Chapter 14: The First Little Date! Warm Blushing & Warm Coffees!
Risa entered the Sabertooth guild with a cheerful smile on her face, feeling quite happy about how one of her favorite fashion magazines released a new issue, and she walked towards the request board while Lucy followed her. Lucy smiled nicely at how Risa always had such a great sense of fashion, really liking how the pink-haired girl wore a dark pink shirt that had the bottom of it tied up to expose her midriff, and Lucy also also took notice of how Risa wore some bell-bottom pants that were in the regular shade of pink. Risa wore a pink belt above her pants, and her high-heeled shoes were light pink.
Risa chose to wear this outfit for the mission that she and Lucy would take today, since she didn't want her nice outfit from Kuchiba Town to get dirty in any way, and she wondered if Lucy would allow her to take an easy job this time. Despite the fact that they earned a hefty amount of money from their previous job, Risa felt like she and Lucy couldn't just take down guild masters to get high amounts of money. Some of the other tasks pertaining to assassinations were in the category of being S-Class missions, and Risa started to look a little nervous at how some enemies could be more powerful than Shinichi.
To be fair, though, he was the very first guild master who Risa fought. If there were any enemies who were much stronger than him, then Risa would definitely have to boost the level of her skills to an extremely high level. She felt like it would be good to train herself on how to make her attacks become much stronger on their own, since fusing them together couldn't be the only surefire way for her to successfully defeat enemies, so she really hoped that Lucy would let her pick a job that would be easy to complete. After all, handling an easy job would give Risa more time for her training.
The girls soon reached the request board to see all of the new flyers that were there, and Risa's eyes began to be filled with a delightful feeling from seeing that there were some easy jobs among the ones that looked dangerous. She moved a yellow flyer aside while only getting a glimpse of its description that talked about a priestess, and Risa smiled happily from seeing a pink flyer that offered the little reward of ten-thousand jewels. Risa unpinned the flyer from the board, and she looked at its description to see that the job would require her to simply tell a future business owner about the prices of the clothes that were in Kogane Town's fashion store. Risa giggled cutely at the job, and she showed it to Lucy.
"Someone wants to know the prices of clothes? Risa, couldn't they just go into the store by themselves to check out the prices?" Lucy asked her in a curious manner, feeling like the client was being lazy.
Risa explained to Lucy with a calm smile on her face, remembering how she once shopped at a newly-opened fashion store, "Lucy, you can't just walk around in a store to look at the prices of fashionable clothes and immediately open up your fashion store elsewhere. Even if the prices aren't similar, any employees who saw you in their store and heard about your store opening soon would just view you as a new competitor who could take away many of their profits."
Lucy responded nicely while folding her arms and looking very impressed, "When it comes to competing for anything fashion-related, Risa, you're the best expert. In fact, you've probably memorized prices for different types of clothes."
Risa told Lucy with a playful smile on her face, as she turned to see Sting walk out of the office, "I certainly have prices for some good dating outfits if you need them, Lucy."
That little remark caused Lucy's face to blush pink while she turned to look in Risa's direction, and the sight of Sting made Lucy quickly turn around. She continued to blush while thinking about how Sting seemed to really be attracted to her when she was dressed up in that green kimono yesterday, and Lucy hadn't talked with Sting about that. He may have been falling for her, but Lucy felt like there was one major issue with Sting having any attraction towards her right now. Lucy wasn't in her own body, and she needed to reverse the ancient spell that Kotomi placed on her.
Plus, Lucy started to wonder if Sting would only be attracted to her new body if he was ever out on a date with her. He seemed to be attracted to Lucy's physical features, such as the way she smiled and how her body looked when she was nude in a hot spring, but Sting never seemed to ever be attracted to Lucy's personality or her little quirks. She turned around to comically be startled by how Sting had quietly walked up to Risa, really showing that he could be good at surprising Lucy, and she surprisingly let out a cute scream as she landed on the ground.
Sting stretched out his arm to help Lucy get up while he calmly smiled at her, hoping that she was having a good day, and he was glad to help Lucy get back on her feet. Lucy smiled at him in an appreciative manner, trying to reduce the blush on her face as she looked at him, and Risa noticed how Lucy seemed to have been blushing from the moment that Risa made that remark about the prices for dating outfits. As Lucy used her left hand to simply rub her other arm, Risa smiled at the situation while having a relaxed look in her eyes. Lucy seemed like she could go out on a date with Sting while handled this easy job, but all Lucy needed was a little push.
