I have not worked on this story in several years. As such my writing style has changed. I will be TRYING to update all of my stories, even if the chapters are small, every few weeks from now on.

I know this update is short, and probably not what a lot of people were hoping for, but I hope that it is satisfying enough for now. I lost all my notes and plot outlines for my stories, and as such I need to go back in and create new outlines and find out what kind of plot I want and where exactly I want to take this.

I want to thank everyone who has stuck with me thus far. Y'all's support has meant the world to me.

Hope to see y'all soon with another update!

"So… magic is real?" Haruhi questions, her eyes still staring in disbelief at the swamp oozing black goo onto the floor from its place on the wall.

Harry, after shooting a dirty glare to the two red headed twins, gives her a careful smile. "Yes, magic is real."

"And you are all… magical?" Haruhi, again, questions. Her eyes still transfixed onto the magical swamp stuck to the side of a wall.

"Yes, we are all magical." Harry, again, confirms. His black brows furrow into a pinched look as his eyes shoot over to Remus, a silent conversation exchanged. "Are you… okay with that?" Harry can feel his heart in his throat. Haruhi has become like a sister to him, he can't imagine losing her. But, magic is who he, and his family, is. He can't exactly give it up.

Peeling her eyes from the swamp, Haruhi locks gazes with Harry. She stares intently into his eyes, before her gaze shifts to each other wizard in the room. Sirius looks sheepish, his transformation from a dog back into a human being the one that solidified her belief that what she was witnessing was actually magic and not an after affect of the mental trauma the Host Club put her through on a daily basis. His sapphire eyes puppy dog beg her, for what, she's not entirely sure. But she now understands why Harry can hardly say no to his dog father. (And doesn't that joke just make a lot more sense now?) Haruhi thinks with a mental laugh.

Remus is sitting besides Sirius on the loveseat. His calloused hands wringing themselves in his lap. Haruhi knows that Remus is the more responsible of the two, so she knows that Remus must be feeling a lot of guilt towards Haruhi for her rather abrupt introduction to the magical world. His eyes continuously jump from Haruhi, to Harry, to Sirius, and back again. He seems like he wants to say something, with the way his mouth keeps twitching, but he doesn't. Most likely trusting his godson to help Haruhi through this. Haruhi can appreciate the sentiment. It has been a little easier hearing everything from Harry. She has the feeling Remus would just apologize continuously for what she has witnessed and any potential mental scarring it would leave.

The last place Haruhi looks is at the pair of red headed twins huddled together on another couch. Haruhi thinks that Harry was right, these two twins are far more alike than her own. With Kaoru and Hikaru there were slight differences that gave them away, the biggest being the vocal tones. These twins did not have that difference. Even their freckle placement was identical. Both twins are even giving her the same grimacing smile. Though Haruhi thinks the grimace has more to do with the fact that Harry is glaring hellfire at them behind her back than anything she has done.

Ripping her eyes away from the twins, Haruhi locks eyes with Harry again. "Why wouldn't I be okay with it?" She questions, quirking her eyebrow and allowing a small smirk to adorn her features.

Sirius chokes, with Remus slapping his hand against the smaller male's back. Both Fred and George's eyes go wide. Harry's face goes through a myriad of emotion, before finally landing on stunned.

Haruhi shrugs her petite shoulders, finding mirth in the situation. "You are all still the same. So you can use magic? So what. It doesn't change who you are on the inside. It does not change the type of people you are. It does not change how you have treated me, the memories we have made." Here Haruhi pauses, taking in the shimmering tears in Harry's eyes with an empathetic expression. She reaches out and takes his hands in hers. "You are still just Harry to me."

Harry jumps forward, engulfing the cross dresser in a tight hug. His frame is wracked with sobs as he holds her tightly. Haruhi runs a soothing hand down his back, allowing her touch to offer him comfort. "It's okay." She whispers into his ear. "I'm not leaving you."

Burying his face into her neck, Harry breathes deeply the scent that she is exuding. Shock, love, and most importantly of all, acceptance. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much, Haruhi." Harry wetly rasps, his words coming out muddled. After the debacle with the Dursley's in regards to his magic, Harry was scared as to how any other muggle he cared about would react.

Rubbing his back again, Haruhi gives him one more tight squeeze before freeing herself. "So, care to introduce me to your twins and to also give me some details about magic?"

It is several hours later with Haruhi and Harry sequestered into his room. The brunette is flipping through a tome on the History of Magic. She has made impressive headway into the massive book.

"Remus is a werewolf, Sirius is an animagus, Hedwig is your bonded familiar, the twins are bonded soulmates, you all have magic. Is there anything else I'm missing?" Haruhi sassily asks Harry, who is sitting next to her petting the black dragon plushie Honey had given him.

Harry shoots her a mischievous grin, his green eyes sparkling. He reaches up to pull off his tear drop pendant necklace he always wears. "As a matter of fact, there is."

Let it be said, Haruhi accepted Harry's Drakan form easier than she did the swamp on the wall.
