And I'm back with Chapter 12, I hope you guys are all doing well. This will probably the last chapter I'm gonna post before my big break, I'll still finish it though.
Wawanakwa Hospital
5:30pm
ER room
Courtney, Geoff, Bridgette, Miller and Heather are all gathered around Duncan's hospital bed, the delinquent is sitting straight up but completely silent and lowering his head in complete guilt. Not to mention he just sobbed on Courtney's shoulder not too long ago. Everyone just stared at him, feeling a bit bad since he was nearly killed by a dog but at the same time feeling frustrated because he drugged Alejandro. The delinquent can be seen peeking over at Heather, who just raised an eyebrow, it seems that the delinquent is too afraid to talk to her. The raven haired girl just sighed.
"Okay, if you wanna say something to me then just say it" Heather pleaded. Duncan finally looked up.
"...uh...ho...how did you know about me and Jose?" He asked.
"Well...I happen to ask Alejandro myself what happened because something definitely felt wrong when he failed the exam, so with that information...I talked to Bridgette, Geoff was proven guilty of the trip and they helped me investigate at the arcade" Heather explained, the blonde couple just simply nodded.
"So...you all probably know right now...even my dad right?" He nervously asked.
"Yep, he and the police are currently investigating Jose" Heather replied, Duncan just gulped in fear, thinking that he will be investigated as well since he was part of the plan.
"...uh...are you guys angry at me?" Duncan nervously asked, the four just looked at each other.
"The truth?" Heather asked, the delinquent nodded.
"Yeah/Kinda/You drugged a person so yeah/Pretty much/Technically yeah" They all said in unison, Duncan just groaned in defeat.
"You drugged a person Duncan, and caused him to fail" Courtney mentioned.
"...and ruined his image and social life as a result" Heather mentioned.
"Even that crosses the line in juvie standards" Miller admitted, crossing his arms.
"But...for now, we're not trying to vent out in front of you because you're pretty messed up" Geoff said.
"Yep, I don't think anyone deserves to get attacked by a dog like that" Bridgette added.
"What breed was the dog again?" Heather questioned.
"A German Shephard" Courtney replied. "Trust me, that dog is literally aggressive!" She added.
"It took us a long time to get it off Duncan's leg, not to mention that we even heard his bone crack in the process" Miller mentioned, the rest cringed at the thought of this and stared at Duncan's injured leg that is elevated.
"Yep...It was very painful, it felt like something just drilled my leg so deep into my bone" Duncan mentioned. "But I still love dogs...just not the aggressive ones" He added.
"They better transfer that dog to an animal hospital" Courtney hoped. Heather turned to the delinquent.
"Look Duncan, I do not wanna pressure you or anything but...since we already know everything...Do you mind telling us other information that we need to know?" Heather asked suspiciously.
"Yeah Duncan...why did you work with the popular girls?" Courtney asked, the delinquent widened his eyes but he's just completely defeated. With everyone already knowing the context, there is no point of lying anymore. He took a deep breath and a sigh.
"Okay fine...I'll tell you guys what happened..." Duncan said, as everyone(even Miller) decided to listen.
Flashback:
Three days before the exams
4:52pm
It was when Duncan and Geoff parted ways after DJ was fetched. the delinquent was just walking alone in the quiet street, he walked pass an empty soda can lying on the sidewalk, he just kicked it away in boredom.
"You could at least throw that in a trash can you know" A voice called out, the delinquent raised an eyebrow, he turned around and saw Alejandro's older brother smirking at him.
"...Are you following me?" Duncan asked suspiciously.
"Only because I need a minute from you" Jose replied flatly.
"A minute?" Duncan rolled his eyes. "Whatever it is, I don't care" He flatly replied before walking away, The hispanic guy just frowned but smirked afterwards.
"Not even if you want to pass the exams?" Jose loudly asked, this definitely caught the delinquent's attention. "I knew you'd be interested" Jose remarked.
"What are we talking about here?" The delinquent curiously asked.
"Okay, I heard your conversation with your schoolmate a while ago and it seems that you were paired up with my younger brother" Jose mentioned.
"Yeah, so what? If you're gonna ask me to sabotage our project for your own satisfaction then you're completely wasting my time. Projects have a higher grade percentage than exams dummy, no way I'm gonna ruin that opportunity" Duncan stated.
"Relax amigo, that's not the favor I'm asking you to do" Jose said. "Look, do you know that there is a gaming tournament on Wednesday?" Jose asked.