"Lucy, you should totally thank our master in a very nice way for helping you get back up. In fact, he might even want to get coffee with you today like it's a morning date." Risa told her with a happy smile on her face, before going behind Lucy and lightly shoving her towards Sting.
Lucy and Sting both exclaimed in a shocked tone while looking surprised, "Date?!"
Risa told Sting in a calm tone, as she slightly frowned, "Yes, a morning date. You're not fighting any mages right now, and I could practically handle the team's little job on my own. That would leave you two with some time to talk and drink coffee together. Master, you should agree with me on this."
Sting replied a relaxed look on his face, before looking a bit irritated at Risa's last sentence, "Well, I can't argue with that logic. Lucy, let's go out to get some coffee. Also, Risa, stop calling me Master!"
The white dragon slayer started to walk away from the request board while he accidentally held Lucy's hand, and he would be glad to just talk with Lucy about her plans for today. That seemed like a nice conversation between two friends, since they could just chat while drinking some delicious coffees, and Sting could handle a morning date without any guidance. Rogue may not have been in the guild right now to advise Sting on what he could possibly tell Lucy on this first date, but Sting started to smile confidently at how this date would go well.
In contrast to his confidence, Lucy blushed in a flustered manner while her face comically expressed absolute surprise from how Sting was holding her hand. He held it with a tight grip while she walked behind him, almost like he wanted her to join him for the task of having breakfast on their morning date, and Lucy wondered if Sting was thinking of them both as an official couple. Lucy didn't want to rush into being Sting's girlfriend after just one morning date that was totally set up by Risa, but Lucy blamed her blushing face more than she blamed her friend for noticing it.
Even if Sting had been looking at the other girls who wore kimonos yesterday, Lucy started to think that she may have wanted him to only have his eyes on her when she was walking into Kuchiba Town's Bell Tower. When she unfolded the fan, Sting seemed to blush more. If that made Lucy seem to be like an intriguing woman to Sting, then his little feelings towards her weren't just related to her physical appearance. He was holding her hand while wanting to be close to her, wanting their hands to touch as a way of helping them have more of a connection, and Lucy started to smile a bit from how this would strengthen their bond. As Lucy quickly went out of the guild with Sting for this little date, she hoped that her impostor wasn't trying to date anyone right now.
Meanwhile, at the Fairy Tail guild...
Kotomi sat across from Erza at the table while giving her a smile of satisfaction, feeling quite pleased that Team Natsu managed to handle another job, and she was glad to show off her new spells of Celestial Spirit Magic on yesterday's mission that involved taking down a dark mage who was recently excommunicated from the Mermaid Heel guild for endangering the lives of her teammates on a dangerous mission that ended in failure. That mage was supposedly a female wizard who knew many of the guild's important secrets, too, and she almost leaked those secrets to the guild that was in a nearby town.
Kotomi was glad to be the one who killed that mage before she could reach the town of Seigan, since eliminating any wizards who got a good look at her new appearance could lead them to telling other mages about how they lost to a powerful blonde-haired girl from Fairy Tail, and Kotomi felt good about how nothing bad could happen if she kept pretending to be the real Lucy Heartfilia around a small group of mages. No one in Fairy Tail suspected that anything was ever off with Lucy, which made Kotomi feel quite relieved, and learning more spells of Celestial Spirit Magic also didn't seem out of the ordinary to anyone.
In fact, Erza was one of the people who congratulated Kotomi for taking down that mage with her strong spells. Erza simply thought that her friend had been training quite hard, since Kotomi even applied the gold aura of Celestial Spirit Magic to her own feet for her to move much faster, and Kotomi was glad that her high levels of speed confounded the enemy while she hit them with powerful spells of Celestial Spirit Magic. The golden blasts were so strong, and Erza was glad to see the woman who was supposedly her friend walk out of the golden smoke without a scratch.
The fact that Lucy did so well on that mission made Erza feel like she needed to give her friend most of the jewels, since Lucy surprised Erza by taking down the enemy by herself while making the fight be quite short, and Erza let Lucy keep 400,000 jewels. That left the remaining 100,000 jewels to be split fairly among the other members of Team Natsu, and Erza was glad that Lucy had no issue with the team going sightseeing in the snowy town to just make the time go by quickly until the next train showed up after sunrise.
