Intercontinental Championship:

Owen Hart (via Pinfall) vs Razor Ramon w/1-2-3 Kid (23:18)

(After King of the Ring Owen Hart viciously beats The 1-2-3 Kid in a singles match the next night on RAW and then continues to beat him after the match until Razor Ramon comes to make the save. Razor spends weeks trying to get Owen to agree to a match, but Owen only agrees if the Intercontinental Championship is on the line. Owen approaches The 1-2-3 Kid on the August 15th episode of RAW and points out that Razor Ramon has benefited greatly since they became partners, but he's hardly benefited at all. Owen says that he could teach The 1-2-3 Kid how to be Championship material. During the match, Razor Ramon manages to dominate the majority of the match, but after 1-2-3 Kid causes a distraction, Owen Hart manages to take the lead and pick up the win. The 1-2-3 Kid leaves with Owen Hart after the match.)

Randy Savage (via Pinfall) vs Jerry Lawler (12:47)

(Following King of the Ring, Jerry Lawler spends several weeks making fun of Savage's "embarrassing loss" at the hands of Diesel. Savage makes his return on the August 8th episode of RAW and challenges Lawler to a match at SummerSlam. Lawler accepts saying that he'll beat Savage even faster than Diesel did. Lawler attacks Savage before the bell rings and takes the early lead, but Savage manages to get the advantage and pick up the win.)

The Smoking Gunns hold their own the majority of the match, but in the end The Headshrinkers pick up the win and unseat The Smoking Gunns to become the new WWF Tag Team Champions.)

Bob Backlund vs Jeff Jarrett (via Pinfall) (13:37)

(After months of Jarrett calling himself a future WWF Champion Bob Backlund returns on the August 1st episode of RAW and tells Jarrett that he's going to have to wait in line because he's one of the greatest WWF Champions of all time and he wants another chance to be champion. Jarrett smashes a guitar over Backlund's head and this match is made. Backlund puts up a fight, but Jeff Jarrett manages to put away Backlund.)