"Yeah, I was just about to sign up for that...why do you ask?" Duncan suspiciously asked.
"I need you to convince my brother to go to that tournament" Jose stated.
"Yeah...never gonna happen. Alejandro wouldn't let himself get distracted especially since the exams are coming" Duncan mentioned.
"He will if it involves beating his older brother" Jose added, the delinquent raised an eyebrow. "Look Duncan, my younger brother has been trying to prove himself in front of my family for these past 17 years, the funny thing is he fails miserably every single time" Jose said before chuckling a bit, Duncan didn't know if this was funny or just plain b*tchy.
"Okay, just get to the point" Duncan said in annoyance.
"I want you to sabotage him in the tournament" Jose replied, the delinquent raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?" He curiously asked. The Latino moved closer to him.
"I'm gonna show you something" Jose said before grabbing something from his undershirt, he showed a small medicine bottle named "Pon-Thwang". "Familiar with this medicine?" Jose asked. The delinquent just shook his head in response. "It's a chinese herbal medicine that helps you concentrate and have a better memory, that is if you only dropped a teaspoon of this into a glass of water" He explained.
"...and what if you drank more than one teaspoon?" Duncan asked curiously.
"You will suffer consequences then like Erratic Behaviour, Sudden Activeness, Memory Loss, Hallucinations etcetera. In other words, you go crazy drunk or just plain crazy" The Hispanic guy stated.
"...and Is this supposed to help me pass the exam?" The delinquent questioned.
"Oh it's not for you, it's for Alejandro...I'll give this bottle to you before the tournament, you make sure that my brother drinks the whole bottle before the big game" He stated, the delinquent widened his eyes.
"Hold up...you're asking me to drug him?!?" Duncan scoffed. "I may be a delinquent but that doesn't mean that I have to go over board like this" He said in annoyance.
"Funny how this is coming from the same guy who bullies a nerd for 4 straight years...I mean amigo, what you're doing to the poor nerd was just very unpleasant and appaling" Jose mentioned.
"Don't try to change the subject" Duncan said in annoyance.
"I'm not changing the subject amigo. I'm just telling the truth, proving that you are capable of doing such a malicous thing to a person. I mean, you've been assaulting, harrassing and teasing a person for 4 straight years for your own satisfaction but you don't wanna make your arch enemy temporarily drunk for just about 24-36 hours? You're better than that Duncan" Jose tempted.
"Those are two different things. Harold is annoying and tampered my votes to my girlfriend-" Duncan was cut off.
"Yes amigo, I've heard. It's an event that happened YEARS ago. It's either you can't move on or you're just finding an excuse to harrass the geek...My bet is on the second one" Jose teased, the delinquent just glared at him.
"Whatever, I'm not drugging a person. You're just wasting my time here" Duncna dismissed before walking away.
"If you managed to do this then I assure you that I can give you the answers for the final exam" Jose tempted one more time.
"Doesn't matter, I'd rather fail the exam than drug a person for my own satisfaction not to mention drugging a guy will get me into a BIGGER punishment. No f*cking way do I want that to happen" Duncan dismissed as he walked away. Jose frowned once again.
5:03pm
Duncan's House
The delinquent has just arrived in his home, as soon as he opened the door he expecting a greeting from his mother and a negative comment from his father.
"Hi Sweetie! How's school?" His mother greeted him.
"Oh the delinquent is back, let me guess you were suspended from school weren't you?" His father asked, he was then elbowed by his wife, who glared at him. Either way, the delinquent didn't respond and just headed straight upstairs without saying a single word.
"That wasn't a very good thing to say!" The mother exclaimed.
"The guy's a criminal, what do you expect me to say?!" His father exclaimed.
"At least show a little appreciation to your own son!" The wife said, her husband started walking away.
"I'll show a little appreciation when he stops being a delinquent and start being a normal human being for once" The father said as he walks away, his wife just rolled her eyes at this.
"Jeez, now I know where Duncan's stubborness came from" His wife fired back. The husband just rolled his eyes.
6:30pm
The delinquent is just sitting by his desk and computer, playing an online game with his buddies.
"Oh Geoff come on, I NEED SOME SHIELDS! I NEED SOME SHIELDS!" He yelled at the screen, unknown to him, someone is knocking on his bedroom door due to him wearing headphones.
"KNOCK, KNOCK,KNOCK" The knocking becomes louder and louder.