"What job do you think that we should do today, Lucy?" Erza asked her friend with a calm look on her face, before gently sipping her cup of tea.
Kotomi responded with a soft smile on her face, as she looked around, "Erza, we should probably wait for Gray and Natsu to get here. After all, it's Gray's turn to choose the job."
Erza nicely told Lucy while starting to have a kind facial expression, "Natsu might show up later to go out on a job with us, but Gray may take a job by himself today. We may have defeated that mage at dawn, Lucy, but mages can still make money during the rest of the day. Besides, taking another job might allow Gray to fight the opponent."
That last sentence made Kotomi wonder if Gray was looking forward to taking down that criminal, since that mage also seemed to use ice, but she quickly frowned a bit from recalling how that mage's shards of ice would've probably been something that Gray could easily handle without any difficulty whatsoever. Kotomi didn't want any members of Team Natsu to be wasting their time, especially since Natsu comically broke into the apartment to rudely wake up Kotomi, and she simply felt like ending the mission quickly to give everyone some time to relax.
Natsu certainly needed that relaxation time, since sightseeing in Seigan Town came with the unfortunate situation of how the fire dragon slayer ended up getting motion sickness from accidentally tripping and falling into a light blue hovercraft that was located at the edge of an icy lake that was filled with ice floes as one of the town's attractions, and Erza was the person who had to get Natsu out of that vehicle after he slumped forward to accidentally push a button that sent the hovercraft towards the ice floes at high speeds.
Kotomi was glad that Erza changed into her Sea Empress Armor for the task of rescuing Natsu, since that just gave Kotomi some more info on the girl who she would have to kill later if her true identity was ever discovered by the members of Team Natsu, and she had also smirked in a scheming manner from how Erza used the Water Magic of her Sea Empress Sword to easily slice through some giant ice floes. That powerful slash shook the water, as well as quickly moving the ice floes that some tourists and locals were standing on, but the fact that the lake's water viciously shifted in several different directions made Natsu's hovercraft be pushed around until the vehicle's fuel ran out. As Kotomi faintly smirked at Erza while recalling that nice memory, the Communications Lacrima Crystal in her miniskirt's pocket began to ring loudly. She quickly got up from the table, and Kotomi politely smiled at Erza.
"Do you mind if I answer this in private, Erza?" Kotomi nicely asked her.
Erza responded kindly, before drinking the rest of her tea, "I don't mind, Lucy."
Kotomi asked the caller with a curious facial expression while lightly tapping the orb, after going down the staircase to hide behind a bush, "Yes? What is it?"
Kirika responded nicely while her face appeared in the center of the orb, smiling from seeing Kotomi, "Hello, sweetie. I'm just calling to say that I've received the news about how you stole the Emerald Star, and the client told me how they were impressed that no mages from guilds have been reported to be staking out the Tokiwa Museum to see if the culprit will come back. Good job with not getting caught, Kotomi."
Kotomi replied with a confident facial expression, as the feeling of sadism entered her cocoa brown eyes, "Thank you, Mistress Kirika. Although, you may be happy to hear that I killed a dark mage earlier today with some Celestial Spirit Magic. That piece of trash deserved it, especially after she was walking through the snowy forest with a pitiful level of Ice Magic."
Upon hearing that Kotomi got rid of a mage who seemed to be quite worthless, Kirika simply smirked in a pleased manner while being glad that one of Moon Rainbow's best mages got rid of a weakling by using powerful magic. Kirika watched Kotomi start to create a gold ring of Celestial Spirit Magic in her right hand, showing that she had certainly gotten stronger by learning new magic, and the brown-haired woman seemed quite impressed that one of her best mages was deciding to use an interesting type of magic for more acts of violence and thievery.
Kirika imagined how nice it would probably be for Kotomi to make Celestial Spirits steal from banks, as well as stealing some sacred items that could be added to Kirika's collection of beautiful possessions in the Moon Rainbow guild, and she merely giggled in a delighted manner from how Kotomi now had two types of magic that she could wield. She did hope that the thieving mage would use both types of magic wisely, though, and Kirika would be glad to eventually hear the news of when Kotomi destroyed the Fairy Tail guild.
