cut the person out they crumbled to dust. Then I rejoined the others and we carried on finding webs blocking our way. Then not long after we made it past one web, we ran into the giant spider. But soon Ezran discovered the spider was fake and then proved it to the rest of us. Then Callum did a dance to say sorry to his brother and we carried on. Soon after that, we found the tree and waited. Then the moon lite up and a strange bird flew to us.

Callum pov

After the bird landed, it revealed its rider as a moonshadow elf that Rayla said was a moon mage. Said elf woman referred to herself as Lujanne protector of the moon nexus. Then after she landed came another giant bird that then changed into Tamaki and the woman said, "I have to teach this boy as a favor." Then our friend asked, "how did you heal Eva?" Lujanne said "set up an illusion to help your friend."

Then Rayla asked "do you know how to save the dragon prince?" the elf woman then said, "you need to hatch the egg and that would require a storm." Rayla, my brother and I began to despair until the voice in my head said to me "you have a storm in your bag, you just have to be willing to trade its power for this young one." I then said out loud "I know what I have to do. I give up my magic for the chance at peace." I then threw the orb to the ground and let it break to release the storm within. But what I didn't expect was how not smart releasing a storm this high up was. Then Rayla held the egg long enough for the eye to open and it to absorb the energy. We then watched the egg lay on ground and let out our breaths until it hatched into a super cute baby dragon. The dragon then licked Rayla and helped her hand get better.

Ezran pov

As the dragon hatched, he revealed his name was Azymondias (Zym for short) and then the dragon said to me "don't tell those two, but they are the red and white dragon emperors. The one that will turn the tides of our world." Then the dog boy said, "let me guess your skill in animal speaking." I then asked, "what are skills, and do you know how I got this?" he just replied "we can rest for today. I will tell you tomorrow."

Chapter end

The next chapter of this story will be after the new year as I get back to other stories as I start to cover what skills are and how they work

But first Towa will have to team up with team Urameshi to help stop the gate before it is too late