"DUNCAN!" His mother called, she proceeded to knock again, there was no response. "AUGH, That's it, I'm coming in there" She said before opening the door and approaching his son behind him, he still had no idea that she is already in the room.
"COME ON! COME ON! GEOFF PROTECT ME!" He loudly yelled at the screen, still not realizing his mom is just standing behind him. His mother just sighed before pulling the main cord out of the outlet, completely shutting down the computer. "HEY!!!!!" The delinquent exclaimed, shocked his screen just turned to black. "What the-" He turned to see his mom staring at him, her hands on her hips. "Augh, Mom...why did you shut down my computer?" He completely groaned.
"It was the easiest way to get your attention off that online game you were playing" She pointed out, the delinquent just rolled his eyes.
"Mom, what do you want?" He questioned. His mother just sat down on his bed, facing him.
"I just want to talk to you about your father" She mentioned.
"Augh, mom we've been over this. For the last time, I'm not gonna have an "open forum" with him" He stated.
"Yeah but can you and your father just atleast...talk it out?" She begged.
"Mom, that would never happen. I heard it myself, he will only start appreciating me once I stopped being a delinquent and become a "normal" person" Duncan mentioned.
"He never meant that Duncan" His mother said.
"I completely doubt that statement" His son replied flatly, his mother just sighed. "Look Mom, I can't do anything about that...dad hates delinquents and I don't care...end of story" He dismissed.
"Can you really blame your father for disliking you?!? He raised you to be better, to be good. And you become a criminal in return!...Normally delinquents like you would be kicked out of their house by their own parents yet your father never did such a thing to you!" She exclaimed. Duncan was just completely silent. "Do you wanna know why? It's because he loves you Duncan, he cares about you!" She stated. Her son just gave a groan.
"What do you want me to do mom?!?" He questioned.
"I just want you to atleast impress your father, prove to him that you're not just any delinquent that has no purpose other than being a criminal...impress him...like...uh...that's it you're exam...impress him by passing the final exam" She pleaded.
"...and that's gonna make him hate me less?" Duncan asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Maybe...I don't know...but I do know that if you passed the exam, he will finally see something better in you plus if you fail that exam, you know you're gonna take a remedial test and I don't think you could handle it this time" She said, his son began to think. "Please..." She begged. The delinquent began eyeing her before finally deciding.
"Augh...alright fine, I'll try my best" Duncan said as he groaned. His mother immediately smiled and hugged him.
"Aww thanks sweetie" She happily said before walking away and left the room. The delinquent just sighed
8:30pm
"Now that we already have the given variables, all we need to do is find the formula by yada yada yada yada blah blah blah-" This is all the delinquent could hear when watching a calculus tutorial video on Youtube. He wasn't really listening at all, he was just way too bored and way too lazy to even listen. He was slowly falling asleep, he doesn't even realize it until his head fell down on the desk. "Aughhhhh...this is too boring!" He complained as he paused the video and erased the tab. He groaned even louder, standing up from his seat and just falling down towards his bed face first. "Damn it, how am I gonna pass this stupid exam?!?" He exclaimed as he layed his head back in bed.
"If you managed to do this then I assure you that I can give you the answers for the final exam" He suddenly remembered Jose's favor, which he initially declined but considering his situation he might reconsider that decision. Without hesitation he quickly stood up from his bed and grabbed his cellphone, immediately calling the older brother of his arch enemy.
"Come on, come on...pick up" He muttered while waiting for the hispanic guy to answer the call until finally...
"It seems that you had changed your mind amigo" Jose said as soon as he picked up the call. The delinquent sighed.
"Yes I did...Listen, about the answers in the exams...how will you manage to do that?" Duncan questioned.
"Oh I was just about to explain that part to you...you see, you're not the only person involved in this scheming plan" Jose mentioned, the delinquent raised an eyebrow. "I'm gonna send you someone's cellphone number. You call it as soon as you receive it" The Latino said before hanging up, not too long until the delinquent received a cellphone number from him. Even though he doesn't fully trust the Latino, he still called the number regardless. Once again he waited for the person to pick up the call until...
"Hello, Is this you Duncan?" A familiar voice answered. The delinquent immediately widened his eyes when he realized what he just fell into.
"TAYLOR?!?" He exclaimed.
"Correct...you shocked?" She teasingly asked.
"What the...why...ho...WHY DID JOSE SENT ME TO YOU?!?" Duncan questioned.