In order to not keep Kotomi away from any people who truly believed that she was Lucy Heartfilia, Kirika simply tapped her Communications Lacrima Crystal to end the call. Kotomi put the orb back into the pocket of her black miniskirt, and she slightly smiled in a happy way. Kotomi seemed to like her fashion choices, and she looked down at the dark blue T-shirt that matched her sky blue flat shoes. Kotomi felt glad that she purchased that outfit earlier today with some of her cash, and the fact that women such as Cana Alberona and Lisanna Strauss seemed to like it made her feel glad about how someone in Fairy Tail was truly being fashionable. As Kotomi got up and walked back over to the staircase, she started to frown in a displeased manner at Erza's Heart Kreuz Armor. Kotomi personally thought that Erza wore clothes that went out of style, but that wouldn't be a major issue after Erza was brutally defeated. Kotomi walked up the stairs while starting to think about how Team Natsu's members were interestingly separated right now, and she wondered if Kirika would've agreed with her about how taking them down one at a time seemed to be a very smart idea.
Elsewhere, at Kirika's house...
Kirika placed her Communications Lacrima Crystal on a dark green nightstand, and she smiled down at the carpet that was in a regular shade of green while the walls were dark green. The leader of the Moon Rainbow guild was currently in her bedroom, and only a white cotton towel was around her body. She walked towards the nearby bathroom with a sultry smile on her face, glad that she got to talk with Kotomi again, and Kirika sighed nicely as she started to think about how Kotomi would probably be coming back to the Moon Rainbow guild soon.
When that day would arrive, Kirika felt like there would be nothing wrong with making Kotomi strip naked for her in private. Kirika's cheeks blushed as she slightly lowered her towel, allowing for more of her cleavage to be visible, and she started to think about how Kotomi would be showing her beautiful bare body as she begged for forgiveness. Kirika started to imagine Kotomi getting down on her hands and knees while she repeatedly begged to not be punished for making the artifact be delivered so late to the client, and Kirika would simply kneel down in front of her to rub her back.
The thought of Kotomi sighing happily from having her back rubbed made Kirika's lips form a satisfied smile, and she loosened her towel more to where it fell off as soon as she entered the bathroom. As Kirika walked into the bathroom that had a dark orange floor with walls in the regular shade of orange, she built up some magical power. A pink aura surrounded her body while she activated a spell of Memory-Make Magic, and this particular spell was known as Memory-Make: Sexiness. Kirika aimed her hand at the floor, which caused the pink aura to go there, and it created a bright pink light for a few seconds. The light quickly faded away to reveal that the nude body of Kotomi stood before Kiriko, and she had a submissive look in her cocoa brown eyes.
The fake Kotomi that Kirika created was now blushing at how her mistress was nude, liking how she had a nice body, and Kirika turned around to just push the fake Kotomi away with her large ass. She pushed the younger woman towards the bathtub, and Kirika turned around to see Kotomi blushing more. She got to hear Kotomi sigh happily from getting to feel Kirika's ass again, and Kirika's eyes became filled with lust from seeing Kotomi spread her legs as she fell to the ground. In fact, seeing Kotomi's blonde field of hair around her vagina made Kirika seem excited.
"Let's unleash our dirty desires before getting clean in the shower, my dear Kotomi." Kirika told her with a lustful look on her face, as she began to blush.
Kotomi responded in an obedient manner while smiling calmly, "Yes, Mistress Kirika."
Kirika replied to her in a sweet manner, before letting out a seductive giggle, "You're definitely wanting to have sex with me, based on how your legs are spread. Such a provocative pose, dear."
Kirika proceeded to crawl on her hands and knees while quickly going towards Kotomi, and she proceeded to stick two of her fingers into Kotomi's pussy. She pushed them in quite deep, which caused Kotomi to elicit a few moans of pleasure, and Kirika made her fingers swirl around in a circular motion as they touched the walls of Kotomi's pussy. Kirika used her other hand to grope one of Kotomi's breasts, which made the younger woman blush more as she gently moved her hips, and Kirika roughly groped Kotomi's breast while her fingers even caressed her nipple.
Kotomi moaned more from the pleasure while closing her eyes, her mind becoming filled with ecstasy, but her moans soon ceased from how Kirika roughly pressed her lips against hers for them to share a passionate kiss. Kirika let her tongue explore Kotomi's mouth, and she moved her hand away from Kotomi's breast for it to soon be stroking her thigh. Kirika closed her eyes while Kotomi also closed hers, and Kirika continued kissing her sexy apprentice as her body felt quite warm from the pleasure. She also started to pump her fingers in and out of Kotomi's pussy at a fast pace, but Kotomi soon broke the kiss.
