It was a bright day for konoha. A day that marked change for the shinobi world and changed Naruto as a whole for he would have to readjust to a new unknown team.
Or at least that was how it would have went if the members were actually strangers to him.
"So let me get this straight." Naruto began tiredly, his gaze aimed towards a certain pair of green and purple.
"You guys are team 4." he pointed to his long time friends.
"Yup." "yes we are Naruto-senpai." Akuma chirped and Kishiko agreed simultaneously.
"And….." He trailed off, his gaze finding an older looking Akuma off on the sidelines that wore a gentle smile. "Shimaru-nee is your sensei…" His eyes seemed to dim even more than it had when he found out he was thrown off team 7.
"Is this hell? Have my sins finally caught up to me?"
"No this is not hell if anything its heaven!" the ever cheerful purplette exclaimed, throwing an arm around the blonde's shoulder and shaking him like a salt shaker.
"Is it to late to back out of the shinobi program, I'm sure the Teuchi-jiji would like an extra helping hand." Naruto asked his green haired friend who shook his head.
"Sorry Naruto-senpai, rules are rules, you can't back out of the program after a C rank mission until you reach Chunnin." The boy supplied helpfully or in Naruto's case unhelpfully.
Kishiko wasn't sure if there was even a speck of light in the blonde's eye before, but now he was sure that any miniscule speck of light that remained was thoroughly killed.
"Oh c'mon Naruto-chan, stop mopping already you make dead people look like their brimming with life" Shimaru-sensei added her two cents, thumping the blonde on his head like one might do a child.
Such was the antics of their air headed sensei.
"I want to be dead" came his deadpanned reply.
Yep the shinobi world was going to change alright, just not how everyone expected. Naruto wondered idly if someone was just as unfortunate as him.
(=====)
A certain lazy Nara felt a sneeze escape him as he rubbed at his nose.
"Someone's talking about me… troublesome" the Nara mused.
"CHOJI STOP EATING ALL THE FOOD WOULD IT KILL YOU TO LEAVE SOME FOR THE REST FOR US!"
"I. AM. HUNGRY!"
"YOU ATE FIVE MINUTES AGO!?"
Sighing Shikamaru continued his walk as he was forced to listen to his teammates argue about their food rations for the mission while his sensei did nothing about it.
Life really was a drag sometimes.
(=====)
"Alright team why don't we introduce ourselves, I will go first." Shimaru began.
"I am Shimaru Hiyoshi, I like to train, cook and slice people to pieces, I dislike a lot of things so ill skip that, I am a Kenjutsu specialist and my dream for the future is to become the strongest swords woman.
Shimaru was a women with short purple hair that reached her shoulders and bright amber eyes and looked to be around her mid 20's. She wore a pale yellow battle kimono with a white obi around her waist, underneath that she had a mesh armor shirt and black ANBU pants with a ninjato strapped across her back and her headband around her neck.
None of the three teens reacted to her introduction as they already knew of the woman's antics.
'although that cooking part could be a bit misleading.' Naruto thought, sure she loved to cook, however, the woman could make rather great tasting pastries and sweets, as for meals...
Last time Shimaru had been let near a stove to cook a meal she ended up somehow burning the pot instead of boiling the water for the rice.
"ill go next, my name is Kishiko Seiko, I like to train in my families techniques and read books, I dislike the cold and kiwis, I specialize in medical jutsu and Genjutsu and my dream for the future is to train under the slug Sannin, Tsunade Senju."
'That's an odd dislike.' then again Naruto couldn't talk either since he ranted for a good 10 minutes about how ramen being labeled instant ramen was misleading and that the 3 minutes it took to make was too long when he was first asked his own dislikes by Kakashi.
"My name is Akuma Hiyoshi, I like to train, annoy Naruto and Kishi and eating, I dislike… well not a lot probably spoiled food or something like that, I specialize in Ninjutsu and hand to hand combat, my dream for the future is a secret." She finished with a cheeky smile on her face.
'Atleast you admit it.' both Naruto and Kishiko deadpanned at the girl focusing the comment on liking to annoy them.
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki, I like ramen and training, I dislike how long it takes for- er I mean I dislike traitors and overpriced food(?), I specialize in hand to hand combat and trap making, my dream for the future.." Naruto paused.
What was his dream for the future? He was sure he wanted to be Hokage so why did it feel wrong to answer like that?
"Is to become the strongest Hokage." 'ill figure it out later.' Naruto mused to himself.
"Great" Shimaru clapped her hands together. "Naruto since your new to the team why don't we begin with some team training neh?"
Naruto wasn't exactly sure why he felt a chill run down his spine nor did he understand why his friends became completely ashen.
They were just going to train right?
"Dodge"
The command came swift and team 4 found themselves diving out of the way of a sword slash.
"You guys will have to avoid me as best as possible or else you won't get anything to eat." Her smile was all to innocent for his liking.
'Huh isn't this familiar.' a part of him spoke remembering Kakashi's bell test.
