Kerry Von Erich vs Shawn Michaels (23:46)
(After defeating Bret Hart, taking advantage of Hart insisting on competing even though his doctors had not cleared him to compete, on the January 11th episode of WWF Superstars to become the new Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels celebrates being the new champion. However, the celebration is cut short when Kerry Von Erich comes to the defense of Bret and this match is made much to the anger of Shawn Michaels. Michaels and Von Erich go back and forth for the majority of the match, but Michaels manages to pick up the win and retain his championship.)
WWF Tag Team Championships:
The Natural Disasters w/Jimmy Hart vs The Legion of Doom (17:39)
(After being on a tear for several months The Natural Disasters finally receive a Tag Team Championship match and manage to hold the lead for the majority of the match, but in the end The Legion of Doom once again pick up the win and retain their championships.)

-The Ultimate Warrior returns after not appearing on TV since losing the WWF Championship to The Undertaker at SummerSlam 1991

-Ric Flair breaks the record for longest appearance in a single Rumble match with 1:00:27, the record was previously held by Mr. Perfect at 37:23