She pushed herself on to Kiriko, and Kotomi was now on top of her. Kotomi placed both of her hands on her mistress' large breasts before she gently massaged them in circles, and she even started to suck on Kirika's nipples. She sucked so gently while her hands were quite soft, her light touches pleasuring Kirika, and Kotomi watched the older woman's fingers get out of her warm pussy as Kotomi attempted to clamp down on them. Kotomi simply rested her pussy on top of Kirika's vagina, and she felt so aroused while sweating profusely.
"Mistress Kirika... I love you." Kotomi sweetly told her, as she panted heavily.
Kirika responded while panting, sweat going down her body as she gave Kotomi a sultry smile, "Kotomi, you're... so sweet."
Kotomi told her in an aroused tone while letting out some moans, as she gently thrusted her pussy down on to Kirika's vagina, "Mistress Kirika, I'm... enjoying this. Ahhhhh... You want.. me to release my juices soon."
Kirika simply moaned in pleasure from feeling her apprentice's pussy repeatedly slam down against hers, bucking her hips as every thrust against her pussy felt as good as the thought of using her magic to make Kotomi have a big orgasm, and Kiriko even arched her back as Kotomi's thrusts got faster. Their breasts gently pressed together while their nipples brushed against each other, and Kirika moved her hands around to Kotomi's back. She slid her hands down to rub Kotomi's ass, and hearing her let out another moan of satisfaction made Kirika smile.
She continued to rub Kotomi's ass cheeks, rubbing them quickly to somewhat match the rhythm of Kotomi's pussy repeatedly thrusting against hers like they were enjoying tribadism, and Kirika let out a loud moan of pleasure from how Kotomi came down on her pussy with a powerful thrust. That made Kirika's cheeks blush hot pink while the warmth from Kotomi's pussy worked in combination with Kotomi's thrusts to make Kirika's pussy feel quite warm, and Kirika could feel her orgasm quickly building up. She bit down on her lower lip while being unable to suppress her orgasm, and Kirika released her juices all over Kotomi.
That prompted Kotomi to also release her warm juices, and Kirika simply closed her eyes while not minding how Kotomi's juices were all over her body. She slowly opened her eyes while panting as heavily as Kotomi, and Kirika gave Kotomi a soft kiss on the lips. The kiss didn't last long, however, and that was because of how Kirika didn't have enough magical power left to maintain the spell. The obedient clone of Kotomi started to vanish, leaving Kirika to be covered in the warm juices from their orgasms, and the sex had ended. Kirika slowly stood up to walk towards the bathtub and finally take a shower, but the sound of her Communications Lacrima Crystal ringing loudly shifted her attention away from showering. Kirika left the bathroom to be back in her bedroom, and she walked towards the blue orb. Kirika tapped the orb, and one of her newest mages seemed to have been calling her.
The red-haired girl who now had her hair in an upwards ponytail asked Kirika in a nervous tone, as she looked timid, "E-Excuse me, Miss Kirika? D-Do you want the good news or the bad news first?"
Kirika replied in a stern manner while still panting heavily, the feeling of worry starting to be in her eyes, "Give me... the good news. Make it... quick, so I can... take a shower."
The mage responded calmly as she closed her eyes while feeling somewhat afraid, "Well, I'm here in Kuchiba Town and the good news is that the ninth floor of the Bell Tower has some orange artifacts that I could steal for you or sell them for high prices."
Kirika asked her with a curious facial expression, recalling how a specific treasure from a book was rumored to be in Kuchiba Town, "What about that beautiful Sherbet Ring? It's in the Bell Tower, too, right?"
The younger girl explained to Kirika while she began shaking in fear, "I'm in front of the Bell Tower, Mistress Kirika, but the Sherbet Ring was apparently being worn by a beautiful woman who is the new princess of Kuchiba Town! Unfortunately, she doesn't live here and the people who saw her yesterday are claiming that she had gone into the Bell Tower with a pink-haired friend! She may be the same person who has the Crimson Ring, but please don't kill me for not getting here fast enough to stop her!"