A sharp tug brought Naruto out of his thoughts, turnung his line of sight to the person who grabbed him he saw it was Kishiko dragging him into the tree line followed by a sprinting Akuma.
"Naruto-senpai I know you probably haven't trained with Shimaru-sensei in a while but you need to be prepared." Kishiko rambled as quickly as he could, a layer of genjutsu blanketing their hideout area.
Naruto watched as Akuma pulled on a pair of black combat gloves her hands already set for jutsu creation while Kishiko's hands were covered in a blue aura signifying the activation of his chakra scalpels.
"Uhhh… you guys ok?" Naruto asked hesitantly, looking at his fellow ninjas who looked like they were getting ready for war rather than a training exercise.
Sure he hadn't trained with Shimeru-nee/sensei since he was 10 but... Their acting like they were going into a S rank suicide mission.
'I mean... It couldn't be THAT bad...right?'
"One word of advice Naruto." Akuma came over to the boy clamping a hand on him, her tone for the first time not as cheerful like usual. "Run."
That was the only word that Naruto remembered before his world became a whirl of steel.
On that day Naruto was painfully reminded that Shimaru, just like many other Kunoichis, was psychopath with a tendency to go overboard.

2 months
It had been a whole 2 months that were filled with team 4 experiencing hell on earth.
Training, D ranks, No food, water or rest and finally a spar against Shimaru. That had been the usual routine.
You did good in you training, you got some water.
Did your part in the mission well, you got food.
You survived Shimaru's 'spars', that were just glorified child abuse, you get to rest easily without your body feeling like it was trying to tear itself apart.
"I'm not sure which is worst honestly the enemy ninja I fought or Shimaru-sensei." Naruto muttered rubbing a sore spot on his hand as he and his team walked -read: limped- towards the Hokage while his eyes drooped in exhaustion.
"Tell me about it I never even knew some places could hurt so badly." Akuma agreed/complained, throwing her hands into the air, only to wince.
"I'm not sure why the two of you are complaining Shimaru-sensei's training has paid off a great ton." Kishiko argued as Akuma glared at him.
"OI! YOU DON'T GET TO TALK YOU CAN JUST HEAL YOURSELF!" Akuma yelled pointing a finger at the greenette as if he had just committed an unspeakable crime, however the Kishiko didn't blink, instead just batting the offending finger aside, already to used to the girl's antics.
"Yes I can heal myself but that doesn't mean I can just stop the pain outright." he rebuffed kicking his leg outwards and hissing as pain shot threw the appendage. "see? besides Naruto-senpai can also heal himself."
"That's not fair how come you guys can heal up and I cant." she pouted.
"Because you don't have a healing factor nor did you care to learn healing jutsu when I offered." He supplied never breaking his stride.
As Akuma continued to wallow in the fact she didn't have a healing ability she glanced back at Naruto whom had been quiet the entire time.
Over these past few months both her and Kishiko had been rebuilding their close friendship with they had back at the academy and noticed a few changes about Naruto.
For one he was quieter, calmer and a hell of a lot more tired, he was nearly a completely opposite of who he was when he was a kid, a kid thagt couldn't even stand still for a couple seconds even if his life was at risk.
However the boy, while still possessing his abnormal stamina, it was usually only used during training or battles, however outside of that he was tired, to the point where if he wasn't training or hanging out with them he was snoozing away.
And right now that was exactly what her blonde friend was doing.
"Is it even possible for someone to fall asleep while walking." Akuma asked, blinking owlishly as she watched the boy walk behind them with closed eyes and a slight snore.
"I..." Kishiko hesitated "I am not even sure, though it could make for a great study in the future, then again we live in a world where people could breathe fire and alter reality so it shouldn't be that implausible." he replied, a curious look on his face as he watched the sleeping blonde.
As the team entered the Hokage office they all bowed to the old shinobi in a form of respect, or at least half of them, Akuma was too busy trying to escape a furious Naruto that she awoke via tripping him.
"Hokage-sama, I ask you grant my team a C rank mission as I feel they are ready."
"Ah team 4! yes I do have some C rank missions here." the old fire shadow said pulling out a random scroll from…. Somewhere.
'Now that I think about it shouldn't those things be in the mission hall.' Naruto considered before he shrugged off the thought.
He found himself shrugging off a lot of thoughts recently.
"Your team is to escort Mr. Higashi to Tsumujikaze no kuni and protect him from any bandits." The Hokage said, tossing the mission scroll to Shimaru who caught it.
"Shimaru-kun may you please stay behind." Hiruzun called after the team sensei, causing the woman to stay behind.
"Alright team meet me at the Southern Gate in 30 minutes." Shimaru ordered watching her team disperse
Once all the students left the office, the area glowed blue indicating the activation of the silencing barrier. Upon realizing this was a serious matter the usually air-headed jounin straightened up.
She watched as the Hokage wordlessly slid a file across his desk towards her and she knew what it was.
at least she was pretty sure what it was, still she needed conformation.
"Hokage-sama is this about Naruto's... bloodline(?)" she asked a bit unsure of what to call the strange kekkei genkai.