"Oh...right well If you're wondering why then it's because I paid Jose to convince you to call me" Taylor explained. "Now that you're here I have an offer for you, which you should know by now" She mentioned. The delinquent sighed.
"Yes...Jose asked me If I wanted answers for the final exam which I agreed to" He flatly replied.
"Well then you're in the right place, listen Duncan, I have a secret to tell you...Me, Heather, Amy and Sugar made a deal with a shoplifter slash hacker named Ryan Talker. He has the power to hack the final answers for the exams" Taylor mentioned.
"Okay...so basically Ryan is just gonna send us the answers for the exam and-" He was immediately cut off.
"WHAT?!? No dummy, that requires too much work. I forgot to mention that Ryan is also a con artist, so instead of him sending the answers, he will be the one making our own test papers and replace it with our original test papers on the day of the exam. All we need to do is send him the additional information needed in the exam answer sheet like name, class number, cellphone number etc." Taylor explained, the delinquent was actually impressed by this since this is basically a ticket to pass the exam. He actually knew who Ryan Talker was, he knew he was a con artist so he basically sighed in relief...however there is one problem...it's Taylor. He's basically making a deal with the popular girls, which is a very risky move since their group is known for causing backstabbing, manipulating and assaulting people.
"Hold up...why are you telling me this?" Duncan asked curiously.
"Because...I need a favor from you" Taylor said, the delinquent wasn't surprised at all. He knew what he was in for since it was the popular girls. "You're the only other delinquent in Heather's class...and I need a favor from you because you're the only one capable of doing such malicous things" She added.
"...alright, what's the favor?" He asked.
"It's just a simple favor...make sure Gwen fails this semester not because of the exam but because of the project" She replied, the delinquent immediately widened his eyes. "I mean, the projects literally have a higher percentage than the exam so...I want you to sabotage her" She added.
"Woah, woah...What?!? Why? Why are you asking me to do that?!?" He asked.
"Because she is a threat to our group, she's annoying, a gothic looser, and none of us can stand her" Taylor replied. "...can you do it?" She asked, the delinquent just stood frozen. He may not be close with Gwen as he is with DJ and Geoff but Gwen is the one his closest with outside his friend group in Wawanakwa High School. He started sweating nervously, he couldn't give an answer, he can't afford to backstab one of his friends just for him to pass the exam. "...Duncan?...are you there?...You know it's okay if you back out of this deal. But I like to remind you...we have access to the directory of every student in Wawanakwa High School and Ryan has access to the final answers. We basically have the power of this exam, I could ask Ryan to make 5-10-15 even a 100 copies of every student's answer sheet. I can tell Ryan if that student fails or passes the exam since he is a con artist. Basically, the fate of every student's test score is in OUR hands" Taylor threatened, the delinquent started to think, If he backed out in this deal, Taylor would replace his test paper with an even lower score but If he agrees, it means he has to sabotage his friend.
He then had na idea if he could just not do the favor and just backstab Taylor after the exams since the test papers will probably be replaced before the passing of the final requirements will even happen, Unfortunately this idea wouldn't work after Taylor spoke up.
"Oh and if you try to backstab me by not doing the favor or if you try to turn me in to other people then let me remind you...I have a bodyguard who works in this school, and he can create EVERY lie in order to get students from spreading the truth about us. I can do the same thing for you Duncan, worst case scenario you'll probably be expelled from this school" Taylor threatened, this left the delinquent with no choice but to agree with her. It took a while before he finally responded.
"Okay...fine I'll do it" Duncan replied forcefully.
"Very Good Duncan, you made the right choice. So yeah, all you need to do is backstab Gwen and you finally have to pass the exam...bye" Taylor dismissed as she hung up. The delinquent wasn't obviously happy. He quickly threw his phone across the room in anger.
"DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He yelled in anger, realizing that he just fell for a trap, he ha dno choice but to backstab Gwen, otherwise he'll be turned in by Taylor's bodyguard any minute. He continued to grunt in anger, he was about to call Jose and vent on him saying that he got him in this mess but then he remembered that he has to meet Alejandro tomorrow for the pair project. He just groaned and decided to just confront the Latino tomorrow at his house.
1:15am
It was already very late, very early in the morning. No surprise the delinquent is still awake at this time, he's just playing a game in his cellphone, pretty much procrastinating to sleep. This is when his game was interrupted because someone called him. He already knew it was Taylor because of the cellphone number so he just picked it up.
"Why are you calling me at this hour?" He asked curiously.