Upon hearing how the newest treasure that she wanted was now in the hands of someone else, Kiriko angrily tapped the blue orb to turn it off. She wanted to say several swear words to that red-haired rookie who technically failed a task again, since she could not get all of the treasures that Kirika asked her to retrieve, but Kirika simply screamed loudly to express sheer frustration and shock at the situation. If this was the same mage who had the nerve to be possessing the Crimson Ring, then they were probably trying to start a guild war with Moon Rainbow by stealing treasure for a second time.
It seemed very unfortunate that Kirika's newest mage couldn't get the name of the wizard who stole that valuable ring, since that would help Kirika have some information about who she needed to kill, and this just made Kirika feel like she should've assigned these types of tasks to Kotomi or any of the mages who outranked her in Moon Rainbow. They would probably not mess up tasks like this, even though the Sherbet Ring being taken on the previous day was something that the rookie had no control over. Kiriko walked back into the bathroom to take a hot shower while thinking about what would be the next treasure that she needed to set her sights on, and she hoped that whoever had those two beautiful rings wasn't trying to get more fancy treasures right now.
15 minutes later, at a coffee shop in Kogane Town...
Lucy smiled nicely while she was trying to get a good cup of coffee for herself to drink while she stood at the front of the line with Sting standing behind her, and she was only hoping to get coffee in a flavor that would be very delicious. She looked at the brown menu on the green wall that was behind the cashier, and Lucy continued to smile as she ordered a Mocha Latte in the largest size with chocolate sprinkles and extra cream in it. The cashier was quick with preparing Lucy's order, and Lucy felt like the coffee was going to taste great.
As the barista made Lucy's coffee be in a large cup, Sting merely smiled in a respectable manner from how his green-haired friend seemed to really enjoy drinking sugary coffee. That prompted him to just wait behind her, and Sting would gladly order something to compliment Lucy's drink. His blue eyes glanced at the menu to see that the coffee shop was selling caramel-flavored drinks at half-price right now, and he would probably order one. Sting watched the barista finish preparing Lucy's drink to where she even put the dark green lid on the large white cup, and the moment that Lucy grabbed her drink was the moment that Sting decided to stand next to her.
The white dragon slayer ordered a Caramel Latte with vanilla syrup and vanilla sprinkles in it, before asking for extra cream, and he wanted the cup to be in the largest size. The barista simply nodded in approval while turning around to prepare Sting's order, and Sting gave Lucy a confident smile as he believed that he could handle all of the sugar that was going to be in his sweet drink. His confident smile made Lucy quickly get out of the line while she felt her cheeks start to be filled with the warmth that was associated with blushing, and she walked over to a light brown round table. The fact that she walked away from Sting made him be a bit puzzled, since girls weren't usually walking away from him after seeing his confident smile, and Sting hoped that Lucy wasn't going to just be annoyed by this date.
He pulled out fifteen-thousand jewels from the left pocket of his black pants, and Sting handed all of the money to the barista as a way to pay for both of the coffees. Lucy softly smiled from seeing Sting pay for her coffee, since his nice smile actually distracted her to where she forgot to pay for her drink, and she felt like he would definitely have to be repaid later for that nice act of spending money on her. After all, Lucy didn't mind that Risa let Sting sell one of the gold artifacts in the treasure chest to where he presumably got a high amount of money from a gold-loving merchant who visited Kogane Town yesterday evening. Sting watched the barista put the drink on the counter and count the money, before seeing that it totaled up to the exact price of two large coffee drinks, and he picked up the coffee drink. Sting turned to Lucy, before walking towards her, and he hoped that she would be enjoying this date.
"Well, we got our coffee drinks. Lucy, let me know if you want to do some other fun things today. It might make you be less nervous about our date." Sting calmly told her, before sipping his drink as he sat down in the chair that was across from her.
Lucy responded while blushing and looking flustered, before choosing to comically take a large sip of her coffee, "I'm not nervous, Sting! This is my first date, and I just hope that I at least look okay!"
Sting replied to her as he smiled confidently, "Lucy, you look great. In fact, you usually look awesome when it comes to fashion."
Lucy told him with a somewhat timid look on her face while putting her cup down on the table, "Wow, Sting. It's nice that you think I look fashionable, and you probably think I looked amazing yesterday in that kimono."
The fact that she mentioned yesterday's event that involved the coronation of Lucy as a princess simply caused Sting to chuckle in a happy manner, as he thought that she looked so beautiful when she was dressed up like the other dancers. Sting had even paid attention to Lucy's dancing when he was watching the Lacrima Vision screens, really liking how she easily spun around while calmly smiling for the crowd, and Sting could only criticize her on the fact that she didn't at least blow a kiss down to the crowd when the dance was over.