"Yes as you know Naruto-kun is part of the Uzumaki clan, to be more specific he is part of the 'royal bloodline' as many like to call the main branch." Hiruzen began his explanation, knowing that Shimaru was some of the very few people who knew the Uzumaki clan.
Shimaru looked through Naruto's files, her eyes growing wider as more information was displayed before her. "H-Hokage-sama all of this can't be real could it." she didn't even try to hide the surprise.
"As Naruto-kun's Sensei you deserve to know this information." Hiruzen said before taking a deep breath. "Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki is Naruto's biological parents. However that is not the most... interesting part of Naruto-kun's character."
"It is common knowledge that the Uzumaki clan was renowned for there adeptness in the art of fuinjutsu that many believed to be the cause of their downfall. The branch houses of Uzumaki's never gained a bloodline and were mainly the front line fighters during the war, however, The main branch did have a bloodline, a powerful one at that." Hiruzen took a puff from his pipe before continuing. "Their bloodline was called 'bloodline creation', it was a powerful kekkei genkai that allowed a member of the main house to randomly create a bloodline that best suited their person or situation and Naruto-kun has just awakened that bloodline in the form of kekkei genkai we are beginning to call 'hollow release' due to it's properties and how it functions as stated withing the files." Hiruzen finished eyeing the jounin before him as he let the information soak in.
Shimaru glanced down at the files in her hands and once more looked over the information.

"At least he has the mental stability for a shinobi." Shimaru chuckled weakly, it was surprising to see just how much changed about a boy that just a year ago she saw as a little brother and still did.
"I give you this information so that you may know what to do in case Naruto-kun's bloodline acts out and becomes a danger. Though this is highly unlikely you may still need this." Hiruzen said, Shimaru sighed.
"Hai Hokage-sama" She said Leaving the office when the barrier fell.
(=====)
"Greetings young man."
Naruto spun on the balls on his feet, facing towards the voice of the figure who called out to him.
His vision landed on a man that looked like he was a crippled old man, it was a sight that would put off many and question the man if he knew the number one rule to civilians when it comes to communicating with shinobi, never sneak up on a shinobi.
Naruto rather that be put off by the man's appearance, was immediately on guard as fight or flight instincts were back to full working order like a newly rebuilt machine.
"Calm yourself I mean no harm." The man ordered, yet Naruto didn't budge his only visible eye cycled between silver and blue as his bloodline deemed this man an enemy and tried to take control. The way the man carried himself like a battle hardened warrior that could take him out without a challenge and his hawk like gaze didn't help the man either.
The man stopped just as the boy was able to wrestle control from his bloodline.
"My name is Danzo Shimura." Danzo greeted.
"Naruto Uzumaki." He returned.
"Hello Naruto-san I am here to make an offer to you." He began as Naruto's eyes narrowed. "I will keep this brief as I know you have a mission to take care of. I have recently been made aware by my sources of your bloodline and of the fact you lack control of it, am I correct in my assessment?" He asked, ignoring the blonde's narrowed eyes.
"Yes jii-san, though I want to know how you know of my bloodline despite the fact I didn't tell anyone anything about it" Naruto snarled, if his caution for this man wasn't high before well it was practically in space now.
If Danzo heard the caution or the gripe at his age, he didn't acknowledge it. "How I know what your bloodline is doesn't matter." He said dismissively. "If you accept my offer my 'underlings' and I will train you to master that power and train you to become an unstoppable shinobi."
"And what if I don't." Naruto asked back, the prospect of getting training from this man and his underlings was a rather inviting offer especially when the fact of just the mere presence of this man was setting off every survival instinct he had was proof of his strength, however, like all things that was to good to be true it was just that.
To good to be true
There had to be a catch to this training or maybe the man was overselling his abilities. He wasn't that fake 'mask' that he wore for so long and still wore now, albeit partially, sometimes old habits died hard. NO he was smarter and more observant the he was before and a hell of a lot more cautious.
Whatever this man before him was going to say would be the decider on whether or not he accepted this training offer and if he was legit.
And so Naruto got a declination ready on his tongue in case the man said the wrong words-
"I know you won't."
-only to be caught flat footed by the man's amused response and before Naruto could even reply the man was gone leaving the young blonde to contemplate the conversation that just transpired.
A/N: alright chapter done. I'm sorry for that shitty chapter I just really wanted to get this out since it has just been unfinished because I had a lot of tests ended up getting sick.
Naruto is now on team 4 and I will try to balance out their characters rather than just being generic fanfiction ocs that practically live off the main character.
Naruto's bloodline is explained or at least how he got it since his actual bloodline -which in case you haven't noticed I will be calling hollow release- will have other aspects to it's power in future chapters.
And finally Danzo has just sown the seeds for his own plans to make Naruto the next leader of root and an unstoppable force of nature.
Next chapter I will add more aspects to the story that hopefully would make it more enjoyable since my plan for this story is to see just how many Naruto fanficiton ideas and my own ideas I can cram into one mega story so expect a roller coaster.
Like always criticism is welcomed and I hope you enjoyed the chapter
