Harry really didn't want to do this. What's the point anyway, but he knew that even if he didn't one of his friends would drag him to the infirmary themselves. He entered the infirmary along with Remus, Fred, Angelina and Snuffles right behind Madam Pomfrey.
"Alright go ahead you know which bed to go to" Madam Pomfrey told him as she walked into her office. Causing a few chuckles to happen. He just groaned and went to sit down at his usual bed.
Angelina sat on one side while Fred stood beside her. Remus taking the other side and Snuffles getting on the bed.
After a while of waiting Madam Pomfrey finally came out of her office.
"So uh what are we going to be doing today Madam Pomfrey?" Harry asked a little hesitantly.
"No need to worry Mr. Potter today we will just be running a few scans that will be determining the full extent of you health" Harry nodded thinking it wasn't to bad "as well as any problems that have happened in the past" at this Harry stilled. This wasn't going to end well.
"Well that doesn't sound to bad cub" Remus stated putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Yeah and it'll be fast to then we could go back and continue reading, I really want to hear about how you got onto the quidditch team," Fred said from where he was sitting.
"Ok now hold still Mr. Potter" Madam Pomfrey stated bringing her wand out. He felt Angelina give his hand a squeeze. Which helped more than he would like to admit. He knows the damage that has been done to him by the Dursleys to him over the years.
Everyone (and a dog) was silent the entire time watching Madam Pomfrey. They were honestly scared about what the spell could reveal. After a few moments of silence, they watched her face morph into what looked like anger and worry. Finally breaking the silence she sighed.
"Well Mr. Potter it looks like your body isn't what it's suppose to be physically. I can give you some potions that will help with yyour nutruition it won't help you get to where you shouldv'e been but you will grow an inch or two. I can't really do anything about your eyesight though. Now onto the more sirious matters on here. It says that you have had many broken or fractured bones mainly your ribs and a some concussions from years ago from what I assume is from the more...physical abuse" she stated causing Harry to cringe but nod. The other looked worried but grew angry at the last parts, Snuffles laying on his lap and Angelina moving closer to him.
"And what do we do about it?" Remus ever the responsible one asked.
"I will be giving some potions that he will be taking for a couple months" she replied walking out of the room into her office, "now these you will take before you go to sleep every night to help repair any damage that was done to your bones, and these are to be taken before every meal to help with your nutrions. Come back at the end of every week to get more. And Ms. Johnson let the others now the same so you can makesure doesn't skip any" the others nodded while Harry wanted to protest about missing but a pointed look from Angie made him close his mouth.
Harry grabbed the bag of potions and stood up while Remus thanked Madam Pomfrey.
"Alright kids we should be getting back I'm sure everyone is wanting to continue with the book" the others nodded and started walking out. They soon got back to the great hall where everyone looked at them when they walked through the doors, they went to go take their previous seats where the other three looked at them expectantly.
"well don't just sit there what happened is everything ok?" Katie asked getting head nods from George and Alicia.
"I have to be on multiple potions everyday for the next two months" Harry grumbled causing Fred to laugh.
"There were some potions due to the...abuse" she said with a grimace " so Madam Pomfrey gave him a couple potions try and correct some things. We were also told that he has to take them before meal and before he sleeps so that we could help make sure he doesn't skip." tHe other three nodded following along. harry looked over to see Remus whispering to Tonks about what had happened and unsurprsingly Hermione and Ron looking curiuos as to what had happened. Oh well he would tell them later... him out of his thoughts was Dumbledores voice.
"Well now that the others are back we can continue the book"
"Letters From No One" the book started and Harry just groaned.