"Why are you still awake at this hour?" Taylor asked back, the delinquent rolled his eyes.
"Can't sleep, how about you, why are YOU still awake at this hour?" Duncan asked.
"I have a story to tell you...you see we just got out of the Wawanakwa Police Station-" Taylor was immediately cut off by Duncan's sudden burst of laughter.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...Oh man, I knew that someone is gonna turn you in" Duncan thought.
"What? No! No one turned me in you idiot!" Taylor corrected.
"...oh" Duncan dissappintedly said. "What did you do in the police station then?" He asked curiously.
"That's a good question...It all started at around 7 in the evening, I was just having dinner with my family when all off a sudden I heard a glass crack and a car alarm going off. So as I soon as I stepped outside my mansion, I see your classmate Ezekiel, holding a brick and then I see my Lamborghini Huracan Spyder DAMAGED because your homeschooled sexist classmate threw BRICKS AT IT!!!!" Taylor angeily narrated. The delinquent immediately chuckled hearing this but not out loud so that he can't be heard by the spoiled brat.
"Uh...well...jeez...that's awful" Duncan said, pretending to care even though it was laughable because the spoiled brunnette deserved it.
"Yes, it was awful. REALLY AWFUL. And what's worse is that at the police station, the police are blind enough that they defended Ezekiel saying that he is just an 'innocent bystander' which is TOTAL BULLSH*T!" Taylor angrily yelled. "Can you believe they would trust that sexist b*tch over a beautiful woman like me?!?" She exclaimed.
"Yeah...that's pretty awful" Duncan said, again he's only pretending to care even though he found this satisfying.
"So...now I have a change of plans" Taylor said, the delinquent raised an eyebrow. "Instead of Gwen, I want you to sabotage Ezekiel instead" She said. Hearing this, the delinquent sighed in relief that he won't be having to sabotage his friend but it didn't make him any better. He wasn't really close with the home schooled boy, but still it feels wrong. Even when he's been bullying Harold for 4 years straight, he never once did something that affected the geek's grades. "You got that?" Taylor asked.
"Uh...yeah, yeah got it" Duncan quickly responded.
"You better not be talking behind my back because if you did, I assure you that YOU will regret it" Taylor threatened.
"Chillax goldilocks, I'm cool with it as long as I pass the exam then all is good" Duncna assured even though he still didn't wanna sabotage Ezekiel.
"Great...well see ya on the exams Duncan" Taylor hung up. The delinquent sighed again before lying back in bed.
"I can't believe I got myself into this mess" He muttered a he stared up in his ceiling.
The next day...
2:01pm
Alejandro's House
The older hispanic brother is just lying in his bed, waiting for the delinquent to finish up with his pair project so that he can talk to him after. A knock was then heard in his bedroom door, he stood up and opened it, realizing it was actually Duncan. He took a peek around the hallway making sure no one sees them before pulling the delinquent towards his bedroom and closing the door.
"You guys are done already?" Jose asked.
"No. Alejandro left the house for a while to buy more polymer clay" Duncan said before glaring at the Latino. "Let me ask you something, why did you turn me to Taylor?!" He asked angrily. The Latino just smirked.
"Why so angry amigo? You're the one who wanted the answers for the exams, so I gave you an option" Jose teased.
"You could've told me that you were gonna turn me in to Taylor! And fun fact, we won't get the answers for the exam, Taylor has a shoplifter ex con artist hack for the answers and do a replica of our own test papers so that he could replace it with the original ones" Duncan explained.
"Well...aren't you relieved that you won't be studying anymore? I mean from what I know you're lazy yet your so desperate to pass the exam" The Latino said.
"I'm not happy that I'm now part of the 'popular girls' scheme. NO ONE trusts the popular girls in my school. They caused multiple students into trouble and suspension, they backstabbed multiple students...and since I'm now part of this plan I can't turn away from it because she will likely get me into trouble once I did!" Duncna angrily explained.
"I don't see anything wrong with that. I gave you a ticket to pass the exam without working hard for it. I suggest you just be thankful Duncan" Jose said in annoyance, the delinquent rolled his eyes. He didn't wanna give anymore information about Taylor giving him a favor in return.
"Does Taylor know about this scheme about 'drugging' Alejandro?" Duncna asked curiously.
"Shhhhhhhh be quiet Duncan...don't worry Taylor doesn't know about this. In fact, you and me are the only ones aware of this scheming. Lastly, it's not 'drugging' the symptoms of the herbal medicine only lasts for 24-36 hours" Jose corrected.
