Part 5 - Severus' Trial and Reactions

Few days after coming back to England, the trial against Severus would begin, as the others who had been involved were already in jail for their part of the torture of Auror Frank and Alice Longbottom, but shockingly was that also Albus Dumbledore would be put to stand, for his part of illegally sealing the wills of the Potters and making Harry go and live with his hateful and abusive aunt and uncle and their bully of a son.

Most were going to be shocked when they heard that part, and Sirius who survived the battle with some horrible wounds would get his trial too, as they found out that Peter was there too that day and he was arrested and like Severus Snape he was in a cell with charms to stop him from running away or shifting his form to his hideous rat.

A day before the first trial was to take place, Isabella and Kingsley took a pregnancy test, and they learned they were pregnant, so they went to St. Mungos to confirm it and see how long she was too, and shockingly she was in her 4 and ½ months already. But so happy that they gotten pregnant and would have a child in early february.

(A/N: The dates right now is November 14th. Trial began at November 15th and forward.)

Bella couldnt wait to have this baby with Kingsley and become parents, as they had been trying for the last year or so when they decided to start trying for a family and now finally they succeded in their baby journey. Kingsley was extremely happy and also showing signs of being extra careful and protective towards her, and that didnt matter too much for Bella.

So the next day came, and they all came in and sat down. Bella sat next to her attorney, a friends of Kingsley, whose name was Ted Tonks, who also was going to represent Sirius Black in his own trial later on that week.

The judge was none other Scrimegour, and he sat down, then he said to everyone so they were up to speed of what this trial was about;

"Today we are going to either free or jail Mr Severus Snape, former Potions Professor and Master, for what he had done to Mrs Isabella Shacklebolt nee Bones the night that her sister, brother-in-law, parents and few cousins of hers was killed by Death-Eaters we now know was Bellatrix Lestrange, Barty Crouch Jr, Rodophlus Lestrange, Rabastan Lestrange and Severus Snape. Severus Snape is accused and found to be the one who raped Mrs Shacklebolt and made her left cheek to be scarred by his self-created spell, Sectumsempra, now a classified Dark and Illegal Spell, like the Unforgivable are. This spell was created to split someone apart from within their body and make them have a permenant scar for life out, as it is a Dark spell. We all know Dark Magic is not to be heal in any normal way. Only way to hide it, is to use a strong and powerful Concealment Charm, to conceal the scars. Now I would like to call forward the victim herself, so Mrs Shacklebolt, please."

Isabella took a deep breath, then she went up to the chair and sat down, and took a sip from the Verita Serum that was in the glass, and also safe for her to use whilst pregnant too. She was asked few questions to verify that Verita Serum was working for her. Then Severus' Lawyer, a man called Mr Mulficer, said

"Mrs Isabella Shacklebolt, what happened that night your relatives were murdered, and who was there?"

Bella being under the veritaserum, said

"I was there with my parents, sister, brother-in-law and few cousins of mine. Susan my niece was at home with Amelia Susan Bones, being baby-sat for the dinner party before christmas that year. I was 14 at the time."

Most gasped of hearing that part of her age, as Kingsley sat clenching his jaw, so many others in the room did, as it also viewed from the Great Hall too and most students were shocked and disgusted so far of what they had heard.

"What happened that night?" Isabella said in monotone voice;

"I sat next to my father and sister, and then all the sudden we all jumped by a loud boom that vibrated through the manor house, and soon the boom became to see the doors opened up and there they stood, Death-Eaters, and they went straight to kill my parents, sister and brother-in-law, while my grandparents were tortured for abit before being killed aswell. Then Severus Snape came for me, and he dragged me by my hair to the floor next to my parents' bodies, and there he raped me brutally, for he took my virginty that night from me. After he was finished with his attack on me, where he also left behind his sperm in me, he then did Sectumsempra on my face, and all I could feel was the pain from the rape and the cut on my cheek, and I screamed my throat raw, before passing out. The next second, I woke up in St Mungos and being told that I was only survivor of the attack, and they wanted to ask me some questions as I had been found naked, bloody and had also a broken arm. I asked for a rape-kit to be done on me, and that was when they found semen in me, and I was given a anti-pregnancy potion for I as 14 was NOT ever ready for a child from a brutal rape to happen. No child should be forced to become parents of a rapist's child nomatter what. After that I didnt know what had happened to my rape-kit or my report on Severus Snape a known Death-Eater and also responsible for Lily and James Potter's death to happen, where it went. I only learned after my husband, Kingsley Samuel Shacklebolt, an Head Auror and Head of the Department of Aurors, found my report laying in dustballs and that the person who placed it there to be forgotten was none other Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, only for he didnt want to lose his best spy for his stupid Order and staff member at Hogwarts."

Many gasped at this point, as Severus sat with his head down, while Albus sat in the crowd of next to be dealt with, he had anger in his eyes. Kingsley was tensed in anger at this point. Another person from the crowd, said

"What happened after he found this report like this, Mrs Shacklebolt?"