He thought about how that would've made Lucy seem like an even more beautiful princess who had to be admired by Kuchiba Town's people, but Sting certainly admired Lucy's dancing while also liking her beauty. He calmly looked at her to see that she wore a pink one-shoulder top with a two-layered red skirt, and Sting had noticed that the top layer was in a cherry shade of red while the bottom layer was in a crimson shade of red. Lucy also wore some crimson red sandals, and she definitely made a good choice by having this as one of her newest outfits.
Sting admired how Lucy was making the best out of her new life by making herself have an amazing sense of fashion, and he definitely liked her beauty. Sting continued to look at Lucy while drinking more of his large coffee, really enjoying the taste of his drink while he also enjoyed Lucy's great taste in fashion, and he started to have the feeling of curiosity in his eyes from noticing Lucy's blushing cheeks. He watched her sip the coffee while her cheeks were continuing to blush in a rosy shade of pink, which made Sting wonder why Lucy was blushing so much on their first date, but Sting frowned a bit as his mind thought of one possible reason.
"Listen, Lucy. This is my first date, too, so I really hope that I'm not making you nervous by typically being confident or mentioning how you look amazing." Sting told her in a calm tone, as one of his hands gently rubbed one of her blushing cheeks for a moment.
Lucy asked Sting with a stunned look on her face, gasping a bit from realizing that he was possibly detecting her feelings of nervousness, "Sting, you really think that your compliments make me flustered or nervous? Don't you think that I'm wondering why you tell me that I always look great, especially when this body is Kotomi's and not mine? You're an awesome and confident person, but why just flatter me about my supposedly beautiful appearance and not see anything other than that?"
That prompted Sting to reply with sternness in his voice, before smiling as he decided to explain himself, "Is that what you think, Lucy? You think that I only like you because of how you look beautiful in Kotomi's body? Well, your thoughts are pretty far from what I'm thinking about when I see you. Personally, I view you as a loud chick who can also be funny and even be a fierce wizard when you need to be. Also, your personality is really showing some inner beauty."
Lucy widened her eyes in an amazed manner from hearing that last sentence, the blush starting to slightly fade from her cheeks while she liked how Sting's words seemed so genuine, and she put down her cup of coffee. Lucy started to give Sting a very kind smile from seeing that he wasn't just attracted to her outer beauty, as her personality was also making Sting want to be around her, and she watched him start to rub her cheek. Lucy really liked how Sting wasn't a shallow human being, as he truly valued other traits besides her beauty, and she just kept smiling.
Confidence began to find its way into Sting's eyes, and he liked how his friend seemed to be happier instead of being flustered. Sting didn't care about how Lucy's outward appearance made her be physically beautiful to him, since her personality had been just as noticeable for Sting to feel like their friendship could definitely have some chemistry, and he would be glad to keep supporting Lucy in her quest to get her original body back. Even if that took many years or months, Sting would gladly never let Lucy's physical appearance seem like it was more valued than her awesome personality.
In fact, Sting thought about Lucy seemed to be a bit shy yesterday while walking into the Bell Tower. He moved his hand away from her cheek while thinking about how that shyness actually made Lucy seem very attractive, and Sting felt like there was a bit of irony to Lucy being timid when she wanted to do her best in the dance ritual. Lucy had the Sherbet Ring, which presumably allowed her to use Earth Magic that typically represented immense strength, and Sting softly smiled at how it seemed very nice that a strong woman such as Lucy had a timid side. As he drank his coffee again, Sting simply smiled at Lucy while liking how her interesting personality was making him start to slightly blush. He may have had little feelings of love for Lucy, but seeing her continue to kindly smile at him made Sting wonder if Lucy's blushing was also associated with her having feelings of love or admiration for him.
How was Chapter 14? Feel free to tell me your thoughts on it. I wanted Sting and Lucy to just have a little date before they went out on their first major date, and their chemistry is getting more and more interesting. Also, they will have more StiCy moments in the next part of the post-Sherbet Earth Arc. Speaking of more moments, Kotomi and Team Natsu will also have more moments in the next chapter, especially when they have to handle a task. Also, Lucy will have a task that is just as important. I'll update soon. :)