"So? that's still technically drugging. I did a little research on that bottle and I just figured that this medicine is banned in Canada. You better make sure you know what you're doing because I don't wanna be in bigger trouble" The delinquent said.
"Relax amigo, I got it under control. Going back to our plan, it's just simple. I'll deliver the medicine tomorrow early in the morning, make sure Alejandro drinks the medicine in someway, you can mix it with any other drink or anything but just make sure that it's more than one teaspoon otherwise it wouldn't be fun" Jose explained.
"Hold up...why can't you just give it to me now?" Duncan questioned.
"I'm empty handed Duncan, I used the bottle yesterday on someone else. Now I have to go back to my supplier to buy another one...do we have a deal Duncan?" He asked, the delinquent just rolled his eyes. "I'll give you 500 dollars as a reward" He added.
"Augh, fine I'll do it" Duncan said, crossing his arms.
"Good" Jose smirked.
Flashback ends:
Back to Present...
"...after I was dropped off my house the day before the exams, Jose called me telling me that he knew all about us going to Toronto. He just followed us back and forth amd decided to just watch us. And then later at night, Taylor called me. She told me that I should now sabotage two people which are Ezekiel and Heather. Yeah, that's basically everything you guys need to know" Duncan finished his story, the 5 students just sat there, all completely silent of what they just heard. The silence was however broken when a familiar voice called out.
"Interesting story" All 6 of the students immediately widened their eyes as the curtain beside the delinquent's hospital bed was slid open revealing that a vengeful Latino was listening in the background all along.
"Oh boy" Geoff muttered as he knows things are about to get ugly. The delinquent immediately gulped in fear and started sweating nervously.
"Uh...look...Alejandro...I never meant to hurt you-"
"OH SHUT UP DUNCAN!" Alejandro barked so loud that it echoed around the room, it completely startled everyone. "What? 'Oh sorry Alejandro, I was only trying to pass the exam'...so all is forgiven then?!? HUH?!?" He exclaimed, the delinquent lowered his head in shame. "PATHETIC, In other words I call this BULLSH*T, I payed attention to your story mister delinquent. My older brother gave you a choice, YOU had an option to say no but did you say no? I don't think so. BECAUSE OF YOU, I BECAME DRUNK OUT OF NOWHERE. BECAUSE OF YOU, I FAILED THE EXAM. BECAUSE OF YOU, I WAS CAUGHT FORGING MY OWN PAPERS BY MY OWN MOTHER. BECAUSE OF YOU, I WAS TEASED BY STUDENTS IN REMEDIAL CLASSES CAUSING ME TO EXHIBIT VIOLENCE TOWARDS A BULLY AND GOT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF IT!!!!!...BECAUSE OF YOU, MY LIFE WAS RUINED!!!!!!!" Alejandro have never been so angry in his life, the way he yelled sounds like a mixture of hurt and vengeance. Everybody was just preparing in case the Latino tries to tackle the delinquent. "And here I thought I was the eel, well listen here, I may have used many people, caused drama and fights between them...but I never went as far as drugging people...I never once in my life agreed to sabotage a person to the point that it affected their academics and social life...and to think that you are the same person who held a grudge for the same person for 4 years straight because of one little incident, why Duncan? Is it because you're still defending your girlfriend? Or is it because it's the only way of satisfying yourself? Just like Scott, who continued to tease me because he is one insecure sad dirt farmer. And you did all these things...for what? To impress your own father...Don't worry Duncan, I get it...we both wanted to impress our family members to prove that we are something better than they expect us to be...scratch that...it's more like I wanted to impress my father...sadly the difference is I worked hard for everything while you just slack off and would just take the easiest way around even if it meant assaulting someone...you just drugged someone not to impress your father...but to save your own ass from failing the exams!" Alejandro exclaimed before storming off, everything that came out of his mouth hurted the delinquent. Courtney wanted to defend her boyfriend but sadly everything the Latino said was true that she couldn't really find any reason to stand up for him. Everyone was just left completely speechless, they couldn't defend the delinquent at this point. Duncan was left there closing his mouth, tears fell out of his eyes as Courtney decided to pat him in the back.
And that will be all for Chapter 11. I really apologize for it being this short mainly because I'm preparing for school again sadly. Expect that this fanfic would not be updated for many months.
But don't worry, I won't be abandoning this fanfic because I swore to finish it. Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed the chapter, I'll see you guys again :)