"Kingsley, my husband, took it to the new Minister of Magic after Cornelius Fugde was fired after being bribed by another known Death-Eater, Lucius Malfoy, and also allowing his undersecretary to torture the children at Hogwarts with Illegal Quill as in Blood-Quill. Doleres Umbridge also admitted to one of her many victims that she had sent those foul Demontors to shut him up and not tell that Dark Lord her words not me was alive and well. The new Minister of Magic, Rufus Scrimegour was a very furious man, and went straight to his Aurors to get them to Hogwarts, to arrest Severus Snape, as the others in the attack was already in Azkaban at this time, and now sent over to Alcatraz."

"When did you and Auror Shacklebolt marry?"

"Excuse what does that have to do with this trial, Mr Mulifer?"

"Nothing, Mr Mulifer, restrain yourself for asking such questions that has nothing to do with this case at all. Kingsley did find this file on his wife's rape-kit and report, but he pulled himself out of the way and of the case, and let his aurors under him to deal with it instead, and he was there to support and help his wife only with doing this finally to happen, and get justice of what happened to her. Now ask any other questions you have for Lady Shacklebolt, or we go over to another witness in this case."

Mr Mulcifer nodded, since he had no other questions for her, she was given anti-dote, and lead back to her standing husband, who brought her into his arms, and held her in them while sitting down for now. She was crying in them, as she hated to relive that evening all over again. Despite Verita Serum in her system to relive it all.

Next up was a former student, a victim of his bullying and berating him in classes, and that was Oliver Wood, and he told them how the teacher had treated anyone who was of light and of Gryffindor House partically, and also how he also treated Mr Harry Potter in classes, for he only could see James in him, not that he was also Lily, his former friend and love-interest son too. All this time, Severus sat with clenched jaw and anger in his eyes, while those in Great Hall was shocked of what being told about this man.

Soon after that Severus himself was called to stand and he was forced to bigger dose of Verita Serum, and he was now in monotone voice and being asked;

"Why did you rape and scar former Lady Isabella Maria Bones?"

And he was forced to say;

"She reminded me too much of Lily Evans, my childhood friend, with that red hair and her darkgreen eyes, and her manner of acting like. I was still mourning for my friend and someone I was in love with, and Isabella was around same age when I relising my love for Lily, so I felt it was perfect thing to do, and I knew Albus Dumbledore would save me from being tried and convicted of the rape of that halfblood girl, Isabella is. The scar was to make her feel uncomfortable in public to be seen. She deserved to be raped and scarred, that little bitch."

Many were in deep shock at this point, and Susan in the great Hall was being held by her boyfriend, Matt Wood, Oliver's little brother, and he too was one pissed off boy. Others ranged from that to fear.

"Have you allowed any of your Slytherins to do the same and get away with it too?"

"Yes, many times. Latest was Draco Malfoy, my godson, as he was accused of raping Ms Sally-Anne Perks, a mudblood of Hufflepuff House. He with Gregory Goyle Jr, Vincent Crabbe Jr and Marcus Flint was the ones who raped and attacked Ms Perks few weeks ago. Since Albus couldn't denied or agree that it happened to this girl, they were let go in my care, and I turn let them go off for free, for they did good in their crime against that mudblood bitch. They wanted in reality Mudblood Hermione Granger, but due to her closeness with Weasleys bloodtraitors and the boy who lived, Harry Potter, they couldnt get her, so they took it out on Mudblood Perks instead. And good for them too."

Many sat in even deeper shock and anger at this, as Hermione was being held by Harry Potter, refusing Ronald to even touch her like that. She was clearly crying in Harry's arms, while Ronald and Ginerva both stared in anger of this site, Sally was being comforted by her fellow Hufflepuff' friends. Pomona and Minerva sat in silent swearing their heads off. Others too in the Great Hall, even Filch was shocked of what he had heard so far.

Isabella was being held by Kingsley who had tensed in even more anger at this point. Most of the room were in shock and anger of what he had said, so before he was taken the anti-dote, the Minister stood up and said

"I have heard enough, take this monster down to death chamber and push him in, as he does not deserve to live one day more of his free life. Hopefully those who are dead, will punish him to hell fire. May you be in hell for good. So Mote It Be."

And the Guards from Alcatraz took his kicking around and screaming form down to the chambers of death, and soon all they heard was his screams of NO please and Help, and then nothing more. Everyone sat in shock still of everything.

One of the Guards said he confessed to everything, then also mentioned a prophecy and how he thought it had to do with his love-interest Lily Potter nee Evans, before Albus had said it was about a boy born last day of July of 1980 aka Harry Potter. And that made the Minister rather pissed off and let Albus up in the chair and force-fed the stronger dosage of Verita Serum, and now it was his turn in all of this stuff.
